过去分词seated使用要点
seated是一个比较特别的过去分词，说它特殊一是因为它的词性尚有不确定性――它有时是过去分词，有时又具有形容词的性质，像是一个形容词；二是因为这样一个很少引人注意的过去分词，在*几年的考题中经常“露脸”，一下子变成了一个热点词汇。下面我们先来看几道题：

作为一名新教师，要把一堂课上好，上成功，那么必须在上课前认真作好准备，俗话说：台上三分钟，台下十年功。要在讲台这个“舞台”上站好，就得作好充分的准备，要了解学生，钻研教材，研究教法，这样才能在教学过程中不断组织学生，引导学生，帮助学生达到教学目标。我作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，在任教的两年里，投入了极大的热情，希望打破传统的以教师为中心的教学模式，从而使课堂教学中师生形成多向的，多中心的互动关系，想方设法培养学生对英语的兴趣，让学生以最好的状态学好英语。在*一年的教学过程中，虽然积累了一定的.经验，但也遇到了一些阻碍,发生过一些处理不当的事。
记得有一次我班有一个很内向的女生，由于她的发音有问题，所以在英语课上总是羞于回答。作为老师，我觉得应该*等对待每个孩子，所以课上总是创造机会给她回答。但是有一次在同学的笑声中她哭了。
除了这件事，在日常教学中，还发生了很多值得我反思的事。如对学*不认真，爱捣乱的学生采取一味的批评是否恰当;全班五十几个学生，
如何才能让每位学生都有发言的机会，让每位学生都能大胆的说出英语;如何鼓励学生开展正当的良性的竞争，而不是瞎起哄;做游戏或比赛的时候，学生的纪律该如何更好的控制。这些全都是我一直在思考，并希望寻找到解决方法的问题。
经过一段时间的反思，我总结出了几点：
一、不要急于求成，要逐渐渗透，持之以恒。
有时急于求成只会让事情失去本来的意义。特别是英语这个对他们来说完全陌生的语系。在采用一些英语游戏或是chant活动的时候，应以让孩子体会到游戏的快乐为主，不要因为游戏而游戏。小学英语教学的宗旨就是：以培养学生学英语的兴趣为目的，组织教学。心理学家认为：兴趣具有动力作用，也就是说兴趣可以转化为激发人们进行某种活动的推动力。幼儿期的儿童，由于注意力等心理因素发展不够成熟，他们的学*在很大程度上带有明显的情绪化倾向，当儿童对学*有浓厚兴趣和好奇心时，便会产生情感上的需求。对孩子来说，英语学*是新的认知点，采用生动活泼、有趣味的形式来吸引他们。小学英语课应成为孩子的天堂，千万不要逼他们去做什么，只有他们觉得开心了，才是真正达到效果了。否则，不管硬塞给他们多少英语，他们也不会主动吸收。被动的学**是会事倍功半。
二、调整好心态，表扬或批评都要恰当，适当的给予激励，让他们有种成功的满足。
教师不应让自己不好的心情影响上课，而要学会控制。在课堂上，教师是几十双眼睛的焦点，千万不能出现心不在焉，或是将课外的不好情愫带到课堂中来的情况。那样会直接影响正常的教学。同时，严厉的批评和强制性的措施都会使学生对英语的学*产生畏惧感，从而学不好英语。因此，爱心对于教师来说也相当重要。兴趣不是一朝一夕就能培养起来的。老师们不该操之过急，而应循循善导，用自身的魅力和设法调动起来的积极活泼的课堂气氛来吸引学生，切忌死板枯燥的教学。
三、对孩子多一点了解，让每个孩子都能快乐地成长
比如刚刚提到的那个女孩的问题就是我对孩子还不够了解。以为给了她机会，给了她鼓励就能够帮助她，其实他们需要老师更多的了解。在那堂课后，我找了那位女生谈话，她说每次她回答问题，总有同学笑她，所以她不想回答。今天是她的生日，所以她不想被人笑。我对自己的疏忽深深自责。我找到笑她的孩子，跟他们讲明道理，然后鼓励她勇敢面对困难。现在，她已经能微笑着回答我的问题了。
我们应该尽可能地让学生感受到成功快乐,让学生发现自我价值,从而树立学*的信心。这对今后教小学英语会大有收获,而学生也会领悟“学英语，悟其乐”。让小学英语教学越来越完善，是我们义不容辞的职责。每个小学英语教师都应参与其中，融入其中，让其发展成为自己的事业，使学生在*等、和谐、师生合作的教学环境中努力地学*英语，积极地去说英语，灵活地、创造性地使用英语进行交际，实现英语课堂教学中师生间多向的、多中心的互动关系，提高教与学的效率。
在我国的英语教学工作中，初中英语老师兢兢业业地为九年制义务教育辛勤工作，默默奉献，同时又与高中教师一道为完成中学阶段的英语教学使命同甘共苦。可以说如果没有他们在九年制初中教育阶段的乐于奉献的敬业精神，就不可能有高中教学的辉煌成就。初中英语教学是基础，高中英语教学是提高，高中英语教学离不开初中英语教学做铺垫。但是，本人在多年的高中英语教学中，根据高中学生特别是高一新生的学*方法和思维方式，又总感到初中英语教学还缺少了点什么。经过仔细思考和与高、初中学生的交流和探讨，觉得初中英语教学在某些方面还存在一些瑕疵，虽说瑕不掩玉，但它会对学生在高中阶段和今后的学*产生较大的影响，所以我还是斗胆说出来，希望初中英语教师批评指正。
一、英语教学中过多地强调背诵而较少要点分析
很多学生上了高中之后还能背出初中课本中教师要求背诵过的课文，但是他们并没有深刻理解文章的含义，对课文中出现的语法、短语、句型也理解不透，不会运用，这可能与中考英语试卷的指导方向有关。中考试卷中很多题目都是直观的和缺少陷阱的，学生*时只要按照教师的要求多读多背和多做题目，就能在中考英语学科上取得高分，不少题目只要一顺读就能答出，所以初中教师也只要求学生知其然，而不要求学生知其所以然，其结果是很多学生即使在中考中取得了较好的成绩，但是在升入高中后一时也很难适应高中学*。学生养成了死记硬背的*惯，懒于分析问题，懒于记住单词、短语和句型的灵活用法。而高中题型大都忌讳“顺”或者说是看着顺眼就选它。在高中题型中陷阱很多，既要知其然还要知其所以然，既要知道它们的常用规则又要知道它们的'特殊用法，对一道题只用一点或二点知识还解决不了，最多只能排除某些选项，很多题目还必须用上三点或四点知识才能解决。所以初中教师如果能多为学生设计些需要多动脑筋思考才能解决的题型，或许会解决以上问题。
二、过多地强调领读而较少语音教学
语音是英语学*的基础，语音关不过的学生必然会单词记忆困难，听、说、读更加困难，长期下去就会养成羞于开口的不良*惯，从而使英语由有声语言而变成“哑吧语言”。在高一新生中有百分之八十的学生读不出或读不准音标，能撇开音标看词发音的学生更是凤毛麟角。于是高中教师不得不在教学内容多、课程任务重的情况下抽出一定时间来为他们补*语音知识。究其原因，还是一些教师在初中教学中存在急于求成心理，并且作为中学起使年级的初一英语在期中、期末考试以及*常抽考中对语音考查的力度也不大。如果能在语音教学上多花些时间，使学生能准确、熟练地拼读单词，为学生打下扎实的语音基础，使每名学生能有一把运用自如的拼读金钥匙，则一定会使学生们在以后的学*中事半功倍，更为高中学*打下良好基础。
三、重视做题而较少语法讲解
在高中教学中还常感到学生语法知识贫乏，很多学生在汉译英时都是一一对应，写作更是中国式的英语(Chinglish)，即使简单的句子也多是没有主语的“无主句”，没有谓语的“无谓句”，及物动词不带宾语，可数名词单数前不知加冠词，对动词时态更是无所适从，写作中只用动词原形。例如，学生在翻译“好好学*，天天向上”时，就译成“Good good study， day day up” ，在译“我要给你点颜色瞧瞧！”时译成“I want to give you some colour see see。”而在译“马马虎虎”时又译成“Horse horse， tiger tiger。”。事实证明，学生一旦在头脑中形成了不正确的英语思维模式，就很难改掉。很多高中学生学了三年英语还会保持这些错误的模式。我们说英语语法在很多语言中是最简单的一种，只要*时多给予指导，注意指出英汉之间在表述上的差异，把那些幼稚的错误*惯在早期就消灭在萌芽状态还是不难做到的。
四、对基本单词书写规范强调不够
这在高中英语教学中反映比较明显。不少学生词汇量太少，不知词形变化，例如在上高中时不会写go与see 的过去式和过去分词的学生比比皆是，学生字迹潦草叫人难以辨认。少数教师认为现在是信息社会了，事事要追求速度，更何况现在有了最先进的书写工具——电脑和打字机，书写好坏无所谓，只要能识辨就行了。可是我要说，电脑和打字机虽然先进，但是终究不能完全代替手写，更何况电脑在我们国家要达到普及还需要一段时间，大量的信息交流仍需要通过手写才能完成，虽然不要人人都成为书法家(当然英语中不存在书法家)，但是一手漂亮的英文字体在某种程度上也能体现出一个人的良好的性格特点和精神面貌。我在高中教学中一直强调学生书写的规范性，但是有的学生由于已经养成了潦草的*惯，所以究正的效果并不理想，当然这些学生在英语试卷作文一项的评分中总要吃点亏。
五、只顾初中教学，不能放开眼界
少数教师认为：只要我能让学生在中考中取得高分就行，至于以后怎样就是高中教师的事了。在此我联想到了一幅漫画：一名士兵身中一箭，前去找一名医生治疗，医生拿来剪刀将箭齐肤剪断，说：我是外科医生，里面是内科医生的事啦。事实上，正如开头说的，初中英语教学是高中英语教学的基础，高中英语教学是初中英语教学的提高，二者表现为承接和顺延的关系，又都为学生升入高等学校和走入社会继续学*打下基础。初、高中教师如果能一道多学*初、高中英语教学大纲，多做做初、高中英语试卷，从人才培养和发展的角度来要求学生，不是会取得更好的教学效果吗？
以上所述只是个人的一管之见，并非出于恶意或贬低，其出发点还是希望中学英语教学能更加完善，初中和高中英语教师能互相沟通，共同着眼于祖国的未来而培养更多更优的懂外语的人才，如有不妥之处，还望批评指正。
阅读教学可以在不同阶段，根据不同的教学目标而采取不同的教学形式。
一、限时默读
任务：培养学生快速默读的能力。教师在讲桌上放一个大闹钟。在学生默读时教师巡视全班学生，进行个别指导，重点帮助后进生学会从上下文猜测生词和不理解的句子意义。
步骤：
1。教师布置任务：5分钟内读完本文，划出所叙述的主要人物和主要活动情节。
2。熟悉课文有关的背景知识。根据标题或插图理解本文大意，并提出一至两个问题。
3。学生粗读，并找出答案。
4。检查答案，鼓励学生大胆举手回答问题。教师做出简短讲评。
在进行快速默读时，要求学生注意力要高度集中，保持室内安静，为避免学生出声阅读，开始时可让学生口含干净之物，指导学生依靠眼睛逐行阅读，克服回视*惯，避免头部摆动，避免停下来查找生词词义。初中学生初学英语阅读时，不把词、句译成汉语，便觉得理解不彻底。为此教师要指导学生带着Who? Whom? Which? How? When? Where? 等基本问题去读，让他们通过阅读实践体会到这些词的解决办法便是理解，用带着词读的*惯代替翻译阅读*惯。
二、精读
任务：引导学生理解课文的词句，分析篇章结构，掌握文章的思想内容，作者要表达的信息以及做读书笔记等，进而培养学生独立阅读的能力。这一阶段采用民主讨论、自由发言的教学模式，启发学生大胆发言。
步骤：
1.学生再仔细阅读一遍课文。利用课文解释逐句逐段地理解课文大意，找出新的词、词组、句型和无法理解的语言点。
2.引导学生运用基础语法知识分析长、难句的结构，理解句子的意思。如确定句子类型，理解关联词的意思，识别起着承转合作用的关联词。
3.进行逐段阅读，找出每段的中心句(一般在句首或句末)和大意以及上下文的逻辑联系，并编写提纲。
在这阶段，应加强指导学生如何做笔记，如：把课文中的常用词语、重要内容或对自己有用的知识，用笔记或卡片记下来，既能丰富和扩大词汇，帮助复*，也有利于提高阅读和写作能力。
三、听读结合
任务：通过训练学生听和朗读的能力，来操练巩固新语言材料。学生听录音(或教师的范读)并朗读段落篇章，不仅能帮助理解，还能帮助记忆。
步骤：
首先，让学生看着课文轻轻跟着录音读。然后，让学生不看课文轻轻跟读。最后，让学生放声朗读。朗读时，要灵活运用齐声朗读(全部或部分)、个别朗读、伴随情景朗读、表情朗读等几种方式，同时，还要注意讲解有关的朗读知识，培养学生整句理解和朗读能力。
四、读说结合
任务：培养学生连贯自如地表达思想，进行口语交际的能力，从而进一步操练和巩固课文所学知识。
步骤：
1.就课文回答，采用师问生答、生问师答、生生互相问答的方式，也可进行分组问答比赛。提问类型：特殊疑问句、一般疑问句、多种答案选择和是非题等。提问内容多层次：真实性问题和评论性问题。
2.用英语口头解释课文。教师可请学生解释读过或听过的一段课文。

Once, my friend asked me to his company him, because he was alone at home, his parents were busy with their work.
