我不喜欢把工作中的坏情绪带到家庭中，因为这样会把自己的坏情绪带给家人，使他们也不开心。每天下班或放学后，回到家里，应该感受到的是温馨，而不是争吵或冷漠。亲情是所有感情中最为重要的。朋友可能会离你而去，爱人可能会大难来临各自分飞，但人与人永远割不断的就是血浓于水的亲情。所以，家人是最重要的。只要家人健健康康的陪伴在自己的身边，这就是最大的幸福。亲人是你冲他们发脾气，依然不会离开你的人。我们总*惯把情绪带给自己最爱或最爱自己的亲人，这是不对的做法。对朋友甚至陌生人都可以客气尊重，对亲人又为何不可呢。所以，我们不应该把工作中的坏情绪带到家中。家和万事兴，这句话不无道理。有亲情做你坚强的后盾，做其他的事情才有动力，才能安心踏实的把事情做好。

固然主观因素在追求成功的路上发挥着主要作用，然而，我们也不能忽视客观因素对成功的影响。

可是，每当我放学回家，我还是忍不住疲惫地把书包扔向一边，坐在沙发上连一句话也不想说，妈妈见我这样，心疼地说：“这么辛苦就别练了！”一听到不让我练了，我马上摇摇头坚定地说：“这点苦我不怕！”
就这样我盼啊，练啊，终于到比赛的那一天了，赛场里人山人海，有评委，有老师，有参赛队员……该到我们上场了，我和小伙伴们把手叠到一起，齐声喊到：“一二三加油！”我们个个都精神抖擞，深吸一口气，立着脚尖像穿着高跟鞋的公主一样整齐地走上了舞台。音乐响起来了，我们时而旋转时而跳跃，我感觉自己变成了一只蝴蝶在草丛中翩翩起舞。经过这么长时间的刻苦训练，我们配合得十分默契，音乐缓缓而止……这时台下迸发出了震耳欲聋的掌声，连评委也禁不住为我们鼓起掌来！
这次比赛我们拿到了第一名，我们将最闪亮、最喜悦的瞬间呈现在大家面前。也许，人们不曾体会过、看见过我们最辛苦的时候，但我们就像花儿一样，在绽放的一瞬间体味着成功的喜悦。

“ Yes ,我成功了。”你听了，肯定会问：“你怎么成功了，别发神经了。”这事还要从我和哥哥为小狗“欢欢”和“豆豆”做“小天地”说起：
星期天下午，我闲着没事干，爷爷让我去给‘欢欢’做个‘小房间’。我一听就起劲了，正要跑去做房子，哥哥从容地走过来对我说：“咱俩来VS一下吧，看谁为狗做的窝好！”可以，“小心你黑仔（失败）。”我笑眯眯地说。
于是，我俩开始动工了，我们先收集做房子的材料，砖头(房后有许多)，瓦片（旧房子上可以拆）水泥（可以用泥土代替）牛毛毡（可以用旧衣服做），准备工作做好后，我们开始动工。
我先用水将泥土浇湿，这样易粘。我在大门口左边挖出一条长30厘米，宽20厘米，深10厘米的地道，然后用砖在地道内铺上一层，我又用铁锹在砖上铺上一层泥土，然后围着泥土砌上一层砖，每次都一样，这样铺了6层，现在要砌瓦片，我想起社会老师说过，北方雨水多，要将房子盖成“ ”，这样可以让水流得流利，不堵塞。
我按照老师说的去做，所以又在顶层做上三角形的样子（两边一样）。瓦片安装还早呢，我用长布铺在房顶上，用泥土将布固定住，我又找来几块大片砖放在布上面，又在大片砖上涂上湿泥土，这才砌起瓦片来。
我在大片砖最上边砌上一层瓦片，随后用瓦片胡砌一回，我也不知怎么砌？对了，看看哥哥，唉，白看，他把小狗当做人，正做高楼大厦呢！我回过头看看爷爷家的房，只见瓦片排列的很有顺序，我拆掉刚才的瓦片，按照爷爷家的房子做起来。
“大功告成。”“大功告成。”我做成了，没想到哥哥也做成了，我为了试验一下房子的牢固度，就在上面踩了几脚，没想到房子完好无损，在看哥哥的房子，哥哥的房子像一座摩天大楼。
这时，两只小狗跑过来，一只钻进我的房间，一只钻进哥哥的房子。不一会儿，钻进哥哥房间的‘欢欢’钻进了我的房间。此时此刻，我感到自己长大了，做了一名工程师，正在指挥工人为祖国人民建设房屋……。
“汪汪汪。”两条小狗打断了我的沉思，我像听懂了它的意思：“你真棒，谢谢你。”
我会心地笑了，小狗也笑了，房子好像也笑了，到处充满了欢声笑语，好像都在夸我。
我成功了，“勤奋加智慧是开启成功大门的钥匙。”

在那个阴雨绵绵的早晨，他正为大学毕业后连续数月东奔西跑地求职却没有找到一个满意的`单位而沮丧万分，一个人沿着乡间小路踽踽而行。
不知不觉他已站在了离村子挺远的一座土窑前，猛抬头，那位*来才开始学*烧制瓦罐的老人的举止，将他的目光惊住了。只见那老人大步走到窑前，眉都没有皱一下，便抡起一根铁棍，咣咣咣，将一大溜刚刚出窑的形状各异，大大小小的瓦罐全部打碎。他不解地走上前去，问老人为何将它们全都打碎了。

老人长吁了一口气道：“可我相信下一炉会烧得更好些。”老人坚定的口气里透着十二分的自信。
老人又坐在霏霏的雨丝中，再次从头开始，认真地一点一点地做起泥坯。那坚决打碎重来、成功在握的从容自若，深深地打动了他――是啊，即使所有的瓦罐都打碎了也没有关系，只要心头执著的信念不被打碎，老人就不愁做不出更加满意的瓦罐。
默默地，他朝老人深深鞠了一躬，转身跑回家中，背起简单的行囊毅然地加入南下打工队伍中。在一次次焦灼的等待中，在一次次失望的重击后，他终于谋到一份很艰辛的工作――在一个建筑工地当小工。
数年后，他拥有了一家不小的公司。
生活中，总会遇到失败。然而这时，谁能咬紧牙关，告诉自己：我还有一样最宝贵的东西――不肯折弯的信念，并且紧紧地握住它，准就会在艰难中*添一股勇气，一股无所畏惧的力量，就会觉得脚还踏在土地上，血还是热的，路还没有完全断绝，闯下去，拼下去，就能取得事业的成功。

那是寒假中的一天，窗外的寒风夹着雪花呼啸而过。无意中，我的手触摸到裤子上的破口，想起是早晨骑自行车运动时留下的记号。忽然，我脑子里闪过一个念头：爸妈不在家，我要自己把它缝好。
说干就干，我把裤子脱下来，把妈妈的针线包找出来，我载上妈妈的顶针，嘿，感觉自己就是电影里的指环王。把针和线拿出来，学着妈妈的样子，把线头舔一下，穿进针柄里。一切准备就绪，心想这件事对我来说简直就是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。谁料，刚刚沾沾自喜就给了我当头一棒：缝第一针时钢针就无情地扎在我的手指上，殷红的鲜血象露珠一样从指尖冒了出来，立即感到手指上一阵剌疼……。
怎么办？是放弃还是继续干，爸爸常说“万事开头难”，过去这个“开头难”以后不就容易了吗？我将裤子的破口对齐，把针小心拿好，从一片穿进，从另一片穿出，费了九牛二虎之力终于缝完了，拿起一看，真象起伏的山川。太难看了，这怎么能穿出去，拆了重缝。
拆完后再次对齐、理*，埋下头认真去缝……。外面雪越下越大，我也顾不得欣赏这特殊的北国风光，只埋头缝衣，针在裤子上马不停蹄的穿梭，兴奋随着一次次的缝完而出现，沮丧也跟着一个个的缺憾而光顾。就这样，高兴与悲痛交织着，我早已汗流浃背了，然而，我并不把这些放在心上，脑海里只有一个缝好的信念。
半个小时过去了，一个小时过去了。拆一次缝一次，仍然不满意，我终于不耐烦了，把针一扔——不缝了。
*静片刻，揉一揉酸痛的手腕，挫一挫麻木的手指，望着这将缝完而未完的裤子，我不再犹豫动摇，又拾起针，继续缝……。功夫不负有心人，总算较为满意了：破口整齐、*整，针角疏密均匀。
晚上，妈妈回来看到我缝好的裤子，竟不相信是我缝的，我将过程告诉妈妈后，妈妈连声夸奖我，爸爸也投过来赞赏的目光，我更是欣喜若狂。
成功因为失败而令人刻骨铭心，或许，不是失败，而是成功后的快乐把我深深地吸引住了吧！成功让我懂得了“世上无难事，只怕有心人”的真正含义。
