听说圆明园兽首将于五一期间在桂城保利水城展出，如此高规格的国宝展览，我当然不能错过啦!
今天一早起来，我就迫不及待地吃过早餐，怀着兴奋的心情和爸爸、妈妈、奶奶去保利水城看“兽首展”。看展览的人真多啊！有三四岁的小朋友，也有两鬓斑白的老人家。虽然人很多，但是在工作人员的指引下，排队参观的人井然有序。
终于轮到我进场了!看到了盼望已久的牛首、虎首、猪首和猴首。只见牛首的角翘着指向前方，眼睛又大又圆，仿佛西班牙斗牛般威风凛凛。虎首怒目圆睁，额头上的“王”字清晰可见，森林之王的形象栩栩如生。猪首的耳朵又大又扁，耷拉着，鼻子长长的，嘴里有两颗尖牙。猴首的头圆圆的，美猴王的神情可爱极了！四兽首均由铜精铸而成，颜色深沉，内蕴精光，轮廓清晰逼真。真是鬼斧神功。

2-1-4甲方在使用研发完成的微信公众号(订阅号)时，应当注意符合国家法律规定和社会公共利益，特别地，应当严格遵守《计算机信息网络国际联网安全保护管理办法》《中华人民共和国计算机信息网络国际联网管理暂行规定》《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》《中华人民共和国电信条例》《*会关于维护互联网安全的决定》、《互联网信息服务管理办法》、《互联网电子公告服务管理规定》、《互联网站从事登载新闻业务管理暂行规定》、《互联网等信息网络传播视听节目管理办法》、《互联网文化管理暂行规定》和国家其他有关法律、法规、行政规章，不得利用网站制作、复制、发布、传播任何法律法规禁止的有害信息。如果甲方利用本合同服务进行的活动需要获得国家有关部门的认可或批准的，甲方应获得该有关的认可或批准。甲方应对违反本条规定所引起的问题及产生的影响、后果承担全部责任。

第六条 争议解决
6-1 因履行本合同或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方当事人应通过友好协商方式解决。

第七条 不可抗力
7-1 因不可抗力或者其他意外事件，使得本合同的履行不可能、不必要或者无意义的，任一方均可以解除本合同。遭受不可抗力、意外事件的一方通过书面的形式通知对方，本合同即告终止。
7-2 本合同所称不可抗力、意外事件是指不能预见、不能克服并不能避免且对一方或双方当事人造成重大影响的客观事件，包括但不限于自然灾害如洪水、地震、瘟疫流行和风暴等以及社会事件如战争、动乱、*行为等。
第八条 其他约定
8-1 本合同的解除、终止或者本合同有关条款的无效均不影响本合同关于合同的解释、违约责任及争议解决的有关约定的效力。
8-2 本合同的订立、效力、解释、履行和争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国法律法规和计算机行业的规范。
8-3 如果本合同任何规定根据适用的现行法律被确定为无效或无法实施，本合同的其他所有条款将继续有效。此种情况下，双方将以有效的约定替换该约定，且该有效约定应尽可能接*原约定和本合同相应的精神和宗旨。
8-4 一方变更通知、通讯地址或其他联系方式，应自变更之日起一个月内，将变更后的地址、联系方式通知另一方，否则变更方应对此造成的一切后果承担责任。
8-5 对本合同的理解与解释应依据合同目的和文本原义及业界通行的理解和惯例进行，本合同内的标题不应影响本合同的解释。
8-7 订立本合同所依据的法律、行政法规、规章发生变化，本合同应变更相关内容;订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的，经甲乙双方协商同意，可以变更本合同相关内容或者终止合同的履行。
8-8 甲、乙双方应本着诚实信用的原则履行本合同。任何一方在履行中采用欺诈、胁迫或者暴力的手段，另一方均可以解除本合同并有权要求对方赔偿损失。
8-9 本合同的有关条款或者约定若与双方以前签署的有关条款或者乙方的有关陈述不一致或者相抵触的，以本合同为准;但经双方协商一致同意保留的除外.
8-8本合同项目建设完成并且甲方支付完毕全部款项后，甲方享有委托乙方创作的全部微信公众号(订阅号)(包含文字、图画及其组合)的版权;双方应当保守在履行本合同过程中获知的对方商业秘密。本合同的终止、撤消、无效不应影响本条款约定的效力。
第九条 附则
1. 本合同如有未尽事宜，双方协商解决。本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，经签字、盖章后生效，两份合同具有同等效力。

第七条 不可抗力
7-1 因不可抗力或者其他意外事件，使得本合同的履行不可能、不必要或者无意义的，任一方均可以解除本合同。遭受不可抗力、意外事件的一方通过书面的形式通知对方，本合同即告终止。
7-2 本合同所称不可抗力、意外事件是指不能预见、不能克服并不能避免且对一方或双方当事人造成重大影响的客观事件，包括但不限于自然灾害如洪水、地震、瘟疫流行和风暴等以及社会事件如战争、动乱、*行为等。
第八条 其他约定
8-1 本合同的解除、终止或者本合同有关条款的无效均不影响本合同关于合同的解释、违约责任及争议解决的有关约定的效力。
8-2 本合同的订立、效力、解释、履行和争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国法律法规和计算机行业的规范。
8-3 如果本合同任何规定根据适用的现行法律被确定为无效或无法实施，本合同的其他所有条款将继续有效。此种情况下，双方将以有效的约定替换该约定，且该有效约定应尽可能接*原约定和本合同相应的精神和宗旨。
8-4 一方变更通知、通讯地址或其他联系方式，应自变更之日起一个月内，将变更后的地址、联系方式通知另一方，否则变更方应对此造成的一切后果承担责任。
