During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.

  热爱游泳运动的我。

  每个人的心中都有一个美好的理想,有想做科学家的、想当工程师的、想成为厨师的……而我,则想当一个业余的游泳健将。因为,我热爱游泳运动。

  记得我第一次步入游泳池学游泳的时候,别的小朋友畏缩地不敢下水,而我望着那清莹莹的水,却迫不及待的跳了进去,那时,我觉得整个人彻底地放松了,那清凉的水像妈妈温柔的手一样抚摸着我,让我觉得无比的畅快。

  我现在虽说不上是一个游泳健将,但也能说得上是一个“游泳小能手”了,今年暑假前,我已经学会四种泳姿了,而且速度很快。它们分别是自由泳、蛙泳、仰泳和“狗刨式”。今年暑假里我计划攻克“难度很高的”蝶泳,妈妈为我请来了专业的游泳教练。

  在教练严格而精心的指导下,我发现这蝶泳其实并不难,跟自由泳差不多,只不过手的幅度要再大一点,有的时候头和手要尽量往下,而且腿要“先跪再蹲”。不过“说起来容易,做起来难”。一开始我的手和脚就是协调不起来,手在水里好像就担着千斤重的石头,怎么也抬不起来,更别说往下了……,一般的人坚持不了几天往往就会放弃,但因为我热爱游泳,于是我猛下功夫,苦练各个分解动作,好一段时间几乎每天去游泳池。有几天甚至因为腿用力过猛而有点酸,不过,我仍然不放弃,如果腿酸,手总归还可以练吧?于是我即使在看电视还用手比划比划。终于功夫不负有心人,我终于可以在水中自如的游蝶泳了,前几天因为腿酸的不快一扫而光。

  我热爱游泳,热爱运动。因为运动带给我健康,带给我快乐。尤其我从游泳运动中领悟了许多生活中的道理:坚持就是胜利;一分耕耘一份收获等等。

  我记得在一个炎热的暑假,父亲送我去哥哥家。当我第一次到达这个社区时,我很快就从天空中一排排的大树上找到了我的哥哥。我看见他在树下来回跳着,双手交叉放在蹲着的身体和头上,站在同一个地方,抬起头,双手水*举到左右腰。看到他如此投入地支持我,我太激动了。所以我跑到我哥哥身边。“哥”我大声喊道。当我看到我来的时候,我哥哥仍然没有停下来的意思,继续往前走。我好奇地看着他。我看到豆大小的汗水从他浓密的头发上滴落,他张着嘴,不停地喘着气:“先回家,我要锻炼一会儿。”他笨手笨脚地从口袋里掏出钥匙,向我发出驱逐令,我带着兴趣走开了。回到我哥哥的家,我看到客厅的一角堆满了各种运动器材,做仰卧起坐垫、哑铃、*衡车、跑步机.一切。最让我感兴趣的是一对哑铃,它的两端是像陀螺一样的铁球,中间有连接两个铁球的铁棒,铁棒中间有黑色塑料包裹。我慢慢走向哑铃,心想:“这东西真小。为什么要用它?我哥哥不在的时候,把它捡起来玩吧!”我全速奔跑,抓住哑铃,准备出发,但是无论我如何努力去举起它,哑铃都不会像被地板吸住一样移动。我拿着它上了吧台,决定用双手抓住它。最后,哑铃被抬高了一点点,但是一旦举到膝盖,我就拿不住了,我不得不像泄气的球一样放手。就在这时,我哥哥回来了,我像个逃犯一样走开了。这时,我发现哥哥没有去餐桌,而是跑到角落里的那堆设备旁。我心想,“我哥哥肯定举不起哑铃。我没有用尽全力举起它们。他脆弱的'身材肯定比不上我的”。然而,令我惊讶的是,我还没反应过来,他就毫不费力地举起了哑铃!哑铃首先举到膝盖,然后举到肩膀,最后举到头顶。我目瞪口呆。我看着我哥哥反复上下移动哑铃,但我的身体没有动。我羞愧地回忆起刚才我慌张的样子。
