I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.
It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. 本学期，我担任了高一两个教学班的英语教学工作。一年来，对教学工作又有了新的体会。高中一年级是中学阶段承前启后的一年，这一年学生成绩的好坏关系到整个高中阶段的英语教学任务能否顺利完成。正所谓万事开头难，头开好了，后面的工作就好做得的多。所以如何让高一学生顺利完成初中到高中的过渡，这是高一英语教师必须认真考虑和妥善处理的一个重要问题。下面本人就在高一英语教学中的一些体验和方法作以总结：
一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡
正所谓万事开头难，头开好了，后面的工作就好做得的多。所以如何让高一学生顺利完成初中到高中的过渡，这是高一英语教师必须认真考虑和妥善处理的一个重要问题。高一新学期开始，我们通过摸底了解学生大致水*，利用了*一个月的时间从语音、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。同时，尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：
(一)集中补语音
一般在开学后的前几周进行语音的补*。这样做的目的是为今后的学*打下良好的基础并具有初步的自学能力。
(二)分散补语法
初中的有些语法，尤其是时态，语态及句子结构等，学生并未完全掌握，而在高中的课本中，初中学过的语法基本不再作为新语法项目来讲。所以在高一把初中的语法分散在各课中来讲。例如高一(4)(5)(6)单元的定话从句的讲解，可以先复*初中所学的名词，形容词作定语的用法，再复*短语，不定式作定语的用法，如a clever boy 到 a boy in hat，然后引申到句子作定语——定语从句的讲解。
(三)按顺序巩固单词
初中的单词量虽然不算太多，但却是最基本最常用的，经过一个暑假之后，学生们已经忘记了不少单词，所以在讲授高一新课的同时，利用初中课本或词汇手册，按1-6册的顺序复*和巩固单词。只有解决了学*英语的基础——词汇问题，又解决了学*英语的关键——语法问题，才能为下一步学生能力的培养创造条件。
二、注意营造英语氛围，注意学*方法的辅导
在上课过程中，我坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;同时根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯，大力培养学生的阅读能力。同时每周抽出一定的时间以及课间休息时间，分别对全体和部分学生进行英语学*方法指导，取得了良好的效果。加强作文训练，下学期我们先后共进行了8次作文训练，每次都努力做到面批面改，力争使学生直观深入地熟悉自己的学*漏洞，从而快速提高成绩。另外，课后经常与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
三、讲明教法，指导学法，培养能力
在初中的教学中，以句型教学为主。但高中的教学任务和要求有所不同，高中侧重培养学生的阅读能力，所以本人一般采用听说领先，读写为主的教学方法。基于此原则，每一届高一新生，我都明确要求：每篇课文必须熟读，背诵其中重点句型、段落，让学生养成读的*惯。读得多了，语感就形成了。有了语感，听说很自然地就逐渐跟上来了;有了语感，改错和写作的水*也能不断地得到提高。对高一学生的写作，我的做法有3点：一是坚持写日记;二是写以初中课本内容为题材的短文;三是针对高一的课文进行写作。
对于刚上高一的学生，更重要的还要给学生指明学法，从而让他们在最短的时间内适应高中的英语教学。古人云：“授人以鱼，只供一饭之需;教人以渔，则终身受用无穷。”在教学过程中，教师不仅要让学生掌握课本知识，更重要的是教会学生如何学*。只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：
(一) 培养良好的学**惯
1、朗读的*惯。外语首先是语言，语言是要讲究读的。而我们学外语又缺少环境，所以朗读是很必要的。因此早读一定要要求学生开口读，养成朗读的*惯。
2、预*的*惯。预*主要是记忆单词。浏览课文和了解要学的语法，同时把课本中不懂的单词、词组、句子划出来。从而在听讲时有所侧重。预*是学生主动地参与课堂教学的过程，所以应要求学生在学*新课前进行预*。
3、写日记的*惯。写日记贵在*时坚持，没有捷径可走。务必让学生养成动笔的*惯，有话则长，无话则短;有时间多写，无时间少写。这样做对以后的写作很有好处。
4、整理错题的*惯。让学生准备一个错题本，对每次作业考试中出现的错误都要及时认真地进行整理，弄清错的原因，以便对症下药。
(二)指导单词记忆方法。记忆单词是学生普遍存在的一个困难。应教会学生运用各个感觉器官，从读其音，观其形，释其义等几个方面培养自己的观察力和记忆力，而不是机械地死记硬背每个单词。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。以前的教学工作，我在这方面做得还是比较到位的。但是，因为比较严肃，学生参与不足，无意间形成了“自己的”课堂，本学期后半期，我在此方面下了很大努力，也收获甚大。
五、巩固教学效果 发展学生智能
教学的一个根本目的`，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的*惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，本人在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公*性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。
六、 狠抓教学环节，努力提高自己的教学教研能力
1、深入细致的备好每一节课。在备课中,我认真研究教材，力求准确把握重难点，并注重参阅各种杂志，制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点强调重点。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结提高教学水*。同时尽可能给学生提供语言环境和学*英语环境，从而使学生乐于学英语。
2、认真上好每一节课。上课时注重学生主动性的发挥,发散学生的思维,注重综合能力的培养,有意识的培养学生的思维的严谨性及逻辑性,在教学中提高学生的思维素质.保证每一节课的质量.
3、认真及时批改作业，注意听取学生的意见,及时了解学生的学*情况，并有目的的对学生进行辅导。尽可能让优生“吃得饱”，让后进生“吃得了”。本学期批改了100多次作业和听写本以及15次试卷的批阅。
4、加强对学生学*的督促，根据本届学生课后学*自觉性差的特点，我每天都利用早读时间监督学生背课文和单词，并及时检查背诵情况，以此来督促学生知识的的积累与运用。并抽时间检查学生的课外作业，督促学生巩固所学的新知识。
5、坚持听课，注意学*组里老师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式，努力提高自己的业务水*。并且配合学校和教研组的工作,本学期听课达40节。
6、注意使用现代教学手段---多媒体上课。充分调动学生的积极性和兴趣，同时提高自己的电脑水*和业务水*。注重教育理论的学*,并注意把一些先进的理论应用于课堂,做到学有所用。
7、不断给自己“充电”，坚持学*新的教育教学理念。阅读《英语沙龙》、《21世纪报》等英语报刊杂志，学到很多新词汇和新知识，并且获得不少新信息。积极参加西安外国语大学承办的中学外语教师技能
提高班和我校的校本培训，并且认真做笔记，写体会。向其他教师学*好的教学方法和好的教学经验，并一起讨论和学*教学思路，从而提高自己的上课水*。

做人方面，作为老师，我首先给学生起到示范作用，不断提高自己的修养，让学生明白我是一名什么样的老师。值不值得信赖，值不值得依靠。首先在生活上给学生力所能及的帮助，走进学生的情感世界，了解学生的家庭背景，了解学生的成长经历，了解学生的性格特点。所有这些对学生的了解，都是我们必须掌握的基本知识。之所以说是知识，那是因为，这些信息能够帮助班主任建立一座和学生沟通的桥梁，是与学生能够真诚交流的基础。做到有的放矢。通过与学生生活，情感的交流，获得了学生的信任，得到了学生的支持，所以开展各项工作，便会很顺利。
只有这样才能保证教育教学质量和人才培养质量。
除了做学生的朋友，与学生建立好的`关系外，一个任课老师业务能力直接关系到学生的学*状况，所以业务的精湛才是作为任课老师的制胜法宝。在学*上，应该从高一开始，就注意初中英语与高中英语的衔接，尽量在前两周做好衔接工作。这里的衔接需要英语老师多做些努力，比如事先了解初中英语的现状（教的现状和学的现状）。
其次在学*上，培养学生良好的学**惯。比如预*学*听课复*巩固这样一个完整的过程是学生必须要遵守和坚持的一个良好的学**惯。同时，还要强化学生的主体意识。这正是；授之以鱼，不如授之以渔。
三．尽可能的给于学生鼓励，少批评，让学生在错误中学会正确的东西。让学生从传统的negative的模式中摆脱出来，逐渐的养成positive学**惯。
四．⑴打破传统的*面式点、线、面单纯型教学模式，改变目前学生学*效率低下的状况，以及以单词为中心的狭隘观点。
⑵让学生从单纯的任务型学*方式中解脱出来，使学生感受到以“体”为基础的立体式教学方式的好处，从而提高学*的兴趣。使学生即课堂的”主体”参与者能够把自己所学的知识（包括其他科目的知识），与自己的生活情感经历相融合，然后通过我们学*的语言段落去重新体验，感悟作者，提高自己的语言感知能力，与欣赏能力，并最终提高自己的语言理解能力。
⑶让学生把自我生活的经历和情感融入到所学的英语文章中，从而更深刻的体会英语的语言魅力，提高学*兴趣，从而达到从被动学*到主动寻找材料的积极过程（即是由negative→positive）。这个过程是一个情感回归过程，和总结经验的过程。这个过程体现了语言的形成性过程。
⑷使学生从时间，和空间或地域上体会英语语言的真正含义，摆脱以往只认识单词个体，而不能从整体中理解段落篇章。（包含用词用句子的情感）。
在阅读方面，除了建立扎实的基本功外，还要掌握一定的技巧。这一点在高考中特别的实用。英语语言的文章大多是，总分，总分总，分总的三种基本结构。所以分析的时候，尽量从第一或者最后一段去理解整篇文章。只有你找到了文章的主题，并在这个主题下去推测，去选择。才能够做到万无一失，有效地提高高考的成绩。
最后，我们还要建立反馈机制，不断的了解新的情况，不断的修正自己的教学方法，提高自己的业务水*，提高教育教学质量，做一个学生，班主任，学校，社会都满意的英语老师。我会继续本着踏实认真的教学态度从事这有着良心之称的事业。
根据十余年的教学经验，我认为，一个称职的英语老师，除了应具有丰富的专业知识外，还应善于运用各种教学方法和技巧，去培养和发掘学生的语言能力，最大限度地发挥他们的潜力；而良好的教学效果，则来自教学活动，任何有效的教学活动，都必须是双向的，且当以学生为主，只有这样，才有可能让学生学好英语。于是，在职业高中英语教学中，我主要做了以下几点：

Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could live the life he wanted. I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.
It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. 本人于20xx年6月在茂名学院高州师范分院英语教育专业毕业，20xx年8月参加工作。任现职以来先后在高要市大湾镇第二高级中学和高要市大湾镇高级中学任教。本人一直担任英语教学工作，教育教学成绩显著。每年期中、期末考试中本人所任教的班级“一分两率”居全级前三名内;有1篇教学论文在高要市获奖。从教几年以来，一直担任班主任，工作认真积极负责，效果显著，曾被评为镇优秀班主任和优秀教师。下面从思想政治、教学、教研、教育几个方面进行小结。
一、思想政治方面

1、帮助学生树立正确的人生观，培育健全的人格，使学生学会做人。为此坚持常规教育与专题教育相结合，建立完善的班级管理体制，构建完善的教育网络，加强与科任老师、学校政教处和家长的联系。由于加强了各方面的联系，提高了教育的针对性，能够防患于未然，提高了育人的实效。

3、关心学生，注重培养尖子，使其成为学生的榜样，促进班风学风的好转。还注重行为有偏差和学有困难的学生的转化。深入学生中了解学生，用爱心去感化学生，激励学生，对待行为有偏差的学生做到晓之以理，动之以情。例如20xx年高二(5)班的黄润同学，家庭背景较为复杂，父亲病逝，母亲改嫁，姐弟两人靠伯父抚养，不幸的家庭并没有激发他的上进心，上课迟到、旷课是常事，经常旷课到游戏机室玩，学*成绩差。接手当他的班主任后，经过深入了解分析，他是由于自卑而不思进取。虽然学*成绩差，但体育成绩好，比较好动，决定让其当体育委员，组建班的篮球队。并经常对其进行理想前途教育，经过一年的努力，转变明显，高二期末考试时名列全级前50名。调入大湾镇高级中学任教后，本人继续担任班主任工作，做好学有困难学生的转化。20xx年高二(4)班的区灿荣同学，人较聪明，但个性好动，经常上学迟到，上课讲话扰乱纪律，接受帮扶任务后，我因势利导，每一周向其提一个经过努力可以达到的目标，使其重拾自信，渐渐地坏*惯改变了，成绩也提高了，期末考试名列全级前30名。

1、课前准备：备好课，由于本学期从初中教学楼搬到高中教学楼，拥有相应的多媒体设备，得以运用多媒体辅助教学，新教材又大量的要求使用多媒体设备进行直观教学，为了增大课堂教学的容量，增强课堂教学的直观性和生动性，我在备课时尽量的多的采用课件教学，让学生尽可能的多接受丰富多彩的多媒体教学，学生的反映效果比较好。
2、认真钻研教材，领会《新课程标准》，弄清楚教材的基本思想、基本概念，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能自如运用英语组织教学，知道应该利用哪些课外资料，认真开展以学生为主体的任务型教学模式。
3、了解学生原有的知识基础，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯以及在学*新知识的过程可能会遇到哪些困难，采取何种相应的预防措施。在备课组的统一安排下进行有组织的培优补差工作。
4、考虑教法和学法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，填*与学生之间信息沟的有效手段，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的双边活动。组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学语言的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，尽量减轻学生的负担。

任现职期间，我服从学校的工作调配，无论在何岗位，都能勤勤恳恳地做好本职工作。
（二）积极参加教改，勇于创新，教研成果丰硕
任教以来我担任了20xx年本学科的年级备课组长，与老师们共同开发教研专题，探索教育改革的新路子。
（三）参加继续教育提高业务素质
为了进一步提高教学水*，首先，我积极参加省、市及学校的继续教育培训，不断追踪教育科研信息；其次，常与大学老师保持联系，从网上浏览各地的信息，了解本学科的教育、教学动态、学*相关的教育教学问题，与其他老师一道完成相应的课题研究；再次，还利用工作之余研究教学法、现代教育理论。
本人还充分利用现代教育的有利条件，积极参加网络课程的培训，提高了独立开展、组织教研活动的能力以及教育、教学课题研究的能力。
在学校开展的传、帮、带活动中，先后与赵老师、李老师多个有经验的教师结成对子，共同讨论如何上好每一堂课，提高教学水*。一方面认真学*他们的教学经验，为自己提供一些宝贵的教学素材；另一方面向他们学西如何分析教材，与他们探讨疑难问题。在极短的时间内形成自己的教学风格，并且能胜任高三英语的教学工作。
（四）讲究教育方法、德育工作扎实
我主抓学生思想品德的培养，对学生进行理想、前途、做人等方面的熏陶开拓学生的视野。同时与学生谈心，了解学生心理状态，教给他们做人的道理、解决他们的思想症结、督促他们培养良好的行为*惯。
对于后进生我以感情投资为主，以希望为着眼点，关心爱护学生，以理服人，要求严格，做好跟踪，不断鼓励，家校结合，共同教育。在高三的最后冲刺阶段，鼓励学生勇敢面对挑战，增强对老师、同学的信任，同时提供一些宽松的氛围，缓解了心理困惑，从而得以全力以赴参加高考。

本年度，本人能够严格遵守学校的作息制度，做到了按时上下班，没有无故请假，缺课、迟到、早退等现象，全年出满勤。
四、绩
我担任高三英语两个班的教学任务。尽管我所带班级的学生英语基础较差，成绩参差不齐，我仍然全身心地投入到教学工作中，以极大的工作热情与同事们一道起早贪黑，与同学们一道想办法提高成绩。特别是理科班的学生，基础差，信心不足，对英语学*没有兴趣，我想办法搜集资料、精简教材，有针对性地进行强化训练，利用每天活动时间和课后时间给学生个别辅导。在时间紧，任务重的情况下，较大幅度的提高了他们的英语成绩，取得了良好的效果。
担任备课组长期间，工作认真负责，与老师们共同开发教研专题，探索教育改革的新路子。所研究的课题有“如何培养学生的阅读能力”、“如何提高英语课堂效率”、“张思中英语教学法在高一英语教学中的嫁接”，“高中英语新教材会话课教学模式”、“高中英语口试考试的方式、方法”、“高三英语书面表达课堂指导技巧”、“高三英语专题复*的策略”、“英语答题方法和技巧”、 “英语短文改错答题思路与技巧”、“英语考点研究中应注意的问题”、“如何帮助学生突破复*中的薄弱点”、“如何提高英语复*的效率”、“怎样利用网络资源为高考服务”、“如何在网络环境下优化教学过程，提高教学质量”等，为年级、甚至全校的英语教学质量的提高贡献了微力，另外研究、利用网络资源，扩充课堂容量，增强了英语课堂的生动性，趣味性，使英语知识更直观化，学生学*英语的兴趣得以提高。
回顾本人全年的工作，有得有失。最使我感到难过的是今年的高考结果不尽人意，虽然原因颇多，但自己内心深处充满自责，总是觉得没有做到最好，在“严”和“实”字上落实不到位。这也是我今后教学工作中要切实注意的地方。此外，在日常工作中，虽然积极主动，但也有考虑不周全的地方。在学生的个别辅导方面也有待进一步加强。古人云：“飞瀑之下，必有深潭。”这“深潭”是“飞瀑”长年累月冲击地面而成的。同样，教学经验和方法也是靠长时间积累起来的。在以后的教学中我还要注意对自己的知识进行分类、比较、归纳和提炼，总结了教学中的成功与失败、经验与教训，更注重研究如何启迪学生智慧，调动学生学*的积极性，真正做到扬长避短，更好地教书育人。作为一名在普通教师，我知道惟有勇于进取，不断创新，才能取得更大的成绩。

作为一名高中英语教师，我在今年主要任教于高一年级的英语课，我所带的两个班级的学生，经过一学期的认真学*，英语成绩有了显著的提高，学生们在英语课上态度认真，学*的劲头也很足，我个人认为，英语是学生的一门主要功课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。
究其原因，是学生对英语学*的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学*常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进以往的教学方法。经过一个学期的英语教学工作，在我个人的积极努力与广大同学的配合下，教学任务完成，现将个人工作情况汇报如下：
一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡
高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
二、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念
学生是学*的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
三、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识
“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：
1.建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。
2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。
3.多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。
五、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说，中学生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
六、严谨治学，保持良好的教态
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。
反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的.信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
七、使学生明白学*目的
要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。
如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学*真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学*英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学*动机。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验也是一种检验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高学生的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学*，争取进步。

一、让创新成为教学、教研的.活力与动力xxxx年至xxxx年正是中学英语科由旧教材向新教材转轨、英语教学由应试教育向素质教育转化的重大改革时期，它一方面给我的教学工作带来了前所未有的挑战，另一方面也正好给我的教学改革带来了机遇。我开展了“兴趣英语教学”。首先激发学生学*的情感，充分发挥教师感染力，上课精神抖擞，热情洋溢，使学生与教师产生心理兼容，并构建民主和谐的课堂气氛，教法灵活多变，边讲边议，议练结合，形成轻松愉快、生动活泼的课堂气氛。后来，我开展了每天安排学生上讲台进行“课前三分钟英语口语”的活动，活动的形式有一人演讲、两人对话、小品、短剧和幽默笑话等。活动的开展，收到了预想不到的效果，学生的热情高涨，课堂常常爆发出热烈的掌声。在活动的开展过程中，学生用英语的表达能力有了明显的提高，学*英语的积极性更是有了明显的提高。并在学校教学教研活动上进行经验总结，这一活动得到了各教师的认同与充分肯定。96年在中山小榄中学上的公开课以其直观、形象、生动、注重培养学生思维、运用语言能力等优点受到了市教研员和听课老师的一致好评。98年调入南海一中后，我以更高的热情全身心地投入教学工作，明确对自己提出“老师英语素质的提高是学生英语素质提高的前提”，把新教材内容及要求与高考大纲相结合，提出了“英语教学既要扣住课本，又要跳出课本；既要抓紧课堂，又要跳出课堂”的教学模式，为此，我主要是从以下几个方面入手：
一、加强基本功训练，每学期承担一次校级或科组公开课，虚心听取他人意见和建议，不断改进和提高教学水*。
二、向备课、教研要质量，多年来我形成了一种备课前分析教材、分析学生、分析方法的研究意识，努力做到在备课中知识结构由浅入深、选材内容贴*社会生活、预期目标学以致用。
三、积极参加科组和全市英语科组织的教研活动，定期听本科组老师的公开课以及市英语教研室组织的公开课，不放过任何一个学*机会，注意以他人之长补自己之短；同科组同事共同编写了《英语早读文选》和《高中英语词汇选编》等书籍；同备课组成员协同合作查找和筛选网上资源，共同备课，做到了资源共享，智慧共享。
四、成立英语活动小组，进行与英语学科相关的课外活动：开办口语班、英语角、朗读和演讲比赛、写成语和猜谜、唱英语歌、演话剧、背单词、英语征文、参加学校一年一届的英语节，开展这些多种多样的课外活动大大地提高了学生学*英语的兴趣，也提高了学生对英语学*的认识。在*几年的高考中我校英语科的*均成绩一直遥遥领先于其它科。用学校领导的话来说：这与英语科老师*时积极和扎实开展各种英语活动是分不开的。
五、拓宽学生知识面，为了适应高考要求，开阔学生的知识视野，积极倡导学生利用图书馆的藏书、“阅读课”、“上网阅读课”等时间，自己搜索或利用老师提供的网站进行浏览阅读，丰富自己的英语知识。特别在高考报考英语专业的同学中，倡导开展“每月读两本英语课外书”的活动。
六、研究高考，每次带高三我都要认真学*《考试说明》，把握高考动态，进一步明确考试的知识范围和能力要求，参与备课组集体研究《考试说明》中的题型示例及其变化，调整复*思路，把握变化实质，充分发挥《考试说明》的信息作用。注重在英语高考复*中专题复*后必要的综合能力测试，引导学生总结归纳。突出一个“精”字，尽可能精编一些与生活实际、社会实践、可持续发展等相联系的写作题目。努力探索不同学科之间相互渗透、交叉、整合途径，培养学生的知识迁移能力和综合运用不同学科知识从不同层面、不同角度分析解决问题的能力。

带完一届的高三毕业班，取得了可喜的成绩。回首今年的教学工作，真是时间短，压力大，任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作，我对一年的高三英语教学工作进行反思和总结。
我今年担任高三年两个班的英语教学工作，深感任重道远，在深入分析任课班学生的现状之后，我扎扎实实地做了一系列具体细致的工作，也取得了较好的成效。
一、合理制定复*计划并注重计划的落实与完善。
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。
（一）立足课本，精选练*，巩固强化基础知识。
复*伊始，全面重点复*高一高二及高三上的语言点，高三下也不敢懈怠，快速扫完。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时间小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复*并辅之以相应的配套练*材料，及时讲评；同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题；并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。
（二）加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试能力。
听力、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复*的始终。
单项填空的特点是：内容覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查；突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选*几年各地的高考选择题部分给学生练*，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的重要句型。
听力：除了每周二下午班会课时间20分钟听力泛听，每周六早读精听以外，周二课堂穿插精听。不断加强对学生的集中训练和听力方法的指导，熟悉听力主要考查的题型，并通过对听力材料的分析，学会预测听力内容，初步选出部分答案和排除干扰项。
完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析；从上下文的角度来分析；从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度；从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析；从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。
书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不同的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：1、句型繁简适度。2、有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构。3、开门见山，层次分明，承上启下。4、细读提示，写全要点。5、书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。
阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练*时，一定要限定时间。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在35分钟内读完5篇短文并完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用*常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每天限时做一篇完形填空或2—3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高，令我欣慰。
二、适时模拟，查漏补缺。
我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。
三、心理疏导，树立自信。
