摘要：时代的发展，在农业职业教育中对英语教学提出了新的要求，结合中职学生的特点，提出了合理设置教学内容，努力培养学生英语学*兴趣的方法，使学生学有所得，并最终走向成功。

目前，我国农业增长方式正由粗放型向集约型转变。其核心就是知识与技术的集约，关键是提高农业从业人员的科技文化素质。要把握好这个关键，一方面需要逐步提高农民的科学文化素质，培养大量的科技与管理人才，另一方面要研究、引进、开发和应用先进的生产与管理知识。这样才能不断提高农业生产和经营效益，才能促进农业和农村经济的持续稳定发展，而大力发展农业职业教育正是提高农业从业人员素质的有效途径，其根本任务就是要面向“三农”，用现代教育培养高素质的农业劳动者，实现科教兴农。
在农业职业教育中作为基础课的英语教学也越来越受到社会的重视。事实上，英语在亚太地区的许多国家都成为了第二语言或工作语言被广泛使用。现在，这些国家都在积极推进英语技能的学*，以便更多地从英语占据主导地位的互联网上受益。所以说，要促进农业技术信息的交流与进步，必须加强英语教学与信息技术的整合，这是为了适应信息化发展的趋势。
然而，作为中职院校的学生对自己所选专业比较感兴趣，但文化基础相对薄弱，英语自然也不例外。要改变其被动学*的状态，首当其冲要解决“愿意学”的问题，那么如何提高他们的学*成绩，如何激发其英语学*兴趣，已成为摆在我们面前的一个严峻课题，下面就此谈几点自己的体会。
1、首先要帮助学生转变观念以适应中专英语的教学方法
许多学校的教师都曾发现，新生入学后对中专英语的教学方法很不适应，不知道究竟该掌握些什么。有的学生学了一段时间后，感到好像什么东西都没学到，有的甚至认为自己的英语水**而下降了。这个问题主要是由于学生已经*惯了中学以教师为中心，以讲解为中心，忽视语言实践的教学形式。再加上长时间的中考练兵，也已在学生的头脑中牢固的形成了英语一考试这样一个模式。特别糟糕的是有的学生已经对英语丧失了兴趣，造成了巨大的心理障碍。中专英语教学方法重视交际能力的培养，重视英语各项技能的提高，给了学生很多自学白研的时间。要使新生适应中专学*的特点，确实需要经过相当长的一段时间，对许多新生来说还可能是一个非常痛苦的适应过程。但是必须让新生从一开始就对新的英语教学活动有个比较科学的认识，对新的英语学*阶段有充分的思想准备，从而进入良好的学*状态。
2、制定符合学生实际的教学计划和教学目标
结合中职院校的实际情况，针对学生自身特点，制定一套切实可行的英语教学计划和教学目标是至关重要的。对于难度大、不好理解的内容，如科普性文章，讲课时一定要放慢速度，并注重讲练结合，目的就是使学生能够充分理解、掌握、消化。对于课后练*和作业，要进行汇总，抽其精华，尽量放在课堂上解决。
3、课堂教学中增强直观性
直观性教学对l中职学生来说，效果是显著的。老师可以启发并教给学生自己动手制作。对教学中所用的图片、折纸、剪纸可提前布置下去。这样，在课下学生会兴趣盎然地做准备。课堂上，他们更期待着自己的作品出现。此外，手工作品也培养了学生的动手能力。同时，预先熟悉新课，刺激了他们的兴趣，可谓一举多得。
4、英语课堂中引进竞争机制
在课前复*、课堂讲解、课后巩固中，穿插竞赛，培养学生的竞争意识，促使他们勇于表现、不怕竞争，以适应现代化生活的要求。例如：复*单词时，可组织拼“单词大王”竞赛，让每组依次派一名学生到黑板上写单词，看谁写的多、快、准；听力课时组织猜谜语大赛、传悄悄话竞赛：阅读课时，组织复述课文、讲故事比赛；还可以挑选出一课内容，让学生来授课，争当“好老师”比赛。在这种情形下，同学们热情立刻高涨起来，学*效率大大提高。课堂上适当的竞赛，学生乐于参与、乐于争先、乐于学*，调动了全体学生的学*兴趣。
5创设情境引入新知
5．1以挂图设景。利用挂图或简笔画，帮助学生加深记忆，引导学生用英语进行思维，让学生利用图里的情景进行练*。如：根据图意说话、提问、回答、判断。
5．2以实物设景。利用实物教单词、句型、课文，形象直观，能调节课堂气氛和加深所学内容的印象。
5-3看录像。看录像能为学生提供生动、有趣的语言模仿材料，能把课本上枯燥乏味的东西变成栩栩如生的故事画面，把教师难以用语言表达的内容谈农业中职院校学生英语学*兴趣的培养轻而易举地表现出来，从而激发学生学*英语的积极性。
FreeTalk。FreeTalk是一种很有效的创设情境的方法。教师在教学过程中充当组织者、示范者、引导者，为学生创设接*真实的语言环境，一是学生能把学过的东西变成自己的话语，同实际运用联系起来；二是该活动是学生感兴趣的活动，让学生融入角色中去，既活泼生动，又培养了他们动口能力、模仿能力、表演能力。这个活动能把课堂教学气氛推向高潮，使学生在轻松愉快的氛围中把所学的内容进行巩固练*，课堂效果较好。
6、正确评价和适当表扬
英语教学成功的一个不容忽视的因素是课堂气氛和学生的情绪，快乐与否制约着学生的认知活动。要努力创设各种条件为学生争取成功的机会，从而享受到成功的喜悦。教师的表扬与批评，直接影响到学生学*积极性的高低，荣誉感常常成为学*的强大动力。抓住他们的闪光点，进行恰如其分地表扬，可增强其自信心，使学生觉得学有兴趣、学有所得，产生上进的动力，发现自己的才能，以经久不衰的热情和毅力投入到语言学*中去，并最终走向成功。
学生的学*兴趣是推动学生学*的一种最实际最有效的内部动力，直接影响学*效果和教学成绩。古代教育家孔子曾说过“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”。因此在教学过程中，要让学生轻松、愉悦、主动、有效地学*，关键就是培养起学生的学*兴趣。几年来，我在教学过实践中围绕这一课题，进行了一些探讨和尝试。
一、加强情感教育，诱导兴趣
英语教学不仅是一个认识过程，而且也是一种情感活动过程。学生的学*情感调控的好，可以变被动学*为主动学*。首先要让学生在获得知识、解决问题的过程中亲身感受英语知识的广泛应用，以此激发学生的求知欲，让其产生肯定的学*情感，使他们认识到如果想拥有一个美好的未来，且能更好的胜任以后的工作，必须学*英语并且一定要学好英语。其次，教师要注重对学生的感情投入。通过日常教学中许多细微之处对学生科学引导、热情帮助，使学生切实感受到老师的爱心和对自己的关怀，时时刻刻感觉老师在关注自己，使之“亲其师，信其道”，这祥师生之间就会产生情感共鸣，学生对英语课就会产生强烈的兴趣.，由厌学转化为好学、爱学、乐学。最后，在教学过程中教师要注意批评的艺术和技巧，要维护学生的自尊心和个人尊严。在婉言中改正自己的错误。教师要特别注意遵循“表扬+帮助”的原则，避免“批评与训斥”。
二、运用电教手段，激发兴趣
学*语言最怕缺乏语言环境，课上没有英语气氛，会使具有好动、情感易变特性的学生感到枯燥乏味。运用多媒体，精心设计好每一堂课，把抽象的语言、单调的词汇、语段具体化、生动化、形象化，就会深刻地吸引学生的注意力，激发起学*情趣，迅速培养其学*兴趣，提高学英语的能动力。例如，在教学生认识学校功能室的对话时，用录像机先拍下学生在功能室活动的情景再出现英语标志牌，这样，学生们就有身临其境的感觉。在这样的情景中学*并操练，学生们感到生动有趣且记忆深刻。又如把词汇放到句子里，再运用投影把抽象的文字符号以各种绚丽多彩的画面呈现，动词以动作表现，名词以实物或静物画面表现，其它难以单独表示的就配以恰当的语言环境，或老师用手势、表情来辅助表现，这样就会把抽象的东西具体化、形象化，即可满足学生的好奇心、求知欲，也能全面调动学生看、听、说、想等多方面的积极性。
三、利用竞争比赛，培养兴趣
根据学生的心理特点制造一种积极的氛围，对学生的行为会起到强化定向作用，有利于充分发挥参与者的创造力和竞争力。如一面优胜小红花，一句“Excellent”等都会使学生感到愉悦和满足，在学会话时，我就告诉学生，在一段时间后，我们将采用竞赛的方式进行会话比赛，选出优胜小组进行奖励。这样就激励学生每一课的对话都应学好，方能取胜。在学字母时，又事先告诉学生，当字母学完后，将举行书写比赛。同学们在学写的过程中，非常认真，写时非常投入，以至于历次比赛中，我都比较发愁，简直不分高低，基本上个个做到书写规范、清楚认真，为今后的书写打下了良好的基础。在*时的作业中，我采用符号方式进行激励，但如果有些学生因某种原因没能在本子上被老师写上“gd”允许学生回去再重写，这次可以不算数，到最后我们还有一个看谁的“gd”多的比赛呢，这样谁都不甘落后。同时，组与组、班与班之间也有比赛，激发竞争意识，培养学*兴趣。
四、强化成功愉快，巩固兴趣
教学中要特别注重给学生成功感，因为“成功越大，兴趣越大，动力越大”。当学生在某一方面获得了一次成功后，即使他们的成功只不过写对了一个句子，学生也会感到高兴，继而对英语产生亲切之感，必反馈出巨大的内驱力，驱使他们向着第二次、第三次……的成功迈进，从而形成稳定而持久的兴趣。在教学过程中，教师要多创设竞争和成功的机会，让学生在竞争中体味到通过自己的努力取得成功的快乐。如讲完一课后，可设计几组综合训练题印发给学生，引导学生积极思维，知难而上，按照题目的“坡度”，让不同水*的学生都能“跳一跳够的着”。在几番周折和反复讨论中，使问题得到解决，使学生从中体验到成功的愉悦，感受到努力的价值。对中、差生要特别留意，耐心启发，对他们学*中每一点成绩都要及时地真诚地给予肯定和表扬，并且多给他们创造成功的机会，使他们在自己成功的愉快中，增强学*英语的自信心。
五、创设表现空间，拓展兴趣
愿意表现自己并希望得到认可，这是每个学生的心声。在日常的教学中，老师要尽可能多地给学生提供和创造表现自己的机会。课堂上的双边和多边活动，能使不同程度的学生都能积极参与课堂教学，那些知识运用灵活、反应比较快、口头表达能力强的学生会觉得特别“露脸”。课文的改编表演、课外活动中的短剧小品，让那些学*成绩虽不出类拔萃，但具有表演才能的学生获得了“最佳演员”的桂冠。那些有绘画才能的，在把课文改编成连环画的作业中大显身手，在帮助老师把课文变成投影片中，也淋漓尽致的表演了一番，在大大小小的各类竞赛中，那些表现出众者体验到了站到领奖台上的激动。而“再表现”的欲望，会激起他们的学*兴趣，会使他们在外语课上满怀兴趣，集中精力，课下又根据自己的爱好，翻阅英语课外书，拓宽自己的知识面。从而使学生各得其所，各展其长，达到健康发展个性的目的。
六、利用课外活动，延伸兴趣
创设丰富多彩的活动课，能激发学生的参与意识和自主能力，吸引学生的注意力，使他们在轻松愉快的环境中学到知识。例如：举办英语文娱晚会、故事会、知识竞赛、手抄报、演讲等课外活动，从报幕到解说，从评比到颁奖，一般不准使用汉语，尽可能让学生全部使用英语，这类活动为学生提供了说英语的真实场所，同学们表现出了高度的热情。另外，自编视听小品，根据课文内容，结合学生实际，每学期我都组织学生自编自导几个视听小品和对话录像。如：一个学生请同学们参加birthda part的对话、小品，几个同学购物的对话小品等，当同学们看到自己同学的表演之后，极大的调动了他们说英语的欲望，积极参与，重播时，我采取消声让同学们配音的办法，使他们在乐中学、做中学、动中学。学生听、说、读、写的能力会在这些实践活动中得到了提高。学生乐于学*、善于总结、不畏艰难、勇于探索的良好*惯也逐渐养成。
总之，英语本来就是一门有趣的学科。如果我们能注意挖掘潜藏在英语中的宝藏，注意培养学生学*兴趣，自始至终都能生动地、饶有兴趣地让学生去学，我们就可以战胜学*的顽敌——厌烦情绪，使英语学*能持久下去，并发挥学生潜在的能动力，相信学生在英语学*方面一定会有突出的表现。
良好的*惯能够帮助学生较好地发挥非智力因素的作用，有效地提高学*成绩和能力，从而促进学生的学*兴趣持续、稳定发展。
1、培养学生模仿、诵读英语原文的*惯
拥有一口流利、自然的口语往往能够让学生产生巨大的成就感，从而激发起学生极大的学*热情和信心。一开始的模仿训练要做到定时、定量、定内容，模仿的语音语调要力求一致。开始时可以模仿教材，待有一定基础后，可以逐步要求学生根据自己的特点选择一套视听教材作进一步的模仿。一些典型的句子、短文应要求学生背诵（在熟练模仿的基础上）。一段时间后，可以组织一些活动（如朗诵比赛、模仿比赛、演讲比赛等）提高学生的兴趣，并强化模仿、诵读的效果。模仿、诵读英语原文，既可以帮助学生练就一口流利的口语，又可以帮助他们学到纯正的英语，实为一举两得的事。
2、培养学生自学的*惯
良好的自学能力及*惯是自主学*的必然要求。进入初二年级，学生有了一定的英语知识积累后，可以要求学生自学。自学可以从单词开始。从单词的读音、辨形、识意到拼写，由易到难、逐步递进；然后，可以要求学生模仿课文录音，力求做到流畅，语音语调正确、优美；在此基础上，可以让学生初步了解课文大意（预先可以设置几个相关问题供学生参考）；还可以要求基础较好的学生课后阅读一些英文资料。为促使学生养成*惯，对以上要求要做到“经常、不间断”，开始时，要求要明确，内容不宜过多过难，并要作必要的检查和督促。
3、培养学生积极思维、踊跃发言的*惯
积极思维是有效学*的具体体现，是主动学*的有力保障。而踊跃发言则是学生在课堂上积极思维的外在表现。教师通过问题设计、目标设定、方法指导、优化教法、积极评价等措施，可以有效地激活学生的思维。课堂上的人本关怀则是学生踊跃发言的条件。只有当教师的一切都是从学生实际出发，并真正为每一个学生都提供了机会，而对学生的评价又总是积极向上的，学生的踊跃发言才可能成为现实。
4、培养学生合作学*的*惯
合作学*不仅对学生形成自主学*能力具有现实意义，而且对学生炼就终身学*的能力更具有深远的意义。炼就合作学*能力和*惯的主阵地不仅在课堂上，课后合作学*的空间也很大。课上，教师可以通过整合教材内容、改进教学方法、调整学*模式等尽可能多地为学生创造合作学*的机会。课后，教师可以布置一些对话练*、情景短剧表演、课题性的问题探究以及互助检测性作业等等，经常性地为学生合作学*创造机会，搭建舞台。
5、培养学生整理笔记、复*笔记的*惯
整理笔记是一种有效的学*手段。教师要有意识地对学生整理笔记的能力进行培养。首先，教师讲课的条理要清楚，逻辑性要强，重点、难点要突出；其次，教师的课件、板书要清晰、规范、富有条理。永远也不要企求学生能在课上一次性就把笔记做得很好，很漂亮，那样，除了让学生忙于应付笔记而影响学*外，将别无所得。除了教会学生一些必要的笔记方法外，学生怎么记笔记是他们的自由。有些学生甚至会“发明”一些意想不到但很有用的办法、符号来帮助笔记，速度快，效果好，还不会因为做笔记而影响学*。其实，只要学生自己明白是怎么回事就行。关键是课后的整理笔记，一定要严格要求，并及时检查，对少数学有困难的学生要注意检查笔记中是否存在错误，必要时还可以搞一些评比以资鼓励。当然，开始时不要忘了给学生必要的指导。提高笔记的利用率是非常重要的，“利用笔记”帮助学*才是做笔记的根本所在。所以一定要督促学生养成随时复*笔记的*惯。整理笔记其实是一次自主学*的过程，复*笔记则是反复巩固的过程，这完全符合识记的规律，符合“过渡记忆法”对识记的要求。
小学英语教学性质属于英语启蒙教学，学生通过听、说、动、唱、玩具备一定的语音基础并获得初步的听说能力和一定的语感。基于小学生的心理、生理及学*特点，我们小学英语教学就应该以提高兴趣为主。
创设和谐的情感环境，是提高学生学*兴趣，提高教学质量的好办法。苏霍姆林斯基在《给教师的一条建议》中指出：“我们教给学生的东西不是什么与人截然公开的东西，它是同人的情感世界溶合在一起的。”“教师的话语中不仅包含了学科的意义与内容，而且包含了思想的情感色彩。”教学不仅仅是教与学的关系，同时也是师生感情与思维的交流。师生关系直接制约着学生的情感，影响学生的认知活动。注重情感，讲究情感，使整个教学弥漫着一种和谐、融合、振奋、饱满的情感，才会以情激情，以情激趣，以情促知，以情育人，实现知与情的统一和谐化。
一、对学生要倾注爱心爱是具有感染力的，学生思想品德的形成，知识的掌握，智能的发展与情感体验紧密地结合在一起。
作为教师，只有把爱寓于教学之中，通过语音、动作、表情、姿态传递给学生，那么才会使学生体验到亲切、温馨、幸福的情感，因而产生积极的情绪和良好的心境，爱是教师应该具有的最起码的职业道德，它是调动学生学*兴趣的前提。老师要细心、关心、爱护学生，了解他们的心理动态和心理要求。在课堂上要多鼓励，少批评，让他们大胆女言，调动他们的积极性，要善于与学生交朋友，增进师生之间的情感，让学生喜欢你，从而发展到喜欢你的英语课。“爱”是创设和谐情感环境，提高学生学*英语兴趣的重要基础，而良好的教学方法，如情景教学与愉快教学等则是不可缺少的部分。
二、创设情景，直观教学情景教学是小学英语教学中一种很重要的教学技巧。
我们知道，如果语言离开了情景和实践，它将成为无源之水，无本之木。聋哑人的手势就是情景来表达思想的“无词语言”。小孩子最开始说话时都是通过大人的指点，在一定情景下经过反复试验而学会的。例如，他们学会喊“爸爸”、“妈妈”时，都是大人指着他的爸爸妈妈不断练*而成功的。作为一个小学英语教师不求助于景感情染和形象地描述，就会使课堂语言*淡，表情呆板，学生不能全身心投入学*中。教师上课时，通过生动的表演，优美的形体语言，把学生带入一个童话境界。老师生动地表演，丰富的表情，语气的转换无不刻划出剧中人物的个性特色。情景教学对孩子有极强的引力和感染力，使他们进入一个老师所营造的戏剧环境中的人物，（比如：The Ugly Duckling）老师通过形体语言，来让孩子们理解句子的含义，让孩子们从一个很高的角度，即以英语思维方式来认识事物，反复操练运用，学生一下子是丑小鸭，一下子是天鹅，这样让孩子们去扮演不同角色，提高了学生的兴趣，达到了记忆英语句子的目的。再比如学生学*“Good morning， Good afternoon， Good evening”这三个问候语时很容易混淆。我就自制道具设置情景：画三面钟，指针分别指上午、下午、晚上三个时刻，再分别画上显示早晨、上午、下午的太阳和晚上的月亮、星空，再叫学生用morning，afternoon，evening说出图上的时间段，让他们反复练*三个日常用语。为了达到灵活运用的目的，达到语言的交际功能，我又画了几张图片：
①早晨在学校门口见面，
②下午去图书馆见面，
③晚上妈妈做饭……根据三张图片，
让学生扮演不同的角色，学生很感兴趣，跃跃欲试，课堂气氛轻松活跃。在创设情景，直观教学的过程中，学生获得了鲜明的印象，既培养了他们的观察能力也激发了学生的求知欲和学*兴趣。
三、愉快教学。
愉快教学体现了小学生的特点，符合基础教学性质和小学生的发展规律。愉快教学使学生从繁重的学*负担中解脱出来，在愉快的气氛中，觉得轻松、愉快、活泼。采用游戏教学手段正符合愉快教学的要求。采用游戏教学手段，使大量孩子参与游戏，大量地运动（不会觉得枯燥）。比如“BomB”学生指句子，老师猜学生指的是哪一句，猜中了炸弹爆炸，全班作爆炸状，猜错了说明炸弹是臭弹，全班作“嘶”状，这个输入阶段的游戏，令全班气氛热烈，同学们觉得很好玩，注意力自然不会分散，而是竖起耳朵听老师读的句子，这样既听进了句子，又玩得痛快。游戏教学不但可以使课堂活跃，还可以激发学生的学*兴趣，使孩子们变得活泼开朗大方。另外，要让学生在学*中获得成功的体验。学*的最大乐趣在于经过艰苦努力而获得成功。在教学中对不同学生采取不同的要求，排除他们学*英语的，让所有学生都有成功的机会。如“小星星、头饰、画板、拼图”等作为其奖励，以其好胜心来激发他们的学*积极性。
伟大教育家陶行知先生曾提出 “迷、悟、爱”学*三部曲，明确指出只有引发兴趣，才能使儿童入迷，才能使儿童进入爱学、乐学的境界。爱因斯坦也说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”，因此，我们在教学中能引起学生的学*兴趣，就可以使学生在学*中集中注意力，更好地感知、记忆、思维和想象，从而获得较牢固的知识和技能，英语这门学科又是学*英语这一交际行语言，而语言的学*现状又单调枯燥，加之农村小学生害羞、胆小、又更增加了学*难度，这就要求教师激发起学生的学*兴趣，使其自觉地参与学*活动，激发求知的欲望。
一、问题的提出：

Tomorrow is Mid-autumn festival, since I don't have go to school, so I want to take a break and have fun. Mid-autumn festival is a big day, in the tradition, the families will get together and have a big dinner. For me, I have made some plans.
In the morning, I will go shopping with my sister, we will buy some delicious food, so as to prepare for the dinner.
In the evening, after finishing the supper, I want to play some games with my family, since it is the precious moment for us get together, we must enjoy the moment. At last, we will watch the TV show, what a wonder night.

Firstly, I will make a big plan for this term and set a goal for it. Iwant to be the top three of my class in the final exam, so that I must workhard for it. In addition, I will make plans for several short periods, such as monthlyplan and weekly plan. By doing so, I can clearly know what my major task ofdifferent. Finally, daily plan is necessary, too. Write down my tasks for every day and finish them strictly. Remember not put tasks until tomorrow. With thesedifferent plans, I can arrange my time reasonably and get sometime to play.

First of all, I think try to improve the vocabulary is the most important step to have the improvement of English. Because to use a high-level or subject-specific vocabulary can show the audience that the writer have a high-level language skills.
To memorize more and more vocabularies by reading books. It's most easiest and the most fast way to memorize. Do not memorize the dictionary, it's hard and will forget very fast and completely. Secondly, grammar is the hardest section for the people who's first language is not English. There are 12 tenses to learn. Do grammar exercises is a way to get the improvement.
Also people need to study the grammar by talking with other people. Write more and more paragraphs by using different tenses and ask teacher for help to fix the grammar errors. Last but no least, when the writer should have a logical organization of your ideas. A good paragraph writing form can help the writer organize his/her ideas.
Further, write a outline before the final draft, and the ideas should be write from least important to most important or least specific to most specific.
