4、你认为这个行业的现况怎么样？这个问题主要是了解求职者对产业现况的理解及展望。针对无经验者，是试探他对本工作的意愿与关心程度。由于是刚从学校毕业，对这方面的知识也仅停留在书本上，不必在人事经理面前装内行，也没有必要陈述什么独创的见解，你只要能传递正确和真实的意见就行了。这就要求应聘者一定要对投简历的单位以及所在的行业信息都要有所了解，要选择自己喜欢的行业，和自己所学的知识有联系的企业，不要盲目的乱投简历，到最后自己都不知道是哪家，曾经有个应聘者一个晚上通过网络投了120多家单位，结果三天没有消息，她大失所望，和我说再也不想找工作。

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedu-ling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage ***ysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
