一段短短的自我介绍，其实是为了揭开更深入的`面谈而设的。一分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在短短六十秒内，针对“客户”的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印象，还要即时引发起“购买欲”。
自我认识
想一矢中的，首先必须知道你能带给公司什么好处。当然不能空口讲白话，必须有事实加以证明。

职位愈高，自我认识就愈重要，应将个人的成败得失，尽录在日记中。这样，就可以时刻都清楚自己的弱点与强项。
投其所好
清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始预备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。
好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题：如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处。必须突出自己对该公司作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。
一、首先礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，向所有的面试官示意，面试官注意别的东西，可稍等一下，等面试官注意力集中在你这个“焦点”的时候再开始。
二、把握好时间，如果规定了自我介绍时间，注意把握好时间的长短，不要太长，更不要过于简短，所以一般在家可以先准备好两分自我介绍，可以准备个1分钟自我介绍，3分钟自我介绍。
三、自我介绍的内容：如姓名、工作经历、时间等履历应该一下带过，因为你的简历上已经有了足够多的介绍，这个时候你就把时间重点放在简历上所没有的东西，即你对这个职位的优势，工作经验和工作所取得的成绩，用以证明你能够很好的任职这个职位。
四、作自我简介过程中，注意力一定要集中，这也是最起码的礼貌，如果你四处张望，漫不经心，如果你是面试官，你会要这样的人嘛？姿势可以保持一个姿势，毕竟很短暂的时间。
五、自我介绍结束后：结束后一定要谢谢面试官，耐心的听你的介绍，一段短短的自我介绍，就是为了下次更深入的了解而做的准备而已。
一、报出自己的姓名和身份
1、姓名。直接报出来，前面不能有姓无名，或有名无姓。
2、单位。公司名称及从事的部门。这个要根据情况而定，可以全部报出来，但是工作部门有时也可不不出来，看看你应聘的岗位是什么。
3、职务。比如曾经在公司担任过什么职位，具体是什么工作，如果是职务很低的话，就直接报出具体的工作就可以了。
举个例子：我叫杨丽丽，是某某工作的部门主管。
二、面试自我介绍应大体包括本人
学历、工作经历、兴趣爱好、姓名等等，比如：我的名字叫杨丽丽，是某某公司的部门主管，有着5年的工作经历。
虽然这些信息可以在简历上可以看到，但是出于礼貌的表现，也要在面试官面前复述一遍，这样可以加深面试官对你的印象，修养和工作能力都是同样重要的。
三、谈谈自己应聘的原因
在面试介绍是，我们也要介绍一下我们来应聘的原因，可以向面试官介绍自己对这个岗位的了解和自己的职业规划，这样面试官就会了解到你对这个岗位需求很强烈，那么就会给面试官留下好影响。
四、掌握面试自我介绍的分寸
1、控制时间
一般面试官会给两分钟左右的时间进行自我介绍，那么我们要尽可能节省时间，最好是在一分钟之内结束自我介绍。
2、注意态度
在自我介绍是，要保持情态自然、友善、亲切、微笑，同时眼神要对视面试官，这样会让面试官觉得你很自信和素质不错。
3、追求真实。
自我介绍的内容一定要真实，不能含有虚假的成分在里面，这样会被面试官当成揭穿就不好了。
五、在交流时要注意几点：
1、尽量少用“我”这个字眼
一般把“我”这个字挂在嘴边的人往往被认为很自私自利，总是把自己为中心，面试官是很讨厌这样的人，所以要少“我”这个字。
2、把好事留后头
前面不能一下字就把所有的事情介绍完，这样会让面试官觉得你在吹牛、不真实。
尽量留一下重要的事情在后面介绍，这样显得自己很谦虚。
3、语言简洁扼要
在自我介绍时，尽量不要用一些优美的句子来形容自己，不要以为这样会显的自己很有才华，殊不知，面试官会觉得你很啰嗦、浪费时间。
4、如实相告自己的缺点

在班上我一直担任卫生委员和文艺委员，我对工作认真负责，热情执著，有着强烈的团队精神和集体荣誉感。为了搞好班级卫生，我尽心尽力。我也积极参加了学校组织的英语兴趣小组，赛前积极备战，赛中努力做到最好。因此我荣获了萝岗区电子手抄报第一名，还参加了语文竞赛第三名，为学校争了光。
当然，我所有成绩的取得是与老师、同学们的大力帮助分不开的。而且我也知道：成绩属于过去。在今后的日子里，我仍将以一名学校“三好学生”的标准严格要求自己，刻苦学*，尊敬师长、团结同学、乐于助人，用优异的学*成绩、优良的思想道德品质、健康的体魄回报给父母、回报给老师、回报给社会!
像樱桃小丸子般小小的个子，白白嫩嫩的皮肤，弯弯的浓浓的眉毛，水汪汪的大眼睛，红艳艳的小嘴，整个人透着一股活泼机灵劲儿。那就是我——3年级2班的刘佳怡！
我的爱好像一座彩虹桥，五彩缤纷：画画、唱歌、跳舞、下棋不过，我最喜欢的还是看书。我最爱看《西游记》《海尔兄弟》《舒克和贝塔》《浪漫鼠佩德罗》等。走进我的房间，满屋子的书会让你感到吃惊：书架上、桌上、床上、椅子上、地上，到处都是，数不胜数。因为我有个不好的*惯：爱看书却不爱收拾，总是随便往哪儿一坐，抓起书就看，看完了顺手一丢，站起来就走了。妈妈说过我好多次，可我老改不了，妈妈一怒之下再不替我收书，房间就成了这般模样嘿嘿
我的性格很像男孩，特别爱打抱不*。当有人欺负我同学时，我会先安慰同学，再对那个人进行全力反击。有一次，我们班小林同学的脚被雨水弄脏了，心情不爽，便粗声粗气的吼道：“小梅，过来给我擦脚，不然我给你好看”胆小的小梅吓得不敢吱声，正准备去给小林擦脚的时候，被站在一旁的我拦住了，我也毫不客气的大声说道：“小林，你缺手了吗，是小梅给你弄脏了吗？自己的事不自己做，还要欺负弱小。”她听了不高兴，说：“关你什么事。”我立马反击她说：“这事我就要管，而且我还要告诉老师和你家长帮助你。”她一听，立马转变态度，低声细语到：“自己擦就自己擦”从此，小林再也不敢再欺负小梅了。
我也很爱哭。别人碰我一下会哭，看书时看到悲惨的结局会哭，看到结局悲惨的电视剧也会哭。同学说我是个爱哭鬼，可老师说那是我天性纯善，这话我不大懂呃
我还有许多优点：能写一手好字，画画画得好
我也有许多缺点：拿笔不规范，经常写错别字
妈妈说，既听话又顽皮，既文静又粗野，既爱读书又囫囵吞枣的矛盾综合体就是我。你愿意同我做朋友吗？

羽毛球？嘻嘻，我可是羽毛球“达人”哦；这不，今天在操场，我和爸爸又开始了一场”世纪之战“瞧，”战斗“打响了；”啪“随着一声脆响，爸爸首先开球，一道白影风一般地飞了过来，”哼，我也不是吃素的；”我冷哼一声，双腿分叉，右手紧握着球拍，猛的一跃，“看我绝杀球！”我大喝一声，将羽毛球猛拍了出去。爸爸不敢大意，把球拍放低，迅速挥打起来，试图把球打回来，可惜，这都是无用功羽毛球以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃之势飞过了爸爸的层层阻拦哈哈，我拿了个开门红。
第二轮战斗吹响了号角，这一次，爸爸也认真起来，犹如一堵坚硬的墙，毫无破绽，将所有攻击都拒之门外，战斗了十几个回合后，我都没得一分，我的体力已有些不支，可爸爸却精神抖擞，像打了鸡血一般，越战越勇。“不行，一定要速战速决。”我心想。轮到我发球了，只见我吧球拍高高抬起，做出要打“飞机球”的样子，爸爸瞧见了，也凝神望空，生怕我突然袭击。这时，我突然蹲身，猛地一跃，打出了个漂亮的“流星落。“爸爸一时也愣了伸，哈哈，又赢一局。
随后我们又进行了三场战斗，可惜，由于我体力不支，最终惜败给了爸爸……这就是运动中的我，我还有机灵的一面，善良的一面，天马行空的一面，想要认识我？那就快到六一班来找我李弈桦吧。
