▶由于精神过度紧张导致发挥不好
当考生面对多位考官的提问时，精神有点紧张是人之常情，事实上，适度紧张会促使人的大脑反应更敏捷、思维更活跃，但如果过渡紧张，则会导致精力不集中、注意力分散，从而使理解问题、思考问题、表达解决问题思路时受到很大干扰，使面试成绩下降。
