1、 北桥.山景苑1#、6#、7#、8#楼，桩基础，框剪结构，2#、3#楼为框架/砖混结构，3：7灰土基础。1#楼由山东正通建设工程有限公司承建，建筑面积69884.8m2，2#、3#楼由山东泰兴建筑安装工程有限公司承建，建筑面积6037.4 m2，6#、7#、8#楼由山东东泰建筑工程有限公司承建，6#楼建筑面积23852.29 m2，7#楼建筑面积17145.18 m2，8#楼建筑面积41552.64 m2，设计单位为山东纬剑工程设计有限公司，建设单位是济南市市中区陡沟办事处北桥村民委员会新农村建设办公室，地址在济微路66号，市中交警支队济微路中队以西，北桥村北。该项目工程2#、3#楼于20xx年3月31日开工，8#楼于20xx年5月30日开工，7#楼于20xx.9月8日开工，6#楼于20xx年11月19日开工。
二、监理合同履行情况
本监理部现场工作认真负责，认真按照有关工程建设的法律法规、监理规范、监理委托合同及公司的要求开展监理业务工作，能够处理好与项目业主的关系以及承包商的关系，能够做好“三控、四管、一协调”工作。

一、工程概况及我所承担的监理工作：
工程总建筑面积为40000㎡，结构类型为框架，外墙装饰为：石材、玻璃幕墙，内墙普通抹灰，计划工期为20XX年7月1日至20XX年6月1日。我前期主要承担土建监理工作，后期装修等监理工作。
二、质量方面的管理工作：
为了能够达到此质量目标做了以下工作：
1、对分包资质和施工方案的审查工作：
分包单位进场之前，根据招标文件要审查其资质、业绩材料是否真实有效，是否具有承担分包工程的施工资质和施工能力，为总监理工程师审批提供基础资料，另外对分包单位的施工方案进行严格审查，审查其是否对工程具备指导意义，及是否具备针对性，审查合格后并以此检查施工工艺及质量。我主要对承担断桥铝合金窗工程施工的分包单位资质及施工方案进行了认真的审查，在所上报的方案中发了一些不符合要求等问题，并且口头通知其及时修改重报，直至符合要求为止。
2、进场材料质量验收工作：
首先了解招标文件和设计、规范对某种材料的要求，材料进场后由分包单位或材料供应商自检合格报总承包单位检查验收合格报监理验收，监理主要对材料规格、品种等外观进行检查，同时检查材料的检验报告、材质证明等资料，要求复试的材料还要检查其复试报告是否符合规范要求，另外加强了现场巡视，对关键结构所使用的材料质量有怀疑时应进行现场取样复试。在复试期间停止此工序的施工，待检验报告出来并且合格时方可复工。

4、工程资料的审查：
要求施工单位做到资料先行，严格执行报验制度，每道工序完成分包单位自检合格后报总承包单位专检合格后填制相关表格，资料不合格对此工序不予验收，所以说资料与工序必须同步。
四、安全文明施工方面工作：
本工程要求达到安全文明工地。严格审查施工组织设计中的安全措施是否有针对性，对危险性较大分部、分项工程的专项严格审查，并且经常巡视检查其执行情况，认真贯彻“安 安全第一，预防为主”的方针。在分包单位进场之前，对其施工安全许可证进行审查，符合要求方可进场施工，并且要求施工单位进场必须进行三级安全教育及班前教育。在工序验收的同时安全文明施工进行验收，如脚手架搭设、模板支撑等是否通过施工单位安全部门验收合格，临边、洞口防护是否到位等，如果安全文明施工不合格，不准进行下道工序。关于砼结构拆模的安全，严格履行拆模手续，即试验室出具混凝土强度报告，确保达到砼达到拆模强度要求，由施工单位提出拆模申请，监理单位审核批准后方可拆模，并且必须及时做好洞口、临边防护。

(1)在3月到6月20日之间做了3个月的土建监理员，主要负责一标段外管廊架的土建监理，对土建相关的工作有了一定的了解，如对混凝土浇筑时的旁站监理，对混凝土做混凝土试块、养护等;钢筋绑扎质量的*行检查，钢筋进场的报验、送检;模板搭设垂直度以及模板拆除后混凝土成型质量和对质量通病的预防;现场机具运行情况和投入工人数量的记录;钢板的预埋、焊接，以及防雷接地板的检查以上这些都及时与土建专监沟通。对一些需要整改的及时通知施工单位整改落实，我们监理及时复核整改情况。每日给甲方发送日报(有投入人力情况、机械投入、进度、安全等);每周发一份周报，做好周总结与下周计划。总之，在做土建监理员的这个过程中尝到了辛苦，但也收获了很多，比如对土建的相关验收规范与101图集做了熟悉，土建监理的工作程序有了认知，对安全的知识有了深刻的认识，工作开展过程中与几方的协调能力得到了锻炼。
(2)6月21日~到11月30日，张总监安排我负责二标段工艺管道的安装监理。首次接触，压力很大。这个二标段的管道监理与一标段的土建监理有了很大的差异，不过还是要明确一点就是：监理工作主要是程序化管理模式。工作开展前期，张总指导我“抓大放小”;让我编制了管道监理细则，编制过程很辛苦但收获很大，对化工工艺管道相关的规范基本看了个遍，知道了那些事强条是坚决不能违反的，管道的施工工艺的把握让我开展现场监理得心应手。我对二标段的管道工程量、工程期限、参建单位、甲方工程部的要求进行了大摸底，这样利于我开展工作;对二标E5、E4、N1、N2、N3各段的图纸仔细的做了查阅，打印了便本，方便现场查对、发现问题、做好标记;查看了施工单位提交的施工组织设计、人员报审资料、安全专项方案(高空作业、动火作业、探伤作业等)、劳务提交焊工作业证(特种作业人员资格证)、组织安排焊工技能复核考试(甲方、监理、施工三方都要到场确认考试结果);检查人员配置与进度计划的相符程度，切实推进工程;管道的坡口打磨成型质量与焊接质量检查;甲供管材的检查;管道阀门的压力试验、不锈钢管道焊口的酸洗处理(防腐)其他材质管道焊口做除锈防腐处理;工艺管道所同介质不同，外层防腐漆颜色不同;管道的保温、保冷符合设计要求，管道的试压、吹扫方案要监理预审，试压要留影像资料，管道的探伤作业要开作业票，管道的探伤比例要符合设计和规范要求。总之，这个项目收获很大，对我以后的工作影响很大。
