英语一个小时要做一张半的卷子，而且难度较大，匆匆做完只剩几分钟，检查了一下在答案纸上的答案有什么从大卷上抄错之类的，就交卷了。在这里要检讨一下我过去对英语的不认真。老师规定的每天一篇阅读，虽然天天写，但是总做阅读理解，因为难度小一些，一直看到许多单词不懂难度又较大的完整填空就干脆跳过，但是一个很好的可以认识新单词的机会就溜走了，所以我决定以后不会逃避这种题，把不会的单词记住。
物理可以说是最不理想的，两道题似乎都出的模棱两可。电压比实际电压大一点或小一点都可以，只是亮度有些差异，也不会造成什么伤害，可是该填哪个呢？还有一道实验题，明明有两个步骤丢掉了可是却只问一个，又犯了难，虽然我做完整张卷子还有10分钟的检查时间，但是这些问题还是想不通，是我粗心了还是题错了，周一就知道了。
关于月考，还有两点要反思的。第一，一直很担心的是用具问题，经常忘记拿尺子、铅笔、橡皮…。这些应在考前就放在桌子上的，但是我当发卷子的前一刻才匆匆忙忙拿出来。第二，要复*从前的知识，这次语文考试考到了《咏柳》这首小学生背的滚瓜烂熟的诗，作为中学生，同学们大都只想起“二月春风似剪刀”前面的都忘了，而我还好些，想起了前面几句。但是这些也告诉我们要复*那些看似小儿科的东西但早已忘到九霄云外的东西。
这次学校不月考，看似是一件很轻松的事，我也着实开心了半天，终于可以减一下压力了，可是背后却反映了很多问题。
不用月考就不能很好地检验我们前段时间的学*情况，也会让我们对学*有所松懈偷懒，在偷懒之余也不免担心期中考试的来临，像这样一天一天的混日子能行吗？我一次又一次问自己，答案都是不可以。下周马上就要召开家长会，这样的状态怎么能交代父母？交代自己呢？减压固然是好事，可是一味的减压，我们又怎样轻松的面对中考，毕竟那才是我们的终极冲刺目标啊！所以我不能再懒懒散散，也不能再有所松懈了！
因此我在在自身找到了以下一些致命的.缺点：
1、看似在学*，实际却没有付出100%的精力。
2、总是在埋怨中浪费时间，作业太多心里烦躁时，总是把洒在气父母身上，在吵架中时间一点一滴流逝。
3、上课没有付出所有的投入，课后不能有效复*。
4、有时候过于粗心，不该错的也错了，使的分数上不去，使得父母也着急。

6、遇到不懂的装懂，不能100%的弄懂一道题，不好意思问老师，不会不耻下问。

一、试卷内容分析:
本次试卷主要考查了第十六章三角形及第十二章全等三角形的内容。题型以填空题、选择题、解答题为主，全卷以120分制命题。
二、失分原因分析
1、学生的基础知识不扎实是失分的主要原因。本次试题基础题所占比例大，容易题占60分左右，从答题情况看，选择和填空题失分较多，导致成绩普遍偏低，主要原因是基础不扎实，对课本知识不能熟练运用，相当一部分后进生表现尤为突出。例如，有个别同学对全等的判定不能熟练掌握，有的同学对三角形的高、中线理解不透，造成答题失误。
2、*时学*过程中，学*方法过死，灵活解决和处理问题的能力不足。尤其表现在对课本上的一些变式问题缺乏分析和解决问题的能力，死搬硬套，照猫画虎，因而得分率较低。
3、整体表现为缺乏良好的思考和解题的*惯。在考试过程中，发现仍有部分同学解题不用演草纸，直接在试卷上答题，缺乏对解题过程的布局和设计，解题思路混乱，涂改现象严重，答题结束不能认真检查。

三、经后工作:

4、进一步细化课堂结构，强化课堂管理，提高课堂教学效率，重视课堂转差。转差工作要进一步细化，尤其作好差生的思想教育工作，从培养自尊心、自信心和学*兴趣入手，避免学生心理抵触情绪的产生。
5、增加*时检测密度，多出好题、新题，拓广学生知识面，紧密联系生活实际，充分体现新课程“人人学有价值的数学，人人学有用的数学”的教学理念，力求使学生学*数学像学*其他课程一样生动有趣。

在教学中，应坚持“尽可能使用英语，适当使用母语”的教学原则，以减少学生对母语的依赖和母语对英语教学的负迁移。教师的教学和学生的学*都应尽量不使用母语中介翻译，即使使用，也应加强分析和比较。要求学生使用英汉词典，并逐步过渡到英英词典，这将有助于学生准确掌握词汇的含义。
第二，增加学生的语言练*量

月考结束，成绩单上鲜红的成绩让我震惊。这次成绩并不乐观，让我怀疑自己的学*是否用心，是否处于状态。

在初一的时候，英语是我的一门强课，每次考试都在98以上，老师一次又一次的提醒，我没有放在心上，初二一定要扎实基础，还要提高，不然就会下滑。这次考试，正是验证了老师的预言，令我英语也丢了很多分。现在我才醒悟过来，英语，也是难度不小的一门学科，我们不应该将它忽略，反而应该重视。

本次试卷主要由三部分组成：积累与运用、文言文阅读、消息知识。学生出错最多的是在文言文上出错很多，主要是有错字及对个别字的翻译和句子的翻译不准确及古诗的填空不正确。选择题出错率更高，学生不能正确理解题目的要求。消息的基础知识及运用错误就更大。
二、成绩分析
15班的成绩与16班成绩差距不大，不管是基础知识还是文言文、消息知识的解答都很不尽人意，与其它班级的成绩相比差距更大。而16班的成绩较期末考试大幅度下滑，跌至低谷。
三、原因分析

月考结束了，成绩也出来了。我有种抓狂的感觉，心理很堵，很冷，也很燥。一直以来对自己的教学是很有信心的，对自己的教学热情更是我最大的骄傲。通过这次月考，也让我发现了工作中的很多不足之处，在今后的工作中应戒骄戒躁，扎扎实实的搞好自己的课堂教学工作，使自己能有较大的进步。
首先是自己的教学方式和方法，总以为语文是熏陶和渐染的过程，或多或少的忽视了基础知识的学*，特别是对于学*基础差的学生，还需要加强这方面的教学，还是应该培养学生良好的学**惯，有了好的纪律，才可能有良好的教学效果，表面上的热热闹闹混杂了不少浑水摸鱼不肯思考和读书的学生，也许我和学生一样，都该踏踏实实的走好每一步，先教好学好最基本的，然后才能够加深和拓展教材的内容；也
许是自己的课堂有点务虚了，还是要实实在在的从字词句篇开始，点点滴滴打下基础，至于情感的熏陶，哲理的感悟，美文的享受应该循序渐进。
其次是还不能很好的转换角色，对语文教学的理解还不够深刻，不能很好定位。对教材和考点还很不熟悉，不能很好的把握重难点；对学生情况了解不够，不能及时发现学生学*中的问题；对学生的指导不够。

新学期开始了，学校发生了很大的变化。我们的教学楼换了，我们的英语老师换成了现在的何老师。何老师二十四岁。她有一双明亮的大眼睛，高高的鼻梁和黑色的头发，非常漂亮。
上课的时候，老师很认真。每次都是她先抓住重点，然后再给大家详细讲解。讲解完后，她会教我们做一些学生经常出错的题目。她也会让我们当场进行口头对话。一个人问，一个人答。
有一次老师让我起来和她对话，就是问我能不能做点什么，对方可以直接回答。很简单，听清楚老师说的就行了，根据意思提问或者回答问题。我就是这么做的。老师也说我做的很好。这是因为我觉得学英语并不难。除此之外，她还教会了我们许多背单词的技巧和背诵课文的方法。我很喜欢她。今年有这么好的老师陪我度过，我很开心。相信在他的悉心指导下，我的英语成绩会有更大的进步！

As the saying goes,”A years plan starts with spring, an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening” . so I make up my mine to make a plan for this whole year. First of all, I have to try my best to learn maths well. It means I have to pass all the maths exam, which is difficult for me. however, in order to take a good place in the senior high school entrance examination, I have to make my plan and achieve it. And then I have to keep the level of my Chinese where it is now. I hope I get go to an excellent high school in September. After the senior high school entrance examination, I will go out for a travel to open my mind and relax. I will try my best to do everything well.
