星期3下午，我的英语老师说：“星期5可能是我的最后一节课，以后会有一个新的老师教你们。”
这时，我们班上的很多同学都欢呼起来，因为，他们不喜欢这个英语老师。欢呼的时候，英语老师好象有一种很失落的表情，我也猜不出来。放学的时候，我突然听到语文老师说：“还是出国好哇！”出国？英语老师要出国？不会吧！！！我突然想起以前。以前，英语老师刚来的时候，我们很不喜欢她，她是个女的。但不是因为她是个女的，我们才不喜欢她。我们也不知道为什么，就是有一点讨厌她。有的同学常常还在背地里骂英语老师。我还记得，以前，我们几个学生常常在那边讨论英语老师。我们有的时候不认真听讲，不给英语老师面子，因为我们觉得她不够格。
但是，我们错了。英语老师在每一节课上都很认真，我们丝毫未察觉到。我也不知道为什么，我现在很不舍得英语老师。后来在别人的口中，我得知：英语老师要去日本。在这一刹那，我居然感觉鼻子象酸酸的，眼泪止不住得往下流。我知道为什么了......毕竟，她也是我们的英语老师；毕竟，她教过我们一个学期；毕竟，她也教我们这么久了。我舍不得英语老师。我觉得我对不起英语老师，如果时光能倒流，我一定每一节课都认真听讲，一定不辜负英语老师，一定不会让她失望的！我痛恨我自己，我对不起她。星期5的最后一节课，我异常认真。因为，这毕竟是英语老师的最后一节课啊!我旁边的一个同学在那边不认真听讲，我大骂他:“这是英语老师的最后一节课，你如果不好好听课，你看着办！”课上完了，我的心情也跟着跌荡起伏。英语老师就要走了。我流泪了......我多么想送送英语老师啊!我多么想送英语老师一份纪念的礼物啊！那样的话，我们彼此之间，就能永远有一份珍贵的，属于我们两个师生之间永远的回忆......
邓老师上课非常有趣，能以各种方法让我们掌握必须要学*的知识。就拿“大象”的单词elephant来说吧。老师说“大象”这个单词必须要掌握，而我们看着这么长一串字母都觉得很头疼。邓老师似乎看出了我们的苦恼，就启发我们说：“同学们，如果我们把单词’elephant’分成几个部分，是不是就会好记很多呢？大家试一试。”听了老师的`话，同学们都在下面认真思考起来。大约过了一分钟，邓老师请同学们起来把自己的想法说出来并写在黑板上。同学们有的把单词拆分成两小节，有的分成了三小节，有的还分成了五小节。邓老师看着同学们的答案，继续启发我们：“大家都非常有创意！可是大家再想想老师教的自然拼读法呢。如果把单词分成三个小节，也就是’e-le-phant’，是不是更符合拼读规则呢？”我们都点点头，记住了这个办法，并且很快地把这个复杂的单词成功地记了下来。
当然，邓老师的本领可不止这一个。她还会让我们去讲台上扮演课文中的人物，进行角色对话，还会带着我们边做动作边学英文歌……
