我进一步喜欢中医、中药，是在前年暑假，我体验当中医。中医们手把手地教我包药，称药以及把脉等行医基本功，最棒的是，中药房的东西，什么都可以看一看，摸一摸，甚至闻一闻。那些洁白的骰子似的白芷，那些干巴巴硬邦邦的陈皮，那些闪着绚丽光芒的蜣螂……如王羲之流畅有力的草书，在我脑海中挥之不去。

很多人都有自己的理想，当设计师；当老师；当园丁；当医生……我却只有一个古人才有的想法——做一个诗人。
当一个作家，做一个诗人，我总觉得我特别异想天开了。这么奇怪的想法，我的同学自然不会想到，而我一开始只是想当一位作家，后来我渐渐爱上了诗，是古诗，也有一些散文诗”把岁月当成一根血肉做成的弦，我们是这根弦上的箭，引而不发或锋芒毕露都是为了抵达一种生命的高度。”“抽刀断水水更流，举杯消愁愁更愁”。我背了很多我喜欢的诗和散文，买了很多本名著，我最喜欢雨果的《悲惨世界》，冉？阿让的故事让我潸然泪下，我也想写作，想创作冉？阿让这么高尚的、不屈不挠、不卑不亢的`人物，同时我也想成为这样的人物。我一连几次做了在同一场景发生的梦，悲欢离合、喜怒哀乐尽在其中，简直是一部科幻小说。我就试着写下来，可是我写一页，撕一页。写一页，撕一页。把一整本本子撕完了也没写好满意的第一章。
后来，我不仅爱看书，更是迷上了李白的诗，也迷上了背所有诗人的古诗词“向晚意不适，驱车登古原。夕阳无限好，只是*黄昏。”“天街小雨润如酥，草色遥看*却无。最是一年春好处，绝胜烟柳满皇都。”十六句的《古朗月行》我也背了，还找到一个背书的好时间；早上起床后的一个小时。我虽然成绩上明显偏理科——数学好，而且从小就有音乐、绘画，甚至各项运动上的优势和天赋，但是我放弃了这些，我总不能什么都干吧。我甚至还编过“古诗”，还是“七言绝句”呢。我不敢给人看到，都给扔了。我最初想考上洪中，再考上清华北大，一直学到最后，可是我想多留一些背古诗，写文章的时间，就暂时看着办。我决定一直背古诗，还突发奇想到电视上参加诗词大赛之类的比赛。
谈到我其次的理想写作，我就表态了和别人不一样但和一位诗人一样的想法：“自古逢秋悲寂寥，我言秋日胜春朝。”我不仅在语文上跟人不一样，上数学课时，一些稀奇古怪想法正确的方法和思路甚至公式也会从我嘴里冒出来，当我发觉我的不一样时，老师已经惊讶的望着我了。
我爱写作，我爱背诗和作诗。我不管有没有机会，都要试一试，开拓创新自己，不怕命运坎坷，不怕嘲笑讥讽，不怕生老病死。就算经历了再多，我也绝不回头！哪怕重病在身，也抵不过我对自己的信任。
仿佛我已预知了未来，这就是我一直以来的乐趣的理想。“君子一言，驷马难追”。我会怀着理想走向成功的明天。
最*有一句网络流行语叫“别人家……”，意思是羡慕别人家的'XXX，而自己却没那么命好，没能碰上。同样一张试卷，小明考了98分，结果得到的“奖赏”是一个耳光，小王考了61分，就得到了一个鼓励的亲吻。哎，又是一个“别人家”的家长，同样一张试卷，奖励和惩罚的命运却千差万别。
理解润亲情，鼓励成远方。成功没有标准答案，胜利不一定就是满分，只不过期望值不同而已。有些时候，我们*惯于成功，*惯于完满，把标准定得太高，把脚步迈的太大，可能落差也会更大，还不如春风化雨，脚踏实地，让成就一步一步积累，让喜悦一点点绽放。
北风与南风打赌，看谁的力量更强大，他们决定比谁能把行人的大衣脱掉。北风无论怎样强烈，行人只是将衣服越裹越紧;而南风只是轻轻拂动，人们就热得敞开大衣。“南风效应”告诉我们一个道理，强扭的瓜不甜，早熟的柿子生涩，早拔的育苗根儿松，漫灌的鲜花会被淹死，关键看你如何把控尺度，如何设置期望值。
20世纪英国著名心理学大师唐纳德·温尼科特曾提出“足够好的妈妈”的概念，具体含义是妈妈做到60分，满足孩子的基本生活需要，给孩子足够的安全感，把剩下40分的爱以“特别狠心”的方式隐藏起来，留给孩子足够的空间，让他自己努力学*成长。相反，六一儿童节之际，湖北武汉一“着急妈妈”火了。从半岁到5岁，她为自己的小孩累计投入*12万元，报了英语、数学、声乐、表演等17项培优班，结果没想到儿子竟然由“学霸”变成了“学渣”。对比触目惊心，做“60分妈妈”总比做“着急妈妈”更令孩子接受。
教育是一块橡皮泥，可以任人随意捏造出各种形状。那么反向推演，一件成功的雕塑与一件破摔的雕塑，他们的最初状态都是陶泥，无所谓孰轻孰重熟好熟坏。我们都羡慕别人家的孩子学艺双全，各方面都很优秀，但在*凡世界里，我们不甘于*凡但应*惯于*凡。每个人都想成为鹤立鸡群的那只“鹤”，那么谁来成为那大多数的“鸡群”呢?
上善若水任方圆。98分的“学渣”与61分的“学霸”，奖惩分明、区别对待背后是一种焦虑，中间隔着*惯性与偶然性的转换差，而这个差值正是中国应试教育下的一种常态。在此呼吁别让“中国式焦虑”毁了“中国式教育”，因为方圆即乾坤。
对于小明来说，是一百分与九十八分间的毫厘。
对于小亮来说，是及格与不及格间的跨越。
看似的差别待遇毫无道理，仔细思索却能悟出其间的合理。
如他人言、人生来不*等，自呱呱坠地时起，每一个生命便是一个独自的个体，有着其属于自身的优劣与价值，生而如此，又怎能以一条统一的刻线，单薄的规矩丈量一个个鲜活而独立的生命呢?
千年前，圣人孔子便提出“因材施教”的主张，弟子三千人，有富可敌国的巨贾，有位极人臣的政客，形形色色不一而是，而孔子，则成为后世称赞景仰的伟大教育家，究其根本，在于其能准确地把握每一位学生的优劣长短，扬其长补其短，因材施教，正是因为这样的“差别待遇”，才使得每个人都得尽展其能，各得其所。
社会对于每个人，应有不同的要求，正如一台高速运转的机器既不能缺少轰隆雷鸣的马达，也不能松懈默默无名的一颗小小螺丝钉，可能对于小亮而言，九十分是他永无无法企及的高度，及格便是其尽其所能的结果，若是我们只是用统的标杆来评价不一样的人，那世间将会埋没多少奇能与怪材!
是的，我们社会需要差别待遇!正如航天器的研发需精确到小数点后十多位，而汪洋恣意的书画只求神形俱备即可;正如廉颇以身经百战显赫战绩位列上将，蔺相如以如莲巧舌精巧说辞为上卿;正如舌尖上的中国中一位位能人以食物铺写精致，《我在故官修文物》中一双双巧手以古物刻写精华……各行各业，各得其所，差别待遇而实现整体的共赢!
由此观之，作为肩负向国家与社会输送人才的责任的学校，更应抛弃条条框框，拼弃墨守成规之道，改革创新，因材施教，用一把把不同的刻刀，雕琢出每一个莘莘学子的独特光华，以不同的标准，相同的诚意，培养出各取所长的栋梁之材!差别的待遇，相同的匠心;不同的准则，同样的期许。
我一直坚信，每一个个体，都有其独特的芳华，每一个存在，都有其独特的意义。而我，愿养我浩然之气，展我独特风采!
“差别待遇”不差别!
每个人心中都有自己五彩缤纷的梦，都有自己心中崇高的理想。理想好比是一盏指路的明灯，它会指引你到达成功的彼岸。我的理想，就是要当一名画家，画家可以画出自己想要的任何东西。当我不开心的时候，画画可以让我开心起来。
我觉得，如果世上没有绘画，人们就缺乏一种美的享受。其实当画家是很累的。因为绘画是一门艺术，我希望我画的画能让人们陶醉在不一样的艺术魅力中，即使不能，我也要努力，要坚持不懈、持之以恒、锲而不舍，就像画家达芬奇一样，从小老师就让他画鸡蛋，从不同角度去画，一画就是三年，他没有放弃，坚持了下来，这也是他为什么能成为画家的重要原因之一。
记得有一次，我小时候在上幼儿园的时候，突然有一位美术老师了，走进教室，他跟我们说，今天我们要画食物，你们吃过什么食物吗?有的小朋友说：“我吃过西瓜、胡萝卜、牛奶。”也有的小朋友说：“我吃过白菜、菠萝、包子。”美术老师又跟我们讲画食物的过程、注意事项，我就迷迷糊糊听懂了一些，我就开始画了，看了看其他小朋友的画，就模仿画了起来。画了一个苹果，但我不会画叶子，该怎么办呢?忽然，美术老师就走到我身边来，他按着我的手画了起来，他跟我讲了注意叶子的尖尖的地方，不要变成半圆了，于是我就记在了脑子，画好之后，涂上了颜色，苹果就这样完成了。真是多亏了美术老师给我教导。所以，我就喜欢上了画画。
后来，我才发现美术老师是一位资深老教师，他画画几十年了，他总是来上我们班画画。面带微笑去教其他的小朋友，从来不生气。
画画也是一种艺术，要有很强的专业技巧和功底，需要各方面的综合能力。如定位、主题、涂色等。我的理想是想当一名画家，所以从现在开始，我会更认真上好每一节美术课，多画画、多练*、从基本功练起，掌握好画画方方方面面的技巧。同时，每天我还要练*一小时，从而提高自己的画画技巧。另外，现在周末我还参加美术辅导课，请教有关美术方面的专业老师和多看一些关于美术方面的书籍，丰富自己这方面的知识，为今后实现当画家的理想而努力。
人生会有一段美妙或者艰难的旅程，如果跌倒了，再爬起来，还是有机会的!我打算把画画坚持画下来，只要坚持好好读书，好好画画，苦练加巧练，就会实现自己的理想!
