在教学中，我努力发挥自己的优势，创设条件，进行教学的改革。经过努力，语文教学中我取得了较好的成绩。同时，被评为区级学科带头人。
四、积极配合学校的各项工作，积极搞好与其他教师的团结合作，认真完成领导交给的各项任务。
总之，在过去的一学期里，取得了不少的成绩，在教育教学中既锻炼了自己，还使自身素质又有了较大提高。但是我也清楚地认识到，自己的工作中也仍然存在诸多问题，这也正是以后我工作努力的方向。我会再接再厉，力争使自己在以后的工作中干得更好。
新课程改革，是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力，新课改倡导建设性学*，注重科学探究的学*，关注体验性学*，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学*新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。从上学期开始，在全国上下刮起了”杜郎口风”，在全国掀起了一场”杜郎口教学模式”改革，经过研究和探索，我认为”杜郎口教学模式”之所以在全国推广，有其特殊性和先进性，另外，我也清醒地认识到，任何一种先进的教学模式和先进经验都不能照搬，必须结合自己的实际情况，因此，为了将杜朗口先进经验和本校实际想结合，我进行了一系列探索。所以，下面简单地回顾一下开学以来在这些方面所做的一些英语教学工作。
期末考试最终结束了，这也意味着这一个学期最终结束了，我也能够放下紧张的心，让自我稍微休息一下了。在这一个学期里面，我担任高二年级的英语教师，共带了高二xx班和xx班两个班。其中前面一个班级为学校的清北班，后面面一个班为学校的前进班，两个班级的成绩有必须的差距，清北班的成绩教优于前进班。所以我在这一个学期里面，同时用着两套教学方法在教这两个班，此刻我将我高二上学期的教学情景介绍在下头：
一、班级介绍和不一样的教学措施
我们高中会根据高一下学期的期末考试成绩，将班级分为成绩较好的清北班，以及成绩还需进一步努力的前进班。这一个学期，我同时带了一个清北班和一个前进班的英语课。因为两个班级学生的英语基础不一样，所以我也就不能用同样的方法去叫他们，不然不仅仅起不到好的作用，然而影响了他们的成绩。所以我就分别向他们的班主任请教，根据他们之前的英语成绩情景，制定了两套教学措施。
清北班的基础较好，所以我在讲课上头会稍微快一点，并且我自我专门买了一套以前历年高考的辅导书，在上完课之后，根据那一天讲课的相关资料，选出类似的题型提问，帮忙他们经过*题加深基础理解。
前进班的基础会差一点，所以我在讲课的速度上头，自然也会慢一点，不然学生们容易因为听不懂而对英语产生厌烦心理。在教学上头，我也更加注重他们的基础建设，所以给他们布置了，除了主要作业之外，还布置了每一天记三十个英语单词的作业，第二天的中午再让班级的英语课代表进行听写，错的太多的，就要在英语课上上台表演节目。经过这种惩罚措施，增加了他们的进取心，在经过课堂的节目表演，活跃了课堂气氛，大大提高了他们的学*效率。当然，高考题的提问，无论是什么班级，我都会在班上问的，这都是很好的帮忙他们理解上课资料，和了解高考题型的有效措施。
二、听力练x
在教科书每一课里面，都是有听力的，在上课的开头，我都会先放一遍听力，带领他们熟悉一次，之后，就会让他们自主上台，然后分配度化主角，让他们进行朗读。经过听力部分和朗读部分，增加他们的听说本事。
在每一天的第八节课是自*的时光，我就跟他们的班主任，分别要了一天的第八节课，对他们进行听力练x。学校发的教科书里面，是有一本专门练*听力题的部分。我就分别在他们班的第八节课，拿着录音机给他们放听力，之后就给他们改题目，看他们对错情景。之后再慢放一次，告诉他们，那一题为什么选哪一个选项。
听力题在英语考试里面属于比较简单的题目，是不能够错过的，所以我经过具体的听力练x，来增加他们的听力本事。
三、作文练x
xx中学应当是全国都比较有名的一所中学，他们学校的本科上线率一向都是全国的前列，他们是有出了一本作文考题的书的，上头都是各个作文题的优秀学生作文，我就自我买了这一本书，然后从上头选一些好的作文题目，让它们练x，之后在给他们看看别人是怎样写的，综合分析写英语作文的方法，能够用那些句式等等。
这一个学期，我的工作应当数做的不错的，清北班的英语成绩稳步提升，我教的这个前进班英语*均分，在这前进班分班里面排在第一位。在下一个学期，我就要对这个前进班增加压力了。
本人在学年度第一学期担任高三一班、高三三十五班两个文科班以及高三三十班一个理科尖子班的英语教学工作，现将工作简单总结如下：
一、爱岗敬业
我深知高三对于每个学生以及每个学生身后的家庭的重要意义，因此在工作中不敢有丝毫的马虎，全身心地投入，分析工作中出现的问题。积极投入到*时的教书育人活动中。尽管是科任老师，但也经常深入班级，及时与班主任沟通，做学生的益友。与学生的距离缩短了，学生也就乐于学*英语这个学科了。
二、因班施教
除了刚参加工作的几年外，今年是我感到压力的一年，三个班的学生基础不一样，相差还很大，从文科的应届生到文科的辅导生，又到理科的辅导生，跨度很大，如果采取一样的策略，一样的教学步骤，肯定会出现有的班吃的饱，有的班会跟不上的情况。为了避免这种情况，我用大约两周的时间，不断观察、思考，给每一个班的教学正确定位。因班施教，使每个学生的英语成绩在原来的基础上都有很大的提升。
三、注重细节
结果源于过程，细节成就成效，学生的时间非常有限，如果不注意*时学生在学*过程中出现的问题，解决问题就没有针对性，耗时就会太多。如果想要准确地发现问题所在，就必须留心学生在课堂上的反映和*时作业中所出现的问题。
四、认真备课、批改作业
因为三个班级学生基础不同，备课时就不能仅备内容，还要备学生，注意问题的设置，尽量使学生在课堂上都能有所收获，作业是学生听课效果和教师授课效果的`一种反馈手段。尽管高三的作业没人查，但也坚持常收、常批，用这种方式来督促、激励学生。另外把作业本或卷子作为教师与学生交流的途径。把对学生的鼓励和期待写在作业本上和卷子上，这样这些东西就变得有灵性有感情了。
五、不断学*充电
在*时教学中，越来越感到自己知识的有限，提高的空间还很大，于是利用一切可以利用的时间充电学*。
领导的关心和自己的勤奋，使我所教的班级英语成绩一直不错，我会在今后的工作中不断努力，虚心向同行请教，不断提高自己。做领导放心、学生满意的好教师。
在学*英语的过程中，学生不仅仅能够学到语言知识，掌握语言技能，还能够培养了解他人，尊重他人的包容性格，认识自我和认识他人的本事，克服困难，合作解决问题的本事，以及与人共同生活等诸多方面的本事，这些对于学生良好性格的养成，促进学生主动全面的发展，具有积极的作用。对于本学期的德育工作总结如下：
1、挖掘教材的德育因素，渗透德育
在中学英语教材中，学生能够接触到本国和所学语言国家的文化、历史、地理、科技、政治、文化礼仪、*俗风貌。要学*包括表达思维活动(同意、帮忙、邀请)、情感态度(喜欢、感激、同情、愿望)、道德态度(抱歉、宽恕、感激、赞成、关心)、社会文化(介绍、问候、告别、就餐、看病、庆贺)等三十多个语言功能项目，资料丰富。这些语言材料的学*，为课堂的德育实施供给了丰富的素材。
高一英语教学是高中英语学*的起始阶段，其教学资料一般比较浅显，多与学生的生活接*。教学中教师要善于找好德育的切入点和结合点，进行自然的渗透，切忌长篇大论。例如礼貌用语，是学生学*英语最初接触的资料。教师要利用学生初学英语时的兴趣，创设真实的语言情况，在学生进行语言操练的过程中，不失时机地对学生进行礼貌礼貌教育。在学*句型时，当学生们兴致勃勃地用新的句型谈论自我的日常生活、作息时间时，教师在要求同学注意听别人发言的同时，引导学生经过积极地参与课堂教学活动，来认识什么是合理安排时间，从而懂得珍惜时间。这时知识的讲授、学生的交际练*，实际上成为德育渗透的载体。既使文道合一，文理交融，又到达了教育、教学融于一体的教学效果。
2、注重语言教学的情感教育，促进学生知、情、意、行的和谐发展
(1)激发学生的学*动机，培养学生的学*兴趣
学*动机是直接推动学生进行学*以到达某种目标的心理内驱力，动机产生于需要。教师要了解学生的心理结构、认识结构、情感结构，运用正确的心理策略，以学生为中心，环绕着学生的种种心理需要进行教学。兴趣是影响学*自觉性和积极性的最直接因素。所以教师要从教学实际出发，运用学生乐于理解的教学形式，激发学生的学*兴趣，满足他们积极学*的心理需要。加强中学英语教学的活动性是培养学生学*英语兴趣的行之有效的方法。经过游戏、唱歌、比赛、表演等教学形式，能够把学生的认知活动与情感体验巧妙地结合起来，同时也是向学生进行道德品质教育的极好机会。
(2)养成良好的英语学**惯，
中学英语教学是初级阶段，培养良好的英语学**惯是中学英语教学的重要资料。中学生在学*英语过程中，掌握学*方法是一种不自觉的过程，要靠教师的渗透和培养。中学英语阶段的学*主要是感性学*，无论是语音、词汇、语法和交际用语都应当从感性学*入手，经过示范、模仿、运用，使学生充分感知语言，从而逐渐领悟语言的内在联系。从学*和掌握英语的角度来说，核心问题是要培养学生听、说、读、写英语的良好*惯，这是掌握英语的关键。中学阶段侧重听说本事的培养，适当读写。要把“听”放在首位。要教育学生在课堂上认真听教师和同学讲英语，回家要听录音，培养听力。在听的基础上说，积极参与课堂练*，要养成大胆讲英语的*惯，朗读和背诵的*惯，书写规范整齐的*惯，运用语言交际的*惯，课后复*的*惯等。良好的语言*惯是培养本事、发展智力的一个重要开端。中学生学*、掌握很多的语言知识，固然是学*英语的基础，但掌握良好的学*方法，养成良好的学**惯更为重要，这会使学生终身受益。
3、精心组织安排教学活动，有机地进行德育渗透
寓德过程以课堂教学为渠道，不一样的教学环节、教学活动其侧重点不一样。学*英语的最终目的是进行交际。语言的交际性和实践性决定了要在语境中，在活动，在模拟交际中学*英语，感受语言。在教学活动中，教师要精心组织教学活动，设计能引起学生兴趣的语言交际场景，教学游戏和练*形式，以学生学会为目的，以学*情趣为主线，贯穿在每一个教学环节中。教师要在教学的语境中、练*的活动中、模拟的交际中，向学生渗透德育。在教学的功能结构时，就能够设计在快餐店就餐和家里来了客人时的情况。在学*“Howmuchisit”时，能够布置“小商店”。在这些模拟的语言情况的交际活动中，学生在学*语言的同时，也在学*与他人的合作和交往。这种学*活动有助于培养学生关心他人，互助友爱，礼貌礼貌等思想品德和行为规范的构成。也能够极大地激发学生的兴趣和创造性，构成课堂教学的高潮。教学的全过程中，教师不断的引导学生成为课堂上的主人，使学生体验到学*的欢乐。在浓厚的兴趣和强烈的学*原望的驱使下，学生会忘却羞涩，积极向上，努力合作，去争取更高层次的成功。伴随着这一系列的教学活动，德育融汇其中。
学科教学中的德育，重在渗透。德育的渗透在于自然地与知识溶于一体，要善于在学科教学和学*过程中捕捉德育因素，做到点到为止，切忌牵强附会。今后我们要继续实践和探索，更好地发挥中学英语教学中的德育功能。
经过对高二下学期的教学，我发现高二是学生整个高中外语学*的关键时期，于是我决定在教学上继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会本事，继续培养理解、分析和阅读的本事让学生在高中系统的学*中牢固地掌握基础知识，并具备必须的自学本事。
一、教育教学指导思想
树立新观念，继续钻研新大纲，探索教材教法。进一步明确任务性教学和其他教学理论相结合，探索培养学生全面语言本事。
二、教学工作
1、强备课组建设。全组成员以新大纲为本，认真钻研新教材。
1）教研组的安排，加强备课组的团体备课，保证备课的时光和质量，每周至少保证半天的时光。备课时重点研究教法和课外读本的处理，异常是对新教材的教法，要认真把握。中心发言人要有明确的重难点，对疑难点要有自我的看法，提出来供大家讨论，以取得相对统一的见解。本期还要注意和高考逐渐接轨。
2）展组内“转转课”，并展开讨论，认真分析长短，相互促进。异常是加强本教学组教师之间的交流，以构成一个具有强烈的职责心，较强教学本事的团体。
2、修课：本期教学知识覆盖面和词汇量仍然大，所以，首先要加强基础知识的训练，在上好教本的同时，要异常研究拓展学科的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法
1）好单元教学，突出单元教学重点。认真学*任务性教学理论，贯穿于教学实践中。把握好各个环节并注意和其他教学理论相结合，让学生不仅仅学*知识，并且得到本事的培养。
2）强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”，重视指导学生思维方法的学*，要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统，强调运用语言的本事和语感本事的培养，重视积累，感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动，还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动，努力提高学生学*英语的兴趣。
3）内课外阅读
a、教师指导阅读，教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其资料，重难点，方式方法等都要作通盘研究。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸，即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。
b、学生单元小结：
1、积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要总结、查字典解释重点记忆。
2、阅读报刊文章写点评；
3、每单元写一百字左右与课文资料相关的作文。
c、课堂交流，课堂内材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最终由教师收集作为资料保存。
d、英语学*小组活动，每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑，评析，欣赏。这是学生自主学*和“研究性阅读”的尝试。
4）写作：
a、根据教材的编写体例，把教本上的写作资料与学生练笔结合。
b、本期拟作作文每单元1次。
c、作文批改要讲实效，要调动学生参与，可先由学生自评或互评，再由教师点评，对其得失进行分析总结，并提倡学生写后记或重作，以期不断提高写作本事。
d、对优秀的作文可进行交流。
3、充分利用电脑，投影仪，磁带，录像等电教手段，适当的时候使用多媒体教室，使英语课堂更加形象，生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作，制作各单元的电子文本。
4、认真准备本期晚自*的教学工作安排。
三、具体安排
课时进度——全期新课授课16周，每周7课时计，共110课时。每单元授课8—9课时，本期共有10单元，预计需90课时。测验和考试5—6次。
本学期本人承担高一（x）、高一（x）和高一（x）三个班的英语课教学工作，周课时十五节。在工作中，能勤勤恳恳，敬岗爱业，忠实执行党的教育方针，坚持以素质教育为主线，教学研究为龙头，构建创新教育模式，面向全体学生，促进学生全面发展。在校园领导的亲切关怀和大力支持下，在科组，年级同行的大力协助下，基本地完成了本学期的教育教学任务。回顾一个学期的工作，我有如下几点体会：
一、构建在新课程条件下“多媒体优化组合”的英语课堂教学模式。
“多媒体优化组合”构建的课堂教学模式，就是运用这种心理学的感观原理的理论，应用于英语教学的一种实践。
传统的英语教学模式，教师在整个教学过程中，就是灌输抽象、刻板的规则，用“条款化的语言”来描述具有审美载体的、形象生动的语言，不言而喻，这样的教学手段，不适应时代的快节奏，不利于开发学生的智力，不利于培养开拓型人才，不利于学生素质的全面发展。
布鲁纳说过：“学*的刺激是对所学教材的兴趣”，对学生来说“兴趣”将直接影响学*效果。因此，我在课堂上运用以电教为主体的“多媒体优化组合”课堂教学模式，使教学资料的表现形式变得新颖而引人入胜，充分调动学生的学*用心性，使学生对学*产生浓厚的兴趣。
二、开启学生创造性思维潜力，培养良好的学生素质。
新大纲明确指出：中学英语教学的目的是“透过听、说、读、写训练，使学生获得英语基础知识和交际初步运用英语的潜力，激发学生的学*兴趣，养成良好的学艺打情，为进一步学*打好基础，发展学生的思维潜力和自学潜力”。众所周知，在诸多潜力素质中，创造思维潜力是促成其他潜力构成的核心机制。
传统的英语教学模式培养的是僵化的思维定势，它桎梏着学生的创造力。因此，我在课堂教学上能注重全方位地、多元化地调动学生的视觉、听觉、动觉，多层地启发学生、引导思维、拓宽思维境界、引发发散性思维，使思维的广阔性、深刻性、独立性、敏捷性等方面得到训练，从而发展了学生的创造潜力，培养出良好的学生素质，到达教育的最终目标。
三、利用学科的优势，培养学生良好的人格，陶冶学生美的情操。
教学过程，实际上是学生在教师指导下的认识过程。学生是认识的主体，知识的掌握和潜力的培养只能在主体自己相应的用心自觉活动中才能构成。在教学上我不仅仅是教师，而且是魔术师，运用直观的现代的教学手段，使语言教学从单调的文字描述中**出来，在学生面前展现的是文字、语音、形象、色彩这一新奇的美，这种美感会吸引学生注意力，从而激发浓厚的学*兴趣。“激发学生的学*兴趣”是新大纲中新列入的教学目的。
同时，我也是导演，导演出一幕幕场景；是画家，用斑谰的色彩展开生动的画面；是导游，引导学生在语言的海洋中漫游……这种全方位展示着的英语教师气质的美，就是一个强有力的磁场，吸引着学生，给他们一个愉悦的环境，使他们对课堂产生审美情感，使他们获得美的陶冶，从而使整个教学过程处在美的环境中，产生良性循环，增加学生学*的活力。
四、深入研究教育教学理论，使教学更加贴合学生的年龄特征和身心特点。
各个学*阶段的学生都有其特定的年龄特征和身心特点，需要教师真正做到“设身处地”，站在不同的角度缜密地构思每一个教学环节，这样才能更好地交流互动，完成教学任务。高二是学生高中学*生活的转折时期，是承前起后的时期。英语学*成绩的好坏与他们的升学与否紧密相连。所以我不仅仅备教材，还备这个年龄段的学生，取得了令人满意的效果。
五、建立新型的师生关系，强化教学主体意识。
时代的发展为传统好处上的师生关系注入了新的内涵：师生*等、互相尊重、互相学*、共同提高。教师就应是“首*”，与学生共同奏出优美的旋律；教师就应是“配角”，把学生衬托得光彩照人；教师就应是“热线”，让学生永久感觉到鲜活与新颖；教师就应是“110”，在学生最需要关爱和帮忙的时候，及时守候在学生身边；教师就应是“导游”，引导学生探幽发微，欣赏险峰的无限风光；教师就应是“场上队长”，身先士卒，与队友共同拼搏，在比赛结束后，把队友我们的学生，高高地抛向空中……
应对着一个个充满灵性的教育对象，我时刻提醒自己：“我是谁为了谁是否把学生的收获、学生的发展放在首要的位置是否做到了‘一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切”。特别我刚到这个校园，对那里的学生学*状况很不了解，对他们的学**惯，我也不认同，但是我爱他们——*等协商，倾心交流，使得我们师生关系和谐融洽。
六、坚持政治学*，加强师德修养，做到学高为师，身正为范。
本人这个学期能，遵守劳动纪律，从未旷工，上课从不迟到，与同级组老师团结合作，用心支持科组工作，不折不扣的完成科组长分配的任务，用心参加各类教研活动，并且把教研活动所得及时运用到教学中去！

Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all. As the title given，I am going to talk you about a way of treating people and things in life. My speech here basically includes 2 parts，in the former of which I‘ll describe you the present occasion we teenagers are in，as well as the reason behind. Undoubtedly，every one of us has stepped into adolescence，a period of time where the most exciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys，apparently become more ambitious. We complain about how fragile our friendship is，how little people know about us，how unfair the life is，etc. It seems that every time we fail，we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in，while never notice a problem inside ourselves，that we’re never satisfied.
Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.
Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead？You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone，you can enjoy it whenever you like，whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.
Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got，thankful that with each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day，thankful that the people we love are still in health，that we still got much to hold on. As a saying on website，” The world is tough，but I’m tougher.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
Every day is a gift from life，all we need is to accept it，cherish the lessons life has taught us，so as to achieve our goal with high spirit. In this way，someday when we leave the world，we leave no regrets.
