VOA、BBC这些*台都是非常地道的英语，有常素和快速的听力。而且还可以逐句听，逐句练*，同时还可以模拟听写。对于听力每天坚持仔细听半小时到一个小时，如果课间不想聊天，就可以随便找篇文章当作音乐听一听，培养一种感觉。
另外就我个人感觉，读的好，听的一般不能差，所以如果时间充裕，可以去搜一些免费的练*英语语音语调，让自己读的更有英语的韵味，对听力就非常有帮助。
