假如我是玛丽，我也会厌恶所有的人或事，由于在这个家庭里，我的父亲是一个总是不回家的人，而我的母亲也每天去参加各种各样的舞会，根本不在乎我的存在，只让保姆们照顾我，生活在这样的家庭里，我感到孤单、寂寞，一个快乐的我渐渐地变成了谁都不理睬、对什么事都感到烦，有谁不会变成这样呢？

自从我们庆师附小展开了六年读一百本书行动后，我已经读了第三本书《秘密花园》。
它以神奇而有奇妙的秘密花园为背景映出了小女孩玛莎的故事，她原本是一个粗鲁暴躁的女孩，可自从他的父亲母亲印度奶妈和所有的仆人被那一场残酷无情的瘟疫夺走了生命后，她的命运彻底改变了，她为了生存，来到了自己的姑父家，在那里她找到了秘密花园的钥匙和把门，同时认识了自己的小女仆的'弟弟，名叫肯林。他是一个能与人交往融洽，也能与动物们交谈的小男孩。也认是了自己的表哥柯林，他身体憔悴，个性暴躁。
在玛丽肯林俩人带他游览秘密花园和种植秘密花园，他渐渐的胖了起来，也变得十分强壮，最终他们创造了一个奇迹，让瘫痪多年的柯林变成了一个健壮的小伙子，跑的小鹿一样快。
