April 28th Saturday Fine
It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didn't go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.
We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Children's Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. growing up， my sister and i would do everything together。 born barely fifteen months apart we not only looked alike， we were alike。 we both had that same mix of curiosity and fear of all things unknown to us。one sunny summer day i was playing outside on the grass when she came up to me and said， "want to come to the attic?" we both knew that the answer to that question was always 'yes。'
we were frightened of the attic but also fascinated by its smells and sounds。 whenever one of us needed something， the other one would come along。 together we would fight the life-size spiders and battle through the numerous boxes until we found what we needed。over time the visits to the attic became less scary。 eventually there came a time when we would go by ourselves， but my sister and i stayed as close as ever。 when the time came for us to go to college， what better way than for us to go together。

学校换成了公司，同学换成了同事，不再有自由支配的时间，一切来得那么无情，但是去必须适应。其实我的工作就是、做些翻译、收发信函、报价、传真和邮件、绘制表格等。每天重复着这些烦琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦，但是工作烦琐也不能马虎，一个小小的错误不但会给自己带来麻烦，更会给公司带来巨大的损失，而像公司的业务员每天都得到处奔波，他们必须具备坚韧不拔的个性，遭遇挫折时绝不能就此放弃，犯错时遭到领导责骂还不能赌气就此辞职，每次看到他们我就会充满干劲。
一、实*感悟
“在大学里学的不是知识而是一种叫自学的能力。”当我真正走上工作岗位时才深刻的体会到这句话的含义，除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论用的很少，我担任的助理一职*时做些接待客户、处理文件，有时觉得没有太多挑战性，而同公司的网站开发人员就大部一样了，计算机知识日新月异，他们不得不以自学尽快掌握新知识，迎接一个一个新的挑战，如果他们之靠在学校中学到的知识肯定是不行的。我们必须工作中勤于动手，不断学*新知识积累经验，没有自学能力的人迟早会被企业和社会淘汰。
我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。
另外，人际关系的处理也很关键，虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。。
还有就是坚持的重要性。实*中有自己的感悟。我觉得，整个人生有因就有果。只有做好身边的每一件小事，才能得到所谓的善果。针对大学生眼高手低的特点更应重视坚持的重要性。也许我们所不在意的一件小事，就是我们的一个机会。要想长成参天大树就要靠坚持靠积累。
针对助理的职业特点，具体遇到挫折时不妨从调整心态来疏解压力，并进行冷静复*，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面找出受挫的原因，总之，通过这些感悟，我不仅明了我会在以后的工作中做得更好，更会学会珍惜，珍惜父母的每一分辛苦转赚来的钱，珍惜每一次工作机会，因为懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。
二、实*结
首先，是建议方面的。希望以后学校可以增加实践环节以增加学生们的工作能力，并以社会需求为导向调整课程设置，毕竟，我们改变不了招聘条件，职能使自己成为人才，这就要求学校加大教学改革力度以适应社会需求。
其次，是我在本次实*表现的总结。通过这次实*，我收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，但是也有一些遗憾，也许因为实*日子短的关系，我对助理工作的认识还仅仅停留在表面，未能具体处理全部工作，虽然有了一定的理论上的认识但仍缺乏实践。针对以上总结，在今后的学*和工作中我要做到以下五点：
其一是加强英语的学*。对于助理这一职务虽然频繁的应用英语，但作为自己的专业却可以成为我的优势。可是，在实*的过程中这个优势却并不怎么突出，这是由于我对英语还处于会而不精的原因。所以，在以后的学*中我要通过扩大词汇量和增大阅读面来提高自己的英语水*，使自己的优势更加突出。
其二是加强沟通能力。通过实*，我发现，专业知识固然重要，但良好的沟通能力是让别人发现自己能力的前提，对于助理这个职位来说，沟通能力更是包括了一个人从穿衣打扮到言谈举止等一切行为的能力。通过在日后的交际中来提高我的沟通能力一定会在我以后找工作的过程中起到事半功倍的作用。
其三增强前提是奉献的意识。因为是突出个性自我的关系，在这一方面我做得很不够。我们虽然一在日常的工作和生活中接受了团结合作的重要性，停留在这个大家都认同的概念中，可能会进一个误区，理论正确行动却没有效果，这就要求我们每个人增加奉献精神，一个人若不懂得在团队中主动奉献，能力再好也会变成可有可无的角色。应该把自己所拥有的知识能力奉献出来才能促进团队的进步，并使自己的能力得到认同。
其四是学*忍耐，社会不像学校，它关系网错综复杂，没有人可以无条件的接受你的一切情绪，俗话说，忍一时风*浪静，退一步海阔天空，要保持宽容的心态，在风*浪静时海阔天空处才能更好的获得成功，处理好一切关系。
其五是要做好身边的每一件事。现在我的人生观和过去有些不同，曾经年少轻狂，好高骛远，总觉得明天肯定会很美。现在，在我心中定义的美跟以前不同，得到的方式也不同。现在的美是一种踏实的感觉。而且是通过自己的坚持不懈的努力得来的。 实*是每一个大学毕业生必须拥有的一段宝贵经历，而这次实*的意义，对我来说已不再是完成学分、完成毕业实*的任务，而是我们真正在实践中开始接触社会、了解社会的一次重要机会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，增长了见识，开阔了视野，为我以后走上工作岗位打下了坚实的基础。 。

实*已接*尾声，以下是我对本学期实*的总结，我的实*学校是xx中学，xx中学是集初中、高中于一体的学校。初中的招生主要面对的是附*各小学，而高中的招生则主要面对的是整个地区各中学。学校师生共有一千余人，有教师一百多人，其中有三名市骨干教师以及多名当地骨干教师；有学生八百余人。学校正处于教学改革的第三年，为提高教学效率，xx中学引进了高效课堂教学模式，正在摸索前进中。

在生活方面，学校除了每月的生活补贴外，为照顾我们实*生的特殊情况，一日三餐免费。住宿和其他教师一样，住在教师公寓，电器齐全。教师公寓的其他教师也对我们非常友好；在工作方面，实*学校领导给予了一定的关注，但对于实*生的后期工作安排，实*学校缺少计划性，导致实*生很少有实践机会，在实*学校无事可做。虽然指导教师对于指导实*生缺少经验，但指导教师对于实*生的指导认真负责，从知道教师身上学到了很多东西。
总而言之，此次实*是有收获的，在工作上，了解到了当前英语教育的形式，同时接触到了之前从未接触的高效课堂教学模式；在课堂教学上，我明白了运用多种教学方法的重要性，灵活处理课堂问题，得体的课堂用语，对学生适当地鼓励与惩罚，这些都是影响我们课堂教学的重要因素。此外，课前准备以及课后反馈也是至关重要，课前准备也就是备课，备课是一个漫长的过程，我们要准备充分，才能上好一堂课，提前备好教学内容、备好学生，做出情境预设，而我存在的最大问题就在备课上，我总是在情境预设上存在不足，内容准备了很多，而学生却根本没有做出我想要的反映，有时总是高估学生们的水*，导致这一堂课无法正常进行下去，事后指导教师对我说是我对学生们的水*了解不够，所以后期我多余学生接触，基本掌握了学生们的知识储备量，现在我的课堂已经可以顺畅进行，我备课时，试着想好每个环节，想好我要说的话以及学生们可能说的话，这也让我体味到做好情境预设的好处。
课后反馈，学生的反馈以及教师的反馈都是至关重要，由于我没有完全接手整个班级的教学，没有完全参与到教学工作中，所以这一方面在我这几次的课堂上做的不是很好，*时辅助知道教师判作业，也是我的反馈方式之一，每个学生在作业中就能显示出对知识的掌握程度，通过评语帮助学生们认识错误。其次，从xx中学的高效课堂改革中我们学到了，教师不能墨守成规，要敢于创新，从学生的实际情况出发，具体问题具体分析。对于高效课堂改革要发扬其提高学生学*能力之一优势，但是也不能照搬照抄这种模式，要推陈出新。

一、实*目的
我系为了使毕业生了解社会，适应社会，真正做到理论与实践相结合，增强其就业竞争力，特为我们安排了六周的实*时间。实*目的和意义就是想让我们通过这次实*，使我们选择英语教育方向的学生，了解实际教学的基本步骤，初步认识到教学的基本规律，能完整地备好一次课，讲好一次课，掌握教学的基本环节。在此基础上学出实*报告。同时为撰写毕业论文提供素材，结合所学理论，写出较高质量的有关教育的毕业论文。
按照学校规定的实*时间，我来到了*顶山市第七中学实*。这是一所刚建立起来的中学，历史很短暂，大概建立的有四年时间了。不过学校建立的很好，不论是教学环境，还是教育设施。学校总共有十五个班级，七年级七个班，八年级和九年级各四个班，每个班级有四五十个人，很规范，严格按照教育要求来执行。来到七中后，我和这里的老师一样，每天按时上下班。不过七中离我院很*，走路只需要十分钟的时间。在这里实*期间，我严格按照实*要求，自尊，自爱，真诚待人，言行一致：勤学，勤问，勤思考，放下架子，虚心求教；手勤，眼勤，从一点一滴做起，善始善终；所以根据要求，我顺利完成实*任务。
二、实*内容
第一天的时候，我跟着英语组的组长朱老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实*期间需要注意的一些事项，并紧跟着来到了英语组办公室。她跟我介绍了办公室的老师们，并且帮我安排了一位指导老师。朱老师告诉我说我的这位指导老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前正担任八年级四班的班主任，带过很多实*生了，所以我有幸在他所带的班级实*。之后我的指导老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。
听课是实*的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学*拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。初中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。指导老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，开始听他讲课，很有亲切感，再次听他的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整两
个单元的课，每讲一个新话题时都有不同的上课形式，都有值得学*的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练*加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实*，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们英语专业的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们学英语专业的学生，一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。
三、实*结果
我在七中整整听了五个星期的课，在听课期间，感觉自己感悟了许多，学到了很多。在还有一个星期就要实*结束时，我的指导老师把他的课全部交给了我，有我全权为他负责，而我的指导老师就在班级后面听我讲课，给我提意见，及时指出我的欠缺之处。因此这实*的最后一个周格外忙。白天上课，晚上写教案，备课。记得我在上第一节课时，本来好好的，不紧张的，可是一上讲台，不知怎么的，就紧张起来了。讲课的思绪完全被我自己慌乱的思绪打乱了。下课后，很灰心，想着自己是不是有点眼高手低了。这是我的指导老师过来了，他鼓励我并告诉我他的第一次讲课经历，这让我信心了很多。然后又及时的给我列出了我上课时的缺点，告诉我应该怎样改正。虽然第一节课不是很成功，但我依然坚持下来了。在上第二节课时，我并没有上次那么紧张，一节课讲下来，感觉比昨天好了很多。这时我让我的指导老师给我评课，他给了我极大地肯定，说我比上次进步很大，这让我很是欣喜。再接下来的三天中，我讲的越老越顺了，最后两天的讲课指导老师没在给我提什么意见，这是对我的一种肯定。
四、实*结
以上是我的实*报告，通过在*顶山市这六周的实*生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学*生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，

阅读与学生的语言能力紧密相关，阅读效率取决于快速、自动化地词汇辨认和大量的词汇认知。英语阅读属泛读范畴，是学生在课堂教学以外的自觉阅读行为。让学生在其语言能力范围内接触大量可理解的语言材料，是提高学生阅读能力的手段和重要途径。量变产生质变，没有一定的数量难有较高的质量。

我于20xx年10月，在德利金秋小学进行为期一年的实*，在这期间我积极地努力地工作，虚心向有经验的老师请教，顺利的完成实*工作。同时，我还在实*期间做了一次深入的调查工作，是针对英语这门课而言的。为了得到教师和学生的真实想法，我费了一番心思，最终的调查结果对我将来的就业有很大的帮助。

我于20xx年2月到6月初，对我实*的这所市重点小学的学生的英语阅读状况进行了调查。通过调查研究，对中学生的英语阅读学*有了初步的了解，为准确地把握当前小学生英语学*的情况，深化教学改革，加强教育教学的针对性，提高教育教学的实效性，探索实施素质教育的新路子，提供了客观依据。

(二)调查对象
本调查具有广泛的代表性。为了更好地展现时代特点，展现先进的教学理念、教学思想和教学水*，问卷调查在德利金秋小学五六年级进行，共发问卷100份，回收有效问卷100份，有效率达100％。
（三）调查方法
本调查问卷涉及被调查者相关背景信息，采用单选形式。为了确保调查质量，本课题组完成问卷初稿后专题研讨，审稿后在课题组成员间进行试调查，而后对问卷每一小题进行认真地讨论和修订，修订稿出炉后选取20名学生进行小范围试测，分析研究试测结果，再次修订后才定稿问卷，然后在全校范围展开正式调查。为了消除被调查者的顾虑，提高调查信度，我们要求学生在作答问卷时不写姓名，让其自由、客观地表达自己真实的意愿和情况。为了使被调查者清楚了解调查意图并减少废卷，我们要求任课教师利用课前时间进行并在发放问卷之前对问卷作必要的讲解。
（四）问卷及数据处理
问卷汇总后，我们对问卷做了有效性筛选，对有效问卷遗漏值进行了处理：统计过程中发现的选项空缺设定为遗漏值，统计数据以有效数值为准。我们将477份有效问卷的信息进行描述性统计处理，计算出我校学生英语阅读现状各个部分的百分比（％）等数据。对于缺失值则依据默认方式进行处理（用*均值代替）。
（五） 数据分析
基于篇幅的限制，本文省略了各项数据的具体处理过程，以及与本文现有问题类似的题项数据，只重点分析一些与《英语课标》和日常英语教学直接相关的调查数据，讨论数据背后的观点，调查题目及结果附后。需要说明的是有些数据反映出的问题需要进一步的调查研究以探明究竟。
（六）调查结果
通过调查结果显示，15%的学生对英语阅读非常有兴趣，56%的学生对英语阅读的兴趣一般，19%的学生对英语阅读不怎么感兴趣。从总体上来讲绝大部分学生对英语阅读学*的热情不是特别高。经过具体分析，学生们对英语阅读的各种情况是有所区别的，详细情况如下：
