I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. the hero's mother in the movie forrest gump says, “life is a box of chocolates”. i would say that life, with friendship, true friendship particularly, is sweet as honey. it is moonlight cast on the tranquility of a lake on a mid-fall night, enchanting to the soul. it is morning dew on rose petals, pleasant and pleasing to the sense of sight. it is cosy fire on a bitterly cold winter night, warming the heart.
but as helen foster snow remarks, “friendship is no common weed that grows along the way. it's highly cultivated and watered day by day.” like an infant, it needs constant care; like a young tree, it can not be left to the tender mercies of severe weather. true friendship consists more in “a friend in need” to give to than “a friend in need” to take from. a true friend is a person who can be turned to, who is ready to lend a listening ear, who is willing to share feelings.
friendship should be mutual, otherwise it will be subject to withering like plant in drought. like genuine love, true friendship has to be a two way experience. be it the former or the latter, if one expects to be solely on the receiving end, then s/he will be too optimistic about it: it is hoping against hope that it will last. love or friendship of this kind is dangerous, as it is contaminated by the dark matter in human nature – selfishness.

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Recently, due to the increasing number of population, China has become a country with a big problem of balancing the relationship between housing price and people’s demand for dwelling .The fact that housing prices is soaring everyday actually sparkles heated debates among both citizens and peasants. People multi* daily are complaining against the skyrocketing housing prices.
Yesterday, I saw a TV program through Shenzhen channel concerning the soaring housing prices in our country. That program dispatched many journalists to have interviews with the public in which they are asked about what’re their opinions of the theme. Unexpectedly, most of the interviewees make complaints about the soaring housing price. They hold firmly to belief that such state of affairs is irrational and abnormal. The higher housing prices are, the less people who can afford it. Hence, this may conduce to exceedingly severe living problems. With no lodgings to live in, people begin to do something immoral, and more crimes will come forth, then, social instability ensue. Out of this point, some people may blame the government for not being able to command macroscopic regulation such as not cracking down on illegal purchasing approaches. While others hold the view that some special groups should takeresponsibility for the soaring housing prices problem. As some wealthy people or powerful personages are in p
ursuit of being wealthier by owing more houses through proper or improper ways, the housing prices are forced to be raised. Constant complaints against soaring housing prices will continue unless that tendency drops off.
After stating this universal complaint against soaring housing prices, I would like to come up with my viewpoints. Personally, I deem that this problem is really a hot potato. It depends on the governmental control and personal morality. However, in order to stop the housing prices from going up, I stick to the idea that the central government should make some effective laws , levy more taxes on house property just as western countries do to restrict rich people to purchasing and selling their houses. With the mutual efforts made by people and the government, there is no denying that the complaint against soaring housing prices will disappear one day.
Animals are our friends we should set up nature reserves to protect their advocacy for the Protection of Animals knowledge we all act together with us and the world that there is an animal Earth We should not destroy the surrounding of the animals and plates living .We should not catch and kill wild-animal ,not cut the plates for our greedy desire.I want scientists to stop using animals as experiments. I thing killing or testing animals is very awful.It is wrong to kill animales for makeing clothes,or for some "fun". Governments should help to protect animales,birds,plants and insects in their own country.I like the animals and I will do evrything to help them I will never wear a fur coat .When I grow up and make a lot of money I open Center for homeless animals.I want to be a vet when i grow up,I am an animal rights activist.
Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. There fore, measures of the following should be taken: pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life, reserves.
