It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. They are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.
I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.
I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! In addition, I made a few friends with whom I felt comfortable and with whom I could share my fears. I set up a routine that was really my own-a routine that met my needs.
As a result, I began to look upon myself from a different perspective. I began to see myself as a person responsible for myself ans responsible for my friends and family. It felt good to make my own decisions and see those decisions turn out to be wise ones. I guess that is all part of what people call "growing up."
What did life have in store for me? At that stage in my life, I really was not certain where I would ultimately go in life and what I would do with the years ahead of m. But I knew that I would be able to handle what was ahead because I had successfully jumped this improtant hurdle in my life: I had made the transition from a person dependent in my family for emotional support to a person who was responsible for myself.
look! there is a rainbow! on the first day of my university life, when i walked into the campus, there was a rainbow bridging over the fountain, i hadn’t seen rainbow for a long time. i was so excited, and leaped high with joy. my ponytail danced with my happiness. it was a propitious sign indicated that my life in university would be colorful, and actually it is!

一、电子商务的发展态势及大学生网购状况
艾瑞咨询数据显示，20xx年*网络购物市场交易规模达18500.0亿元，较往年在社会消费品总零售额的占比达到7.7%.从季度数据来看，20xx由于受“双11”、“双12”等促销活动影响，同比增长80.0%，环比增长32.4%.由图一可看出*网络购物市场从20xx年后开始逐渐进入成熟期。未来几年，随着传统企业大规模进入电商行业，*西部省份及中东部三四线城市的网购潜力也将得到进一步开发，加上移动互联网的发展促使移动网购日益便捷，*网络购物市场整体还将保持较快增长速度，预计到20xx-20xx年*网络购物市场交易规模将超过30000亿元。

二，大学生网购行为调查分析
本次的调查群体定位在上海市高校的在校生，这些高校有：上海电机学院，上海海事大学，华东师范大学，上海金融学院上海大学。为了提高数据的可靠性采用了在分层抽样基础上的简单随机抽样方法，每个学校各发放105份调查问卷，共计发放530份，收回500份，得到有效问卷490份，回收率为96.3%，有效回收率93.3%.其中男生48.9%，女生51.1%.
从年级角度分析，各年级参加过网购的人数比例依次上升，大一最小为 87.9%，研究生最大为97.6%，调查结果如表所示。大一的学生进入大学时间不久，对于网购的接触较少，因此通常只是购买一些价格较低的商品。随着年级的增长，大学生对网购的认识加深，而且通过兼职打工等获得的可支配收入增多，网购人数比例会逐渐增加。
通过对调查数据分析，主要分析以下三点学生网购行为模式特征：
1、 购买物品选择：
大学生易于接受新事物，在购买商品时比较喜欢追求新颖和时髦、热衷于追随时代潮流，因此在服饰方面消费比重较多，他们往往是新产品、新品牌、新消费时尚的追求者和推广者。对于女生来说，网上的服装饰品多种多样，可供选择样式多，对于大多数男生来说，逛街不是一个买衣物的最佳选择，网购足不出户就可以买到自己想要的东西，而且免去砍价的尴尬。再者，一些学*用品如果到实体店也不容易找到，即使找到也要花费一定的时间。另外网购免去铺面的费用，价格相比于实体店也会便宜些。所以，服装饰品和学*用品才会占那么高的比例，而在学生用品、娱乐消费、书籍等方面则往往能紧跟时代的步伐，此外调查发现，少部分大学生对虚拟充值有一定量消费，主要在游戏充值、通讯费充值;根据研究：大学生需求、购买动机与行为既具有从众化，又具个性化。
2、支付方式选择：
网上购物选择的付款方式是大学生比较关注的一个方面。比较流行的电子支付方式有网上银行、U盾，支付宝，财付通，货到付款等，其中支付宝是学生选择的主要支付手段大约占据73%的比例，大家更信赖第三方这种付款方式;其次是财付通和网银，还有部分同学为安全起见选择货到付款。此外，调查可知大学生虽然是网购的主体 但因为缺乏独立的经济来源，网购的消费能力较低*八成的学生每月网购次数在4次以下，半数以上的学生网购占生活费的比例小于12%.
3、网购心理：
研究发现消费者感知风险和消费者的态度对其是否采取网上购物行为有显着影响。通过对网上购物消费者的研究，发现丰富的产品信息可以影响网上购物。从网站技术的角度，结合消费者特征对影响消费者网上购物因素进行研究，结果证明有竞争力的价格和取消订单的便捷性是影响消费者网上购物的关键，网友的评价、价格，卖家的信用，商品介绍及实物图，支付方式等。
大学生的需求与购买行为具有强大的自主性和独立性;求实，求廉，求变求新，求美，求名心理在大学生消费中并存;大学生的消费动机与行为兼有冲动和理智的成分;在进行网购时大学生除了必需品消费外冲动消费也占有一定的比例，这说明大学生在进行网购时缺乏购物理性易受外界因素影响其中，网店的促销影响最大。价格高低是决定大学生是否网购的主要因素这一点在实体店与网店的比较中表现尤为明显，大学生选择网购而非实体店的主要原因是价格便宜。
三、大学生网购行为中存在的主要问题
1、大学生消费心理的不成熟
大学生社会经验不足，经济上没有独立，而他们往往在心理上需求独立，再加上他们兴趣广泛，因而使得大学生的消费心理具有时尚新颖性和合理实用性的双重特点。但大学生年龄一般处于17至24岁，该年龄阶段的年轻人活泼好动的性格在他们身上得到充分的体现。精美的商品包装、同学的建议及其他因素都有可能促成其购买行为的发生。大学生的消费特点主要有：消费的不*衡性、消费的多样性、消费的主导性。不合理的消费主要表现为盲目消费、攀比消费、无益消费和超前消费。当代大学生的消费方式已经进入网络电子时代，消费倾向多元化发展，理性消费是主流，追求时尚和名牌是不老的话题。其中储蓄观念淡薄是当代大学生尤其需要注意的问题，财商需要培养和加强。大学生消费差距拉大，出现两极分化家庭经济背景对其消费状况影响较大;调查可知，一般的'，生活费在每月20xx元以上的*均每月网购3次以上每月1500元以上的*局每月网购2次以上1000元以上的*均一次1000元以下的非必要需求一般较少网购;消费结构存在不合理因素，女生更为突出;过分追求时尚和名牌，存在攀比心理;恋爱支出过度等。
2、网购权益受侵犯，*意思淡薄
因为网上购物的虚拟性，很多的网购产品的实物和网上的图片相差很远在本次大学生网购行为模式的调查中同样存在着很多不满意的现象。调查发现，当大学生消费权益受到侵害后，*状况并不乐观。找商家理论的占总人数的45%，在与厂方协商不能解决的情况下，选择到消费者协会投诉和借助新闻媒体力量的学生占到人数的3%和9%，选择“算了，自认倒霉的”占到人数的43%.影响大学生*的障碍中，主观障碍如嫌麻烦的高达63%，不知道具体途径的也达到*10%.由此可见大学生*意识和渠道认识严重不足。
四，对策及建议
造成大学生消费结构不合理的因素较为复杂，牵涉到个人、家庭、学校、社会等多方面。分析其原因主要有：网购实物与描述差别太大、产品质量得不到保障，诚信缺失、商家霸权;大学生缺乏对法律知识，*困难，个人信息不安全，消费观的扭曲;没有资质的商品流入市场侵犯知识产权、扰乱市场秩序(淘宝商标侵权案);低价作为网购核心竞争力，诱使部分不法商家想方设法逃避国家税收征收;我国相关法律在网购方面的缺失，大学生在网购在买卖处于弱势地位;网购的规范致使部分大学生对网购信心降低，影响网购市场繁荣。购物网站、第三方支付在网购诈骗中的法律界限不清。
因此，我们建议：
1、大学生树立正确消费观个形成正确消费心理，促进大学生全面健康发展。为引导大学生形成健康合理的消费观念，学校应加强对大学生消费观念、消费行为的教育指导。同时，大学生自身也应加强自我控制力，学会合理理财，以形成合理化消费。其中储蓄观念淡薄是当代大学生尤其需要注意的问题，财商需要培养和加强。
2、大学生是网上消费者的庞大群体，也是弱势群体，为此大学生必须执法懂法。要熟知《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》这不仅是一种意识，更是大学生的责任。必须以一种法律意识学*、熟知网上购物的具体流程，做到网上购物的每一步都不疏忽，以免出现购物方面的漏洞。同时，法律要对商家进行严格的法律约束，对自己的网络信息承担相应的法律责任，要让他们把消费打折的权利放在首位，懂得尊重。建议学校可以加强相关教育，培养较高的法律意思这也有利于带动整个社会的法制意识。
