  Com*r aided design

  Com*r aided design (CAD) is the use of com*r technology to assist in design, especially for drawing of parts or products. Nowadays, CAD is a very important technology, because compared to manual mapping, it greatly improves work efficiency. There are many advantages to using CAD, such as reducing product development cost, shortening design cycle, etc. CAD allows the designer to design and refine the work on the screen, print it out, or store it for future editing, saving the drawing time.

  There are several types of CAD. Each requires the operator to think differently, and he has to think about how to use these types and how to design the virtual components in different ways.

  Low-end two-dimensional systems have many sources. Thus, in the design process of the final drawing, because of the need to adjust at any time, avoid the trouble of hand-drawing drawings in scope and layout, and provide a new path. With their help, designers don't have to worry about the scope and layout of the drawings.

  The three-dimensional frame is basically an extension of two-dimensional drawing. Each line has to be added by hand. The final product has no quality attributes associated with it, nor does it directly add features. Creating three-dimensional entities is akin to controlling objects in the real world. The basic three-dimensional geometry model can be added or subtracted from the physical product, just like a combination or cutting of a real object. Two dimensional projection views can be easily generated from these models.

  Three-dimensional parametric entity modeling requires operators to use the so-called "design concept". The objects and features of creation can be adjusted. Future changes are simple, difficult, or almost impossible, depending on how the original parts are created. If you want to from parts center to locate a particular characteristics, so the operator is from the center of the model to locate it, and may not be like when using the entity modeling, from a close edge or any point to locate. Parametric entity modeling requires the operator to consider the consequences of the behavior.

  In principle, the entire design process can be used for CAD, but in fact, it has a limited role in the initial stage, because the bulk of the design is sketching. Several newly developed software can be used in the early stages of design. But how they work, and how wide they are, remains to be seen.

  A whole lot has changed about the retailing business in the forty-seven years we've been in it—including some of my theories. We've changed our minds about some significant things along the way and adopted some new principles — particularly about the concept of partnership in a corporation. But most of the values and the rules and the techniques we've relied on have stayed the same the whole way. Some of them are such simple commonsense old favorites that they hardly seem worth mentioning.

  This isn't the first time that I've been asked to come up with a list of rules for success, but it is the first time I've actually sat down and done it. I'm glad 1 did because it's been a revealing exercise for me. I do seem to have a couple of dozen things that I've singled out at one time or another as the "key" to the whole thing. One I don't even have on my list is "work hard." If you don't know that already, or you're not willing to do it, you probably won't be going far enough to need my list anyway. And another I didn't include on the list is the idea of building a team. If you want to build an enterprise of any size at all, it almost goes without saying that you absolutely must create a team of people who work together and give real meaning to that overused word "teamwork." To me, that's more the goal of the whole thing, rather than some way to get there.

  I believe in always having goals, and always setting them high. I can certainly tell you that the folks at Wal-Mart have always had goals in front of them. In fact, we have sometimes built real scoreboards on the stage at Saturday morning meetings.

  One more thing. If you're really looking for my advice here, trying to get something serious out of this exercise I put myself through, remember: these rules are not in any way intended to be the Ten Commandments of Business. They are some rules that worked for me. But I always prided myself on breaking everybody else's rules, and I always favored the mavericks who challenged my rules. I may have fought them all the way, but I respected them, and, in the end, I listened to them a lot more closely than I did the pack who always agreed with everything I said. So pay special attention to Rule 10, and if you interpret it in the right spirit — as it applies to you — it could mean sim*: Break All the Rules.

  For what they're worth, here they are. Sam's Rules for Building a Business:

  RULE 1: COMMIT to your business. Believe in it more than anybody else. I think I overcame every single one of my personal shortcomings by the sheer passion I brought to my work. I don't know if you're born with this kind of passion, or if you can learn it. But I do know you need it. If you love your work, you'll be out there every day trying to do it the best you possibly can, and pretty soon everybody around will catch the passion from you — like a fever.

  RULE 2: SHARE your profits with all your associates, and treat them as partners. In turn, they will treat you as a partner, and together you will all perform beyond your wildest expectations. Remain a corporation and retain control if you like, but behave as a servant leader in a partnership. Encourage your associates to hold a stake in the company. Offer discounted stock, and grant them stock for their retirement. It's the single best thing we ever did.

  RULE 3: MOTIVATE your partners. Money and ownership alone aren't enough. Constantly, day by day, think of new and more interesting ways to motivate and challenge your partners. Set high goals, encourage competition, and then keep score. Make bets with outrageous payoffs. If things get stale, cross-pollinate; have managers switch jobs with one another to stay challenged. Keep everybody guessing as to what your next trick is going to be. Don't become too predictable.

  RULE 4: COMMUNICATE everything you possibly can to your partners. The more they know, the more they'll understand. The more they understand, the more they'll care. Once they care, there's no stopping them. If you don't trust your associates to know what's going on, they'll know you don't really consider them partners. Information is power, and the gain you get from empowering your associates more than offsets the risk of informing your compe*s.

  RULE 5: APPRECIATE everything your associates do for the business. A paycheck and a stock option will buy one kind of loyalty. But all of us like to be told how much somebody appreciates what we do for them. We like to hear it often, and especially when we have done something we're really proud of. Nothing else can quite substitute for a few well-chosen, well-timed, sincere words of praise. They're absolutely free — and worth a fortune.

  RULE 6: CELEBRATE your successes. Find some humor in your failures. Don't take yourself so seriously. Loosen up, and everybody around you will loosen up. Have fun. Show enthusiasm — always. When all else fails, put on a costume and sing a silly song. Then make everybody else sing with you. Don't do a hula on Wall Street like I did. Think up your own stunt. All of this is more important, and more fun, than you think, and it really fools the competition. "Why should we take those cornballs at Wal-Mart seriously?"

  RULE 7: LISTEN to everyone in your company. And figure out ways to get them talking. The folks on the front lines — the ones who actually talk to the customer — are the only ones who really know what's going on out there. You'd better find out what they know. This really is what total quality is all about. To push responsibility down in your organization, and to force good ideas to bubble up within it, you must listen to what your associates are trying to tell you.

  RULE 8: EXCEED your customers' expectations. If you do, they'll come back over and over. Give them what they want — and a little more. Let them know you appreciate them. Fix all your mistakes, and don't make excuses — apologize. Stand behind everything you do. The two most important words I ever wrote were on that first Wal-Mart sign: "Satisfaction Guaranteed." They're still up there, and they have made all the difference.

  RULE 9: CONTROL your expenses better than your competition. This is where you can always find the competitive advantage. For twenty-five years running long before Wal-Mart was known as the nation's largest retailer — we ranked number one in our industry for the lowest ratio of expenses to sales. You can make a lot of different mistakes and still recover if you run an efficient operation. Or you can be brilliant and still go out of business if you're too inefficient.

  RULE 10: SWIM upstream. Go the other way. Ignore the conventional wisdom. If everybody else is doing it one way, there's a good chance you can find your niche by going in exactly the opposite direction. But be prepared for a lot of folks to wave you down and tell you you're headed the wrong way. I guess in all my years, what I heard more often than anything was: a town of less than 50,000 population cannot support a discount store for very long.

  Those are some pretty ordinary rules, some would say even simplistic. The hard part, the real challenge, is to constantly figure out ways to execute them. You can't just keep doing what works one time, because everything around you is always changing. To succeed, you have to stay out in front of that change.

  其实,生命的本质是很普通的,你以前或许对它不屑一顾,可是等你真正懂得了生命的意义,你就会对生命产生一股由衷的敬畏之情。在北极这个冰雪封冻的世界里,有一种花正在开放,她就是紫罗兰。她像希腊神话里的女神,散发着淡紫色的幽香;她又象一位跑错了道的使者,把仅有的一点弦丽的色彩送给了北极。

  这小小的紫罗兰,迎着风雪,在北极安了家。它们世世代代生长在这里,这股蓬勃旺盛的生命力给北极点缀上了一条条美丽的带子。

  无论是老人临终前最后一次看升**仪式,还是小小的紫罗兰在冰雪里开花,它们这种对生命执着的态度和对外界困难不屈的斗争精神都令我深深感动。生老病死,是人之常情。要想让自己的生命变得精彩起来,首先要珍惜生命;其次。要克服生命历程中无数的困难,所谓风雨之后见彩虹嘛!

  老人克服了疾病对他身体的折磨,紫罗兰克服了寒冷的自然环境。无论困难或大或小,都是你前进路上的绊脚石,克服困难,打开生命的大门,去感受生命的活力,体验生命的精彩!

  让我们更加珍惜生命,不断克服前进路上的困难吧!

  开学前两天,因为是老家的元宵节,所以我们全家特意回了一趟在吉安乡下的老家,不过回来后我的烦恼就来了,那天晚上,我觉得全身到处都奇痒难耐,我虽然跟老妈说了这件事,但是因为是晚上,所以老妈也只能帮我简单处理了下并叫我第二天早点起床去医院看看。

  到了皮肤科医院后医生伯伯简单检查了下给出了一个结论:有点像风疹,但症状不明显!于是医生伯伯建议拿点药吃同时还搽点药,多喝水,不要和妹妹一起玩怕传染,如果三天后还没见好还要去看看,也暂时不要去上学。

  于是,我遵照医生的指示,每天一日三次搽药吃药,不断喝开水,喝到肚子撑得难受还继续喝,白天是没什么问题的,全身的红包包好像也消退了点,可是到了晚上,这恼人的包包就开始不断折磨我的皮肤,痒得我“寝不安*”,以至于每天早上八点多钟才能醒来。

  日子就在这不断搽药喝药和忍受中过去了,我已经好几天没有上学了,我的同学们怎么样了?他们现在在上什么课呢?下了课有没有聚在一起探讨压岁钱怎么使用呢……唉,这该死的风疹什么时候能好呢?好在我亲爱的同桌赖思宇在开学第二天帮我把学校发得书送到了我家,还时不时在电话手表里关心我的病情,我的好伙伴周鸿宇也在微信里询问我为什么没有去上学,这都让我感觉到了朋友的关心!好想早日和他们一起学*玩耍啊!

  周五老妈从支教的学校回来,检查了我身上的包包,发现它们消退得并不理想,于是决定再带我去看看,为了让我能早日摆脱烦恼老妈建议医生给我打针,看效果有没有更好,于是医生伯伯便又给我开了两天的吊针,我虽然有点害怕做皮试,但是为了快点好起来我也就忍耐着打完了两天的针。可是效果还是不怎么样,于是老妈再次带我去医院检查,可是医生说至少要一星期,所以不要着急,只能再开一针打一打,但是可以去上学了!什么?可以上学?欧耶!太好了!我终于可以上学了!

  可是晚上依然是难熬的!我也不知道怎么回事,所以那天涂奶奶又给我拿了蜂胶,说搽了看会不会好起来,老妈还特意熬了艾叶水给我泡澡,一番折腾下来我的红包包却好像顽固分子就是不消退!

  老爸凭感觉觉得这样下去不是办法,于是就又带我去找了另一个医生伯伯看,这个伯伯在查看了我身上的包包又询问了我几个问题的基础上又得出了另一个结论:湿疹!之前的针也都白打了,药也要换!

  就这样,我又开始了与湿疹的作战,隔一天用药粉泡一次澡,每天睡前按顺序搽三种药,每天三次吃的药,两天下来包包消退下去了,晚上也不痒了!终于可以睡个踏实觉了!

  好事多磨!虽然我的这次湿疹历时整整两个礼拜,我自己饱受“折磨”,老爸老妈也操心不已,但我感受到了父母对我深深的爱!也学会了勇敢面对困难!

  书是人类进步的阶梯,高尔基的话让我爱上阅读。《钢铁是怎样炼成的》一书,成为我的最爱。奥斯特洛夫斯基说过:“人的毕生可能焚烧也可能腐朽,我不能腐朽,我乐意熄灭起来。”而他笔下的保尔·柯察金也正是这样。

  这本书主要讲了主人公保尔·柯察金从一个普通青年,成长为英勇斗争,愿为祖国付出一切的革命战士的故事。即使后来双目失明,他仍然与病魔做斗争,坚持用笔谱写出光辉的人生。这一切都是保尔·柯察金用自己的顽强的意志力向上帝证明了:人的生命只有一次,但人的这一生足以自己干很多事情,可以满足自己很多愿望。

  “人最宝贵的是生命,每个人的生命只有一次,人的一生应该这样度过,当他回忆往事的时候,他不会因为虚度年华而感到悔恨,不会因为碌碌无为而感到羞耻。”看到书中的保尔写下这段话,不禁让我想到那件事:

  有一天,我在新闻中看到很多跟我同龄,但是却在世界各地参加歌唱大赛的女孩们,那么耀眼、那么闪亮,顿时有点羡慕嫉妒恨的感觉。一气之下,我愤怒地关掉了电视。

  事后我对妈妈说:“妈妈,我都已经十周岁了。你是不是该给我报个兴趣班了,培养一下我的特长?”妈妈思虑了一番后,说:“行吧,你想报什么兴趣班呢?”“声乐!声乐!”我兴奋地说。

  来到声乐班,我听到了一阵乐器与歌声混合着的乐章,那么动听,不由地站在门外,用自己的语言跟着唱了起来。可谁料到声乐班的其他人全是来了很久的学生了!歌唱程度,唱歌时的动作、神态都要比我好很多。相比之下,我一个新手唱起来还逊色了很多。但是老师们看着我这个新手却拍案叫绝,都说我有唱歌的天赋,对我的要求也极为严苛:老师们不仅要求我字音发准,不能出错,而且我的训练时间也比别人整整多了一倍。

  为了不枉费妈妈为我报声乐班的辛苦,我坚持按照老师要求做。每天早上我就早早地起床,到门前空地上亮开嗓子练一练;音乐课上,时常主动跟老师要求帮我“加餐”;放学路上我也总是唱着歌走回家;连跟同学说话,我都捏着嗓子练美声呢……我时我也非常累,向妈妈诉苦时,妈妈对我说:“想想保尔眼睛瞎了还不放弃生活呢,再瞧瞧你还没让你去考级呢,就成这样了,也太没出息了吧?”妈妈的话引起了我的共鸣,激起了我的斗志,我不仅在训练时,主动要求老师把休息时间略掉,只要有空就练*。经常晚上对着电话唱给老师听,让老师帮我纠正。功夫不负有心人!在这一年的时间里,我不仅跟团去无锡表演,还获得歌唱组“优秀学员”的称号呢!

  以后每次我遇到了挫折都会想起保尔·柯察金的伟大事迹,阅读让我面对困难,不再轻易放弃!

  每个人在一生中都会遇到困难,有些人遇到困难选择迎难而上,冷静的解决问题,最后打倒了困难。有些人遇到困难只会选择逃避,而不是解决问题,久而久之,逃避也会养成*惯,困难的积累越来越多了,最后只能被困难打倒了。困难其实不是那么可怕,可怕的是你连面对困难的勇气都没有,何谈解决困难呢?所以我们遇到困难时,应该更多的是面对,而不是只会逃避问题,这样是没有用的。

  记得那是一个早晨,我急急忙忙的从家里出发到学校,就快要迟到了,所以我走了偏僻的小路,加快了步伐,那条小路上几乎没有人,但是我没有想太多,而是继续前行。突然背后一种感觉,我用眼睛向侧面看了看,有几个人在背后跟着我,我不由得加快了脚步,但是背后的那几个人还是跟着我,不知道他们是什么意图,我想起老师说过的话:遇到坏人时一定要向周围的人求救,不要与他们激烈的打斗,应该冷静的处理。我马上跑了起来向公路上跑去,终于到了广场,这里人流量都比较多,我看见背后还是有人在跟着我,我想了想,看见了一个阿姨,清了清嗓子大声的说:“阿姨,你在这干吗啊?”那几个人听到了我说的话立马停了下来,这时我看向后面,已经没有人跟着我了,我心里的大石头也终于落地了,我又回到了充满书香的校园,这次的经历使我铭记于心,不再晚睡了,不再走偏僻的小路了。

  回到家里时我跟妈妈讲述了早上发生的事情,妈妈说:“下次不能再走小路了,一定要走人多的地方。你怎么会想到大声的叫陌生人阿姨呢?而且你也不是一个喜欢和陌生人说话的人啊。”我想了想,说:“当时我在想:如果旁边有亲人的话那么那些人肯定就不会继续跟着我了,也不知道他们是什么用意,反正我看着不像好人。我也不知道我为什么跟陌生人说话了,可能是情急之下使我变得更勇敢了吧。”

  说真的,这次的处理方式其实还是很正确的,如果我当时一直走那条小路的话,可能最后都被他们拦下来了,到了广场这样人流量多的地方他们还是跟着我,所以逃避是没有用的了,只能想办法让他们害怕才会逃走,所以才大声的叫了声阿姨,目的就是让他们听见我的旁边还有熟悉的人。

  我们在遇到任何困难时都要冷静面对,如果一直逃避下去,那么问题不但不会得到解决,而且可能会引发更大的问题,人也一定要勇敢自信,这样你才有面对困难的勇气。

  还记得那年,我9岁,我周边的人都会溜冰,就连我小弟弟都会了,而且溜得如此优美,如此轻盈,就像一只小燕子,于是,我也决定学会溜冰。

  说学就学,我信心十足地穿上了溜冰鞋。可没想到,我刚上鞋,由于没站稳,一个踉跄,差点摔了一个四脚朝天,给我一个下马威,我又走了几步,自我感觉很好,便放心地大步溜了起来,我越走越顺畅,心里美滋滋的,仿佛灌了蜜一样,“原来溜冰这么简单啊!哈哈”、、、、、、

  就在这时,弟弟从对面溜到了我面前,吓得我摔了个狗啃泥,心里直埋怨他,我再次站起来,溜了几步,想围着中间一根电线杆绕一圈,可是,这对我来说就是天大的困难,因为我才刚学。结果,不出所料又重重地摔了一跤。我是个不达到目的不罢休的女孩,一点也不死心,便拍拍屁股,揉揉大腿,扶着电线杆站了起来,我刚走一步,脚下一滑,再次摔了下来,摔的我膝盖上疼疼的,牙齿把嘴咬出血来了。这时我的心凉了一半,渐渐的打起了退堂鼓,可我再一看,弟弟一脸的嘲笑的样子,我来气了:凭什么他的命运这么好,老天太不公*了!”可随后,我转念一想:“遇到这么一点困难,就退缩了,是否太脆弱了?人家爱迪生不是经过重重困难和考验,才获得成功的,诺贝尔也不是为了发明炸弹,被弄得遍体鳞伤,他也 不是练出来的,老天又没给他特权!”想着,一股又一股韧劲回到我的体内,我又一次站起来、、、、、、就是这股韧劲促使我学会了溜冰。

  人生一路有谁敢保证不遇到困难,困难其实并不难,就看你怎么对待它。我们面对困难一定要有一股韧劲,一股钢一般的韧劲,这样你就能轻而易举地攻破它。

  人生不可能一帆风顺,我们要学会擦除失败给我们带来的阴影。失败是成功之母,失败了有成功的时候,而在成功的背后则是多次的失败。做人一定要屡战屡胜,而不是屡战屡败。失败的背后总是一大堆数也数不清的希望!

  记得在五年级的一堂科学课上,科学蒋老师让我们每个人都尝试一下、观察一下,豆芽是怎样长出来的?要在怎样的环境下才能长得更好?……还没等老师讲完,我的脑海里马上浮现出各种想法:嗯——,这个实验倒是蛮有趣的嘛,还是挺让人喜欢的,回家玩去喽! 回到家之后,我以光一般的速度,拿了几颗绿豆,从花盆里挖了些土出来,找了一个比较小的盆子,把几颗绿豆埋了进去,因为一心想着玩儿,所以连实验方法都没来得及看,直接种了。

  每一天的早上、傍晚放学和睡觉之前,我都去看一次,算我运气不错,没看方法都能让绿豆发出芽来,心里暗暗高兴。但是,没看方法终究是不行的,瞧,没过几天,全都枯萎了,就在我绝望之时,忽然发现一株被阳光照耀的小芽,长得挺茂盛的,这让我心中又有了一丝希望。

  失败乃成功之母,只要你能从失败的阴影中走出来,你就能发现,失败背后是绚烂的彩虹。

  相信自己,下次一定会成功的! 之后,我有种了一些,并且精心培育,掌握了各种能使豆芽长的茂盛的方法。——一个星期后的科学课上,全班同学都带上了自己的“战利品”,我看见有些同学的豆芽与我的豆芽一样长得非常茂盛,但有大有小、有长有短;有些同学的都已经枯萎了,见此便问:“你为什么不重新种呢?”他漫不经心的说:“反正再怎么种都是一样的,还不如不种,省得浪费我“宝贵”的时间。”

  这两个学生的故事告诉我们,别害怕挫折,别让挫折抓住你的死穴。应该学会面对,去面对挫折,去战胜挫折。不是让挫折掐住你的项颈,而是去掐住挫折的项颈,去抓住挫折的死穴!

  以前也有人问我遇到挫折怎么办?我的回答是,我会选择微笑着去面对、战胜挫折。她问我为什么?我跟她说了两个农村孩子的故事,并告诉她:如果是害怕挫折,那么久永远战胜不了挫折,甚至被挫折而打败,那么,我会先选择去面对挫折,认识挫折,然后战胜挫折,尽管战胜它的多么不容易,但是我依然不会后悔,因为我知道,如果去面对挫折,迟早挫折会被你降服,但如果去逃避挫折,逃避不是永远的,新的挫折到来,也就自然而然的败在挫折手上了!我笑了,她也笑了……
