时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的`身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《责任与使命》。
花的责任是散发芬芳，鸟的责任是飞扬歌声，树的责任是营造绿荫。生活中的每一个人，也都有自己的所应该承担的责任。给人责任，也就给了信任和真诚，有了责任，也就成就了尊严和使命。
十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学*新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。
还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的'跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学*打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学*的现状，因为这是我——一个*凡的小学英语教师的使命。

大家下午好！
首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。
记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学*兴趣、学*方法和学**惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：
一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学*英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学*兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。
首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学*上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。
（二）、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。
每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学*状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六（1）班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学*积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧？好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗？”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学*无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗？我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学*注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果
二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学*方法。
不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的'地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练*的机会。
三、培养良好的学**惯。
（一）、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。
为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学*成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学**惯，分小组学*，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练*题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。
（二）、课后补差工作。
班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学**惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。
作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的，古语说的好，教有法，但无定法，重在用法，贵在创法。希望我们全体英语老师共同努力，创造更多的教学方法，更有效地提高英语教学质量。以上是我对小学英语教学的一些浅谈，说得不好请批评指教。谢谢大家！
我想每个教师肯定有很多。虽没有那么多的感天泣地的故事情节，但也有印象深刻和意义深长的故事情景。
20xx年9月，刚刚从学校毕业来到我校成为一名教师，当第一次走进教室时学生们脸上那种松了口气的表情，可能是老师严肃的表情看太多了吧，换了一个新来的老师他们都觉得很放松吧，但是一进学校就听到许多诸如课堂混乱，学生不听话，甚至故意与老师作对这种恐怖故事，心里便默念着，要给他们一个下马威。于是，在我教书生涯的第一个学期，发怒成了我生活中出现得最多的动作。课堂上有人不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。
其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学*成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？
无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚翻墙，黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以*静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学*任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个*凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的，但是给学生营造一个宽容的学*环境，在鼓励学生的人格力量的成长上，个性张扬的发展上，是有利得多的。整体的社会潮流、教育氛围和工作生活压力，有时候让我们教师偏离了方向。
这段故事使我更深的领悟到“爱”是连接师生心灵的桥梁，作为教育活动的`主体，我们必须有一颗爱心，只有热爱学生，设身处地的理解学生，帮助学生，才会从各方面了解清楚学生的情况，才能使学生积极、主动的去接受教育。当然，通过交流也会促使教师更加努力的工作，并从中体会到一种特殊的“幸福”。在教育教学中，我深深的感受到“教育爱”的重要与伟大。
有人说过这样一句话：老师不经意的一句话，可能会创造一个奇迹；老师不经意的一个眼神，也许会扼杀一个人才。老师*以为常的行为，对学生终身的发展会产生不可估量的影响，所以我们要牢记教书育人，诲人不倦的理念，做一个有爱心、有耐心、有责任心的合格的人民教师
总之，教无定法。任何一种方法，只要我们使用得当，都会有好的效果。如果我们在专业教学的情景创设中注意了这些问题，相信会给我们的教学带来更多的实效， 给我们的课堂带来更多的生气。

everyone of us,rich or poor,should at least have one or two good friends. my friend will listen to me when i want to speak, will help me when i need,will take care of me when i am sick,and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.
later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.
in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

Looking around us,we can see that polluction is posing a threat to our earth, which comes in many ways. Millions of the chimneys of the factories are pouring heavy smoke into air,which causes serious air polution. A large amount of waste water from factories pollutes water ,making the rivers fishless and our water unfit to drink and swim in. Further more,a lot of trees have been cut down without proper plans.,which continues to the soil being washed away. It seems that we really have no clean place to live in.
The pollution is so serious that we have to find effective solutions to it. As far as I'm concerned , the goverment should pass laws to reduce poiiuted air. Some measures should be taken to purify the water bsfore it is poured into the rivers or seas. We should plant more trees to keep the soil in place.
What's more, people should be further educated to realize the importance of the environment pritection. Thus we will have clean and tidy environment. Only in this way can we solve these problems.

Christmas Day
Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls . Before the term ends in some schools , the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December, all children are very excited. Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready. The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace , so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in. The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents. Later that night, Father or Mother will put presents in the sock, and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two o'clock, and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents , and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one o'clock in the afternoon, the Christmas dinner is brought in . The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten . Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it . The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

Maybe the Spring Festival is much more important and interesting than Christmas, but I like Christmas Day better. Because we can spend time with our friends and classmates during Christmas. Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

Looking around us,we can see that polluction is posing a threat to our earth, which comes in many ways. A large amount of waste water from factories pollutes water ,making the rivers fishless and our water unfit to drink and swim in. Further more,a lot of trees have been cut down without proper plans.,which continues to the soil being washed away. It seems that we really have no clean place to live in.
The pollution is so serious that we have to find effective solutions to it. As far as I'm concerned , the goverment should pass laws to reduce poiiuted air. Some measures should be taken to purify the water bsfore it is poured into the rivers or seas. We should plant more trees to keep the soil in place.
What's more, people should be further educated to realize the importance of the environment pritection. Thus we will have clean and tidy environment. Only in this way can we solve these problems.

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：
大家下午好！
首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。
记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学*兴趣、学*方法和学**惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：
一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学*英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学*兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。
首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学*上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。
（二）、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。
每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学*状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六（1）班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学*积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧？好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗？”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学*无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗？我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学*注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果
二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学*方法。
不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的.切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练*的机会。
三、培养良好的学**惯。
（一）、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。
为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学*成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学**惯，分小组学*，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练*题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。
（二）、课后补差工作。
班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学**惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。
作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的，古语说的好，教有法，但无定法，重在用法，贵在创法。希望我们全体英语老师共同努力，创造更多的教学方法，更有效地提高英语教学质量。以上是我对小学英语教学的一些浅谈，说得不好请批评指教。谢谢大家！

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《责任与使命》。
花的责任是散发芬芳，鸟的责任是飞扬歌声，树的责任是营造绿荫。生活中的每一个人，也都有自己的所应该承担的责任。给人责任，也就给了信任和真诚，有了责任，也就成就了尊严和使命。
十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的'夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学*新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。
还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学*打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学*的现状，因为这是我——一个*凡的小学英语教师的使命。

我想每个教师肯定有很多。虽没有那么多的感天泣地的故事情节，但也有印象深刻和意义深长的故事情景。
20xx年9月，刚刚从学校毕业来到我校成为一名教师，当第一次走进教室时学生们脸上那种松了口气的表情，可能是老师严肃的表情看太多了吧，换了一个新来的老师他们都觉得很放松吧，但是一进学校就听到许多诸如课堂混乱，学生不听话，甚至故意与老师作对这种恐怖故事，心里便默念着，要给他们一个下马威。于是，在我教书生涯的第一个学期，发怒成了我生活中出现得最多的动作。课堂上有人不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。
其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学*成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的.冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？
无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚翻墙，黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以*静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学*任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个*凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的，但是给学生营造一个宽容的学*环境，在鼓励学生的人格力量的成长上，个性张扬的发展上，是有利得多的。整体的社会潮流、教育氛围和工作生活压力，有时候让我们教师偏离了方向。
这段故事使我更深的领悟到“爱”是连接师生心灵的桥梁，作为教育活动的主体，我们必须有一颗爱心，只有热爱学生，设身处地的理解学生，帮助学生，才会从各方面了解清楚学生的情况，才能使学生积极、主动的去接受教育。当然，通过交流也会促使教师更加努力的工作，并从中体会到一种特殊的“幸福”。在教育教学中，我深深的感受到“教育爱”的重要与伟大。
有人说过这样一句话：老师不经意的一句话，可能会创造一个奇迹；老师不经意的一个眼神，也许会扼杀一个人才。老师*以为常的行为，对学生终身的发展会产生不可估量的影响，所以我们要牢记教书育人，诲人不倦的理念，做一个有爱心、有耐心、有责任心的合格的人民教师
总之，教无定法。任何一种方法，只要我们使用得当，都会有好的效果。如果我们在专业教学的情景创设中注意了这些问题，相信会给我们的教学带来更多的实效， 给我们的课堂带来更多的生气。

通过前一段时间的调研，看到在我们中小学英语教师在各自学段的教学中，还存在着一些问题，而这些问题是可以在我们的能力范围内得到解决的。我想谈三点注意事项。
1.给小学教师：小学应尽快改变英语教学发展极不均衡的状况，（11年五年级毕业考试成绩，学情相*的顾乡片最高和最低的*均分相差26分，）全体教师都应该提高责任意识，而不仅仅是一部分学校和一部分教师，全体教师都要学*地段小学的做法，克服困难，研究教学方法，特别是要帮助中差生培养英语学*的兴趣，解决英语学*的困难。在小学阶段，帮助中差生比成绩优秀的学生更为重要。争取让所有的小学生带着对英语学生的热爱和自信，以及格以上的成绩升入初中。郊区争取三年内达到这个目标。
2.给中学教师：中学教师应该更全面地更深入地了解小学的教学情况，包括熟悉小学的全部的教学内容，在此基础上才能有的放矢地高效地教学。
11年9月，全区初一的摸底成绩*均分是65分，学生应该从65分的基础上学*，而不是从零起点学起。目前只有部分学校、教师做了此项工作，他们认真研究学生现状，提高学生整体成绩，减少两级分化。还有的中学教师参加小学的教研活动，例如，57中这学期选派了业务非常出色的骨干教师到英语教师数量不足的爱国小学进行支援，这位老师虚心的参加小学的教研活动，了解小学的教学要求。
但还有相当一部分学校的教师还没有认真的研究，或研究的还不够细致。如，我去年11月中旬，听了三所学校6位教师的同一节课，其中两个a组学校，他们的学生入学*均成绩都在70分以上，教师授课内容是七单元"my house"第一课时，"warm up"中学*5个房间的名称词和4个表示方位的介词，这部分内容在小学也是重点，小学的四会生词表中已包含了其中的4个房间名称和三个介词，但所有的6位教师无一例外地对这九个单词全部*均分配了学*时间，没有关注哪些是学生已知的内容，造成了严重的浪费。此外学生小学还学了diningroom,但无一名教师给学生机会说出已知的词汇。学生在小学比较熟知的方位介词"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教师涉及。很显然，这样的教学没有充分地考虑到学生的已有知识基础。
随着小学教师的数量的补充，统考要求的落实，相信我们区大部分小学的英语的教学质量是会稳步提高的.，因此中学老师为做好衔接的必修课是了解小学生的已有知识基础。途径很简单，我们的教研博客中足够的资料可以阅读和下载。也恳请各位中学的教研组长在指导20xx年的初一教学时能够提醒老师们不要再犯这类的错误。
3.对全体教师：必须明确中小衔接中对语音与词汇的要求，小学不进行音标教学，没时间也没必要，规则的单词按照发音规则可以直呼的，不规则的单词在小学通过听音模仿学*。小学教师必须从字母教学开始就渗透读音规则，词汇拼读方法的指导上，教师必须指导到位，训练到位，不仅为中学，更为学生的终生的英语学家奠定基础。
初一的音标教学要在对小学词汇的发音规则的总结基础上进行，音标是认读不规则单词的工具，能用音标拼读即可，不需要在音标教学上花费过多的时间，注意提高教学的效率。对于规则的词还应该延续小学的直呼法，简单、省时、实用、高效。
如何完成从小学英语到初中英语的过渡

各位领导、老师下午好！
首先感谢各位领导为我们搭建这个*台，感谢区教研室对六年级英语教师的耐心指导和悉心帮助，使我们有机会对小学英语到初中英语的过渡问题进行交流。
刚迈入初中校门的学生，英语学*面临着从注重听说训练到培养学生听、说、读、写四项技能的过渡。因此，初中起始阶段的英语教师既要注重知识上的梳理，归类，做好过渡与衔接；又要关注学生能力的培养。这就要求教师了解小、初中英语教学要求的差异，熟悉小、初中教材的内容，然后根据刚升入初中学生的心理和思维特点，制定相应的教学目标，采取切实可行的教学方法，充分发挥教师在教学中的主导作用和学生作为教学主体的能动性，帮助学生实现小初中的自然衔接和*稳过渡。由于各方面原因小学生的英语学*水*参差不齐，这给我们的教学增加了难度。因此，帮助学生迈好中学英语学*的第一步尤为关键。在这里，我把我校日常积累的点滴做法和大家分享。
一、熟悉中小学英语教材，以便融会贯通，
新教材为中小学教学内容的衔接提供了有利的条件。新教材不仅更加贴*生活，而且涉及了学生所关心的话题，如，爱好、交友、运动、健康、动物等，拉*了学生与课本的距离。为了做好衔接，我们可相互了解教材并进行认真的研读.找出连接紧密的知识、能力要求，并在此基础上制定出教学计划，以此为切入点，把负担留给自己，将轻松还给学生。
在每届初一新生入学后，除了对小学学*的教材通读外，我们还对学生的学情进行分析，根据摸底测试的情况，进行集体备课，制定出一套切实可行的方案。这届初一，我们在正式上课前，在复*小学的拼读规则的基础上，进行了音标教学，并对小学《eec》教材中应掌握的常见词汇、词类、句式、名词复数的变化、动词的单三以及句子的结构和成分都做了比较系统的整理，帮助学生建立语法的概念。让小学生的英语学*从感性认识过渡到更多的理性学*，为下一步的教学打下了坚实的基础，也帮大部分学生完成了从小学到初中的初级过渡。
二、为学生创设真实的语言环境，充分调动学生的积极性
小学生进入中学后，面临着一个全新的环境。很多学生会对新教师的教学方法、板书、讲课时的声音、言谈举止等不适应。我们可以保留好的小学英语学*的*惯。例如，积极举手发言；学唱英语歌；做英语游戏；诵读英语歌谣的*惯等。充分调动他们的积极性，使课堂气氛生动有趣。虽然我们的教学内容比较紧，但也不能急于求成。
同时，我们还结合我校开展的"自主-互动"教学模式、学生自主学*能力的培养、课前"精彩五分钟"演讲等具体做法，来培养学生的能力。学生可结合教材内容、实际生活、社会环境等，选择不同话题作为演讲材料。这样既关注了学生的学*兴趣，又加强了对英语国家背景文化的了解。同时促进了学生对相关话题素材的积累，为进一步的写作训练做好了铺垫。
另外，我们时刻注意创设、营造真实的语言氛围。如：在教室的墙壁上，张贴字母表、音标表；课程表可以用英语的形式表现；定期用英语出板报；每天学生用英语作值日生报告，在墙壁上悬挂一些用英语写的励志条幅，如："never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教师还可以给每个学生都起个英文名字。在课堂上，教师尽可能用英语讲授，并鼓励和引导学生大胆说、反复练。环境的熏陶加上课堂上的大胆操练，不仅能提高学生的学*兴趣，而且能提高学生听说的能力，为进一步学好英语，打好基础。此外，根据初一学生的特点，我们就可以用一些游戏来吸引他们的参与，将枯燥的讲解变成生动活泼的情景体验。如：在词汇教学中，为帮助学生熟记所学单词的拼写，不断增加词汇量，并能区别词类，我们常用一些拼词和猜词游戏。如：在学*"families"这一单元时，我要求学生用英语介绍自己的家人，并让学生准备照片、道具，惟妙惟肖用英语表演小品展示给大家。除此之外，我们还举办了一些第二课堂活动来调动学生的积极性。如：诵读比赛，单词竞赛，交际应用，课本剧表演。
三、在常规教学中，关注课堂实效，全面培养学生的语言能力
小升初之后，我们遵循新课标，要创造性地设计教学内容，吸引学生参与，使学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学*和使用英语。在小学阶段，学生的学*技能的养成以模仿为主，注重一些感性的认识。学生进入初中后，教师应当设法使学生的语言积累、语言的扩展和使用转化为以听说为主，逐步向视、听、说领先，读写及时跟上转化；从简单英语学*向内容较复杂的英语转化；也就是对学生学*英语的要求发生了变化。例如：对语言的运用要求、对语法的要求、对写作的要求以及对英语语言文化背景、相关素养的要求都发生了变化。具体总结如下：
1、将听说与读写有机结合。
小学对听说训练比较注重，所以我们在第一课时训练听力的基础上，将听力材料变成听写的形式或闪词填空，这样既锻炼了学生的听力，又使学生养成了动笔的*惯。课堂上，将每课书中出现的词组适时归纳，并让学生熟练背诵、默写直至掌握，能够应用造句，达到活学活用的目的。另外，教会学生记笔记，教师的讲课思维都总结在笔记本上，有利于学生复*及记忆。
2.培养学生的语篇阅读能力。
阅读可以促进词汇量的扩展，是英语学*最有效的一种方法。通过阅读可以培养学生的语感，语感对于提高学生听、说、读、写有着积极的作用，这是学好英语的关键。所以阅读训练在学*英语过程中显得尤为重要，而且阅读能力也是中考当中的重点考察内容。首先对教材的处理上，应以学生为主体，先做背景介绍，进行速读训练，然后进行细读，教师设疑由浅入深，写作指导可以在阅读后进行。同时教会学生朗读并模仿录音，有利于学生英语语感的形成。课后的阅读训练中，阅读技巧的传授是必不可少的，一天一篇阅读、限时阅读、找关键词，归纳语段，等等。让学生掌握正确的阅读方法和技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯，就一定能提高学生的英语理解水*。
3，逐步培养学生的写作能力
如果说阅读是一个语言输入的过程，那么写作就是语言输出的过程。*几年来，书面表达在中、高考试卷中所占的分值越来越大，我们意识到了英语书面表达的重要性，在日常教学中加强了对学生的写作指导。小学教学中没有写作文的要求。因此，必须从初一学年打好写作基础。初一学生的写作是一个非常棘手的问题，学生往往出现很多语法错误或汉语式的英语写作。我们在备课时也注重此方面的能力训练，我们要求学生准备一个作文本，首先从单句练起，将句子熟读熟背，进行仿写或替换。我觉得对初一学生来说，给一些提示词或图片进行写句子的训练很有必要。它既是对语法及重点词语的再现，又让学生学会灵活运用所学知识。刚上初一时我每天都给学生布置写句子的训练，并将他们的错误呈现黑板，让学生修改引起注意，逐渐又引导他们在背诵课文的基础上进行仿写，或让学生记下一些美文进行诵读，有必要时将好的词句摘抄并要求背诵，作文有选择性地进行面批，学生之间互批，有针对性地讲解，久而久之，孩子的写作能力自然就提高了。初四毕业再翻看学生的写作本，犹如见证了一个人的成长经历，那种收获是难以言表的。
4.分级管理、加强辅导与反馈
想当好一名英语教师必须懂得付出。我们英语的教学比较琐碎，每天都有许多背诵的内容，有时很难让每个学生都能够掌握。我们充分调动学生的积极性，以老师监控，学生管理学生的方式相互促进。如，每组选出一个负责人，每两桌（四人）设一名小组长，协助教师做好每天的小测及考察背课文工作，效果比较明显
5、教会学生审题，做题。
学生在小学阶段做题量较少，相对中学的试题也较简单，因此学生审题能力较弱。基于这种原因，我们由浅入深地设计了适合初一学生特点，难易适度的课堂测验小卷，及时反馈当堂课所学的内容。再进行二次备课，归纳出重点、难点，将易错点、考点进一步筛选，时刻掌握学生学*动态，帮助学生做好知识的巩固与梳理，所训练内容与中考接轨。
四、永远给学生以信心
"成功教育""赏识教育"能增添学生的自信感和成功感。多给学生表扬，及时鼓励学生的成功，使学生保持学*的热情；尽量让每个学生每堂课都有发言的机会。学*困难的学生最害怕考试，为了帮助他们克服害怕考试的心理，可根据学生的实际程度，制定出不同的层次要求。根据学生的个体差异，对学生的学*评价实行"同分不等值"，多角度、多方位、多层面、多形式进行分层评价。比如在考试中我们设立了标兵奖、进步奖、最佳书写奖、组内最佳合作奖等，以鼓励不同层次的孩子。结合第二课堂活动及初一孩子的特点，我们举办了单词竞赛，英语课文诵读比赛，小作文写作竞赛等活动。鼓励各个层次的学生参与，使他们各有不同收获，体验成功的快乐。

As we know, you have to learn how to fly much more independently instead of under your parents’ considerate protection when you get into college, which also means you will come across enormous questions that should be solved by yourself. From my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts.
First of all, the complicated relationship. For one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. In addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. For the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.
Secondly, the temptations. The college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the Internet, alcohols and so on. What’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. Such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.
Thirdly, the balance between study and work. Most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast.
Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.
There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.
Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous.
Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.

通过一个多学期的观察，我发觉有些孩子在英语课堂上学得很好，老师教的一般都会读，但第二天的反馈却比较差。一年级学生的学*能力、接受新知识的能力比较强，但遗忘能力也十分强，如果当天晚上不进行复*的话，第二天往往会把前一天学*的内容忘记。所以为了让您的孩子英语学*有连续性，在课外，我希望家长能够多关心孩子的英语学*状况，并提以下几点建议：
1．帮助孩子养成听英语*惯。
⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成*惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。
⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。
2．帮助孩子养成用英语的*惯。
我们的'英语教学不从a b c字母开始，而从英语口语开始，一方面是遵从学*规律；另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我希望您能多问问

The tempo of modern civilization has been much quickened in the last twentyyears. While witnessing the dramatic changes in the better-off society, peoplebegin to reconsider the question of "survival". "Survival" in the old sense doesnot bother us anymore. Instead, we are more concerned about how to "survive" inthe human world full of competition.
Competition always carries abreast challenges and opportunities to everyoneinvolved. It might appear in an entrance exam, in a regular class, or in a smallpublic speech. I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committeefor Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this isme and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. Heoften visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there,which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted oneto keep as a treasure.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at havingstolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on hisconscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decidedto put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it tothe Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
