北京摩拜科技有限公司周三宣布将与微信开展深度合作。微信是*最大的社交*台，通过深度合作以摩拜为代表的共享单车可以获取微信庞大的用户数据。
As part of efforts to outshine its rival(对抗对手) ofo Inc, Mobike said users don't have to download its app to enjoy bike-sharing services. Instead, WeChat will also give its users quick access to Mobike services in its WeChat Wallet function.
该举措被视为对抗对手ofo公司的'策略之一，摩拜表示用户不必专门下载app即可享受共享单车的服务。相反，微信能为用户提供快速进入摩拜的通道，用户可以在微信钱包中可以找到。
Although it is labeled an option for "limited time", there is no indication of when it will expire(过期). Currently, WeChat has about 889 million monthly active users(月均活跃用户).
虽然该服务被贴上了“有时限”的标签，但是没有迹象显示这个服务会过期。目前，微信月均活跃用户高达8.89亿人次。
The move comes shortly after Tencent Holdings Ltd, the owner of WeChat, doubled(加倍) down its investment in Mobike.

Founded in 2014, Mobike's services are available in more than 30 cities. It has around 1 million internet-connected bikes .

Li Zhaohui, investment manager at Tencent, said it is easy to manufacture bikes and put them in cities. The real challenge lies in how to track and manage them.

"The partnership will also help WeChat connect people with more offline(线下) services," Li said.
李朝辉还说，微信和摩拜的合作同样也会帮助微信在线下沟通和连接用户。
Ofo, Mobike's archrival, is reportedly in discussions with its investor Didi Chuxing, China's largest ride-sharing company, to make its service available on the latter's mobile app.
据称摩拜的竞争对手ofo正在和其投资者滴滴出行进行协商。滴滴出行是*最大的共享出行公司，ofo希望能够出现在滴滴出行的app上。
Ofo did not respond to requests for comment.

Zhang Xu, an ***yst at Beijing-based consultancy Analysys, said partnering with WeChat will undoubtedly attract more people to try Mobike and increase its brand value.

自行车作为一种短距离出行工具，也有助于城市“慢交通”系统的搭建。搭配步行或者公交车、地铁等交通方式，共享单车可用作换乘接驳，这不仅节省了市民的出行成本，还对城市的低碳、绿色和可持续发展有不可忽视的推动作用。
共享单车的存在是很有必要的，目前成都已有超过10万辆共享单车，但单车的运营、停放、维护等一系列问题也接踵而至。
首先，下载APP、绑定手机号、输入真实身份信息——成都共享单车的取用方法很简单，使用时按半小时0.5元或者1元进行计时收费，但需要事先缴纳99元-299元的押金。对于电子计费和一次**的押金，很多市民都有“计费会不会有误”、“押金返不回来怎么办”的担忧，在使用单车时“望而却步”。除此之外，共享单车成天暴露于日晒雨淋之中，其租用过程中发生的质量损坏、遗失被盗的责任界定问题，也是市民的一大使用顾虑。
同时，共享单车也存在乱停乱放的现象。一些单车使用者缺乏责任心，在城市车站、轨道交通站点等交通集散地，以及学校、医院、商场等人员流动性强、密集度高的场所周边区域非停车区域停放单车，对公共资源进行非法占用，反而新增了城市交通拥堵。 因此，共享单车的兴起是有利有弊的，促进共享单车的良性发展，不仅要依靠市民公共道德意识的提高，更离不开相关部门的制度规范。对于乱停乱放、损坏共享单车的行为，要和使用者的个人信用挂钩，鼓励企业建立个人信用体系和奖惩制度势在必行。
共享单车现如今可是无人不知无人不晓：学生骑车上学，扫一下共享单车；上班族上班，扫一下共享单车；就连七八十岁的老太太，买菜也是依旧骑共享单车；共享单车的出现，可以说是为我们的生活方式带来极大的改变，只要随身携带一部智能手机，就可以骑着自行车穿梭于大街小巷中，而且不论你在何地，都可以看到它的身影。黄色，红色，绿色，五彩斑斓的共享单车也成为都市的一道专有风景线。
共享单车好吗？“当然好。”一些人这样说到；“不是很好。”另外一些人这样说到。确实，共享单车虽然十分便利，但是在给予我们利的同时，也给予了我们弊。你是否见到过这种场景：在一条马路之间，数不胜数的共享单车成群结队地霸占了一整条马路，让过往的人车无法通行；再例如是在某一个小区中，大门前虽然贴上了“共享单车禁止通行”的标示，可小区中依然有着几辆共享单车在路上光明正大的伫立着；又或者是有些人将共享单车带上锁链，由“共享”车变成“自家”车。更甚者，一些漂亮的单车被不法分子拆的七零八落，面貌全失，疲惫不堪的躺在路边。更多的坏车进入了单车坟场占用了大量的土地资源；还有更多的.共享单车被贴上了各式各样的广告，成为了城市里的“牛皮屑”。
