  新课标要求,高中英语课程的教授,在方法上要灵活多变,不落俗套,不封建保守。同时要相时而动,以动制变,以动为活,以活变通,以通变达,最终完成英语课程的教与学,从而实现预期的目标。这就要求,英语教师必须不断学*,不断地更新个人的知识体系,要时刻做好学*和接受新知识的心理咨询准备。这所有的一切,都应当以清醒和善思的头脑为前提。

  五、教师的自身素质

  新课标要求,高中英语教师一定要注重自身素质的提高,要具有过硬的业务知识,要精通业务知识,只有这样,才能硬碰硬,才能胜任新课标的课程改革,才能满足其需求。教师在自身素质提高的同时,也更能领悟新课标的精髓之所在。从而更愿意从事新课改的工作。

  虽然从事英语教学工作已数年,但作为一名高中英语教师,我还只是一个新手。在这短短几年的高中英语教学工作中,尤其是恰逢新课标的实施,新教材的应用,我深深地感受到学生们对于学*英语悲观与失望的态度,甚至于有些家长也抱怨高中英语太难学,叫苦连天,到处寻找良策。

  针对上述问题,我认真地分析了一下,原因如下:

  一、单词量的急剧增加。

  初中时期每一模块的单词量适中,每节课所要掌握的单词也很少,这样就给了学生充分地记忆和巩固的时间,所以掌握新单词相对来说很容易。而到了高中阶段,每一模块甚至每堂课要学*的新单词一下子增多,有时一下子多出几十个,导致学生还没记住前面的单词,后面的单词又压了过来,这样恶性循环,不会的越来越多,最后他们自己也失去了记单词的信心与耐心,彻底放弃了这个英语学*中最基本最重要的环节。

  二、知识点的难度加大。

  初中阶段只学一些简单的词组和句型,如:It is for sb.to do sth ;It takes sb. some time to do sth ;Would like to do sth ;The school is in front of the hospital ;等等。这些学生都能倒背如流,即使他们说不出语法上为什么,也能照葫芦画瓢地运用,在考试中能轻松地得分。可是到了高中,情况就大不同了,课堂上需要掌握的知识点较多,而且难度也上了一个台阶;一个单词会引出很多常用词组或句型,语法较为集中,一个句子也是从句里面套从句,所以以前照搬照用的方法已经不好使了;加上课后自*时间有限,没有计划,不做合理安排就不能及时有效组织预*和复*,几单元过后心中便没底了。

  三、阅读材料的篇幅加长。

  初中阶段,教材内容浅易,对话趣味性浓,大多数学生都能背诵课文。而到了高中,课文内容的篇幅大多较长,而且课文里含盖的生词较多,各种从句较多,所以几乎每篇课文需要讲两或三课时才能结束。这样学生们别说背课文了,就连读课文有的也都成了老大难,对于课文的理解更是难上加难。

  四、写作的要求更高了。

  无论是学生还是家长,他们都很纳闷初中的作文写得挺好,几乎满分,怎么到了高中,25分的作文怎么只能得14-15分呢?这不是因为学生们不会写作文了,而是高中阶段对于作文的要求更挑剔、更严格了。学生所写的作文不但要内容贴切、感情饱满,更要求里面包含所学的重点句型和适当的从句,而并非以往的简单句和单纯的时态正确。

  这些都是初中升入高中后学生们普遍存在的问题。而我们学校是一所普通高中,学生的基础相对较差,所以上述问题反映在他们身上就更为明显了。另外,这些学生正好处在新教材适用阶段,新教材的内容更丰富、更全面,单词量更大、阅读材料更长,这些都无形增添了高中英语学*的烦恼。这就需要我们教者采取实际有效的措施,做一些适当的调整改变。即使这是一个长期而又艰难的过程,我们也要为之付出百倍的努力。

  首先,注重转换教师角色。新课程的核心理念是“以人为本”,其核心是以学生为中心,以学生发展为本,注重学生的全面发展与个性差异的统一。这符合服务于人的全面健康发展和时代的发展需求。因此,教师不应再是知识的占有者和传授者,一味地让学生生搬硬套所学句型语法,而是应该鼓励引导学生自我发现问题、分析问题、解决问题。教育家第斯多得曾说:“不好的老教师是传授真理,好的教师是叫学生去发现真理”,教师的“教”是为了学生的“学”,教学中教师应充分发挥学生的自主性、积极性,从“教”变“导”。因些新课程标准给教师带来了前所未有的挑战。教师要不断提高专业化水*,提高自身素质,具有精深的专业知识,较强的语言表达能力和交际能力,同时还要有广博的世界人文地理知识来适应新教材,新教法。通过教师自身的能力水*来吸引学生,使他们产生学*兴趣,以便于从态度上接受外语。

  第二,建立*等民主的师生关系。“要学生亲其师,老师必先爱其生”,*等、民主的师生关系是创设和谐愉悦的课堂气氛的基础,对完成教学任务更至关重要。这个年龄段的学生“亲师性”较强。如果他们对某个老师有好感,他们便对这位老师的课感性趣,并分外重视,肯下大力气学这门课,这种现象也是思空见惯的。所以教师要深入了解学生,了解学生的兴趣、爱好和情绪变化,时时关心学生,尊重学生,帮助学生。对于犯错误的学生也要注意批评的方式,不伤害他们的自尊心,让他们感到老师是真诚地爱护和帮助他们,希望他们努力学*。只有这样的和谐关系,学生才能兴趣盎然的学*。即使基础差,有放弃想法的学生,也能尽量自我克制,在这样的环境和气氛的感染下,坚持学*下去,直至主动学*下去。

  第三,分阶段多角度地引导学生学*。刚结束初中学*的高中生还没有摆脱依赖教师的惯性,英语自主学*意识较差,学科驾驭能力较低。此外,初中与高中的教材容量有很大的断层,刚进入高中的初中毕业生经常有面对压力心海茫茫的感觉,这时老师的引导作用就显得尤为重要。于是我们教师应凭借一系列措施去牵引学生的手跨越高中英语自主学*的每一个环节。

  1、在学*单词方面,应紧紧抓住语音教学这个关键。要求学生音标过关,督促学生记住拼读规则,按规律拼读和拼写单词。语音教学是把钥匙,帮助学生打开了英语学*的大门,在以后的学*中,学生具有了独立正确拼读生词的能力,也会相应自主地摸索出正确拼写单词的能力。同时教师应让学生明确单词掌握的.过程是应用的过程,只有经常使用,反复呈现,它们才会在你的头脑中生根发芽,正如一些常用词如:like want money 等等,你永远不会忘掉它们,所以引导学生多写、多练、多用,否则好不容易背下的单词也会转瞬即逝。

  2、在学语法方面,要点滴积累,不要急于求成。语法是一门语言的灵魂涉及到语言运用的方方面面上,本身就是一个广博的领域。因此要正确引导学生一点一滴地积累,切忌因急于求成而对自已提出过高的要求,这样既可能会造成消化不良,一事无成,又往往会给自己压力,逐渐失去信心和兴趣。高中学生理解能力强,也乐于发现问题,解决问题。所以教师可以适当引导学生对不同的句型时态从句进行对比分析,自己归纳总结,老师加以补充,产生新的语法内容,这样品尝自己果实的喜悦之感会使他们对语言知识记忆得更深刻。

  3、在阅读方面,重在培养能力。当学生已具有了一定的自学能力的时候,要培养他们独立阅读课文的能力。要求他们在学新课文前做好预*,找出疑难问题。课堂教学就能突出重点、难点进行讲解,一般学生能独立理解的知识就略过,以腾出时间进行读写训练;对于*时的阅读材料,也要引导学生采用快速阅读法,学会猜词,坚决避免遇到生词就求助的现象发生;掌握阅读技巧,从而提高阅读速度。鼓励学生坚持每天做一篇或两天做一篇阅读,熟能生巧,同时也能帮助克服一见阅读就头疼的痛苦。要主动出击,不要坐等人教;要持之以恒,不要三天打鱼两天晒网。

  总之,新课程改革给我们英语教师,尤其是普通高中英语教师带来了严峻的挑战和考验。我们要充分利用一门语言本身的魅力去感染学生,力争使他们想学、爱学、学好!以达到师生的共同目的!

  论文构想:重点剖析高三回头教师在高一期初教育中出现误招的现象、起因及对策。有这样一种现象,连续多年任教高三的老师回到高一,原以为能够轻而易举地将工作出色完成,却发现和同组一些新教师相比,不一定有较大的优势。总结起来有以下几种现象:1.上课激情澎湃,感觉有一肚子的学问要倒给学生,但课堂上学生无精打采,反应迟钝,甚至漠然。问题所在:忽视学生用已有的有限知识,难以链接,重构,对学生基础估计过高,教学节奏过快;2.教师布置的作业完成不积极,拖拖拉拉,最终很多学生以抄袭的手段完成,根本没有达到预期的目的。问题所在:大容量、高难度,综合性强的练*多,尤其会将一些高三总复*单元里的高一复*单元的题目给高一新生做,虽然考查的语言现象语言的在本单元,但句中大量的生词,偏词学生还是看不懂;3.对教材中要求的课外活动不屑于开展,总是将所有的教学时间用于题海战术。牛津教材最精彩的部分就是TASK&PROJECT(何锋)。在一线的老师,出于各种原因,这两项并没有给多少时间,高中阶段初期维持学生学*兴趣比什么都重要,课程进度可以慢一点,要求低一点,鼓励多一点,TASK&PROJECT这样小组活动的课也有一些,如果这一阶段走得顺利,后面的教学将会相对轻松一些。如果不顺,会有学生开始排斥英语课堂,排斥老师,放弃努力,老师到时候花再大的力气也没有多大效果了。。。。。。

  通过对《普通高级中学英语课程标准》以及邓志伟教授所作《新课程方案解读》讲座内容的学*,笔者对新课程的理念有了更新更深的认识和思考。

  随着《全日制普通高级中学课程计划》和各科新的《课程标准》的出台,全国高中课程改革又向前推进了一大步,基础英语教育的改革也随之有了新的发展和重大的突破,教师和学生主体以及课堂内外的教与学活动都发生了显著变化,学生的自主意识、自主行动都有了长足的进步,学*的积极性、实效性均有了不同程度的提高。然而,伴随着欣欣向荣的教改形势,在课堂教学中,也出现了不少不容忽视的问题。在不少课堂,甚至于示范性的教改课堂中,出现了诸多尴尬的局面,如教师面对过于活跃的学生束手无策,在学*方式的改变、在课堂三维教学目标的.处理上都显得比较困惑。面对这些现象,就新课程推进过程中课堂教学中到底存在着一些什么样的普遍问题,如何才能避免这些问题,给教师、学校管理人员乃至教育行政主管部门的领导和专家们都带来了困惑。

  一、存在问题

  一是误把“师生对话”等同于“师生问答”。“知不知”(Do you know?)、“对不对”(Is it right?)、“是不是”(Is that so?)、“好不好”(Is that OK?)、“怎么样”(What about it?)、“行不行”(Is that all right? / Will that do?)等这一类毫无启发性的问题充斥课堂,把师生之间、学生之间的*等对话理解成了庸俗化的问答,这种课堂上的一问一答,表面上是师生之间、生生之间的互动,实际上却是用提问的方式在“灌输”。

  二是误把“有效评价”等同于“鼓励夸奖”。新课程强调对学生的尊重、赏识,重视成功体验对激发学生学*热情的作用,但并不意味着对学生要一味表扬。在一些课堂上,甚至不少的公开课、示范课或教改课上,经常有一些教师不假思索、脱口而出地随意性表扬。似乎对学生的评价只能是表扬、鼓励和夸奖,不少学生对教师的评价已无动于衷,*以为常。教师的评价已失去其应有的意义和价值,达不到预期的目的和效果。正如一味惩罚不可取一样,一味表扬也是不可取的。对学生而言,过多的夸奖会导致上瘾,同时,过多的夸奖也会让学生*以为常,也可能导致学生浅尝辄止和随意应付。

  三是误把“自主”等同于“自流”。新课程理念下的教学强调学生的主体性,把时间还给学生,于是在上课时,有的教师便叫学生自己看书,没有阅读指导、没有明确提示和具体要求,没有检查和反馈过程,由学生一看到底;有的教师还提出学*内容由学生自己决定,如喜欢哪一段就读哪一段;学*方式由学生自己选择,如喜欢怎么读就怎么读;学*伙伴由自己挑,想与谁交流就与谁交流等等。这是一种典型的自流式的学*方式,学生表面上获得了自主的权利,可实际上并没有做到真正的自主。

  四是误以为有了“活动”便有了“体验”。诚然活动是学生体验的载体,新课程强调丰富多样的学生主体活动,但这种活动必须是有计划、有目的、有组织、有方法的,同时是符合学生心理和生理特点、适应学生认知水*并与课堂教学目标相一致的。可是课堂上经常有一些为活动而活动的现象,学生在课堂上一会儿忙这,一会儿忙那,教室里乱哄哄,这种活动动手与动脑相脱节,目的性差,没有体验与反思,应该说是一种无效和无价值的活动。

  五是误以为有了“配对或小组活动”便有了“合作”,不少合作有形式而无实质。一些课堂上教师片面追求小组合作这一学*形式,对小组合作学*的目的、时机及过程没有进行认真设计。只要有疑问,无论难易,甚至一些毫无讨论价值的问题都要在小组里讨论。讨论的时间有时也没有保证,有时学生还没进入讨论状态,小组合作学*在教师的要求下就结束了。教师在小组合作学*中不是一个组织者、引导者、帮助者,学生处在一个被动式的讨论中。对学生而言,如果小组合作学*没有组织引导好,往往就会缺乏*等的交流与沟通,结果往往是优秀者的意见和想法代替了小组其他成员的意见与想法,学*差一些的学生就会变成陪衬,更多的时候他们是听众,在小组汇报时他们的意见也往往被忽视。

  六是探究性学*的泛化。新课程改革大力倡导在学科教学中,面向全体学生,开展多样化的探究性学*。一些课堂上,探究性学*被泛化或形式化了。比如有英语教师在启发学生猜测生词detector(探测器)的意思时,先引导学生通过已有构词法知识,把detector与其根词detect及其派生词detective联系在一起思考,虽然这种方法不失为一种简洁明了的科学方法,但课堂的实际情况是学生联想到了多种多样的答案,无论怎样,都无法准确地猜测出其准确意思。

  对于这种纯知识性的生词教学,死搬硬套运用探究教学模式,只会把问题复杂化,是根本没有意义的。实际上,并不是所有的学科知识都适用于探究性的学*方式,那种体现事物名称、概念、事实等方面的陈述性知识就不需要学生花时间去探究,靠听讲、阅读、理解等方式就能掌握,无需探究的问题却要去探究导致了探究的浅层化和庸俗化,既浪费时间,又缺乏实效。

  七是贴标签式的情感、态度、价值观教育。凸显情感、态度、价值观教育是新课程的一个基本理念和基本特征,然而一些教师对到底如何处理知识与技能,过程与方法,情感、态度、价值观的教学目标显得有些困惑,不知道该如何有机地体现三者,所以出现了在一些课堂上教师脱离具体内容和特定情境,孤立地、人为地、机械地、生硬地进行情感、态度、价值观的教育。实际上,情感、态度、价值观不是可以直接或独立教授的,而是只有与知识与技能、过程与方法融为一体才是有生命力的。

  暑期赴兰州参加了为期五天的甘肃省高中英语新课改培训,受益匪浅。结合*时的教学情况,谈谈自己的学*体会和反思。

  新课程改革,倡导全面提高学生的整体素质,强调要促进每个学生身心健康的发展,培养学生良好的品质和终身学*的能力;倡导建设性学*,注重科学探究的学*,关注体验性学*,提倡交流与合作、自主创新学*。课程改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者,作为教师必须做好充分的准备,学*新课程改革理论,更新教学观念,迎接新课改的挑战。这就要求我们必须不断学*,不断地更新个人的知识体系,要时刻做好学*和接受新知识的心理准备。

  一、“自主学*”方式的实践途径与策略

  1.教师要更新教学观念

  教师要确立为“学”而“教”的指导思想。要充分发挥教师在课堂教学中的主导作用,教师要把以“教”为重心逐渐转移到以“学”为重心,并做好教与学的最佳结合。以“学”为重心,并不是排斥“教”,也不是不要教师的系统讲授。以“学”为重心,其基本精神就是使学生爱学*,学会学*,具有良好的学**惯,充分体现他们是学*的主体,而这就需要教师引导培养。学生的认知过程,是在教师指导下,由不知到知的矛盾转化过程,教师要根据教学任务充分发挥学生的主导作用,运用各种教学手段,促成矛盾转化,从而使学生较快地实现学*上的飞跃。所以我们应该做到“学”是在“教”之下的学,“教”是为“学”而教。

  2.教学要归还学生的主动权,拓展学生发展的空间

  学生是学*的主人,因此学*的主动权应掌握在学生手中。然而,教师是整个教学活动的主宰,学生的主体地位没有真正落实,这是当前英语教学中师生关系最突出的问题。要优化英语教学中的师生关系,必须坚持活化教师主导作用和强化学生主体地位的辩证统一,把学*的主动权真正还给学生,在课堂教学中做到以下几点:①把问的权利还给学生。要彻底改变单纯教师“问”、学生“答”的现状,把课堂变成学生“问”的天堂。②把读的时间还给学生。课堂45分钟,教师讲得多,无疑就挤占了学生的时间,把时间还给学生就是让学生多读,在读中发现问题,学到知识。③把讲的机会让给学生。教师的精讲是必要的,但学生表达自己的认识、情感的交流更重要。要更多地为学生提供畅所欲言、各抒己见的机会。④把练的安排纳入课堂。培养学生动脑、动口、动手,自觉培养分析、解决问题的能力及探

  究创新的能力。

  3.精心设计主体活动,激发学生的学*兴趣

  英语教学的实质是交际,是通过活动表现的。活动是更新教学观念,开创英语教学新局面的一个重要支撑点。活动是转变学*方式的关键。课堂教学中主体作用的发挥更是通过学生参与主体活动实现的,因此教师要精心设计主体活动。

  4.重视体验活动,促进内化形成

  在教学中,教师要重视向学生提供体验活动。向学生提供体验活动可以从以下两方面着手:一是对参与活动的体验,培养学生的参与意识和主体参与活动能力。二是让学生获得成功的体验。每个学生都具有一定的创造潜能,思维活跃,常会产生知识迁移和突发奇想。不论是发散思维,还是直觉思维,或是灵感,教师都要注意引导和保护,努力发掘学生的闪光点,进行激励性评价,让学生在主动参与过程中体验成功。成功的体验会给学生带来愉悦,带来自信,带来进一步学*的愿望。

  二、真正实现“学生为主体”

  教学过程应变为师生互相交流、积极互动、共同发展的过程,变“以教为主”为“以学为主”,学生是主体,教师应由知识的“传授者”变为帮助学生学*的“组织者”和“引导者”。

  教学单靠教师的传授是远远不够的。只有调动学生的积极性,培养学生的自主学*能力,才能适应社会发展的需要。学生通过“自主学*”来掌握英语知识技能的比重,必须随着学段的提高而增加。这对学生终身学*能力的培养也是必要的。

  要实现学生的“自主学*” 我们应该做到:

  1.自主性。学生能够按自己的方式学*英语知识,体会运用英语知识与技能解决实际问题的意义,成为自主学*的探索者。

  2.民主性。在“自主学*”的课堂教学中,师生之间的关系是民主的、和谐的,教师主要是学生学*活动的组织者和指导者,学生能发表自己的见解,同学之间、师生之间互相讨论,学生的个性可得到充分的发展。

  3.差异性。承认学生的个体差异,是开展“自主学*”教学的重要体现。这就要求教师要因材施教,分层教学,有意识地培养学生的学*兴趣,发展学生特长,培养每一个学生的成就感,使每一个学生都能获得成功。

  4.过程性。“自主学*”的课堂教学特别重视学生学*和探索的过程,注重学生在学*过程中的情感体验。

  5.创新性。“自主学*”的课堂教学中,每个学生都是独特的自我,具鲜明的个性特征。

  教师注重向学生传授学*的方法,培养学生主动学*和创新学*的精神,引导学生在学*中善于发现,勤于探究;既能求同,更能求异,成为适应社会需要的创造性人才。

  自主学*、合作学*、探究学*的学*方式,是实施新课程最为核心和最为关键的环节。改变学生的学*方式,就是要转变目前学生总是被动、单一的学*方式。让学生成为学*的主人,使学生的主体意识、能动性和创造性不断发展,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。

  三、教师的自身素质

  新课标要求,高中英语教师一定要注重自身素质的提高,要具有过硬的业务知识,只有这样,才能硬碰硬,才能胜任新课标的课程改革,才能满足其需求。教师务必要更新观念,不断创新,不断尝试,时刻以全新的面貌面对学生,进而时刻引导学生不断求知、求新,不断进步,更好地完成学业,同时不断丰富各方面的知识,储备各种能量,真正适应新时代要求。

  英语教学要面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。在*时的教学过程中要创设各种情景,鼓励学生大胆地使用英语,对他们在学*过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度;为学生提供自主学*和直接交流的机会,以及充分表现自我发展的一个空间;鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式,发展听、说、读、写的综合能力;创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题,并自主解决问题。

  四、*时要时时关注学生情感,创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

  学生只有对英语及其文化有积极的情态,才能保持英语学*的动力并取得成绩,刻板的情态,不仅会影响英语学*的效果,还会影响其它发展,情态是学好英语的重要因素,因此,努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间,做到:尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性;把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来,创造各种合作学*的活动,促进学生互相学*,互相帮助,体验成就感,发展合作精神;关注学*有困难或性格内向的学生,尽可能为他们创造语言的机会;建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道,经常和学生一起反思学*过程和学*效果,互相鼓励和帮助,做到教学相长。

  新课改要求加强对学生学*策略的指导,让他们在学*和适应的过程中逐步学*老师应做到:最大限度地理解、宽容学生,善待学生。

  在新《英语课程标准》实施的形势下,把学生当作*等的人,自由的人,相信每个学生都有潜力把学*搞好,与学生能够民主*等的进行沟通,善用“表扬”激励鼓舞学生。爱学生就必须善于走进学生的情感世界,把学生当作朋友,去感受他们的喜怒哀乐,以心灵感受心灵。公*地对待每一个学生,向学生学*,与学生一起成长,才能真正做到教学相长;教师

  对学生的爱是以对学生充分尊重和信任为前提,对学生的严应当是严中有爱,严中有章,严而有信,严而有度。

  五、实施新课改存在的几个问题

  1.课堂调控不当。良好的课堂氛围,有利于学生发散思维并畅所欲言,这是发挥学生主体作用的前提条件。但许多教师却忽略了这一前提,只顾自己滔滔不绝地讲,结果使学生沉默寡言,就算有一两个“尖子”学生跃跃欲试,也是教师和一两个学生在演戏,而大多数学生则成了台下的.观众。学生主体作用的发挥,决不仅仅指一两个学生,而应尽量使每个学生都“动”起来。在大多数学生无动于衷、思维处于抑制状态的情况下,怎么能谈得上发挥学生的主体作用呢?

  2.目标导向不强。有的课堂,气氛非常热烈,大家都抢着发言。但学生所讨论的问题,大多数是与教学内容、教学目标无关的,甚至全是些无关紧要的问题。这样的课堂教学热闹非凡,但漫无边际,费时低效。原因是教师忽视了教学的目标导向,忽视了自身的主导作用,片面地认为只要学生发言积极,就是主体作用得到充分发挥。

  3.面向全体不够。现在有不少课堂教学出现这样的现象:教师注重发挥学生的主体作用,而主体作用发挥得好的学生恰恰是接受能力较快,学*成绩较好的学生,他们往往能提出一些比较新的见解和主张,教师却误以为自己引导得法,就跟着这些“主体作用”发挥得好的学生“走”,而中等生和相对比较差的学生则丧失了“发挥”的机会。造成这种现象的原因就是教师没有遵循大多数学生的认知规律,违背了教学要面向全体学生的原则,限制了大多数学生主体作用的发挥。

  4.教法优化不足。在发挥学生主体作用的同时,有的教师严重忽视了自身的主导作用,使处于重要地位的教师主导作用发挥不当。在一堂课的教学中,从大的环节看,是以学生为主体,根据学情来设计和安排的,但每个环节的具体教学过程,教师仍采用灌输、填鸭式的一问一答的机械模式,牵着学生跟着自己的学案走,不容有半点变化。这显然不利于学生主体作用的发挥。这是因为教师的教学方法单一、落后而造成的。

  5.学法指导不力。“教是为了不教”,“教学的最终目的是教会学生学会学*”。这就要求教师在课堂教学中应重视对学生学*方法的指导,培养学生自主学*能力。但有的教师只注重学生主体作用的发挥,却忽视了学*方法的指导。学生的学*实际上仍然处于被动状态,依赖性强,离开了教师,还是不会学*,这在某种程度上也制约了学生主体作用的发挥。 总之,学生的发展是英语教学的出发点和归宿。“以人为本”是“课标”的核心理念。英语学*的最终目的是要掌握运用英语进行交际的能力。教师不只是知识的载体、知识的来源,也不

  只是知识的传授者、讲解者,教学不能以教师为中心。教师要相信学生自己能构建知识,成为学生构建知识的引路者、指导者和帮助者。应利用英语自身的魅力着力于激发学生的学*积极性,向学生提供宽敞的学*空间,尽可能多地给学生提供参与活动的机会,帮助学生在自主学*活动中真正的理解和掌握基本知识和技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观,“让课堂充满生命活力,让学生成为学*的主导。” (

  师生教与学策略的改变。1.知识上的要求:07年我从高三下到高一,没有能够很快进入高一教师角色的转变,加上对牛津教材的生疏,因而在教学方法上太多的关注知识的传授,系统的整理;09年我对牛津教材有了一定的了解,同时结合高一学生特点,在教学方法上做了一些改变:注重基础知识,简单知识的传授,所学内容与初中内容相结合;清楚了解学生所学知识多为第一次接触,因此要反复记忆,放慢速度;新单词学*方面,每次给学生布置少量单词,降低背诵难度,让大部分学生能够获得成功;练*,考试限难限量,保证同学们在过程中有成就感,并能落到实处;2.课堂模式的改变:“课堂上要关注学生的学,而不应只注重教师的教”,“教师为主导,学生为主体”,这些说法已经喊了多年,但并未完全落到实处,很多教师仍然延续着传统的教师认真讲,学生认真听的旧模式。这种旧有模式很大程度限制了学生的学*效率,降低了课堂效率。比较可行的一种就是采取小组合作。原因有二:1.小组合作学*是有理论依据并经过实践论证的。有时,吵吵闹闹的课堂恰恰不会使那些容易睡觉的学生课堂上精神振作;如果只发现一位同学睡觉,那有可能最少还有十名同学昏昏欲睡。例如此次国庆长假归来,学生普遍假期综合症。不少老师反映学生课堂上精神萎靡,难以调动起来,在我的课堂上,我依然给他们小组合作的方式完成一些学*内容,从我观察的情况以及课后学生反馈的情况,课堂上精神状态良好。2.江宁区这几年来在推广高效课堂上已经取得了一定成绩,我们这些高一新生已接受过这些教育的洗礼,他们能够较快地进入角色,利于教师在课堂上活动的开展。例如我校隔壁的竹山中学,杜郎口旋风早已吹进他们的课堂,竹中有不少学生进入我校,他们对小组学*快速的适应能力我都感到惊讶。

  三、学生对英语学科兴趣的不同。

  布鲁纳曾经说过,使学生对一门学科产生兴趣的最好方法,就是让学生知道这门学科是值得学的。如果学生对一门学科经过初期的激情,奋进而后却无任何结果,久而久之,他会对这门学科产生厌倦,最终放弃。所以,维护学生对这门课程的兴趣是一项很重要的工作。如何做到这点我有以下三点想法:1.维持学生对高中三年的希望。既然学生选择上高中,他肯定已做好吃苦的准备,并有从高中三年取得一定成绩的理想。作为教师,在高中刚开始阶段就要多费苦心,维护好学生对高中生活的希望。从本学科来讲,教师一定要专心备课,让自己的课上得精彩,学生爱听而且能听得懂;给学生布置的作业适度适量,大部分学生能够顺利完成;经常能站在学生角度看待问题,和他们多交流,他们缓慢的进步中有没有教师,教学资料,学校安排上一些失误所致,我们不能一股脑将责任推在学生一个人身上。2.维护学生对学*成功的信心。就从高中英语的自身特点考虑,要找到一份完全适合高一学生的网上资料并不容易,很多题目的要求都是站在高三学生复*高一内容角度考虑的,找到一些题目既能检测高一单元刚学内容,又能不牵扯高二,高三所学语言点并非易事,除此之外,有的命题本身题意不清,不知所云,或者喧宾夺主,前后矛盾,这种低质量的题目反而会引起学生思维上的混乱,得不偿失。这就要求教师花较大力气去自己编写题目,然而我们现在很多教师并没有在这方面投入精力,学生经常会在一次次小白鼠式的体验中丧失他们本就脆弱的信心,最终变得对这门学科排斥,厌学。我校对布置给学生的作业限时限量限难度,阶段检测试卷难度系数也有明确要求,否则算教学事故论处,也是出于维护学生的自信心。

  又是一年丹桂飘香的时节,我由衷地希望这一届学生与我能够共同成长,收获多多。

  打造高效课堂方面。临江走在各高中前列,天印高中也在积极学*他校经验,不断摸索,争取“人有我优,人优我特”。

  第三篇文章我还未完成,这个话题层面较小,主要谈高三回头教师对高一教学工作的适应问题。今天开课的梁德珍老师前面几年都任教高三,今年回到高一,对牛津教材高一内容她也没教过,我也希望从她这节课及她的构想得到一些启迪。下面是我的第三篇文章构想:(标题取自傅任敢译自夸美纽斯《大教学论》中一句话。)

  我通过在业余时间认真细读了《英语课程标准》后,对新一轮的国家基础教育课程改革中初中英语新课标有了初步的认识。

  一、面向全体学生,因材施教。

  《英语课程标准》的基本理念中提到“面向全体学生,尊重个体差异。课程特别强调要关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学*英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学*英语的成就感和自信心。要充分考虑到学生的现有基础、学*潜能、兴趣爱好、学*风格等方面存在差异的客观现实。既不能机械地用统一的标准来要求每个学生,也不能强迫学生学*单一的学*材料。应尽可能满足不同学生的学*需要。”

  二、掌握教学艺术,活用教法。

  《英语新课程标准》的基本理念中提到“让学生在教师指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作探究等活动方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。学生在学*过程中进行情感态度和学*策略的调整,以形成积极学*态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。”

  这就要求我们英语老师要掌握一定的课堂和课外教学艺术,开展集趣味、知识、娱乐、教育于一体的英语活动,能为学生提供尽可能多的语言实践机会。教师要用直观形象的形体语言,丰富多彩的表情,幽默风趣的语言表达,使学生在轻松、愉快、和谐的氛围中复*旧知,学*新知,提高学*信心。

  三、加强自身修养,求新求变。

  《英语新课程标准》的基本理念中提到“合理利用和积极开发课程资源,给学生提供贴*学生实际、贴*生活、贴*时代的内容和丰富的课程资源;要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志等丰富的教学资源,拓展学*和运用英语的渠道。”

  这就要求我们英语老师要自觉加强中外文化修养,拓展知识面。在课外要经常收听英语广播,收看英语讲座,观看英文电影,经常进行纯正的口语训练。在课堂上要尽量多说英语,且语音语调要好、要美,要不厌其烦,宁可多重复,也不要一味的翻译,要用形体语言来告诉他们,让他们慢慢体验理解。尤其是一些常用的指令性的句子,要求每个学生都能听懂。

  备课时,我觉得备得越细越好。例如:如何用关键词把新旧课联系起来,怎样调动各个层次学生的积极性,在操练中要解决什么问题,教师在备课时心里要很清楚。

  Greetings要常换常新,不要一成不变,千篇一律,要先吸引后激活,在最初的几分钟就让你的课活起来。学生想说什么就说什么,不要怕乱,学生猜得对否并不重要,重要的是学生在说的过程中进行大量的口语练*。FreeTalk还要找借口,让学生说说自己的家庭,自己的生活和自己感兴趣的事。学生想怎么说就怎么说,错了也没有关系,重在参与。学生在参与的过程中,在语言的输入输出中,不知不觉地提高了综合语言运用能力,学生积极参与,积极思维,创造出了一种非常和谐、非常宽松、非常happy的氛围。

  四、多用评价语,真诚激励。

  《英语新课程标准》的基本理念中提到“英语教学中提倡过程性评价方式,把对学生的评价贯穿到*常的学*过程之中。注重培养和激发学生学*的积极性和自信心。”

  因为每个学生,都渴望得到老师的重视和肯定,渴望得到激励和赞许。让每个学生都能享受到鼓励、温暖的阳光,这样无论哪种知识水*、能力、层次的学生都能获得心理上的满足,从而使学生有一种积极向上的源动力。所以教师的评价语应丰富多彩,真诚激励。下面的句子应该多说:Good!Great!Wonderful!Youareclever!Don’tworry!

  现代教师所面临的挑战,要求教师对自己的工作和专业能力不断提高,要保持开放的心态,学无止境的心态。在实际工作中学*,不断对自己的教育教学进行研究和反思,才能适应日新月异的变革。

  暑期参加了市统一组织的为期*两天的高中英语新课标的培训,深感获益匪浅,眼界也开阔了不少,现将个人的感想与心得从以下几个方面简单的述说如下:

  一、模块学*法

  高中英语新课标将教材按知识划块的方法编写,高中阶段共十一个模块,组成英语的各项能力要求。这种编排体系体现了划整为零的思想,同时也更便于操作,有利于分步学*,同时还提供了一种选择,可以让学生在学*的过程中,步步为营,稳打稳扎地逐步学好英语。无形中,也可以降低学*的难度,增加他们学*的兴趣。

  二、词汇量大

  新课标的.一个显著特点,就是词汇量大,生词特别多。这当然是时代和社会发展的需要,也更有利于培养高素质的人才。然而同时也给学生带来了很大的心理咨询负担,压力很大。众所周知,农村中学的孩子在、小学时几乎没有英语基础可言,这么大的词汇量对他们来说,绝对是很头疼的事。但压力终归是压力,英语还是必须要学好的:高考需要它,未来的交际与发展也需要它。这就要求师生在*时的教学过程中,要注重词汇的积累,要分散、要重复,经过多次、重复性地学*,可适当地减少学生的心理咨询负担和压力,而且还可以强化学*的效果。

  三、取舍适当

  高中英语新课标要求,英语教师在教学过程中,要因时因地制宜,根据学生和教学的具体的现状和情况,进行合理的、适当地对教材进行取舍,有针对性地选择材料,这样才能更好地实现和达到教学目标,从而更加深刻地领悟新课标的精神。

  四、灵活多变的教法

  新课标要求,高中英语课程的教授,在方法上要灵活多变,不落俗套,不封建保守。同时要相时而动,以动制变,以动为活,以活变通,以通变达,最终完成英语课程的教与学,从而实现预期的目标。这就要求,英语教师必须不断学*,不断地更新个人的知识体系,要时刻做好学*和接受新知识的心理咨询准备。这所有的一切,都应当以清醒和善思的头脑为前提。

  五、教师的自身素质

  新课标要求,高中英语教师一定要注重自身素质的提高,要具有过硬的业务知识,要精通业务知识,只有这样,才能硬碰硬,才能胜任新课标的课程改革,才能满足其需求。教师在自身素质提高的同时,也更能领悟新课标的精髓之所在。从而更愿意从事新课改的工作。

  Good morning, ladies and gentleman. Today, I feel honored to have the chance to share my ideas about how to teach reading.

  In the reading process, I will focus on students’ long-term development and enable them to use proper reading skills and strategies. In other words, students are guided to read efficiently and independently.

  My teaching plan will include 3 sections. They’re ***ysis of the reading material, identifying the teaching aims and teaching procedures.

  Section 1 Analysis of the teaching material

  The selected teaching material is a magazine article taken from the Project section of Module 11, Unit 2 of Advance with English. The article is about British students who take a gap year, which is intended to develop the theme of the unit, that is, Getting a job. After ***yzing it carefully, I find the article has two unique characteristics. First, it’s a long passage with 688 words, much more than the usual texts. Second, it deals with a new topic, that is, a gap year. The topic is unfamiliar to most students.

  Section 2 Indentifying the teaching aims

  Based on the ***ysis of the teaching material, I have chosen the following as the teaching aims of my lesson:

  The 1st aim: Students learn the skills and strategies to read a prolonged text.

  The 2nd aim: Students get a better understanding of what a gap year is.

  The 3rd aim: Students are encouraged to figure out the implied meaning.

  The 4th aim: Students are familiar with various expression_r_r_r_r_rs or approaches to express the same thing or idea.

  Section 3 Teaching procedures

  In order to achieve the teaching aims mentioned above, I decide to choose guided reading and Task-Based Teaching as the main teaching approach. With the teaching methods, I can guide students to use effective reading strategies to comprehend the text, solve problems and complete different tasks. The teaching procedures include four parts. They’re getting ready, focusing on main facts, reading between the lines and responding the text.

  Part 1. Getting ready

  Reading begins before a book is opened. It’s important to activate students’ existing background knowledge and draw their attention to the topic of the text. In this part, I will use the pre-reading activities to increase students’ concentration, arouse their curiosities, fire their imagination and give them a purpose for reading. The part consists of two tasks:

  Task 1: A time machine. I start my lesson by asking senior 3 students what the date is. Then, I go on to show a picture of a time machine. I tell students that the machine with a magic power will bring them to their graduation from high school, which is 1 year away. At that point, I get them to imagine where they are and what they are doing.

  After it, I give a summary of their presentations as follows: After leaving high school, most of Chinese students go straight to university.Yes, at this time next year, most of you will be studying in a university.

  (With the task, I inspire students’ former knowledge and imagination about graduating from high school and going to college, which can draw their attention to the theme of the reading material and get them ready for the following reading.)

  Task 2: Brainstorming. After the summary, I go on to show some more pictures of British students fresh from high schools, and tell students that more and more students in the UK are doing something different instead of going straight to university. After that, I play the tape of Para.1 and get students to catch the answer to the question: They will travel or work on projects for up to a year before entering university.

  (With the task, I excite students’ desire to know more about what their British equivalents will do before going to college. With the question in mind, students will definitely be eager to listen to the tape to find the answer. )

  Part 2. Focusing on main facts

  During the part, I will ask the students to answer the question—What does the author say? Students are supposed to get a main idea of the text and understand the basic meaning of the text. Questions of this kind are not very difficult and they can be answered directly from the text. The part includes six tasks:

  Task 1: Three examples. I move on to tell students as follows: Last year, Carol Smith, Daniel and Martin Johnson, 3 students from the UK, went to some remote places and did something special. After the instructions, I play the tape of Paragraphs 4-6 and get students to complete the following table.

  Task 2: Matching. After listening, I get students to open books and scan the three paragraphs to check the answers to the previous table. Then they’re required to complete another table with a second reading. (With the task, I get students to listen to the three paragraphs instead of reading them, thus reducing the amount of reading time and reliving their psychological burden, otherwise students would be discouraged by such a long article.)

  (With the task, students learn to use a table to gather the main facts about the three British students. They’ll come to know that a table is of great help in their future reading.)

  Task 3: Scanning for a detail. I get students to scan the rest paragraphs and find the answer to the question: What do people call the year off between finishing school and starting university? In doing so, I introduce the theme of the article and write on the blackboard the title: Mind the gap year.

  (With the task, students are expected to grasp the theme of the article. The task serves as a bridge,which connects the main facts in Paragraphs 4-6 to the opinions about the gap year in the rest paragraphs.)

  Task 4: Definition of the gap year. Students watch a VCR with a question in mind: What three types of activities do the UK students choose to do during a gap year? The key is: Many students use that time to travel, learn new skills or become a charity volunteer.

  (The task serves as a supplementary to the second task of Part 1. With the task, students are expected to know more about the gap year.)

  Task 5: History of the gap year. I play a second VCR and get students to answer the question: When did the gap year start in the UK?

  (The task enables students to have a good knowledge of the history of the gap year.)

  在新一轮基础教育改革的今天,教师正面对着一个新的课程环境,新的课程研究模式,一个要求教师角色向广度延伸,向深度扩展的时代背景。在这个传统教育方式与现代教育方式激烈对峙的转型时期,交织着教师的退缩,彷徨,奋进的各种心态。课程改革的基础是教师,没有高素质的教师队伍,改革就难以成功。但像高素质的人才只能在改革之中而不能在改革之前产生一样,课程改革所需要的高素质的教师只能在改革中造就。所以,在高中英语新课标实施的过程中,我们英语老师究竟如何去应对这种改革背景,全面提高自身素质就成为新课程实施成功与否的关键所在。

  要迎接好新课程的挑战,我们就要建立终身学*的理念,不断更新知识结构,发展专业能力与知识能力,以适应现代社会发展对英语课程的要求。树立终身学*的理念实际上就是强化教师自我发展的终身化意识,主要表现在:

  首先,教师要不断进行教学反思。广泛的反思性教学实际上就是要求英语教师对教学不断反思、对业务不断提高、对自我不断发展,以促进教师发展朝终身化方向发展。反思将强化教师的创造性、激励个人成长愿望、有益于传授主要知识和培养课堂技能,养成教师的专业气质。以高标准进行反思性教学的教师将逐渐形成敏锐的专业判断力,使英语教师更加专业化。这就要求教师要克服一次性学*的观念,树立终身学*的精神,使每一堂课的教学都成为教师反思和提高的机会。那么受益的学生就远不只一堂课、一个班级。

  其次,分析自己的教学经验,写教后感,有规律地反思成功或失败的经验。还要经常分析教学实践与学生学*之间的关系,以开放的心态对待创新,把学生的需要与长期的教学目标结合起来。一旦养成终身的自我评估*惯,教师将不断地挑战自己,发展自己,从而把专业的成长与发展和赋予课堂教学以活力当作自己的责任。

  挖掘学生和当前语言教学的知识深度、开拓他们知识的内容广度、促进学生和教师的认知发展。要明确地认识到英语教学是一个发展的领域,所以英语教师要经常研究教学实践,精通专业人文知识,同时还要了解英语教学的前沿问题,跟上学科的发展。通过创新,通过各种方式主动研究自己的教学,追求、探索自己不熟知的领域,自觉养成终身研究的*惯。

  再次,英语教师要不断分析、评价自己的教学质量,强化教学效果、促进学生学*,形成自己教学行为原理,促进终身自我发展。还要经常与同事交流、参加集体备课和研讨课,以类似的研究强化终身型的学者气质。另外,为更新自我知识,还要积极地与其它学科教师进行有效的互相交流和学*,积极寻求同事的

  帮助,以教师和学*者的身份继续发展自己。同时,参与同行教师的教学、欢迎同事以他们的观察帮助自己做自我评价,或学*其他在教学上富有经验的教师。从而提倡内部合作与团队精神,实现跨学科、跨层次教学。

  新课程要求我们从以知识为本的教育理念转变为以学生发展为本的教育理念,重新认识高中英语课程的目标与定位。长期以来,我们高中英语教学的都是围绕着高考这根指挥棒,目的是为了高考能够出好成绩。因此,我们的英语教学工作带有明显的功利主义色彩,而忽略了它的人文性目的,忽略了语言对青少年进行素质教育方面的重要作用。《高中英语课程标准》明确指出:“高中阶段的外语教育是培养公民素质的重要过程,它既要满足学生心智与情感态度的发展需求以及高中毕业生就业,升学与未来生存发展的需要,同时还要满足国家的经济建设与科技发展对人才培养的要求。因此,高中阶段的外语教育有多重的人文与社会意义”。从这里可以看出,新课程要以培养学生的实践精神与创新精神为目标,共同为学生的终身发展打下良好的基础。

  总之,语言学*得是终身的过程,教师应成为终身学*的榜样。向学生展示自己的语言能力,让他们效仿或超越自己;并终身致力与提高自己的英语语言的技能。

  因此,根据高中生认知能力发展的特点与学业发展的需求,高中英语课程应该强调在进一步发展学生综合语言能力运用的基础上,着重提高学生用英语获取信息,处理信息,分析问题与解决问题的能力,特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维与表达的能力;形成跨文化交际的意识与基本的跨文化交际能力;进一步拓宽国际视野,增强爱国主义精神与民族使命感,形成健全的情感,态度,价值观,为未来发展与终身学*奠定良好的基础。

  在新一轮基础教育改革的今天,教师正面对着一个新的课程环境,新的课程研究模式,一个要求教师角色向广度延伸,向深度扩展的时代背景。在这个传统教育方式与现代教育方式激烈对峙的转型时期,交织着教师的退缩,彷徨,奋进的各种心态。课程改革的基础是教师,没有高素质的教师队伍,改革就难以成功。但像高素质的人才只能在改革之中而不能在改革之前产生一样,课程改革所需要的高素质的教师只能在改革中造就。所以,在高中英语新课标实施的过程中,我们英语老师究竟如何去应对这种改革背景,全面提高自身素质就成为新课程实施成功与否的关键所在。

  Who am I 出自人教版高中英语教科书第二册第三单元第一课时,本单元的话题是工厂技术,计算机的发展史和机器人。计算机对于高中生来说是较熟悉的一个话题,但“Who am I”这篇阅读材料所选语言材料属于科普说明文,内容较为抽象,文章也有一些专业术语,对高一学生来说有一定的难度。但是这篇阅读材料以第一人称的拟人手法介绍了计算机发展演变的历史和计算机在各个领域的应用,这样拟人的手法使得文章读起来妙趣横生,抽象的专业知识介绍起来也浅显易懂。这篇文章是整个单元的重点,融汇了听、说、读、写语言知识点,同时在句子表达上运用到了现在完成时的被动语态,为下一个课时的语法教学作好了铺垫。

  5、在写作方面,坚持每两周一次作文训练,训练题材、方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。并针对高一新生的写作基础,给予英文写作的指导和误区分析,可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型,句式,词汇和短语,或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记,对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

  做为一名高中英语教师,我在今年主要任教于高一年级的英语课,我所带的两个班级的学生,经过一学期的认真学*,英语成绩有了显著的提高,学生们在英语课上态度认真,学*的劲头也很足,我个人认为,英语是学生的一门主要功课,无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它,但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥,学起来吃力,甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因,是学生对英语学*的接触面小,说练机会少,以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学*常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进以往的教学方法。经过一个学期的英语教学工作,在我个人的积极努力与广大同学的配合下,教学任务圆满完成,现将个人工作计划如下。

  一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

  高一新学期伊始,可以通过摸底了解学生大致水*,及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学,具体做法是:培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯;坚持用英语授课,要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求,从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力,教会学生一些阅读技巧,养成良好的阅读*惯;另外,课后要多与学生接触,尽快和学生熟悉。

  二、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

  学生是学*的主体,老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知,代替学生观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

  三、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则,强化学生主体意识

  “让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际:

  1.建立“课前五分钟会话”,培养课堂交际氛围。

  2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容,布置学生课后进行讨论排练,然后在课堂表演。

  3.多鼓励,少批评。为了使学生更爱开口,在练*中,要重视运用鼓励性语言,不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

  四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣

  在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣,增强教学效果,才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来,上课可以结合时事、热点,给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂,如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触,了解学生的需要,适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻,然后再到学校进行交流。

  五、努力建立融洽的师生关系

  相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。

  六、严谨治学,保持良好的教态

  教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行,无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识,做到爱岗敬业,学而不厌,诲人不倦,为人师表,治学严谨,还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好,学生就喜欢,他们听课的兴趣就高,接受知识也快。反之,学生就不喜欢,甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生,看问题开始有可独立的见解,对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时,我利用语言的轻重,语调的高低,和一定的动作表情,尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时,我的表情变得自然亲切,使促使感到老师对他们的信任,这样学生就增添了勇气,就能大胆地回答问题。

  七、使学生明白学*目的

  要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知,人类社会已经进入了21世纪,新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪,中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动,中华民族要腾飞,要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语,怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学*真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学*英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学*动机。

  关于小组合作学*,我的理论与实践还远远不够。在此我只能浅陋的谈谈自己的认识。

  在以前的教学中,我也尝试着运用过小组合作学*,但是我感觉还是很片面的。如何深入开展小组合作学*是一个难题。首先要考虑到学科的特殊性。我觉得英语是小学阶段一个比较重要的副科,同时也因为我们学校只有我一个英语老师,所以,对于我本人来说,无论是在精力上还是时间上,在英语教学中开展小组合作学*都是一个挑战。但是为了提高教学效率,创建高效课堂,我也要努力试一试。我制定了以下计划:

  一、与班主任结合,争取效果化

  五、合理安排作业和测验。

  作业的安排和选择本着让学生在有限的时间里做到两个亲自的态度。即亲自动脑,亲自动手!

  内容选择上主要以阅读和完型为主,让学生每天在做作业的练*中感受英语语言环境和英语文化氛围,以便减少汉语负迁移现象带来的负面影响!同时加大写作的力度!在测验和作业的讲评上,不仅要做到细致,更要讲清四点,使学生不被一块砖头绊倒两次!

  当然,作为英语老师我要多开展英语学法指导,培养学生的计划意识和时间管理能力,让每一个学生知道怎么计划英语课的复*时间和复*内容,学会统筹安排,作到学*、生活井井有条,每天都过得很充实。这样既培养了良好的学**惯,也为未来终身学*打下了坚实的基础。

  高一第一学期是高中教育的起始阶段,教学就显得尤为重要,为了使学生圆满完成各项学*任务,尽快适应新的环境,在各方面能够健康发展,把英语学*兴趣提起来,必须有一个切实可行的教学计划。本人根据所教的班级制定本学期的教学计划如下:

  今年我任教高一86班和高二83班及初二202三个班的英语教学工作。初二202班的学生整体水*还可以,上课基本能配合老师完成各项教学任务,学*氛围较浓,但也有一小部分学生基础偏差。而高二83班的学生整体上英语普遍偏差,上课虽然认真,但是老师要求在课堂上完成的学*练*较难完成。高一86班的学生基础较差,但是英语学*的积极性很高,课堂气氛活跃。因此在教学中我根据三个不同的班级情况准备采用分层授课和分层布置作业使每一位学生得到提高。

  四、教学内容

  本学期主要学*英语必修一和必修二。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的黑体词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为:直接引语和间接引语;现在进行时态;定语从句(I)(II);限制性定语从句和非限制性定语从句;以及介词+关系代词引导的定语从句等。

  我们升入高二年级分了班,为1个理科班,1个文科班,美术音乐体育班1个(艺术班),根据学校安排,我带来艺术班的教学任务。该班级共有名学生,其中男生人,女生人。总体来说,艺术班的学生英语基础比较差。听说方面也很薄弱,要提高成绩,还需要我很大的努力。

  三、教材分析

  按照新课程改革,本学期开设普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语必修(5)和选修(6)。(北师大版)共6个单元内容。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的重要词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为:过去分词;表示推测的情态动词;间接引语;虚拟语气;过去完成时;过去完成进行时;进行时态和非进行时态。其中过去分词、虚拟语气、过去完成时和过去完成进行时的区分使用是本学期教学的重点也是学生学*的难点

  四、主要措施

  (一)教学方面

  打牢基础,提高听说读写的技能。

  1、在听力方面,进一步提高学生的听力水*,从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外,还坚持利用课余时间给学生放一些英语小片段,有趣的视频和带中英文字幕的经典电影,让学生融入一个说英语的英语环境。

  2、在口语表达方面,本学期要狠抓学生的口语表达,在教学过程中努力设计教学,把提高学生的口语安排在每节课的教学中。具体措施,每周二四六三次英语课,抽出5-10分钟的时间,安排一到两名学生到讲台前进行英语口语表达练*,形式多样,可以是即兴演讲impromptu speech,天气预报or,笑话jokes or funny story,戏剧drama,诗歌朗诵reading poems,美文欣赏等。

  4、在阅读方面,阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课,充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力,阅读技巧,阅读速度和阅读效率,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

  (二)在教研方面

  1、认真研究新课程标准,尤其与旧大纲不同的地方,清楚哪些内容是新增加的,哪些内容是已经删掉的,哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材,在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课,认真进行自*辅导和批改作业。

  2、坚持每周互相听评课活动,相互取长补短,提高各位教师自己的教学能力。

  总之,要做到因材施教。高二学生的英语水*参差不齐,这就要求我们高二英语教师在教学中做到因材施教。在备课的环节中,要考虑不同层次学生的需要,设计不同层次的活动和题目,让他们在课堂上都能活动起来,都有事情可做。课外辅导方面,针对不同的学生采用不同的方法,使他们都能形成自己独立的学*方法。让优等生深化学*吃得饱,让中等生全面学*吃得好,让学困生侧重学*吃得了。

  总之,关注两极分化,避免过早分流和掉队,帮扶工作从高一就应着手排查,措施应得当,既有知识上的,也要有学法、心理层面上的帮扶,课内课外都要关注分层教学。
