As soon as I got up，my mother put on my purse and colorful thread on my hand. I saw my father holding two gourds. today's breakfast is zongzi and eggs. I ate a zongzi and an egg with relish，and two dates were used in the zongzi. Then Zhuang Zhuang came to me with eggs to create eggs，and I made it with a feeling of winning. after a while，I won，and I jumped happily.
Just today，every family has hung up red gourds，ed mugwort，and ate zongzi and eggs. This really embodies the characteristics of the Chinese nation.
The Dragon Boat Festival arrived. My father told me about the Dragon Boat Festival. It's a very old holiday. On this day, people eat dumplings, and many people in the South also have dragon boats.
When I was in bed in the morning, I told grandma that I wanted to eat dumplings, and grandma cooked the dumplings in the pot, and put them in the bowl for me. Those summers always ended too soon. He would drive us back to Arizona every year, stopping at the checkpoint for fruit and vegetables at the New Mexico-Arizona border. When asked if he had any fruits or vegetables, he would re***, "Just three sweet peas."
Our father has been gone for a long time now, but not the lesson that he taught us: You are only as handicapped as you let yourself be.

1. Catch of a Lifetime
He was 11 years old and went fishing every chance he got from the dock at his family’s cabin on an island in the middle of a New Hampshire lake.
On the day before the bass season opened, he and his father were fishing early in the evening, catching sunfish and perch with worms. Then he tied on a small silver lure and practiced casting. The lure struck the water and caused coloredripples in the sunset, then silver ripples as the moon rose over the lake.
When his peapole doubled over, he knew something huge was on the other end. His father watched with admiration as the boy skillfully worked the fish alongside the dock.
Finally, he very gingerly lifted the exhausted fish from the water. It was the largest one he had ever seen, but it was a bass.
The boy and his father looked at the handsome fish, gills playing back and forth in the moonlight. The father lit a match and looked at his watch. It was 10 P.M.-- two hours before the season opened. He looked at the fish, then at the boy.
“You’ll have to put it back, son,” he said. “Dad!” cried the boy.
“There will be other fish,” said his father. “Not as big as this one,” cried the boy.
He looked around the lake. No other fishermen or boats were anywhere around in the moonlight. He looked again at his father. Even though no one had seen them, nor could anyone ever know what time he caught the fish, the boy could tell by the clarity of his father’s voice that the decision was not negotiable. He slowly worked the hook out of the lip of the huge bass and lowered it into the black water.
The creature swished its powerful body and disappeared. The boy suspected that he would never again see such a great fish.
That was 34 years ago. Today, the boy is a successful architect in New York City. His father’s cabin is still there on the island in the middle of the lake. He takes his own son and daughters fishing from the same dock.
And he was right. He has never again caught such a magnificent fish as the one he landed that night long ago. But he does see that same fish-again and again-every time he comes up against a question of ethics.
For, as his father taught him, ethics are simple *** of right and wrong. It is only the practice of ethics that is difficult. Do we do right when no one is looking? Do we refuse to 14)cut corners to get the design in on time? Or refuse to trade stocks based on information that we know we aren’t supposed to have?

Out from the doghouse and down the ramp ran Dolly followed by four little balls of fur. The little boy pressed his face against the chain link fence. His eyes danced with delight.
As the dogs made their way to the fence, the little boy noticed something else stirring inside the doghouse. Slowly another little ball appeared; this One noticeably smaller. Down the ramp it slid. Then in a somewhat awkward manner the little pup began hobbling toward the others, doing its best to catch up.
"I want that one," the little boy said, pointing to the runt.
The farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said, "Son, you don't want that puppy. He will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would."
With that the little boy stepped back from the fence, reached down, and began rolling up one leg of his trousers. In doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe. Looking back up at the farmer, he said, "You see sir, I don't run too well myself, and he will need someone who understands."
The world is full of people who need someone who understands.

Building up a head of steam, he went on"That's a new car and that brick you threw is gonna cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?"
"Please,mister, please,I'm sorry. I didn't know what else to do!"pleaded the youngster.
"It's my brother," he said. "He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up.
Sobbing, the boy asked the executive, "Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He lifted the young man back into the wheelchair and took out his handkerchief and wiped the scrapes and cuts, checking to see that everything was going to be okay.
"Thank you, sir. And God bless you," the grateful child said to him. The man then watched the little boy push his brother to the sidewalk toward their home.
It was a long walk backs to his Jaguar... a long, slow walk. He never did repair the side door. He kept the dent to remind him not to go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention.
Life whispers in your soul and speaks to your heart. Sometimes, when you don't have the time to listen... Life throws a brick at your head. It's your choice: Listen to the whispers of your soul or wait for the brick!

But he ran into the smoke filed hallway and into the room.At last he found both children.As he stumbled up the endless steps,the thought went through his mind that there was something strangely familiar about the little bodies clinging to him,and at last when they came out into the sunlight and fresh air,he found that he had just rescued his own children.

第一部分，老师的第一个问题设计地较好，通过询问学生为什么自己没有机会去未来来引起学生的共鸣。接下来通过几个问题逐步引导学生:先让学生找出时光机的信息，再让学生回答学生的感受的变化，并引出新词。在词汇教学方面，方法也比较多，比如让学生在文中找tolerate的反义词来介绍be back on one’s feet， 以及用文中的相关信息来解释expertise;
在第二部分，老师先提出问题让学生回答，再让学生根据问题两人合作编对话，形式比较新颖，但是在实践中有点难度。
第三部分老师也是通过问题的形式呈现，其中第二个问题能发散学生的思维，让学生思考可以怎样设计房子。
在最后一个读后的环节，老师先让学生对这篇文章进行归纳总结，总结未来生活会在哪几个方面变化。这种先分析全文，再让学生自己总结的方式比较有效，能锻炼学生的概括能力以及对全文的理解。然后再进行小组讨论，让学生通过电话汇报的形式复述文章，并要求学生要用上新学的词汇，输出方式比较有效。
这堂课的目标达成总体还是不错的，比如让学生快速阅读发现本文的文体;让学生根据语境来理解新单词;在学完后学生可以用新词汇有效输出。 但是这堂课在我看来可能有以下几点可以改进。首先提问的方式可以改变一下，比如问题可以设计地不要那么细，可能会固定住学生的思维，与改变学生阅读学*方式可能不吻合。其次，板书归纳地不到位，概括性不够强。
本校的高中英语教学倡导导学案教学模式，以学*自主学*为基础，在课上进一步学*巩固及反馈。带着学*以学为中心的教学模式，我听完了整堂课，并与学生做了交流。
本堂课大多数的教学活动都是由学生自主完成，但被上课教师控制地较多，学生自由发挥的机会较少。如教师在做点评时，可以让学生来点评，自己补充。
在写前部分，引导学生审题、列提纲时，可先让学生小组讨论连接词，思考应写的部分，而不是教师以讲授的形式全部给出，限制了学生的思维。本节课带给大家更多的是反思，如何在课堂中做到以学为中心?难道有个导学案，让学生报听写，让学生讨论自己完成练*校对就是以学为中心的教学了吗?值得老师们探讨研究。
今天我听了陈文新老师的一节英语课，根据听课情况我作了如下评析：
一、优点：
1.教师能够把新课改的教学理念运用到教学中，精心设计了本节课，无论是新课的引入、重难点的把握、教学方法，还是整个教学过程的布局能够凸现学生的主体地位与教师的主导作用。为了激发学生的学*兴趣引入课题采用英语歌曲和积极的师生问候。
2.教学过程流场。教师重视了课外知识的拓展。能利用学生已有的知识储备（以前学过的知识）来进行教学；能结合实际及时从网络上收集信息，教师能抓住课堂教学中师生互动即时产生的资源。体现民主的师生关系。但激励、调控、评价没有跟上，这是教学气氛的直接原因。教师不仅要评价，也要让学生参与评价。
3.能通过创设活动，情景引导学生参与课堂教学；能让学生利用English充分发表自己的见解，训练学生思维及口语能力；能利用多媒体直观教学，对课堂教学起到很好的辅助作用。
4.教学设计思路较清晰，能按“四位一体”课堂教学法（preparationpresentation、practice、production）思路设计并实施教学，课堂教学基本体现“三维目标”要求，教学效果较好，能注重听、说、读、写基本技能训练，又能引用例引发学生思考、讨论，师生互动性强，课堂气氛较活跃；语言节奏控制较好，能利用肢体语言“拉*”师生关系。
二、不足之处：
1.教材中的活动知识内容可在适当的时候加入教学中，给学有余力的学生学*发展的机会。
2.教学过程中可根据学生具体情况，来安排教学任务，如一部分学生完成较好、较快、可以帮助其他学生完成，整体效果会更好。教师教学中需要充分发挥教师的激情，去激发、唤醒学生浓厚的学*兴趣。教学过程中可根据学生完成任务的情况改变学*方法，一部分学生完成较好，可以和其他学生一起互相帮助合作、探究完成，整体效果会更好。
3．讲授过程中，教师语言要规范。
三、建议：
1.应多创设问题情景，引发学生思维、讨论、互动，提高课堂教学效果；
2.应让学生朗读英语语言，以获得亲自体验、感受；
3.应让学生充分发表自己的意见，多鼓励学生，充分调动学生学*的积极；总之，在传授知识与技能的同时，也要注意过程与方法，情感态度价值观的体现。
4.可以给学生更充分的时间讨论，适当控制教学节奏；
5.备课要考虑多种因素，上课要灵活，教学评价语言要积极鼓励、丰富。
今天下午第一节听了xx老师在多媒体教室上的英语课Harry potter，我的评课如下:
一、从教学目标上分析
1、xx老师这节课目标非常明确。即要求学生对课文进行较好的理解，训练学生的略读，查读和跳读能力，找出每段的主题句，并做好相应的阅读题和判断题，在学完本文之后，激发学生对人生和命运的感悟，启发学生面对困难时要坚定信念，勇敢面对，最终克服困难。
从教学目标制订来看:能从知识、能力、思想情感等几个方面来把握，体现阅读课的特点;能以新课程的大纲为指导，体现新教材特点。
2、从目标达成来看:课堂上能较快地接触重点内容，重点内容的教学时间得到保证，阅读技能得到巩固和强化。注重学生主体性的发挥，从提问到练*到讨论，都能把“以学生为本”的教学思想贯穿课堂始终。
二、从处理教材上分析
xx老师对该节课知识内容的传授较准确，在教材处理和教法选择方面突出了重点，突破了难点。
这次我听了xxx老师的一节公开课，结合所听的课及和其他老师的交流，谈一点我的个人看法。不当之处，望予以指正。
一．值得推介的几点。
1．导入部分新颖自然，易让学生接受。课堂教学的导入，是教师在新的教学内容或活动开始时引导学生进入学*的行为方式。导入是课堂教学的一个有机组成部分，是实际教学的前奏，起着“引子”的作用。组织好一堂课的开端，可以抓住学生，控制课堂，促进学生积极思维的作用。本课教师没有以传统的教学方法引出今天所讲的主题，而是以当前的世界热点问题展开热身和讨论活动来导入整堂课，从而引出单元的主题----WORKING LAND。
2．教学思路清晰，活动形式多样。对于高中英语的阅读课来讲阅读内容的落实是一个比较困难的环节，除了阅读内容的设计还牵涉到一个过程控制的问题。在这方面，郑老师充分利用了的课后的阅读后活动，如判断，回答大意等多种形式。在阅读开始前，让学生在一定的时间里完成一项阅读任务，在一定程度上能避免一些无效阅读。
3．教师对教学充满热情，积极调动课堂气氛。课堂气氛是通过师生间的相互作用和同学间的相互影响而表现出来的一种群体心理状态。建立和谐的人际关系是优化课堂气氛的重要条件之一。郑老师在这一点上做得很好。
4．注意培养学生的阅读能力。在基础的语言形式训练上提升交际品位，为学生创设丰富的语言环境，让学生产生交际的愿望和机会，使交际具有实际内容和实际意义。
二．值得探讨之处。
1．导入的题目设得过大，在一定程度上使课堂的阅读时间显得局促，不妨直接把引入缩小，变成与FARMING相关的问题，诸如ARE YOU FROM A FARMER’S FAMILY？WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WORKING THE LAND？等等。
2．时间的分配上显得不够科学。
