虽然我们组女教师较多，但团结协作的精神是可喜的。传帮带是我们组的特色。在教学中，师徒之间经常相互听课，老教师教新教师如何上好课，如何编写好复*讲义，如何批阅试卷，如何组织好课堂教学，在老师的悉心指导下，他们进步很快。刘志星老师今年刚教高三，在吴红莲老师，刘国康老师的传帮带下，加上他本人在教学上虚心学*，刻苦钻研，所教班级在历次考试中，取得较好的成绩。所开的高三观摩课，获得其它学校老师的好评。吴玲娣、赵峰老师工作第二年，已能胜任本年级的教学工作。此外，他们发挥自身的优势，高二备课组的大多数课件都出自他俩之手，为英语教学的直观性、趣味性提供了很好的教学资源。罗敏、孟永祥、谢耀玉工作还未满一年，在王玉琴老师、韦娟娣老师的指导下，很快适应了高一的英语教学。在公开教学活动中，一人上课、全组出动。个个都是好帮手。
二、加强学*，转变观念
为了提高自身的素质，我们组内老师认真学*素质教育和英语教育教学方向的理论文章，认真学*学校为外语组订的《中小学外语教学与研究》、《中小学外语学*》等报刊，并自己订阅报刊，通过学*，丰富了教师的英语知识，对于新的教育教学理念有了更深了解，提高了各位教师的专业理论知识水*，从而也转变了教师的教育观念。全组老师还经常一起学*研究《英语教学大纲》以及《新课程标准》，明确了新课程标准与原教学大纲的变化，明确了各个年级的英语教学目的、任务以及要求，从宏观上把握各个年级的知识脉络。高一年级着重学**惯的培养，加强学*方法的指导。高二在原基础上侧重解题思路的培养和综合能力的提高；高三则不断密切关注和研究高考动向。在复*过程中，注意查三届补缺，引导学生从横向、纵向两方面进行知识结构的梳理，同时重点培养学生在能力题方面的创新思维和考试心理的稳定。
三、加强备课组建设，创建备课组特色
各备课组能不折不扣地完成教研组安排的任务，同时创建自己的特色。高一今年是新教材，词汇量大大扩大，对老师的要求也大大提高了。高一备课组不畏艰难，在王玉琴老师、韦娟娣老师的带领下，认真钻研教材，逐步形成了本组的特色——课堂节奏快、学生听课*惯好，效率高。高二备课组以激发学生学*兴趣，调动学生主动性为出发点。充分利用网络资源，每节阅读课基本上采用多媒体教学。现在，组内老师基本会自己制作多媒体课件。而高三备课组着重阅读技巧的培养和解题思维的训练。
四、落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率
课堂教学是学校所有的重中之重，它的质量高低直接决定了本学科教育教学的声誉甚至是学校工作的成败。提高课堂教学的质量最基本的方面就是要重视抓好常规教学。同一年级要求教学进度统一，内容要求统一，内容要求统一，重点难点统一，作业练*统一；在课堂教学过程中坚持备课、上课、作业批改、课后辅导、成绩考核、计划总结认真。处理好教材的局部与全局，新与旧，难与易，重点与非重点，知识能力五个方面的关系，加强重点与难点的研究讨论。在实际的授课过程中，把课堂教学的目标从传统的知识传授转变到实际能力的培养,要着重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力;课堂教学的内容从重视学科体系为主的基础知识转变到既要重视基础知识的学*,又要实现课堂教学对学生的全面影响上;课堂教学的模式要从传统的单项传输模式转变为启发式和讨论式的教学模式上；课堂调节手段要从传统的教师权威控制转变到以实现课堂教学目标的要求为导向上来。
五、开展听课、说课和评课的公开教学活动
每个教师的课堂教学方法，教学艺术各有特色，坚持听课、评课能相互学*，取长补短。因此，我们常常实行老教师上示范课，新教师上观摩课的方式。老师们互相听课、新教师听课节数一学期达六、七十节，老教师达三、四十节。听课、评课成了英语组经常性的教研活动。
今年7月，我有幸参加了在河南省财经学校举办的河南省中职学校会计专业第五期骨干教师培训。此次培训有来自全省的70多位教师参加。在学*过程中，我严格服从学校的教学安排，认真对待课堂理论和实践教学：整个培训过程保持全勤，积极参与讨论，努力完成作业，积极参与各项专业技能训练。在多位老师的无私奉献和指导帮助下，取得了丰硕的培训成果。
一、体会
这次培训，内容丰富，形式多样，有专题讲座，互动讨论，实践模拟等。回首*一个月的培训，自己观念上接受洗礼，理论得到升华，教学技能得到一定的提高自己;经过此次培训，我更深刻地意识到激情和创新是成就一个人走向成功的必要因素;教育的理论、方法、形势日新月异，只有不断学*，不断更新，才能使自己的教学工作达到最优化。从而促使我重新审视自己，调整自己，完善，在以后的教学上不断进步
二、收获
1、提高了师德水准，更新了教育观念
省财经学校李莉艳老师对中职教师和中职学生的心理问题做了透彻的分析，对处理中职课堂师生关系、班级管理等方面提供了宝贵的经验，使我更深刻地领悟到“学高为师，身正为范，学无止境”的真谛。在以后的教学和班级管理中我要跟多地聆听学生的心声，尊重学生的需求，提高自己的教育和班级管理水*。
方柯老师娴熟的教学过程，高超的教育水*，时尚、诙谐并且准确的语言在课堂上的自然运用，营造出和谐轻松的课堂气氛，使大家好评如潮，学*效率空前提高，让我们觉得这样的老师怎能不受学生欢迎?从方老师的课上我学到的不仅是现代教育技术，更多的则是如何提高课堂效率，做受学生欢迎的老师。
通过学*、与授课老师以及学员的互动交流，我逐步更新了教育教学观念，了解了先进的教育科学基本理论，现代教育观、学生观和学*观，明白了在教学活动中应遵循的客观规律，在以后的教育工作中我要不断调整自身的角色和教学方式，把素质教育潜移默化地贯穿到学科教学过程中。
2、教育教学理论掌握得更为系统
这次培训，授课教师以中职教师为主，培训内容主要包括中职教育会计专业课程教学改革与教材建设、职业技术教育的发展及其启示、职业教育学专题等等。自己*时很少有机会静下心来读书，来到这里一下子听了那么多课，看了那么多书，使我对教育教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统，使我感到比原来站得高了，看得远了，有一种“天更蓝、地更绿、水更清”的感觉。两个月的学*和实践，使我对一些教育观念的理解更加深刻，对教学理论的认识更加明晰，对开展教研活动的方式更加明确，对投身教育改革的激情更加充沛。骨干教师培训使我补了元气、添了灵气，焕发出无限生机。
3、会计理论知识和现代教育技术掌握得更为全面
除了教学理论与方法的学*，我们还学*了会计专业知识和会计技能的训练，具体内容包括国家级技能大赛辅导老师田俊敏介绍经验，用友公司张俊玲经理ERP沙盘模拟、李莉艳老师会计专业课程开发与训练，，尤文利老师对会计模拟实训的演示，王延玲老师对会计电算化操作要领，都使我们受益匪浅。舒庆英老师长期股权投资新旧会计准则的对比和突出变化，华北水院袁晓燕教授对《现金流量表》的解读，中原工学院经济管理学院方光正教授对《所得税会计实务操作技巧》的展示使我们我们真正掌握了新会计准则的实质和会计学科的一些发展动态，了解到会计学科理论与技术的新发展，提高了自身更新教学内容和改进教学方法的能力，对会计理论知识有了更为全面的了解，更主要的是他让我们思想上摆脱了一些束缚。
此次培训，不仅自己的会计专业知识得到巩固，而且现代教育技术也得到提高。方可老师的通往PPT的精彩之路和李继伟老师的FLASH课件制作，使我们更全面掌握现代教育技术。通过学*，熟练掌握计算机辅助教学，能制作更漂亮的教学课件。把枯燥的会计知识，变得形象、通俗通懂，能激发学生的学*兴趣，提高课堂教学效果。
4、提高了实际操作能力，熟悉了会计防伪开票系统
在尤文利老师的指导、演示和手把手的知道下，我们了解并模拟操作了开业税务登记，税种登记的一般流程，并根据实际资料填写了普通发票领购簿审批表;了解了增值税一般纳税人的认定;根据一家公司的业务资料从记账凭证的填制、科目汇总表的编制到记账凭证的装订，从明细账的登记到总账的登记以及相关业务中原始凭证的填制和签名盖章，防伪开票的练*，和防伪税控的实际操作，让我们的实际操作能力得到很大的提高。
5、开阔了眼界、增长了见识、结下了深厚的友谊
培训期间，我们组织讨论，每人就自己学校的实际情况、办学优势、发展方向等各抒己见，每一所学校都有她的特色，每一所学校的老师都会毫无保留地介绍他们各自的先进办学经验。其中洛阳市财经学校使我耳目一新，学校准备成立以李东方老师为首的会计师事务所，不但为学校创收还同时提高学校教师的实践能力，学生也可以更多地了解和参与其中从而推动学校的发展;驻马店农校花卉专业能为学校每年赚取几十万的利润，成了该校的金牌专业;安阳县职业中等学校养殖的四条腿的鸭子，给大家留下了深刻的印象。在“河南职教是一家”的理念下，我们全体学员与老师互相学*、取长补短、共同探讨职业教育的困境和对策，结下了深厚的友谊。留影纪念并留下了联系方式，班主任余萌老师建立了河南省第五期会计专业骨干教师群，为我们以后不断交流和进步搭建了*台。
三、思考
诚然，我们进行了为期一个月的培训学*，那也只是给我们的日常教学起一个指导作用，具体如何实施?这就要靠我们将老师们新的教育理念和专业知识和实践能力进行充分的“消化吸收”，将其转变为能真正服务于我们日常教学的有效元素，而不是一味地生搬硬套，那样只能适得其反。实践是检验真理的唯一标准，这是不争的事实。
俗话说“教学有法，教无定法。”关键是看你如何将你所学到的理论知识用来指导实际教学，真正做到“在学中用，在用中学”。使学生乐学、好学、善学，从而进一步提高学生的会计实际操作能力，全面提高教学质量。
四、留恋
培训的日子里我们思考着，成长着，收获着，快乐着!培训的结束，满心都是深深的不舍，舍不得和蔼可亲的老师，舍不得朝夕相处的同学，舍不得??，然纵有千般留恋万般不舍，我们终要分手，只能在心灵一隅，在三尺讲台，在每一寸教育的土地把骨干培训的美好回忆珍藏!
XX年暑期山东省高中教师全员培训，规模巨大，准备充分，培训手段先进。通过13天的培训学*，使我接触到了专家学者们的教育新理念，学*了不少优秀教师的课堂教学设计，同时还与省内的一线教师们进行了充分的交流。收获颇多，感触较深的同时，也认识到了自己教学中的不足，因此，可以说这次培训来的很及时，培训内容很深刻，培训的效果将影响深远。崭新的教育理念和先进的教学模式震撼着每位教师的心灵，作为一线教师的我深深感到学*的重要性，在今后的教学中，我将立足于自己的本职工作，加强理论学*，转变教育教学观念，积极实践新课改，促进自己教学工作的不断进步。
一、加强学*，不断培训，自觉走进新课程。
课堂是教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以上课我设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，利用多媒体、展示台等现代化教学手段，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。
课改是一个全新的事物，是全力推进素质教育的重要举措，我们应主动地由过去以传授知识为主转变为传授获取知识的技能和方法，围绕学生设计课堂教学，体现学生是学*的主体，课堂的主人。
认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
1、摒弃旧的教学方法，把先进的教学模式引入课堂。
多年来，老师教，学生学;老师讲，学生听，这已经成为固定的教学模式，新课改向我们提出了新的课题，这种教学模式限制了学生的发展，压抑了学生学*的热情，不能焕发学生的潜能，与此同时，通过培训学*，”合作学*“、”主动探究“、”师生互动“、”生生互动“等新型的教学模式为课堂注入了生机与活力。通过培训我认识到：这些新的教学模式给学生更加自由的学*空间，体现了以学生为本的理念，老师要自觉地把新的教学模式引入课堂，改变课堂的面貌，使课堂气氛活跃;教学民主;学生的学*热情高涨;师生关系融洽。才能充分体现素质教育的根本目标。
2、重新树立新型的”人才观“。

二、勇于实践提高课堂教学质量。
(1)坚持抓好阅读理解。阅读理解是高考的重头戏，占的比重最大。因此，在*时的教学活动当中我注重抓好这一环节，让学生每天都做两篇左右的阅读理解文章，提高阅读理解能力。
认真学*并分析了高考题的类型，总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性，开拓性地抓复*备考。在常规教学及复*备考中，始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养考生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。
实施素质教育，课堂教学是主阵地，我们要在教学实践中汲取营养，突显”合作学*“、”主动探究“的全新的教学理念。注重培养学生勇于探索，认真实践，大胆创新的精神，鼓励学生的求异思维，在课堂教学中，充分体现”师生互动“、”生生互动“的学*方式。将新的理念引入课堂，改变课堂的面貌，使孩子们会学了、乐学了、爱学了。就一定能提高我们的教学质量。
三、对高中英语新课程的整体把握
认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充那些材料,怎样才能教好。
1、对教材的整体把握。首先要整体把握新课程提出的目标;其次要整体把握英语语言的素养和能力;再次要整体的理解英语课程的内容;最后要以学生为主体。
2、对新增内容和变化内容有了新的认识。新课程更注重英语的应用价值、新课程更突出了英语的跨文化价值、新课程更体现了英语与其他学科的联系以及其发展、新课程更体现了时代精神和时代的要求、新课程更注重了英语教学方法的多样化、新课程更强调了学生的参与活动
3、对英语教学设计有了新的认识。问题的设计应该简洁明了，引人入胜;过程的设计应该能促进学生的全面发展;活动的设计应该体现以学生为主;评价的设计应该关注学生的学*过程以及学生的终身发展。
四，提高教师自身素质水*
时间过得真快，转眼间，一个学期已过去，新的学期即将来临。本学期我担任高二一班和十三班的生物教学工作，在这半年里我深刻体会到了做老师的艰辛和快乐，我把自己的青春倾注于我所钟爱的教育事业上，倾注于每一个学生身上。一个学期的工作已经结束，收获不少，下面我对上学期的工作做一总结，为新学期的工作确立新的目标。
素质教育改革对教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求，作为素质教育的实施者，应该以新课程改革为契机，不断地加强学*。在培训中，我们完成了十二项作业，每一个作业都是对我们的挑战，要求我们结合新科标理念精心设计，用心钻研，敢于突破自我，打破陈规。新思考教育资源提供的录像使我受益匪浅，
并且深刻意识到自身的不足。我决定以后要努力提高自身教学能力和科研能力;要向课本学*，向专家学*，多读教育教学方面的书籍;向有经验的教师学*，多参加听课、评课活动，多与同事进行交流，加强教师间的合作，或者利用网络与更多的同行进行交流与学*。同时，要向学生学*，在教师与学生的互动中”教学相长“。

又送走了一届学生，不管成绩好坏，作为一个新老师，在工作中存在着诸多的不足。在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
作为一名一线教师,我有幸参加了此次远程培训的学*，感悟许多。在学*中我深深地体会到，学*应该成为一个人的一生目标。人应该是活到老学到老。要想成为一名合格的教师，就要努力地提高自身素质，理论水*、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。网络学*让我和同行们走到了一起，在这个舞台上我们尽情的汲取新的教学理念、教学方法，聆听着专家、教授们精辟的讲解;在这段时间里，我们相互交流，收获着知识。
一、学*的收获
远程培训为我提供了一个学*先进教学方法的*台。在几天里，我观看了专家讲座的视频：那一个个生动的教学课例，让我更加贴*了课改的课堂;使我体会到教学也是一种艺术，它需要根据学科调整自己的教学方法，从而使学生最大限度地掌握所学知识。专家们精辟独到的分析又使我知道了教学中该注意什么，怎样因材施教，怎样运用自主、合作、探究的学*方式。虽然看视频、做作业很累，可是我的心里是充实的，甜蜜的。因为我分享着智慧，享受成长的喜悦。在远程培训中，我获得一个个的灵感，使课堂充满机智，充满活力。我的视野开阔了，我的见识深广了，我的思想活跃了。每一专题中的各个观点及案例，很好地解决了教师们在教学过程中遇到的一些疑问和困惑，原来在教学中一些感到束手无策的问题，也得到了很好的借鉴和启迪。让我能重新的审视自己的教学行为，对自己以前的教学有了一次彻底的反思，把学到的知识应用到今后的教学实践中去。
二、心得体会
下面谈几点自己的培训心得体会：
1、本次培训有视频讲座、课例、网络交流、师生互动、生生互动等新颖、丰富的形式，为参训教师打开了一扇学科理念、理论、实践活动的窗口，增强了培训的实效性。实现了教师与课程专家的面对面交流，有利于课程专家的专业引领，将理论指导与教学实践结合起来，解决了教师教学中的实际问题，指导性强。
2、通过学*，我认为要想驾驭新课程理念指导下的课堂，教师不仅要具备高尚的师德，还要有渊博的学识，这是我们从事教育教学工作的基础。我要以这次远程培训为契机，利用各种形式广泛收集课程资源信息，认真向课程专家团队和同行学*，不断改进自己的教学方法，努力提高自身理论水*。
3、教师角色的转变，为不断提升自己的教育思想，完善自己的知识结构和能力结构，以适应新课程理念下的教育教学活动，我们教师应自觉成为教学的研究者、终生的学*者、教学实践的反思者。
总之，在短短的远程培训学*过程中，让我始终感受到名师就在身边，让我受益匪浅。
这一次的培训虽然是分期进行的，时间不是很长，但是我感受了很多，也学到了很多，这次培训使我受益匪浅，培训的内容给了我教学上很大的帮助，听了骆老师的理论指导，也观看了一些教学实例，亲身体验了一些活动，让理论联系了实际，使得我更深刻、更透彻的领会了老师所讲的内容。
一、重新认识了自我
通过学*使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，尤其是像我这样刚踏入工作不久的年轻教师来说，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质。在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学*共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。骆老师在给我们上课的过程中就用她自己的`教学方式，给我们输入了这样的思想。
二、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃
这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水*有了一个很大的促进。尤其是骆老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。语言学*只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学*的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练*中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。
