一学期来，在学校各位领导和老师的热心支持和帮助下，本人认真做好教育教学工作，积极完成学校布置的各项任务等方面做了一定的努力。下面我把这一学期的工作做简要的汇报总结。
一、分析学科特点，提振复课信心
化学虽属于理科，但又不同于数学和物理，它研究的是物质的个性，知识显得比较杂乱，而且化学教材大多属于叙事式写法，例题少、公式少，但高考中的计算却在逐年增多，同时，该学科的学科特点明显，化学用语多。针对这些，我从一开始就把打基础，强化学科能力放在了第一位。
二、采用章节和专题相结合的方法，扎实推进复*进程，提升学生能力
我结合多年从事高三教学的经验和高考试发展的实际情况，从题型、方法和知识等角度出发，将高中化学的全部内容整合成二十三个专题进行复*。在每个专题的复*中，先引导学生进行知识梳理，再提炼出知识要点和题型方法，然后，通过例题分析，引导学生将悬空的知识和技能再次细化，此后让学生练*感悟，最后引导学生归纳总结，形成每一专题的知识、题型和方法。在整体内容的安排上，我将工具性知识、理论性知识靠前安排，而将载体性知识、自成体系的知识靠后安排。通过这一流程的复*，学生不再感觉到化学是那么凌乱，面对题目的'时候，不再感觉到茫然。为学生构建起扎实的完整知识体系。
三、向课堂要效率，向考练要效果
课堂仍然是复*的主阵地，丢了课堂就等于丢了复*。抓课堂是实施有效复*的关键。这对我们教师提出了很高的要求，关于这一问题，我在前面已经谈过了。我在复*中狠抓练*和综合考练。我将作业根据题量和难度，让学生限定时间来完成。同时，我们认真命制或选择了年级组织的十五次考试所需的试题，在第二学期，我还自己选择命制了十二套化学试题，利用晚自*等时间进行检测。这些做法，使教学得到了充分的落实。
回顾高三一整年的教学，感想颇多:压力、紧张、学*、进步、经验、教训、收获、喜悦......每天都渗透到了课堂教学的角角落落。凝结着学生的梦想，背负着教师的责任，寄托着家长的期望，伴着紧张的高考结束的铃声，我们也该给自己交上一份满意的答卷。下面是我在高三英语教学中的几点心得，与大家共同分享。
一、爱心、细心、耐心、诚心、责任心
进入高三，学生学*压力增大，心理脆弱，更需要老师的关爱与帮助。作为教师，首先应具有"爱心"，要用爱的博大胸怀去包容学生的一切。不管是面对学生的进步还是落后，优点还是不足，正确还是过失，一切都从"爱"的角度出发，用爱去助长学生的信心，用爱去抚*学生的创伤，用爱去撑起一片无雨的晴空，让学生快乐、轻松而健康的成长。你会惊奇地发现一切将迎刃而解。"师爱生"必然"生爱师"，"爱"是学生学*动力的源泉，也是我们热爱工作，敬业爱岗的强大动力所在。
其次，教师对学生的学*和生活要"细心"观察，随时了解学生动向，并及时进行"耐心"指导，以避免学生走入误区。例如，在我所教班级中有这样一名学生，学*成绩一直名列前茅，但在一次测试中，她的成绩急剧下滑，并出现了情绪低落、消沉，课上表现消极等症状。作为教师，我看在眼里，疼在心里，于是及时和这名学生进行谈心，发现了问题的症结:早恋。几经交谈与引导，终于看到了这名学生往日的笑脸。
此外，作为教师，我们更要以"诚"待人。与学生之间要树立一种*等的师生关系，努力营造一种"和谐"的气氛，为学生的拼搏与进步，打下良好的"精神"基础。
总之，对学生，我们应毫不吝啬地付出"爱心"、"细心"、"耐心"、和"诚心"，而这一切都是建立在"责任心"的基础之上，是责任心的升华与体现。出于对这份职业的热爱，在强大责任心的驱使下，我们要充分调动学生的非智力因素，提高学生的学*动机，从而实现其学*目标。
二、提高自身业务素质，争创高效课堂
俗话说"打铁还需自身硬"。在教育改革迅猛发展的形势下，要想做一名跟上时代步伐的优秀教师，首先应转变观念，勇于探索，敢于创新。要努力掌握广博的科学文化知识，精深的学科知识，系统的语言知识，并能准确把握高考动向。在日常教学中，积极参加"听、评课"，"研讨课"、"优质课"等教学活动，逐渐完善自己的教学模式，创造出既适合自己又适合学生的高质、高效课堂。同时，要充分了解学情，做到"以学定教"，让课堂真正体现"学为主体，教为主导"的教学思想，真正实现让学生"在思中学"、"在学中思"，从而提高课堂效率，达到教学目标。
"高效课堂"并非要求我们去单纯地追求一种教学模式，而是要求我们向课堂45分钟要效率、要质量，这就需要我们具体做到:
首先，要精心设计学案，充分备课，做好课前准备。教师在明确教学目标，掌握学情的基础上精心设计学案，并体现"学为主体，教为主导，疑为主轴，练为主线"的思想，做到步骤清晰，重点突出，实用性强。让学生依据学案做好课前"自主学*，合作探究"，让学案真正发挥"学案导学，先学后教"的作用。
此外，运用多种教学法，全力打造"高效课堂"。一堂好的英语课应目标明确，思路清晰，环节齐全，重点突出，讲练结合，能充分调动学生思维的积极性和创造性，激发学生的学*兴趣和求知欲，不断增强学生学*英语的动力，以培养学生听、说、读、写等基本语言技能为目的，立足于基础知识，让英语课堂活跃、高效起来。而这与老师的教学方法和技巧息息相关。俗话说:"教学有法，但教无定法"，英语教学的方式应多样性、丰富性，做到"一法为主，多法配合"灵活运用各种教学手段，要充分发挥直观教具，电化设备和多媒体的作用，来辅助英语教学。
有效地设置情境，进行"情景教学"，让学生身临其境，体验英语学*的乐趣。当然，在课堂上，教师必须做到精讲精练，讲练结合;知识以旧带新，互相渗透;语言精炼，启发到位。力避"以讲代思"、"以讲代练"，在重点内容知识的构建中，在解决问题基本策略的形成过程中，要多引导学生主动参与思考与表达，及时反馈与调控，提高讲的"针对性"与练的"有效性"。教师还应规范课堂用语，给学生创造一个良好的英语氛围，并鼓励学生勇于表达，形成英语思维。
三、针对学生特点，进行学法指导
"方法"是辛勤铸就成功的桥梁，是学*制胜的"法宝"。有效的学*方法能使学生达到"事半功倍"的效果。因此，针对学生，尤其是高三学生的学*特点，进行科学方法的引导，显得尤为重要。古语云"予人以鱼，惠其一时;授之以渔，惠其一世"。在课堂教学中，我们应鼓励学生敢于质疑，勤于思考，善于总结，勇于实践，变"学会"为"会学"。
例如:对高三学生阅读理解专项进行方法引导。英语阅读理解的题型可大致分为:细节题，猜意题，推断题和主旨大意题等四大类型，每种题型都有各自的做题方法。我们应引导学生学会举一反三，触类旁通，而不是就题论题。比如在讲解"主旨大意题"时，可以引导学生去找文中的主题句或是主题段。一般而言，主题句多位于首段或尾段，但有时也会用首段作"引子"，二段点题。但若全文找不到合适的主体段，我们可以先找出每段的主题句，将其合起来，便得出全文主题。当然这种题目也受文章体裁的影响，若遇到"新闻报道"类文章，主题一定位于首段的导语中。当学生了解了这些做题方法后，自然会提高效率，减少弯路。
如果说课堂是个"大舞台"，那么老师就是舞台上的导演，学生则是这个舞台上的真正表演者。在素质教育的改革浪潮中，在英语教学面临任务重，时间紧，学生基础层次分明，学*能力各异的情况下，我们每位英语教师都应立足实际，不断学*，不断探索，不断实践，不断总结，研究新思路，接受新理念，扎实工作，持之以恒，努力让学生在自己的"舞台上"，绽放最美的舞姿!
在本学期学校德育工作中，德育处紧紧围绕学校的中心工作，以人为本，不断开拓德育新思路，发挥德育途径整体效益，提高学校德育整体效果。结合我校实际，努力加强德育队伍建设，深化德育管理，拓展德育活动空间，使学校德育工作的针对性和实效性得以再提高，体现学校德育工作的导向、动力、保证作用，实现了本学期德育目标的要求，取得了一定的成绩，现将本学期个人工作总结报告如下：
一、做好德育工作计划，努力加强德育队伍建设，不断提高德育队伍的整体素质。
发挥德育领导小组的核心作用。加强了德育工作领导，完善德育工作管理机制，由校长负总责，少先队具体抓，实行校长室————班主任二级常规管理的制度，形成了各部门密切配合，班主任和任课教师共同承担的纵向连接的德育工作体系。德育领导小组成员增强了“教书育人”、“服务育人”、“管理育人”的意识，并能以身作则，努力工作，带领全员积极探索学校德育工作的新途径。注意加强德育队伍建设，特别是班主任队伍建设。每学期坚持开好“四种会”即每周一次主题班会;每月一次班主任会议;每学期1—2次班主任经验交流会;每学期1次家长会。多年来坚持开展主题班会观摩活动，让班主任在实践中互学互进，共同提高，由于长期开展这项活动，使我校班会课质量得以较大的提高。定期举行班主任例会，通过学*有关经验文章、经验介绍等方式，努力提高班主任的工作能力，并组织班主任参加了由教育部基础教育司、中国教育报主办的“班主任话细节”征文;对于一些初当班主任的，学校则采用“帮、扶、带”的方式，以使他们尽快胜任班主任工作。
二、加强校园文化建设，优化育人环境。
1、精心布置宣传阵地。加强对“红领巾广播站”、墙报等文化阵地的指导管理，在把好舆论导向的同时，力求主题突出，图文并茂，充分发挥宣传教育功能。
2、规范教室布置。各班教室的布置体现了各班的特点，营造了生动活泼、洁净素雅、健康文明、催人奋进的良好育人氛围。
3、积极做好了迎接“区域现代化”迎检工作，使校园文化具备与教育要求相适应的吸引力和情感号召力，逐步形成了以“红色精神”为特色的校园文化，凝聚高品位的校园文化精神。
4、大力推进“书香校园”进程，以优美的环境氛围，高雅的校园文化，给人以奋进向上的力量，学校发挥环境育人的作用，创设一个“时时受教育，处处受感染”的德育环境。我校有健全的教育阵地，如：宣传栏、黑板报、广播站、少先队活动室等。学校长期坚持不懈地开展升旗仪式活动，每天中午广播站定时播音，每天下午的“操前讲话”已形成我校的特色。这些活动都充分体现了学生参与的全体性、教育目的的素质性、教育形式的多样性，使学生在这样的教育环境中，陶冶情操，健全人格，促进学生实践能力和创新精神的发展。
三、加强学生的思想道德教育和养成教育。
1、丰富德育活动促进养成教育。认真学*贯彻《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》和《茅山中心中学学生在校一日常规》，坚持每天十分钟的养成序列教育。同时深入开展了文明礼仪教育、法制教育、安全教育等等。
2、加强班级文化建设。我们要求班主任积极思考，加强班级制度建设、班风和学风建设，营造良好的班级氛围，树立班级形象，争创班级特色，争创“文明班级”。各班的学*园地布置精美，中队角规范实用，富有教育性，各班的中队活动、好人好事都有记录。
3、加强后进生的教育与转化。德育处要求各班对后进生转化工作做到了有计划，有措施，并比较及时地了解掌握有关情况，协助班主任做好个别学生的帮教工作。
4、开展了普及小康知识学*宣传活动，开展一次主题中队活动，出一期“我与小康同成长”黑板报，学校还利用“小灵通”广播站进行了宣传，真正做到了小康知识“进课堂”。同时，少先队组织队员开展了“我与父辈手拉手，小康知识我来教”活动，要求队员把自己在校学*的小康知识带回家，让他们的家长对小康知识也有所了解，让小康知识“进家庭”。通过开展普及小康知识学*宣传活动，让全校教师切实增强了教育工作的荣誉感、自豪感和责任感;学生也了解了小康，更体验感悟到祖国、家乡、家庭的变化，激发了学生热爱祖国、热爱家乡的情感。在学生心中树立了“为早日实现全面建设小康社会而努力”的理想。
四、做好德育教学工作计划，拓宽德育渠道，发挥“三结合”教育优势。
1、办好家长学校，增进家校联系。我们坚持定期召开家长会，通过听讲座、随堂听课等形式，丰富家长学校活动，家长参与率达70%以上。同时，坚持通过电话联系、家访、经常性地与家长沟通，充分利用有效的教育资源，推进家校联系，提高了家教水*。
2、我校一直注重寓教育于活动之中，我们组织了一系列的活动：如开展了以“阳光校园”等为主题的读书教育活动;组织学生定期观看教育片;布置宣传橱窗，让学生及时了解了国际、国内及校园大事;开办家长学校，召开家长会，努力营造学校、家庭、社会共同教育的氛围。
3、我校非常重视家庭教育工作，成立了家长委员会和家长学校，定期开展活动，使学校教育和家庭教育步调一致。通过家长学校向家长介绍学生基本情况、学校发展规划及对学生的要求和对家长的希望。希望家长和学校密切配合，用正确的方法教育好孩子。提高家庭教育效果，转变家长中存在的不正确的教育思想和教育方法。
存在的问题
1、全员育人方面，教师重视程度有待提高。
2、家长对学生教育理念有待更新，社会、家庭、学校三结合工作仍需加强。
3、需更加注重学生的心理健康教育，促进学生身心全面和谐健康的发展。
今后工作设想工作总结
1、进一步加强师德建设，突出全员育人观念，充分发挥全体教师的育人作用，真正做到服务育人，教书育人的全方位育人观。
2、加强德育科研，探讨新形势下德育工作的针对性、时效性、实效性。加强德育课题研究工作，进一步提升教育管理水*，把研究成果及时应用到学校教育工作中去。
3、继续抓好班主任“老青帮带”工作，营造良好的教育氛围。树立全体教师皆为班主任的教育管理思想，使全体教师能共同教育培养学生自觉遵守《中学生日常行为规范》和学校各项规章制度。以严要求、高标准加强学生的组织纪律。
4、学校德育工作领导小组将在原有工作经验的基础上从学校实际出发，不断更新观念，努力使德育工作迈上新的台阶。
今后，我们要进一步结合我校德育工作中的新情况、新问题，结合少年的年龄特点，加强教育理论的学*，不断提高教师的科研意识，为培养德智体美全面发展的建设者和接班人而不懈努力。
高中几年下来，我们在学*与教学过程中，在与学生的相处过程中，逐渐的去反思，同样也沿袭了一些好的做法，形成了一些宝贵的经验。在此，列举几条，希望对英语教师能有帮助。
对待学生方面
第一，激发学生的学*积极性和内在潜力，在每节课的起立过后的问候语中，我都要求学生大声喊：we must learn english well.(我们一定要学好英语).通过这样一种方式，喊出了学生的心声，学生能够积极主动的去学*，激发了他们的学*热情。
第二，学生是学*的主体，及时与学生交流，明确学生的学*任务和责任，严格要求。
第三，以*等的态度对待每一个学生，做到公*公正。
第四，及时了解学生，做学生的良师益友。给予学生力所能及的帮助。
对待教学方面
第一，听力部分适合专项训练与教学听力突破想结合，尤其注意听力材料的整合和定向突破。
第二，完型阅读训练做到限时间，而且要求学生在试卷上作好标记，那些是摸棱两可的，最终得分为多少。待试卷发下后，检测自己得分与估分之间的差距，寻找原因。
第三，作文书写训练不放松，我校从细节做起，每天三分钟练字时间，学生可自由选择书写内容。规范学生的书写质量，进行跟踪对比批改，对书写规范的文章在学校报廊里进行表扬。
第四，课堂现场批改，给学生二次思考时间。当学生给出的第一个答案出现错误时，我们应给予一定的时间让学生再次思考。鼓励他们多动脑。
第五，面批与课后针对性辅导相结合，及时解决学生在当天或在*期内存在的问题。帮助他们纠正常见的错误。
教师个人素质方面
第一，多读书，博览群书，做一个知识渊博的人。
第二，学会换位思考，从学生的角度思考问题，做一个关心学生的人。
第三，注重知识积累和好题错题收集工作，可以以网站的形式呈现，做到随用随取，做一个有心人。
第四，研究教材，研究教法学法，多写文章，钻研课题，做一个研究型的人。
第五，经常反思教学和生活中出现的问题，做一个善于反思的人。
