一月23号，趁着刚开始放寒假，距离过年还有二十多天，于是我在姐的介绍下来到惠州市博罗县石湾镇鸾岗村陈屋杰信电镀厂里打寒假工。在这厂里的服务内容是在锡镍产线上上挂，即把其他电器或电子厂商的一些电子产品需要电镀的部件挂在电镀挂具上。以下是我对这次实践的总结。
一，初次了解工厂以及体会到打工的艰辛。
我所在的这个工厂，在那里已经办有十年之久了。工厂现在的长线分别为：制一线；制二线以及我实践所在的锡镍线。工厂除了这三个车间之外，有一栋办公楼，三栋员工宿舍，一个大食堂，一个篮球场以及一层娱乐室兼图书室的楼层。这个工厂是实行包吃包住机制，工厂里普通员工（即车间里的员工以及环保部的员工）上班是实行全日制的上班机制，这些员工分为白班和夜班，均工作十一个半小时。白班：早上得六点起床吃完餐就去上班，到十一点半下班吃完午餐到十二点就要上班了，一直到下午六点半下班。夜班跟白班一样，只不过生活钟就要倒过来了。
我开始第一个星期上白班，后来跟着那些正式工转为夜班。上白班给我感受较深的是早上太早起床有点困，不过欣慰的是早下午下完班可以打打篮球。而上夜班呢，在一开始的一两天里等到了下半夜两三点的时候就会打盹，很困。在那几天里我体会到了打工的艰辛。那些普通工人挣几分钱不容易，每天十多个小时的工作量确实是很累人。我不仅体会到打工的艰辛，而且我知道了在高中时期学到的电镀实际的工艺流程，电镀不只是金属得失电子，还要注意电镀的时间，温度。
二，对工厂进一步了解。
做了一段时间后从一些工友了解，这工厂每逢过节会弄一些活动来庆祝节日，会举办大大小小的联欢晚会，以及时不时会举办篮球赛，在各个车间之间对比。这些活动在工人们工作之余可以放松身心，提高工作效率。同时每季度有一系列奖励制度，对于那些全勤的，工作认真负责的员工进行奖励。不过这工厂也存在一些不好的地方。
1，老员工工资一直得不到提高，反而临时工的工资比老员工的还高。一些在这厂里做了五六年甚至是做了十年的老员工的工资要不是工资涨了点就是没加或比原先还少。反倒是那些临时招来的员工工资高出好多，更气人的是有些临时工素质差，上班迟到早退，想来就来，不听车间管理人员的管理。就拿我实践所在的锡镍线来说，厂里的这种情况已经致使一些工龄比较久的，手脚灵活的员工辞职，那时候车间上挂招来的不是一些临时工就是跟我一样的学生，而老员工的话到最后剩下两三个。你说这样的工作人员匹配，你说这样工作效率能高吗？
2，工资与劳动并不是成正比。我国实行的是以按劳分配为主体，多种分配方式并存的分配制度。反观这工厂，在车间上班的那些基层员工每天工作十多小时，而且礼拜天没得休息，照常上班。然而一些厂里“当官的”，他们不仅是每个月拿着高薪，而且每天工作时间短，星期六日还有假期。甚至有些时候一些管理人员整天没事可干，让人感觉就是坐等下吧。你说这公*吗？
3，缺乏专业人员。我实践所在的锡镍线，基本每天都有不良品返工。电镀工艺所需要的人员是这样的:上挂，行缸，洗挂具等。电镀环节中最重要的就是行缸环节了，行缸人员不仅要懂得电镀的基本原理，还要在电镀时掌握好时间温度。而目前在那条产线上我所知道的，行缸人员并不是专业的，而是靠一些工作较久有经验的员工和一两个经验不足的临时工做的。这样致使有些时候行缸人员对不良品进行二次加工时，会损坏产品。这样长期以往，能不给公司带来损失吗？
4，员工工资结算。还是拿我所服务的车间来讲。我们上挂的，厂里确实是按时计算，但每天得完成七十挂。然而实际情况却并不理想，相对于我们学生寒假工和临时工的，上挂一开始并不是很快，每天七十挂的目标很难完成。更何况电镀材料上挂有难有易，难的话就算老员工一天也未必上得了七十挂。并且是一天上足了一百挂以上才有钱奖，这势必对员工的积极性产生影响。
三，对工厂的意见。
针对工厂出现的这些问题，我也想到了些建议。
1，重用老员工，慎用临时工。一些老员工自从建厂以来就一直做到现在，经历了厂里的盛衰过程，经验丰富，应当尽力挽留。而临时工，对车间生产未必很熟悉，经验缺乏。对于老员工薪水比临时工的问题，厂里领导应该做一个调查，看看适当增加老员工薪水合不合适以及适当降低临时工的工时价钱。另外对于一些厂里管理层人员或者是其他文员的.（即这些人上班相对普通员工轻松）薪水是否应该降低？因为不管是业绩，产品等的好与坏直接与车间员工的积极性，素质等有关。只有让普普通通员工看到了厂里待遇不错，自然会心甘情愿为厂里尽心尽责。
2，注重产线人才培养。厂里产线缺乏具备专业知识的人才，公司除了可以考虑每年毕业季招一些具备专业知识的大学生或者是中专生之外，公司还可以先在车间调查，挑选一两个经验较丰富的，素质高的员工进行培训，让他们学*一些重要的工艺流程原理。这样既保证了厂里有人可用，还可能提高产品的优良性，提高生产效率，为公司创造更大利润。
3，对于工资结算问题。上面问题中也提到了，厂里要求不管怎样的上挂材料，一天得做足七十挂才行。我就想，如果不管怎样，只要员工一达到七十挂，就实行奖励。超过七十挂后，每加五挂或者是其他挂数在实行奖励。并不是一定要达到一百挂才可加钱。而对于一些难上挂的材料，可以让每晚考勤的人登记今晚谁做了难的，谁做了其他容易的。做难的员工可以不用打到七十挂，降低点可以。通过这样实行，我觉得员工积极性肯定会提高，每天车间产量也会提高。
四，对“工厂”这个概念的认识。
其实，一个有一定规模的工厂，跟一个学校很类似。厂里领导跟学校领导也要管理，经营。员工呢，就跟学生类似，只不过不同对象做的事情不同。员工就是做产品，而学生就是读书，但员工在工厂同样也可以学到知识。我觉得一个工厂，拥有一些必要的性质。统一性；这涉及到管理层面，厂里公司分为好几个部门，不同部门有不同职能，但这些部门最后还要归结于一为总经理管理，总经理要做到运筹帷幄，统一管理公司各个部门。协调性；公司里有业务部，财务部，人事部等部门，各个部门并不是完全独立，自己做部门的事，而是要各个部门相互之间要协调好，这就要求每个部门定期召开会议，商量公司的事。文化性；就如学校一样，不同的学校，文化底蕴也不同。在厂里形成一定的文化积淀，不知是要经过时间的考验，还要从厂里高层人员做起，以身作则，慢慢的一些厂里的良好的风气就会形成。
总的来说，这次寒假实践活动让我受益匪浅，我明白了到家人为什么一直鼓励着我要努力读书，考出成绩；明白了做一名普通工人的不易；明白了学到的一些知识怎么去应用；明白了工厂里面的一些具体的管理方法。
在寒假期间市局组织了全体教师进行学*培训。我们通过直播，学*了四位优秀教师的精彩的经验。学*时间虽短，收获却很大：我在政治思想和职业道德，教育教学能力与教育教研能力，终身学*能力与教育创新能力等方面的综合素质有所提高。既使观念更新了，也将理论有所提高，现对整个学*培训过程总结如下：
我更新了教育观念。这次教师的培训，给我带入了一种求学的氛围。逆水行舟不进则退，要在教学这片土地上找到自己的乐园，学*才是唯一的路！我曾经一直认为在教学上能出成绩的教师就是好教师。因此我在前几年的工作里，很大部分精力都集中到教学这一块，备课、上课、课后总结、批作业、辅导，几乎每天都在重复这样的五步曲。随着培训的深入，我深深地意识到：一名优秀的教师没有先进的教学理论充实自己，那么，他的教学在达到一定程度后就难以提高了，而要想成为一名合格的教师，就要努力地提高自身素质，理论水*、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。所以今后，我更加努力，仍不断搜集教育信息，学*教育理论，增长专业知识。我更注重更新自己的教学观念，改变教学模式，努力提高课堂效率，从而更快达到真正提高自己的目的。
作为一名中学教师，我努力把学*的理论知识转化为实践动能，使之有效地指导我的教学工作。通过培训，我学会了变换角度审视自己的教育教学工作，在新理念的引领下，不断反思、调整自己；每上
一节课我都认真地准备，精心设计，通过利用网络这便捷方式来查阅相关资料，努力构建高效的教育教学活动。
美国心理学家波斯纳认为：没有反思的经验是狭隘的经验，至多只能是肤浅的知识。他说，如果一个教师仅仅满足于获得的经验，而不对经验进行深入地反思，那么，即使是有20年的教学经验，也许只是一年工作的20次重复。因此，现在，我的教学更注重反思了，我上完每节课都认真反思，反思这节课成功地方和不足的地方，有哪些地方要改进，写好课后小记，单元小结。这对我今后将会有很大的帮助,这次小学教师培训使我重新认识了课题研究，对课题研究的方法、形式等都做了具体的引领。让我认识教师要做自己的研究, 不断地思考，对那些*以为常、熟视无睹的事物用心地去发现，对那些理所当然、天经地义的常规和说辞反复琢磨就是研究，教师的，一定要善于思考、勇于实践、不断反思提炼总结，专业素养才能得到发展和提高。在实践过程中敢于迎接挑战。
我做好了课改中教师角色的转变。1,权威者转向参与者,激励者 要培养学生创新意识,并使之逐渐形成新能力,要求教师放下权威,师长的架子,以一个普通参与者的身份与学生共同研究,共同探讨教学中的各种问题,使学生勇于挑战课本,挑战教师,挑战权威.2．教书匠转向专家型。未来教育需要"专家型"的教师,而不是"教书匠",这就要求教师既不能脱离教学实际又要为解决教学中的问题而进行的研究即不是在书斋进行的研究而是在教学活动中的研究.
培训虽然结束了，但学*和思考并没有停止，也不能停止！我将
不辜负老师和领导的关心帮助和悉心指导，在今后的工作中努力改善自身，勇敢迎接更多挑战。
在本次学校组织的寒假教师培训学*中，我聆听了各位教育专家和名师的报告，他们以鲜活的案例和丰富的知识内涵及精湛的理论阐述，给了我强烈的感染和深深的理论引领，每一天都能感受到思想火花的冲击；结交了一群优秀的同行朋友，一起探讨了不少疑惑。在一次次的感悟中，颇感自己的责任重大，进一步认识到了不断更新自己知识结构的必要性。通过这次培训，感受颇深，收获颇丰，对教育教学工作又增加了许多新的认识。下面将我的学*心得总结如下：
一、更加坚定了从事教育教学工作的信念
要说这次培训中最让我们全体学员折服的是培训领导XXX、班主任XXX老师和各位授课老师强烈的敬业精神，他们不顾天气的炎热，严格遵守授课时间，用精彩的授课方式为我们讲解、示范、指导，表现出了极强的事业心和责任感，这些无不让我们钦佩，并将时刻鞭策着我们不断学*，不断进步。
当我听了XXX的《做一个幸福的老师》《合作学*的理论、策略及操作模式》、《课堂观察诊断的理念、策略与技术》、《*三年中考试卷评析及复*教学建议》、《教师业务考试命题及阅卷》、匡锋老师的《教材分析与教法建议》、孔春生老师的《化学课程标准》解读、侯雄伟老师的《如何说课及说课比赛》、尹头华老师的《如何建立和使用教学资源库》、张鑫老师的《实验教学专题》等等的专题报告后，我更加深入地懂得了作为教师的责任，进一步明白了自己所从事的教育教学工作的价值，更加坚定了从事教育教学工作的信念，对自己的心态作了一个很好的调适，树立了新的正确的教育观，并能以良好的心态投入到教学工作中。
二、更深入地领略到了当教师的幸福
以前，每次只有看到自己所教的班级考试成绩出类拔萃时，就会产生一种幸福感和自豪感；反之就会有一种深深的失落感。陈院长《做一个幸福的教师》的讲座，让我更深入地领略了当教师的幸福，知道怎样去做一个幸福的老师，怎样做学生心目中的好老师，怎样每天微笑着面对学生、面对自己、面对生活每一天！当然，这种微笑源于教师内在的`“富有”，如果教师没有先进的教育理念，没有广博的学识，没有坦荡的胸怀，面对学生时就不会有真切的富有感情的微笑。陈院长的这个讲座也使我懂得了要勇于面对自己，保持一颗*常心，以良好的心态来勤奋工作，这样，每天就能感受工作生活中的乐趣和获得新的生活体验。
三、对教师的角色有了全新的认识
在以前的教学中，教师负责教，学生负责学，所有的教学活动都是围绕“教师的教”而转，“一切以教学为中心”。教师是知识的拥有者和传授者，同时也是课堂的主宰者。学生只是被动地接受教师传授的知识、信息、符号。陈院长的《合作学*的理论、策略及操作模式》的讲座，使我真正认识到了“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”。学生掌握知识的多少已不是重点，学生学*能力的提高才是重点，因此教师已不是单纯的知识传授者，更重要的是学法指导者。在实际的问题解决过程中，教师作为引导者、参与者，应当引领并配合学生去积极探讨和学*，真正达到促进学生学*方式改变的目的。
随着教师角色的转变，学生也要由传统的被动的“添鸭式”学*转变为主动地去探究与思考。过去的教学模式重点在于让学生掌握知识而非提高学生的学*能力。因此，必须要改变这种教学模式，在教学中应多通过问题引导学生思考，激发学生的兴趣，充分发挥学生的主体作用。
四、对《化学课程标准》和生物教材有了更全面的认识
新课程为何特别注重研究创新？新课程新在哪？课堂中如何以学生为中心通过学生活动培养学生的研究创新能力和实践能力？在我以往的教学中我并不完全明白诸如此类的问题。专家孔春生老师对《化学课程标准》的分析，让我深刻认识到《化学课程标准》不再是过去《化学教学大纲》那样重在对具体知识点的掌握，而在知识、能力、情感态度与价值观方面已做了具体的规定。在知识上应该使学生形成生物学的基本概念，理解认同生物学的原理（如：进化的观点、生物的遗传变异、生物与环境的相互关系、生物体结构和功能相适应的观点等）；在能力方面，应该具备探究和实践能力，养成科学思维*惯；理解人与自然和谐发展，有环境保护意识。应该培养出具有较高的科学素养的人，加强学科知识的教学和组织学生经历科学实践的过程是提高学生科学素质的惟一途径。
人教版教材的编写从各方面都充分体现了课标的精神。为培养学生科学探究的能力，提高学生科学素质，教材安排了大量的科学探究活动，且这些活动形式多样（包括：观察与思考、实验、调查、探究、资料分析、摸拟制作、进一步探究、演示实验、设计、技能训练、课外实践等）。如何贯彻课标，落实课标要求，有一本好教材是第一步，直接的落实者就是我们的一线教师了。通过学*，我领悟到了教材版块的处理与课标的关系，但真正领悟新课程理念的时候，我们知道并非所有的版块都需要老师去讲解，很多的版块在学生的探究中自然就内化了，各个版块之间其实是相容的，老师完全可以进行整合，可以自由的处理，这样一来，我们就别再是讲教材，而是真正用教材了。
五、学*了先进的经验和方法
XXX老师就比较细致、全面的“如何说课及说课比赛”培训，让我受益匪浅。 说实话，我还真的忘记了怎么去说课、该说些什么。这次候老师的培训无疑是雪中送碳，他不仅从理论知识上阐述了说课的含义，说课与备课的关系、说课与上课之间的区别与联系，说课的方法和技巧，说课的内容、原则、技巧，而且联系具体的课例清楚地介绍了说课的每一个环节和步骤，每一个环节具体要说什么，怎么说，以及说课中易犯的错误和需要注意的问题。 这些都使我们对说课有了更深入的认识和了解，说课与上课、备课不同，需要我们结合教育理论方面的知识来阐述一节课的教学设计和思路。
说课包括了说课板，说教材，说教法、说学法，说教学程序这几个步骤。 其中说教材包括说教材的编写特点，教学内容前后之前的联系，本课教学的三维目标，以及教学重难点、教学准备等等。说教法和学法主要说清教学中选择了哪些恰当的教学方法，是如何恰当地运用新的教学方法的，以及指导学生如何去写，结合理论依据谈谈对本课的教学和学生的发展有什么意义。说教学程序是说课中最重要的环节，介绍课堂教学的结构，要说清楚自己是通过哪些环节的设计来突破重难点的，重点介绍本节课设计得有特色的地方。 在重新认识了说课的基础上，我们每一个老师都有了自己的想法与构思，对我们自身的提高也有着很大的帮助。
这个寒假并不冷，是个暖冬.所谓寒假应该是给学生一个疯玩的机会，而老师们并不以为然.所以就理所应当的留了一些附加作业，积少成多，聚沙成塔，几科的作业加起来就不是用十根小手指可以数得完的了……
写作业真的是一件很头痛的事情啊.我不说自己是好学生，因为我很懒得去动作业.但是又没办法啊，不写怎么办，毕竟总还得上交的呀.往往是在刚放假时计划在短时间内把所有作业全都搞定，但总是刚把作业开个头，就不知道又去干什么了.我给自己的评语是：对学*缺少毅力、定理、耐力……在新的学期里，一定要把那些好的学*方法运用到现实的学*生活中，不能再纸上谈兵了！
在放假期间，我和同学一起出去玩过好多次，玩的内容也很多，像什么：滑冰呀、打羽毛球呀、看电影呀等等等等……我们还去了乐园，由于去时已经放假很长时间了，所以没什么人，我们很顺利得玩了许多热门设施，还玩了许多以前不敢玩的东西。也许是在同学面前放不开面子，所以再怎么受不了的设施，下来都是一句话“我还以为多刺激呢，其实一点也不……”
在生活上，我经过千辛万苦的努力，终于克服了一些缺点，比如，吃饭时看电视，打电脑打的太长，不爱到外面玩，不爱做家务，晚睡晚起等等的坏*惯。这些*惯不是说改就能改，样样都用了九牛二虎之力。有时我会擦地，尽管不是自愿的;有时叠叠被子，尽管没有军训时叠得那样好;家里来客人了，我会给他端茶送水，尽管我知道他不会喝多少……就像大人们经常对我们说的那样:过了一年长大了一岁，应该比以前更懂事了……
一个寒假又快过去了。订了学*计划，但是那张可怜的纸，好似被人遗弃了似的放在桌子上，我的惰性又一次将它打败了。本来应该好好利用的假期又懒惰而浪费了。现在再为此而自责已是无济于事的了。新学期好好学*才是正经，在新的'学期里我一定我克服我在学*上的懒惰，是成绩有一个飞跃性的进步，尽管这些不大可能被实现，但是我要讲这作为我的努力目标不断的向其发展！
我要在仅剩的几天内调整好心学期的心态，毕竟好的开始是成功的一半嘛！
在*40天的寒假生活中，总体来说戴佩芸基本能按照正常的作息时间生活，晚上11：30左右睡觉，早上9：30左右起床(除年三十和初一)。每天抽出一定的时间写作业，读故事书，与表姐一起快乐地游戏。寒假生活较充实。
具体的学*生活情况如下：
一、读故事书的情况：
所读课外书书名如下：《小免乖乖》共105页;《猪八戒吃西瓜》共105页;《海的好儿》共105页;《格林童话》P1-27
二、亲子活动及锻炼：
每晚下班后一起检查作业，读故事书、下跳棋;周六周日去徒步、滑冰、游泳;在人民会堂看中央交响乐团的新年音乐会一次。
家长感受：很开心，经过一段时间的锻炼，孩子滑冰水*有了长足的进步，孩子自己也体会到了运动的.快乐及学有所成的成就感。于是抓住机会赶快教育：凡事贵在坚持。孩子也似有所悟，这个观念还要在以后的学*生活中继续强化。
三、能力训练：
1、德育方面：能尊敬长辈，懂得体会大人的辛苦，比较听话，不乱发脾气，能帮姥姥擦桌、擦地;见到长辈能正确称呼，有礼貌。
2、合作、交往能力：与表姐(10岁)一起相处三周，学会互相分享、帮助、关心，能做到不自私，友好相处，有了小摩擦自己解决;
3、学**惯培养：目标——让孩子有责任感，知道学*是自己的事，必须完成当天的任务后才能自由活动。基本达到目标，但有时还要提醒，下一步还要提高孩子的自我约束能力，提高学*时的专注度;
4、自理能力培养：早晚自己穿衣洗漱，袜子自己洗，可以自己做米饭，能主动收拾屋子，自己整理书桌，随着年龄的增长从心理上减少对父母的依赖。
