obviously, students are not free from any troubles. some students are addicted to tv. tv receivers in some flats are still on late at night or never turned off on weekends. some students spend much spare time watching tv programs, which is seriously interfering with their responsibilities at school. still some students eyes are getting worse.

本学期我主要从事初三毕业班的英语教学工作。目前中考英语试题容量大、覆盖面广，要求也愈来愈高，不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查，更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。结合我所带初三班学生实际情况，我主要采取了“三轮复*法”，即要求先全面学*，后进行重点复*和适应性考试复*。做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复*和重点复*有机结合起来。这样既系统全面又有所侧面的复*，能使学生较好地掌握所学的知识考出优异成绩。
第一轮复*阶段针对学生对已学基础知识，因时间久，部分已遗忘的共性，本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复*。这一阶段应按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时应注重基础词汇、词组、句型的过关（从*几年中招试题看，逐渐加强词汇、词组的考查）并通过配套练*、复*检测形成能力。
在复*过程中，我还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复*效果。如做到：
（一）每次上课前都将本课20个左右重要词组编写成句，板书到黑板上由学生抄写翻译，并且找到相关的词组
（二）根据复*内容，布置适量的难度适中的练*；
（三）循环考试，即每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学*积极性和自觉性。
第二轮复*要求突出重点，牢固掌握。在总揽教材，学生对基础知识掌握得比较扎实基础上，相应地提高要求，进行系统整理消化，抓住重点，加深理解，强化记忆。要求学生对那些在教材中多次出现和辅导教材中一再提及，反复强调部分，应视为重点，格外加以注意。同时有针对性地指导学生记忆的方法，培养记忆能力。第二轮复*直接关系到中考的效果。知识掌握不系统、内容混淆互相干扰，解题时应会判断失误，做错题目。在这一阶段复*过程中防止简单的重复，反对面面俱到，而是遵循精讲多综的原则，做到讲——练——评结合。既要教学生解题要领，帮助学生理解题目与题目之间的联系，同时又针对历年中考题型强化训练，使学生在答题时做到灵活运用，触类旁通，举一反三。从中考题型来看，*年来对听、读、写能力的考查份量逐渐加强。听力的考查分数有20分，因此在复*的过程中有必要进行适量的听力强化练*，不能光顾着对语言的归纳总结而忽视了听的能力的训练。再有从这几年的试题看逐渐加强了对阅读能力的综合考查。从动词填空，到选词填空，完形填空，阅读理解（都是从短文的形式出现，这说明了试题不仅要求学生掌握所学的词汇和语法知识，还要求学生结合文章大意对其进行综合运用能力。因此这几类题型有必要进行专门性的操练。值得一提的是书面表达,在第一、二轮复*过程就练*，逐渐培养学生的写作能力，特别是到了第三轮复*的时候更要背诵一些热点的范文。
第三轮是考前指导与适应性训练，主要目的是适应中考要求，提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养学生审题解题能力，同时要在教师指导下进行综合练*和模拟测试，知识考查和能力考查并重，从而使复*达到良性的循环：知识——能力——知识。使学生从不同角度得到反复的复*和强化练*由浅入深，既有点的知识，又有面的综合，使知识系统化，使能力得到提高、加强。
在具体的教学过程中我主要做到以下的几个方面的工作：
一、认真搞好备课。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。

四、加强课外辅导。英语学*是语言的学*。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好*惯，提高他们的英语学*能力。

这一阶段是要充分发挥学生的主观能动性，所以在此阶段我采取的方式是教师总结为辅，学生复*为主。所复*的内容包括冠词，名词，代词，数词，形容词，副词，介词，连词，动词，句子等。对学生已掌握的内容少讲或不讲，对学生不够熟练的要重点讲，每复*一个项目，让学生创设与知识点相关的问题，寻找专项练*。做到每节课复*都有复*目标，要点，课内追踪练*，课外巩固练*等，可以说本班学生是练*量最多的，做到项目有专练，人人有所得。通过这一阶段的复*，使学生对每项内容得以全面，系统地巩固和提高。
第三阶段：综合练*，主要紧扣题型，讲练结合。
专项训练仅仅是就某一个知识点的单纯训练，在此基础上，对学生进行综合运用能力的训练，即有选择地进行听力，笔试为一体的成套试题的训练。通过对学生限时测试，使他们把所学的知识上升为综合运用能力，逐步适应中考要求。同时对各县市的质检等试卷，试题类型结构加以认真研究，并就每一种答题思路和方法加以指导，力求对不同内容采取不同方法。另外本人从网上筛选搜集了许多复*资料以供自己和初三段教师使用，从兄弟学校拿来比较新的模拟试卷供学生测试，真正做到资源共享。针对今年中考的题型逐一进行解法指导和训练。

做此题型从以下几个方面入手。
（1）重视首句的开篇启示作用。

（3）符合短文内容，遵循语法规则。
（4）复读全文，核定答案。
（二）阅读理解。
解答这类题目，一般采用三个步骤。
（1）首先通读全文，迅速抓住文章内容，在不影响理解的前提下，尽可能快速阅读，并重抓住主要信息。
（2）阅读短文后的选择题，包括题干和选择项，明确问题的要求后，再细读全文或有关段落，最后选定答案。
（3）答完一篇短文的全部题目后，再把短文读一遍，逐一核对答案。
（三）任务型阅读。
根据任务型阅读的题型，我指导学生采用以下解题思路
（1）认真审题，读懂题意。
（2）快速阅读，掌握题意。
（3）细读题目，完成任务。
（4）复读文章，核实任务。
针对以上三种题型，我在课堂上要求学生掌握了每种解题思路后都要按照这种原则，步骤去解题，慢慢适应解题方法，并在课堂练*中针对练*详细讲解为什么要这样做，如：为什么要瞻前顾后，通过例子加以说明等。
（四）书面表达题：
多以材料作文为主，除了认真审题，端正书写等常规性的训练以外，*时让学生多写作文，我及时批改以及及时反馈，让学生从自己的作文中发现错误，改正错误，总结错误，以此提高其书面表达能力。
（五）听力题：
在中考前的一个月，加强训练，做到每天都有听力练*，以便提高听力应试能力。本人利用有效的听力资料要求学生每天进行听力训练，收到了比较好的效果。
总之，对于每一节复*课都有听，说，读，写的训练，把课堂作为复*的场所，学生作为复*的主体，我自己则作为复*的指挥棒，同时充分利用现代化教学手段，加大训练量，节省时间，以便全面提高教学质量。
本学期，本人担任初三(1)、三(2)班的英语教学工作，能够爱岗敬业，勤勤恳恳地工作一个学期来，主要做了以下的工作：
一、抓好学生的学***，提高学生的学*质量
1、以教书育人为本，对学生进行品德的学*教育，特别是后进生，关心他们的纪律和学生情况，鼓励他们的学生

3、作业和辅导：作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在句形转换、完成句子，作业都能做到全批全改，并做好评讲工作，对学生的辅导方面，做到有耐心，有方法，因材施教，*时一些无心向学的学生，经过一个学期的耐心教育，学*兴趣明显提高，成绩也有较大的进步
4、考试：本学期根据学校的要求进行了两次的考试，考试的成绩基本处于同级同科的中上水*每次的考试，都能做到查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学*方法。
三、其他方面
1、抓教学进度，合理安排时间，全级各科任老师互相配合，***学法进度，顺利完成了本期的教学任务
2、级内各老师互相合作，完成了本期的分工任务
3、认真辅导的组织学生参加了本学期的全国英语竞赛,并获奖
4、积极配合各课任老师的工作，多联系，沟通，互相促进学生的学*
四、存在问题：
所教的班级中，有相当一部分的学生基础较差，无心向学，书写相当了草，相当一部分的学生的阅读、分析表达能力较差，今后要在这两个方面下些功夫：一是通过定分数的方法督促学生学*；二是对这些学生进行帮教，使他们改变学*态度，努力学*，力争在下期的学*中有较大的进步
本学期是初中阶段最后一个学期，也是初三英语教学进入总复*阶段的关键时期，如何通过较短时间的复*，做到事半功倍，是摆在我们全体初三学生和英语教师面前紧张而艰巨的任务，也是值得我们研究和讨论的问题。下面是我在本学期复*过程中的体会与感悟。
一、增强学生自信心，明确目标。
信心是动力，目标是方向。中考即将来临，许多学生也许会感到很紧张，担心这三个多月自己是否能掌握得了初中的全部课程，顺利地通过考试。因此，信心十足，目标明确是成功地进行英语教学的一个重要因素。首先我制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划，明确各阶段的学*目标，并制定相应的措施来保证目标的实施，加大督促检查的力度，并在此基础上进行总结。因此，在教学过程中，我注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透，寓思想素质教育于知识教育之中，鼓励学生树立远大理想，努力学好英语。
二、制订完善的复*计划，查漏补缺。
英语基础知识对于英语学*至关重要，对英语基础不好的同学更应加强这一要求。要想在较短的时间内提高学生的基础知识，应该注意两点：
1、立足课本，认真制订复*计划。 初中毕业班英语学*主要是以深化基础知识为主，以课本为依据，按照课本的编排顺序，每一册、每一单元、每一课都要细致地复*，力求基础全面夯实。学*要抓住“三基”，即基础知识、基本技能和基本解题方法。学*要全面覆盖所学知识，不遗漏任何一个知识点；要面向全体学生，防止“片面追求高分”现象，绝不能冷落放弃差生。
2、找出不足，查漏补缺 查漏补缺主要体现在语音、词汇、日常交际用语上。语音和词汇的补漏工作应穿插在每一节课的教学当中。
三、模拟训练，综合提高查漏补缺后，学生的基础知识已比较全面、系统、完整。
1、课本为主，慎用资料。 课本是基础，而好的资料则是加深课本、提高能力的重要手段。任何资料都不能代替课本，资料可以突出课本的重要内容，可以提供课本中所不具有的先进理念和与时俱进的信息。
2、题型专项训练。主要有单项选择，完型填空、阅读理解、口语交际、任务型阅读、写作。这一阶段主要是展现学生综合运用语言能力的水*。也是加强学生综合运用语言的能力。
3、提高学生的写作能力。写作一直以来是教学中面对的疑难问题，也是学生头疼的一道关。我采用了指导+训练的方法。每一星期至少写一篇作文，按照复*顺序，从初一到初三凡涉及到的话题作文，都要求写。
总之，这学期的教学工作使我受益匪浅。从中，我得到了一些宝贵的经验，学到了很多。对于存在的问题有待于今后努力的完善，解决。
本学期我主要从事初三毕业班的英语教学工作。目前中考英语试题容量大、覆盖面广，要求也愈来愈高，不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查，更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。结合我所带初三班学生实际情况，我主要采取了“三轮复*法”，即要求先全面学*，后进行重点复*和适应性考试复*。做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复*和重点复*有机结合起来。这样既系统全面又有所侧面的复*，能使学生较好地掌握所学的知识考出优异成绩。
第一轮复*阶段针对学生对已学基础知识，因时间久，部分已遗忘的共性，本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复*。这一阶段应按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时应注重基础词汇、词组、句型的过关（从*几年中招试题看，逐渐加强词汇、词组的考查）并通过配套练*、复*检测形成能力。
在复*过程中，我还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复*效果。如做到：
（一）每次上课前都将本课20个左右重要词组编写成句，板书到黑板上由学生抄写翻译，并且找到相关的词组
（二）根据复*内容，布置适量的难度适中的练*；
（三）循环考试，即每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学*积极性和自觉性。
