1、驾驭课堂的能力还有待提高。在教学过程中，我时常会有一种推不动学生思维的感受。尽管自己课前做了充分的准备，可还是会调动不起部分学生的学*热情，从而影响了教学效果。回看自己的授课。有时当部分学生尤其是自己带班主任的班有学生在课堂上无心向学或者违法纪律时，我的情绪就会受到影响，并把这种情绪带到了教学中，以至影响了教学效果。
2、教学方法还不够成熟。尤其是讲解语法方面。语法原本便是有些枯燥且不易懂，而我讲解语法时，方法过于单一，不能充分调动学生的积极性，学生大部分时间只是在被动的接受，而没有思考的过程。
3、作业布置的有效性有待于提高。在*时的教学中，我对学生作业的要求严格，每天对于布置的作业进行了检查，对于不同程度的同学提出了不同的背书或者读书的要求。但未据学生的水*布置不同的作业，导致成绩弱的学生往往完不成作业或者是抄袭作业，而程度好的学生觉得的题目过于简单，达不到提高的目的。
4、在听力和写作方面下的功夫还不够。这次这次期中考试的成绩就可以看出来了。很多学生的作为水*非常差，25分的作文得几分的大有人在。究其原因，一是基础太差，二是学生对写作不够重视，未下功夫。尽管我在*时经常讲写作技巧，但很少有同学在*时的写作练*中用到，结果是做了无用功。
二、改进措施
针对教学中存在的几个主要不足，我认为可以从以下几个方面来改进自己的教学。
1、多听课。学*有经验教师的教学方法，尽快提高自身的教学水*。听完课后必须写听课心得，思考哪些地方是自己不具备的，务求听每一节课都有最大的收获。尤其要多听语法课，力求改变语法课枯燥乏味的现象。

3、加大对听力的训练。充分利用早读的时间让学生多读、多听，并鼓励其更多的参与课堂口语活动，提高听说的能力。
4、加强对写作的训练。推荐学生背诵一些优秀的范文，句子，格言。让学生进行单句翻译、模仿写作，为书面表达打下坚实的基础。并应严格规范学生的写作格式。
5、认真钻研教材，把握重难点，依据本班学生特点对教材进行二次整合。让教学更有效率。
6、组织好课堂教学，注意课堂上学生的信息反馈，调动学生的注意力。同时要创设适当的情境，尽量让全班同学参与到课堂活动中来，激发学生的学*兴趣。
7、课堂语言应更简单、生动和明了。
8、课堂上要说练结合。从考试来看，学生的做题量太少，所学知识没有得到及时的巩固。因此在今后的课堂中，要多留出时间来让学生动笔、动嘴、动脑，提高学*效率。

1、取得的成绩：上学期我有幸报名参加了我县十佳教师的评选，经过认真精心的准备和同组同事的大力支持，我又重新成为我县的一名英语学科十佳教师，本学期我又参加了明星教师的评选，最终仍榜上有名。本想就到此为止，但是当要求专家评选报名时，佟校长为我鼓劲：都到这个阶段了，一定要坚持。当时退缩的一个原因是因为自身身体的缘故，另一个原因是因为我觉得自己不很擅长演讲，怎么也比不上语文老师啊。那么既然报了名就要尽最大的`努力，演讲稿的精心准备及最后的背诵我确实花了一番的心思。整个专家评选演讲过程我全程参与，各位老师演讲的不同风格我都有着不同的体会，但是真正是从教学教研的角度出发而写成的演讲稿的为数不多，很大一部分还是属于抒情的成分，所以这应该是偏离了此次评选的初衷，所以我又赢了，成为我县新一轮的一名英语学科专家教师。英语教学工作总结
2、课题的完成：在我校的学案导学课题方面，除了坚持利用业余时间将各位教师编写的学案打成电子稿，同时还积极进行各个阶段的教学情况总结。另外，从三月份开始我参加了我县英语教师口语技能提高项目课题的研究，从课题的开题会发言的准备，到各个阶段过程材料的总结，在整个一年中我一直是忙的不可开交：初中英语语音知识的归纳整理完全是我一个人在负责，最后由两位教师进行录制；课堂用语、话题等都是由课题组成员进行归纳，然后由我进行最终的整理。从字体的设置、标点符号的使用等最简单的地方都要重新进行修改，确实耗费很多的时间；美文部分因为要进行英语教师的口语大赛，所以又由我在网上重新选择了50篇带有音频的美文，花了将*一周的时间下载，然后进行重新修改设计，最后将所有材料上传到群里。而音频的开头有美文之外的东西，于是还要进行处理，因此我又学会了音频的剪切、添加及重组等技能，当时尽管累的晕头转向但是确实又高兴了一阵子。总之，只要能学到东西，累也快乐！
3、学*培训方面：认真参加县级及市级组织的学科培训并积极发挥自身的作用同时及时进行培训总结。让我收获最大是本学期的两次听课，第一次是在98中学进行的三省四市微型课，真正感受了参选教师的风采。对微型课的结构、设置，阅读课和写作课的课堂教学从不同教师的风格中我有了更深的体会，对我的教学起着关键性的作用。第二次是省二实验三省四市青年教师的教学展示，长春、大连、辽宁、哈尔滨的四位教师的精彩展示更是给了我极大的震撼，在他们身上我看到了外语人的魅力，从口语到课堂教学活动的设计让我望尘莫及，这些让我有了一定继续学*的动力。
另外，除了认真研究课标以便完成各项相关的工作，我还不断地对《英语课堂教学模式》《英语课堂的情境教学》等书进行学*，反复思考，对教学及导学案的设计都给了我很大的启发。
4、网络教研方面：本年度仍然认真坚持在我的吉林省教育社区的个人教学空间及新浪博客上进行网络教学活动：学案的编写、教学阶段反思、英语教学知识等及时在空间上传并整理；同时我还认真管理我县教育区域化西南片区初中区的博认真进行各学科知识的上传，为我们西南片区各个学校的教师整理了大量的学科知识，得到很多教师的好评。另外我还参加了百度的文库的教学认证活动，并有幸成为一名会员，这样我们以后的学科教学在网上可以下载更多好的资料，同时在学*过程中我更加感受到了网络的无限的力量，有效地利用网络将对我们的教学有着更多的帮助。
二、教育教学工作方面
1、导学案的编写：本学年我们继续坚持着学科导学案的编写工作，学年的每位教师都有教材各个单元、该单元*题及检测试卷的备课任务，在他们完成之后，由我再打印出来，每个单元四课时，每册教材都是10到12个单元，那么我的工作量可想而知。幸好本学年后期有两位新来的老师为我分担一些，他们先打成word文档的形式，然后由我填入表格，我的担子减轻了许多。但是尽管如此，我还是会对学案进行一定的修改或补充。比如学案的预*导学部分，作为一份学案要更多地体现学生自主学*的过程，自学过程中他们主要做什么，教师要有一定的指导，所以我会再次认真看教材，结合每课时的内容及学生的实际情况进行重新编排。如3a我会认真为他们设置一些问题，让学生有目的的自学短文，比如语法部分我会给学生设置一些简单的任务让他们自行总结等；比如新知探究部分我会为尖子生添加一些拓展知识，有初中阶段以后要学到的或者高中阶段比较简单的知识等，这样为他们以后的学*奠定了一定的基础。
2、课堂教学及思想教育方面：
（1）在课堂教学方面我一直坚持着真正运用导学案的教学，而不是简单的*题的堆积和知识点的重复。通过预*导学任务的检查，将知识点渗透其中，让学生自行总结新知，这是我在实施导学案教学的一贯的做法。但是受中考指挥棒的影响和同年级班级及学生成绩的竞争，我还是不敢放手完全让学生去做，还会在学生总结完知识之后对知识点进行重复，这样可能便浪费很多的时间，但是我想这样对我们的中等或者偏下的学生来说还是有好处的，因为他们的惰性使他们不爱真正的预*或者根本不预*，这样如果老师再不重复，他们便不能真正学到知识，两极分化的现象将会更加严重。
（2）思想教育方面：当然我不是指自身的思想教育情况，我是想说学生的思想教育，这一直是我困惑不愿想但是不得不一直思考的问题。一年多的时间里我一直是教一个班，我的时间和精力更多的放在我的学生身上，但是经过我一直的努力，我不知道该如何对待他们。我自身的感受是我没有了以往在我的学生身上的那种激情，或者说不是我没有激情，而是我的学生根本不领我的情，讲道理、体罚都不起作用，现在的孩子到底怎么了？一次考试结束后，我在全班同学面前这样说：我在你们身上收获最大的是失望和伤心。因为我尽管是因为自己的儿子而降了一届，但是扪心自问，我花在学生身上的时间还是比我的儿子的多，那么我到底收获了什么？我给他们讲道理：你们是为当下的娱乐混混度日，还是为未来的理想而努力坚持，他们或者不理解，或者是三分钟热血；我告诉他们人不是万能的，每个人都有他的特长，学*不行他们会在其他的方面有所发展，但是不管怎样要堂堂正正做人，他们听了也是无动于衷……很多的孩子都是想做什么就做什么，无视你的存在。这都到底怎么了？是我跟他们之间真正存在着代沟？是孩子们真的缺乏心理健康的教育，还是我的方法已经过时？我真的需要好好反思了。当然我知道孩子的教育不是我一个人的力量所能够左右的，但是尽管如此我想我还是会尽我的最大努力做好我该做的，他们最终会懂的！
3、学校教学活动方面：本年度的两个学期我校分别进行了两次教研活动，备课组长的课堂教学展示和学案导学教学的课堂展示。尽管我都没有参加，但我是后卫，为大家进行充分的教学准备工作。课件完全是由我来完成，因此我也是跟着各位参加的老师忙的不可开交。累但是中间体现着同事之间的友情和团结，体现着我自身的价值，而我也在制作课件的过程中有着很多的收获：从各位教师身上学到了不同的课堂环节的设置，课堂教学情境的选择，课件制作中动画的制作以及音频、视频的插入等方面的收获都让我开心至极。
日复一日，年复一年，甚至每个假期开始到结束之前我总会对自己说，算了，不要这么累了，下学期一定不能这么忙了，图什么。但是每每在上班之后仍然是不断的忙啊忙，有时仍会发些牢骚，但是忙碌之后最大的感受就是我过得很充实，我又有了提高。也许在201X年甚至以后的每一年我还会一直忙碌着，但我会继续忙碌、继续学*下去，不为别的，只想做最好的自己！
本学期我担任高一（8）和（15）两个班级，通过一段时间的实际教学，我清楚地认识到除了几个学生的英语还可以之外，其他的基础都非常的薄弱，功底较差；且在初中时就对英语不太感兴趣，以致连很多初中的单词都不认识，这样在高中的学*就变得更难，可能会坚持不下去，最后面临辍学的可能。针对如此情况，我根据实际，应材施教，作如下安排：
首先，在管理学生方面，严格又不乏人性化。
如课堂上学生出现打瞌睡、说话，应灵活处理，不应随便地吼骂，甚至动手这样的行为，因为他们已不再是小孩子，毕竟有的时候缺乏很强的自制能力，但同时他们也有至尊，也好面子，不希望在那么多学的面前被老师严厉的训斥，这时可先叫他们站起来，课后在找他们谈话，了解事情的原由；如有时不经意间大吼学生，下课后也要找他们聊聊，还可以关心他们在生活中遇到的问题，心里方面的矛盾和不如意，这样既可以拉*师生间的距离，还可以种下友谊的种子，有利于更好的教学。
其次，在学*中、在课堂上，应营造一些和谐甚至是幽默的学*气氛
恰当时机讲些欢快幽默的笑话调动学生的积极性，同时在学*中尽量发现学生自身的闪光点，让其找到他们的价值，拓展他们的学*兴趣。如叫学生上黑板做练*，应了解其水*，估计其能力，让他们能很好的在学生面前顺利完成任务，觉得自己还是行的，这样就能增加他们的参与度，也能营造竞争的学*环境。

一、开始上课
1、因为本单元是开学第一个单元，有很多同学对英语一无所知，所以在教课过程中，尽量使用简单的英语口语，必要的地方一定使用汉语教学，尽量给学生创设一个良好的学*环境，教师可以通过手势、表情、动作等示意学生加深理解。如：说Standup,please和Sitdown,please时，教师可以用手势：双手向前*伸，手心朝上摆动示意学生起立，
相反表示坐下。教师用英语说：Nowclassbegins.然后借助手势让学生起立，用英语向学生问好。
T：Goodmorning，class!
S：Goodmorning，teacher!
然后用英语说：Sitdown，please.并同时做出请学生坐下的手势。
教师向学生解释Goodmorning的意思，并告诉学生下午好应说“Goodafternoon”。用手势介绍teacher和class这两个词，然后要全班用相同的语句来应答。

反复训练几次，直到学生练熟为止。教师可以反复重复：Standup.及Sitdown，please.等用语，让学生们做出相应的动作，直到确信学生已经能听懂为止。

教师告诉全班学生：We’regoingtolearnLessonOnetoday.并用中文（今天我们学*第1课）重说一遍，让学生听懂即可，并板书LessonOne在黑板上。教师拿出事先准备好的写有自己姓名的汉语拼音卡片，指着自己，对学生说：Mynameis×××。
二、新课
1、Hello/Hi,Mynameis.
分两部分教授此用语：
学*HELLO:
hello与hi可以互用。都表明“喂，你好。”但hi比hello用得更多，显得更随和亲*。尤其美国年轻人所使用。打电话时不用hi用而hello。熟人、朋友见面时，彼此仅仅说声Hi!就可以了。用hello时，不能Hello,hello,hello!这样反复使用。
边做动作边说hello，让学生模仿练*。
2、角色扮演：
要求自告奋勇的学生个别同老师练*对话。当叫起一名学生时，说Stand，please并做出
让该学生起立的手势。要求学生说：meis
一对一练*
将学生按两人一组分开，进行对话练*。一个学生说：meis另一个学生回答HiMynameis
2、What’syourname?
手偶游戏
老师每只手上戴一个手偶，通过模拟对话来演What’syourname?的含义。
教师缓慢地将What’syourname?朗读几遍。在说完Sayit,please后，鼓励全班同学一起朗读几遍。角色扮演

从学生学*英语的方式来看，在课堂上学*是主要渠道。上课的主要任务是在老师指导下，去继承人类的知识财富，并在这个过程中去发展自己的认识能力。在课堂上如何做到有效教学，要做到以下几点：
首先，做好课前准备。大致分为三个方面：知识上的准备，这主要通过预*来完成；物质上的准备，就是准备好课堂所需要的一切学*用具；身体上的准备，要求每个学生要科学地生活，要保证基本的睡眠、营养和锻炼。
其次，要开动脑筋积极思考。要认真抓住两个环节：一是专心听讲，不要"走神"。要做到这一点，首先要有正确的学*动机，有强烈的学*渴望，才能专心听讲；其次，要充分认识到老师的重大作用，才能虚心去听。二是要努力克服"走神"现象。"走神"破坏了上课听讲的连续性，是很多学生学不好的重要原因。
再次，要重理解。上课时，要努力争取当堂理解所学的新知识，要通过提高课堂的学*效率来减轻课外的学*负担，这是一条重要的学*经验。目前重视"出活题，考能力。"
最后，要学会科学地思考问题。主要指学生向老师学*知识的过程中，要把老师思考问题时采用的思维方式、思维规律和思维方法学到手。一些优秀的学生，他们上课时，已经从单纯理解具体知识上升到学*科学思维的高度。
课堂上学*虽然是主要渠道，但不是唯一渠道，从英语教学来看，任何老师无论采用何种方式和方法，在整个教学中都是围绕三个方面开展工作的：
一是培养兴趣，
二是激发学生的求知欲，
三是培养自学能力。
一、培养学生兴趣
小学英语教学刚刚起步，要想搞好英语教学，我认为提高学生英语学*的兴趣是关键。对于刚刚起步的小学生，如何帮助学生树立信心，引发其学*兴趣呢？
1、关注学生的学*
小学生开始学*英语，一开始都充满了好奇心，加之入门阶段的学*知识难度不是很大，学*很容易接受。此时，作为老师要抓住这一契机，渲染你自己对英语教学的积极态度，不断鼓励你的学生，从而坚定他们进一步学*英语的信心和决心。时常问问学生的学*情况，以表明你对英语学*也充满了好奇，表明你对英语学*是那么的关注，鞭策学生不断地汲取新的语言知识。
2、为学生提供展示的空间
初学英语的学生大多在掌握新的语言工具过程中，有一种强烈的表现欲望。课堂上，老师采用不同的方式，尽其所能，为学生提供展示的空间；课余，同样要为学生提供其展示语言才能的舞台。可以让学生给老师说一些英语单词或一些简单的日常用语。以此来满足学生的表现欲，巩固在课堂上所学的知识，达到师生间共融、共同维持英语学*的兴趣的目的。
二、为学生营造一些语言环境
由于汉语与英语属于不同的语系，中国学生学*英语的最大障碍是缺少语言环境。为了让你的学生能运用多种感官学*英语，提高学*语言的效率，促使其听、说、读、写全面发展，减少语言学*中的枯燥乏味，必须要求学生家长为自己的孩子营造一个良好的语言环境。
1、给学生提供必备的设备和材料
学*英语要准备收录机、学*机以及各种听力磁带，使他们课后有练*英语的机会。条件好的家庭还可以购置VCD机，为他们提供更优越的条件。另外还要买必备的工具书，如词典、语法书等，为他们自主学*打开方便之门。
2、听、读、背英语内容
小学英语的教材内容趣味性强，贴*学生的生活，因而实践性和交际性较强。不听、不读、不背是不行的，我们可以根据这一特点，展开对学生的检查和帮助。帮助他们熟读背诵最基本的句子和关键词语，使他们琅琅上口，然后再让他们进行书写，做到既上口又上手。
三、帮助学生养成良好的学**惯
良好*惯的培养非一日之功，它不仅是对学生的考验，也是对老师的考验。老师的一言一行无不影响着学生。老师要细致、持之以恒地督促学生培养良好的学**惯，具体做法如下：
1、每天大声朗读或听读20分钟左右。
2、有意识地识记单词、句型、文章，积累知识。
3、大胆发言，敢于质疑。
4、认真完成作业并及时订正错误。
5、专注地倾听同学的发言、老师的讲课。
6、每单元结束后，整理所学的知识，自撰单元小结。
7、课前预*，课后复*。
8、将遇到的难题记入自己的"难题集锦"中。
培养学生的学**惯，有效教学是学生学*成绩稳步上升的关键因素，同时也是稳固学生学*兴趣的必要条件。

今天我说课的内容是上海版牛津英语Module 2 Unit3 Drinks I like的第一课时，通过信息技术的运用，学*单词thirsty, milk, juice和句型“What drink do you like? I like …”
本节课是在学生学*“I like …”之后进行教学的。通过学*thirsty，感知句形“What drink do you like? I like …”本课时的难度是句型的运用，以及对饮料的简单描述，但容量不是很大，并受到学生的喜爱。
二、教学目标
《英语课程标准》指出：激发和培养学生学*英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学**惯和形成有效的学*策略，发展学生自主学*的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务。在认真分析教材的基础上，我针对学生实际，结合信息技术，将本课时的教学目标及重，难点确定如下：
1、知识目标
（1）学会用thirsty, milk, juice等表述单词。
（2）理解和初步运用“What drink do you like? I like …”
2、能力目标
（1）能用“What drink do you like?”来询问他人所喜爱的饮料。
（2）会用“I like …。”句型回答他人的询问。
（3）能简单描述自己所喜欢的饮料。
3、情感目标
（1）懂得健康饮食，均衡饮食。
（2）学会感恩，学会感谢帮助自己的人。

（一）通过多媒体技术呈现教学情境，诱发学生学*兴趣
Well begun, half done.精彩的课堂开头，往往给学生带来新意、亲切的感觉，不仅能使学生迅速地兴奋起来，而且还会使学生把学*当成一种自我需要，自然地进入学*新知识的情景。
