我立刻开始行动。首先我把全部的碗用水冲一下，把里面的脏东西冲走。接着用布沾上洗洁精来擦，再把碗用水冲洗干净。这些碗真像调皮的小孩，你抓的越紧，它就越想逃跑。突然。一个碗“铛”的声掉了下去水盘内，溅的我一身水。我真是笨手笨脚的。于是，我小心翼翼地擦了起来，一个，两个，三个、、、、、、终于擦完了！最后把碗冲一下，擦干就完成了。

今天是五一劳动节，爸爸在家休息，正好，我们家仓库要整修，爷爷奶奶、爸爸，只有三人，人手不够，我就自告奋勇，帮他们递瓦片。

虽然活动已经结束了，但我们的欢声笑语却一直在我的耳边回响。在路上，我们还不时的往后看，不想离开。
我小时候的中国一年到头就只有三个公休假节，最长的是春节，放假三天，其次是国庆节放二天，五一节才放假一天，记忆中的五一劳动节。尽管才只有一天休息，但大家还是左等右盼地等待着，准备着。特别是我们小孩子早在一个星期前就已经进倒记时了。

1、游客构成发生变化
受假日制度调整，我省接待长途游客明显减少，景区接待游客以省内游、周边游为主。厦门、武夷山、泰宁等外省游客主要游览景区的游客接待量都较去年同期有较大幅度下滑，降幅分别达到10％、50.5％、11.5％。以省内散客和周边游客为主要客源市场的景区接待游客量有较大幅度上升。全省“五一”期间接待游客中，一日游游客比重上升到79.5％，较去年五一上升8.2个百分点。在散客中，自驾车旅游比重继续上升，成为游客出游的最主要方式。
2、城市周边景区受到青睐
为配合五一假期制度改变，各地普遍推出了适应中短途旅游的新产品，丰富了假日旅游市场。如福州国家森林公园五一起降低票价，吸引了大批市民前去游玩。福州周边青云山、寿山，泉州的崇武古城、牛姆林等都成为旅游热点。城市公园等城市景点也接待了大量游客。据测算，福州市区各大公园景点在五一期间接待市民超过140万人次。

城市周边的生态农业旅游观光日趋成熟，吸引了大量的游客。莆田常态九龙谷及其周边上洋、书峰等开展的枇杷采摘游在3天里吸引了3000多游客。连江六福村生态农业园。漳*九鹏溪等农业观光景区也接待了大量游客。
三、高度重视，精心准备
为确保“五一”黄金周旅游安全，实现“安全、秩序、质量、效益”四统一的目标，省及各级假日办成员单位认真贯彻***假日办有关会议和通知精神，及时召开假日办相关会议，针对今年假期制度调整的新情况，周边游、短线游游客增加的特点，结合我省实际及时启动假日机制，下发了三个文件，进一步部署和落实“五一”假日旅游安全工作。从29日开始，省假日办组织四个小组分赴全省九个设区市，检查督导各地“五一”假日旅游准备工作。重点加强对旅游交通、宾馆酒店、重大设备设施、重大聚集性活动和重点景区、重点地段的安全监控和安全保护措施落实。综合治理旅游市场，加强假日旅游市场监管，抓好诚信建设，规范旅游从业人员行为，严查各种不法经营行为。
“五一”黄金周期间，全省旅游市场秩序井然，旅游环境良好，无重大旅游投诉，未发生重大旅游安全事故。
一、组织领导
所领导高度重视此次专项检查工作，切实加强组织领导，结合自身实际制定工作方案，主管领导带领业务骨干开展检查，同时联合食品药品监督、工商、质检、畜牧等相关单位开展行动，加大执法力度，营造了各职能部门共同保障节日期间食品安全工作的良好氛围。
二、检查情况
（一）餐饮单位、食品摊点和公共场所卫生状况明显好转。重点检查了餐饮单位、车站、街区饮食摊点的食品卫生、饮用水卫生情况和公共场所卫生消毒、通风等情况，坚决消除各类卫生安全隐患，*可能为消费者提供卫生、安全的食宿环境。对不符合卫生要求的，责令其限期整改；对无证经营的摊点，依法取缔。
（二）学校食堂、工地食堂、商场超市食品卫生得到改善。把制、售直接入口食品的生产经营企业（含食品摊贩）作为本次监管的重点，严格按照《食品卫生法》、《特别规定》、《散装食品管理办法》等法律法规，集中开展了食品卫生安全大检查，保障了人民群众饮食安全。
（三）检查过程中，重点检查了食品原料及其来源情况，食品加工专间的卫生状况，有毒有害物和食品添加剂存放情况，经营场所设施、设备和环境卫生情况，饮用水卫生情况，散装食品索证情况等。要求各食品生产经营单位严格按照食品卫生监督量化分级管理工作规范加强自律，建立健全“一栏两帐三册”制度，实行卫生状况表情公示，全面提高食品卫生安全保障水*。
（四）对餐饮单位使用的调味品、豆制品等原料以及餐饮用具消毒状况进行抽检，对抽检不合格的产品以及达不到卫生要求的生产、经营单位责令限期整改，对整改仍达不到要求者，依法予以查处。
三、检查结果
本次专项检查共出动车辆12台（次）、监督人员42人（次），检查餐饮单位68家、学校食堂18家、商场（超市）2家。采样监测餐具50份、合格48份、合格率96%，抽检食品原料10份，合格率100%。执法人员对被检查单位共下达限期整改意见书14份。检查情况表明，我县餐饮单位的食品卫生总体秩序良好，大部分受检单位均能建立健全卫生组织机构和卫生制度。所有的配料标签齐全，符合食品卫生要求；食品仓库内物品能分类、离墙、离地存放；未发现过期变质食品；仓库内无存放有毒、有害食品；食物冷藏设施数量足够，运转正常，能做到生熟食品分开存放。
四、应急机制
节日期间实行领导、工作人员值班制度，保证通讯设备、举报电话和信息报送24小时畅通，及时上报各类监督检查信息，特别是重大食品安全事件和突发公共卫生事件，实行首接负责制。节日期间全县无食品安全举报、投诉案件和突发公共卫生事件发生。
今年的五一劳动节，我们学校开展了多彩多样的活动共同庆祝这个有意义的假日。让老师们在工作之余快乐身心，减轻工作压力，过一个属于劳动者共同的节日。
一、教工乒乓球单打赛
xx月xx日—xx月xx日期间，通过比赛分别决出男子组和女子组前八名，其中我校副校长张鲁秀获得男子组第一名。此次活动共有70多名教职工参赛，比赛竞争激烈，比赛氛围友好。通过这种小巧灵活的比赛活动形式，丰富和活跃了教师的业余生活，在友好的比赛气氛中，增加了教师之间的思想交流，凝聚人心;达到了以活动锻炼身体，愉悦心情，缓解工作压力的目的。
二、“校园之声”师生诗朗诵
xx月xx日下午2：20，在我校多媒体教师的大力协助下，首次采用了多媒体投影技术即舞台音像数据化管理技术，在灯光控制，音源美化，图像处理等方面，给广大师生展示了一个绚丽多姿的光影舞台，为广大师生搭建了一个计算机动画终端技术的介绍*台，同时也反映出我校多媒体教师在计算机实用技术的应用领域中运用自如的高超技术。本次活动精彩纷呈，十余名师生选手朗诵风格各异，有娓娓道来、深情演绎的，有慷慨激昂、一路高歌的。通过这次活动，加深了师生之间的感情，促进了校园和谐。
三、组织迎“五一”教职工篮球运球投篮接力赛
xx月xx日—xx月xx日期间，篮球运球投篮接力赛，是以团队形式参赛，竞争激烈。通过这种轻强度、趣味性和合作型运动有机结合在一起的活动形式，有利于带动中青年教师、男女教师参加比赛的积极性和兴趣性，有利于加强学校领导与教师之间、教师与教师之间的思想交流和情感沟通，有利于建设和谐的组织管理文化和校园忠诚文化，体现合作型社会对新时代教师的素质要求，丰富和活跃了教师的业余生活。
四、举办“远离烟害，亲*美好生活”健康知识讲座
xx月xx日下午4：10全体教职工参加，由体卫艺办公室、政治教研室和电教室举办的“远离烟害，亲*美好生活”健康知识讲座。通过这次讲座，让教职工认识到身体是工作的本钱，在*时的教学中，不要忘记了保养自己的身体。
这些活动的开展既丰富了教师业余文化生活，又活跃了教师的身心发展，更调动了广大教师职工参与的积极性，加强了团结，增进友谊，增强了学校的凝聚力，体现了和谐校园的理念。使广大教师能以旺盛的精力和崭新的精神面貌投入到工作中去。
我校在“五一”国际劳动节即将来到之际，按照区教育工会的指示精神，我校以“颂改革、促振兴、建和谐”为主题,共建和谐、欢乐祥和的节日氛围，唱响“劳动光荣，教师伟大”的主旋律，开展庆“五一”系列活动，以展示教师风采，激发广大教职工建设和谐校园的积极性、创造性，让教职工过好自己的节日，现把此次系列活动总结如下：
一、组织开展踏青活动，舒缓教师紧张的工作压力。
在“五一”国际劳动节来临之际，我校教育工会组织全体教师来到大连滨海路。漫步在滨海路上，体会着滨海路的浪漫与多情，忙碌的老师们也由此感到消遣放松，很是惬意。同时也将调整好身心准备做好下一阶段的工作。

三、组织开展教学节活动，提高教师教学素养。

(一)导入
五一将至，为了使同学们能过一个快乐而安全的假期，现在我向同学们进行假期前及假期期间的安全教育，希望同学们认真听，并请各位同学务必遵守。
同学们，根据国家统计，我国每年约有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡，*均每天就有40多名学生死于溺水、食物中毒、触电、交通等事故。其中除不可预见的自然灾害和人力不可抗拒的重大事故外，80%的非正常死亡完全可以通过预防和应急处理加以避免。那么我们应该怎样防范安全事故的发生呢?
(二)时刻要牢记交通安全
1、不骑电动车。
2、不骑自行车，溜旱冰，滑滑板车。
3、横过马路，要做到一停二看三通过。
4、不得在马路上相互追逐、嬉闹。
5、乘坐公交车，要注意做到有序乘车，文明礼让，外出不乘坐“三无”车辆。
(三)防止溺水事故发生
目前天气炎热，学生游泳的情况增多，从溺水事故发生时间上来看，节假日或假期发生的事故较多，还有部分学生放学回家途中发生的溺水事故。每年的3月至10月为溺水事故的多发期。所以学校强调：
1、禁止学生下河游泳和其它活动。
2、如果遇到溺水者，不要直接下河营救，只能间接营救或寻求大人帮助。
教学目的：
