工作业绩：

20xx年考研初试已经过去，最终的成绩有的还没有出来，但是相信同学们已经对自己的成绩有了大概的预估。过去的就已经过去，我们现在应该做的，是全力以赴准备复试环节。针对同学们比较关注的复试中面试环节的相关，我们进行了一次专访。
关于面试技巧：
“首先想说的是，很多同学把面试想得过于简单了，觉得面试就是和考官简单地面对面谈话，考官觉得差不多满意，就录取了。这是一种很危险的想法。面试的通过，是有着科学的测评标准的。具体来讲，面试有着精心设计的，在面试的环境下，考官会通过面谈对考生进行观察，测评考生的知识、能力以及表达能力。所以，针对面试的形式和特点，我们必须充分做好准备。”
关于谈话素材的收集：
“所以，在面试前，考生一定要做充分的谈话素材的收集。这主要包括以下几个方面：

Good morning, my dear teachers, my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. My name is song yonghao, I am 22 years old .I come from luoyang, a very beautiful ancient city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in chang'an university in July ,20xx;and now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to tongji university.
Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. when I was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard . to weaver a homepage for myself, I stayed with my personal com*r for half a month, and I am the first one in my class who own his homepage. Furthermore, I am a person with great perseverance. During the days preparing for the first examination, I insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was like.
