今天，是大年初二，听姥姥说，“初一不出门、初二拜丈人”。于是，爸爸妈妈、姨爸姨妈决定带着我和姐姐去亲戚家拜年，顺便带我们到公园里去游玩一下、活动活动筋骨。

在开始这篇文章之前，我先申明一下，这完全是个美丽的误会。
2月9日上午我在图书馆当志愿者。你大概不会想到我看别人做志愿者，结果把自己扯进去了。
我在随王等人的时候便问：“如果第四个人不来，你会不会把我扯进去？”王一脸狡猾的笑：“可能会。”
看到她这个笑容，我心中不好的预感一点点升腾。果不其然，到了图书馆，管理员阿姨招呼我和其他四个人一起进去。进去之后，我先帮王和贾整理书架，整理了一会儿之后，我便移情别恋，帮练和鲍翻页。
我泪眼汪汪地看着后面两车书，生无可恋地说：“如果后面两车书也要翻页的话，我就不帮忙了。”一边的鲍也赞同地点了点头。恰逢指导老师路过：“后面两车不用扫。”我们才喘了一口气。
那车书有三层，第三层没有放书。第二层的书便不那么容易了。于是本姑娘想了个办法：把第二层的书移一部分到第一层。
快结束的时候，出了点小差错：《雅克团》等数本书扫描不出来了。于是本人出去呼叫各位哥哥姐姐。
差错很快就解决了，本人荣耀地代替鲍，扫描了最后几本书。
最后拍了几张颇为尴尬的照片，说颇为尴尬是因为本人拍照技术差了那么一点。

这个暑假我本来有很多的计划，特别是想让妈妈带我去上海迪士尼乐园玩，可是突如其来的疫情打乱了我的计划，大家都不能外出。我非常担心，如果疫情继续严重下去还会影响到我们开学。于是，妈妈安慰我，在全国人民的努力下，我们一定能战胜病毒。我知道妈妈又要像去年一样去做志愿者了。

吕仁杰带我到摆放书架的地方，告诉我每个书架都有标记英文和数字，而每本书侧面也有英文和数字，只要把书上的英文和数字放到相同的书架上就可以了，接着他哪来一本《小牛顿》：“你看，它的编号是‘Q’，在‘N-Z’书架里的，而这个书架本来就是‘N-Z’放好就行”。
接下来我开始工作了。我先观察三个书架的符号，把摆放错误的书重新放好；然后把上午没有整理的书，放到对应的书架上。书堆在桌子上如小山似的，我和小伙伴们分别放了好几次才全部放好。
这时，我们新的任务又开始了，每个人管理三个书架，一人给书分类，我管理的是人文、自然、科学这类书籍。看这类书的人也很多，到处是放错的书，我都忙不过来。这时候有三个“小不点”在书架之间你追我赶，大吵大闹，令人心烦，刚才出现在眼前，一眨眼就不见人影了，接着一个又一个从溜过去，有时把书架的书搞得东倒西歪，说了他们仍是屡教不改，最后，只好请出图书馆工作人员，三个小孩才停止了追逐打闹。
科学类的一格书架里全部都是又大又薄的图书《小牛顿》，那里的书被翻得乱七八糟。我把它们全放好，不一会儿它们又变回原样，我又把它们全部移开来，从新一本本放进去，一共用了好长时间才摆放整齐。
下班了，我已经累得筋疲力尽，原来做事比读书要辛苦百倍。两个多小时过去，我没有休息，连一口水也没有顾上喝一口。我不由想起在外打工的爸爸，我想对您说：“爸爸，您辛苦了”。
通过这次志愿者的体验，我感受到做事的辛苦，也感受到其中的快乐。今后，我还会参加一些自愿者活动，奉献自己力量，让社会充满欢乐与和谐。

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and the society。 Olympic Games are a good example。 As is known to all，volunteers played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games。 Without them，it would be a tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games。 Therefore，we can say that it was those volunteers who ensured the success of these games。

Nowadays，there is a increasing number for people to join in the activities of volunteering. It’s well-known that volunteering job is making contribution to the society with nothing in return. There are lots of volunteers around us now. And they don’t do it for money, they do it only for happy or others.As a young student, helping other people is a major commitment.
If I have a chance to join a volunteer club and to be a volunteer who helps others，I will try my best to help others.In my classroom ，I am good at math and science ，I can help my classmates who are in trouble if I am free.In primary school , I can help teach young students paint because I am good for drawing.And I am good at singing，so I can sing songs to cheer up the sick people in the hospital.Also,I can help the old people in the old people's home , I can clean the floor and do chores ，because I think the old people will be very tired and hard if they do the housework by themselves.

XX年6月11日星期五早上，我参加了学院青年志愿者协会组织的三下乡活动，两百多位大学生志愿者怀着激动的心情踏上路途，行程匆匆……
如果要给这一天定义一个颜色的话，我想用红色来形容它，因为它是温暖的，二百多位志愿者组成一家，彼此互帮互助，相互扶持、爱护、和谐相处，虽辛苦却乐在其中，一路上欢声笑语。
活动当天晚上，当看完晚会，车子载着我们缓缓返回校园，我们竟有点不舍，看着车窗外的夜景，一切都是那么的和谐安静，漆黑的夜幕上挂着点点繁星，银灰色的夜光洒满整个大地，晚风**轻拂着我们队员每一颗劳累却愉快的心灵，相比车外的静谧，车内却沸腾了，志愿者都在聊今天的心得体会：
“真没想到做老师这么辛苦，我们准备了那么久的课，今天只上了半个多小时，真是台上一分钟，台下十年功啊!”
“对啊，有几个孩子还很调皮，老是不认真听课呢……”
“跟着孩子们在一起真的很愉快的，工作总结什么烦恼都没有，虽然有时候他们很调皮捣蛋，但大部分还是很听话的，而且今年的三下乡支教活动比往年开展得好多了……”
说着说着我们都笑了，仿佛在讲述那时年幼的我们自己，仿佛又回到了那个纯真的.时代，那个最朴素最无忧无虑的过去……
这次支教，我们安排了数学、语文、英语、音乐、书法、体育、主题班会等课程，上课的时候，学生充满对知识追求的目光，使我们每一个老师都不敢怠慢，热情地授课，回答学生的问题……
现在，当自己一个人静静地想着这一天的支教活动时，总感到巨大的满足，虽然有时候感觉很累，但是一想到自己是以园丁的身份在用自己的智慧浇灌祖国的花朵，是在给孩子们展现一个新奇而精彩的世界的时候，就打从心里感到快乐，因为自己为他们带来知识，带来新的思想，带来新的生活方式，看着自己的劳动成果，开心之情充溢了我们的心。
这一次活动，是我在青年志愿者协会当候选干部期间准备的最大的活动，比起聋哑学校支教，*西支教，这次活动带给我们的挑战多得很，准备了两个多月，当看到活动随着一声“万岁”的呼喊中圆满结束时，我们感到无比的骄傲……
一、基础工作
在青协一学期的工作中，我们有定期活动与临时活动。定期活动即支教、校园大清扫、图书漂流。临时活动即根据实事举办活动。
二、活动成果
从10月份以来，我们相继进行了5次之多的支教，10次左右的校园大清扫。*20次的图书漂流。同时，自主活动包括动员大会、英语支教、消防安全日的宣传、废品回收、爱心收音机传递等众多活动。取得的成果的丰盛的。我们所进行的宣传报道曾覆盖整个学校，我们撰写的新闻稿多次登上校级网站。同时在学校的考核中也取得过不错的成绩。这些成绩都离不开我们青协内部委员的共同努力。
三、部门建设
我们为了更好的团结内部委员，能让大家对于青协这个组织有家的感觉，在开学初期进行了动员大会仪式，此次活动得到了广泛的`赞扬，在大家一致的奋斗和努力下，也取得了十分巨大的成功。这无疑给我们的内部建设增添了华丽的一笔。*时，我们也通过聚餐，郊游等多种形式增进大家对彼此的了解。我们深深的明白，一切活动的成功都离不开青协人的团结努力。
四、不足及努力方向
一学期的工作中也呈现了很多不足之处值得我们自己深思和改正。
1、材料上交上总是出现格式错误，这是由于我们作为会长的职责失误，我们会深刻的自我反省，同时在以后的工作中尽量避免这样错误;
2、图书漂流和校园大清扫有扣分现象，这样情况的发生有委员值班的不力也有领导监督的不力。因此要想改变这样的现状，要求我们内部建立一个十分健全的监督机制。
3、活动宣传出现严重的失误。我们错误的将活动宣传的重心放在了现在宣传二忽视线上宣传的重要性，这是我们活动没能得到很高成绩的重要原因。这要求我们在以后的工作中重视两种宣传的比例分配。同时做好线上和线下的宣传。
一个感恩的节日，一个忘忧的节日，这就是母亲节，母亲们在这一天通常会收到礼物——康乃馨，被视为献给母亲的花，是儿女们对母亲的感谢和祝福，希望母亲快乐，健康，长寿。敬重母亲，弘扬母爱是中国人的心结也是自古以来中国人爱的传承。现在，每年五月的第二个星期日的母亲节已经成为一个公众必过的节日。国人除了*日里感谢母亲，在这一天里，更是大大方方地表示对母亲的深厚感情。
“一声祝福，两份爱心”!在20__年5月8日星期日，__志愿者协会发动社会爱心人士，义卖母亲节鲜花，在给敬爱的母亲送去祝福的同时，也希望能够更多的给予山区孩子们一些关怀。__志愿者协会每年的暑期，都会在全国召集并通过培训筛选，选拔出一批优秀大学生作为义教队员，到山区给孩子们送去全新的学*理念和方法，利用短短的21天，开阔山区孩子们的眼界，弥补山区教育资源的不足，激发他们的学*热情，引导他们的学*兴趣。今年母亲节鲜花义卖的所得，就会定向用在今年的义教活动上。
今天送花最远的到了偃师二里头村，还有安乐窝赵村的，所定花束不是很多，但是涵盖了市区大部分区域，新区、洛龙区、涧西区、西工区等。此次义卖送花参加义工共计26人，自带车辆7辆。(详细义工名单见义工负责人随贴)
今年的义卖主要是网络义卖形式，此次义卖花束共计14束，筹备到义教善款20xx元(含鲜花工本费)。因为宣传力度和天气等原因，此次义卖的`花束不算多，但我们主要是要倡导爱心，也希望能够通过我们的这种形式，能够引导大家孝敬父母，同时让更多的爱心人士爱心团体能够关注山区的孩子，也让更多志愿者参与到我们的活动中来。
“一声祝福，两份爱心”!这也是我们爱的准备和爱心传递。希望更多爱心人士加入到我们的志愿者队伍中来。
今天的活动圆满结束，再次感谢订花奉献爱心的爱心人士，感谢带车及送花的义工，辛苦了!

站在岁末，透视过去一学期，工作的点点滴滴时时在眼前隐现。回眸望去过去的一幕幕，在不知不觉中充实眼睑。
不经意间，进入青协已一个学期，一个学期的志愿工作让我收获很多，青协是个大家庭，30多名班干部和100多名会员，在工作中锻炼了我的交际、工作能力。还记得第一次踏进老人院，第一次参与回收活动，第一次义卖。当亲自将那志愿者特有的彩带绑在经过的同学手中时，心理切切实实感受到志愿者的温馨。志愿的工作不仅是个人能力的提高，同时也是个人价值和内在素质的提升。师兄师姐一再强调我们志愿者的宗旨，无私奉献真心付出渐渐深入每位志愿者的心中。
我知道下一学期工作将更艰辛，总结好上学期的.工作经验将更好指引我们的工作，现将工作总结如下：
招新是每个协会在新学期的很重要工作，是为协会灌输生命力的需要。如何吸引和选拔优秀的学生干事极其重要，好的干事将使协会工作更严谨更有效率。记得招新第二轮是将通过一轮的学生集在一起随意交谈，适当提些问题。通过这种方式既能考察我们的语言表达，又能看出个人的亲和力和合群度。在集体中，懂得如何表达自己、如何抓住机会表达自己及处理好和同事之间的关系至关重要。
去老人院探望老人是志愿者经常性的工作。这个学期我只去了一次老人院和去了一次新造镇居委慰问孤寡老人。我们主要是通过聊天的方式帮助老人排解孤独，激起他们对生活的热情。虽然只去了两次，但却深深感受到老人对我们的需要，我也学会了如何和老人沟通、如何、去帮助他们。当然也有不少工作上的不足：首先是方式的单一，再来就是认识的浅薄，知道很少有关老人所感兴趣的。但这类志愿工作让我感受到自豪，因为那是很有意义的事情。每次活动后我们都会写一篇总结发到公邮上，这样让我们发现自身不足，及时纠正，让志愿工作做得更好。
会员是这类活动的主要参与者但会员的工作组织欠佳。会员是个很好的资源，是否可以要求干事分批深入了解每个会员的特长，通过记录分组，在去老人院之前集中去的会员简单计划一下活动的过程，多花样去慰问老人，我们不仅是要老人内心的宽慰，更想看到他们开怀大笑。因为主要是要老人开心，所以不需要太多形式的东西。知道限制因素很多，这几乎是不可能的事，但青协每个成员都在
努力让青协变得更好。
还有回收活动和义卖。戴着志愿者工作证逐一敲开每间宿舍的门。虽然有时我们会碰上不理不踩的，但我们都会始终面带微笑说声“打扰了，谢谢”。志愿服务中，礼貌很重要，即使对方很冷淡，但因你的礼貌，他们也会友好的对待。志愿工作让我学会了时刻微笑，以笑感人。
协会的每项活动都不是为了自己，都是为了更好的服务于别人。在过去一学期里，我脚踏实地做了一些工作，但由于自己的水*和经验不足，还存在着一定的问题，在新的一年里，我还要继续努力，争取取得更大的成绩。

10月18日的上午，在金山卫铁路站有这样一群欢快殷勤的身影正在为旅途疲惫的乘客尽心的服务着……
为了让我们有更多的体验机会，提高我们的实践能力，学校特地组织了这次的铁路志愿服务。服务的主要内容是在出路口引导乘客，帮助乘客解决他们的困惑，文明宣传等。
俗话说的好，开头万事难，想要做好一个合格的志愿者并不像我想的那么简单。首先，要记住各个铁路的站点，路线。这对于记性不太好的我的确是个难题。不过，秉着为他人服务的信念与心态，我还是吃力的把它背下来了。不一会，第一班地铁到站了。虽然我知道志愿者应该主动上前问好，帮忙，但是当我看到人头攒动的地铁站，一**人向我们涌来时，心中不由的害怕，忍不住往后退。在老师的认真指导与耐心劝慰下，我鼓足勇气迈出了一大步。
当一位行动不便的老爷爷一手提着个大箱子，一手在口袋里掏着出站站票时，我连忙上前帮他提了箱子。他微笑着对我说：“谢谢你啊！”我听了，心里美滋滋的，也第一次体验到了服务他人的快乐。过了不久，第二班，第三班地铁也接踵而至。有了第一次的成功经验，我不再畏手畏脚，将我的热心一一展现出来，获得的好评也连连不断。
这次的活动让我受益匪浅，不仅让我懂得了以礼待人之道，也让我体验到了服务他人的快乐。
暑假的一天，我们小区的几个小伙伴，准备去完成一项神圣的“工作”——阳光假期志愿者服务小队活动，经过讨论，大家一致推选蒋奕佳为队长，我为副队长，周林纬和杨宇翔是队员。
首先，我们来到“三景国际”去捡垃圾，小区第一眼看上去还很干净，可仔细一看并不是很理想。因为这些垃圾在和我们玩躲猫猫，有的躲在草丛上，有的挂在树枝上，更可气的是有的垃圾还睡在水池里，随着水流漂来漂去，队员们都傻了眼。我灵机一动，用竹竿把它们从池中捞上来，这些垃圾有卫生纸、零食包袋……真是无奇不有。我仔细地寻找垃圾的踪影，这时我一抬头，发现头上有两朵“白云”，仔细一看原来是塑料袋在空中飞舞，我把塑料袋抓了下来。经过我们“环保志愿小队”伙伴们的共同努力，小区很快被打扫干净了。我们的第二项“工作”是回收，我们把捡到的易拉罐和矿泉水瓶，拿到废品店去卖了三元钱，给扫地的环卫工人买了矿泉水。
看着美丽的“三景国际”我们真开心，朋友们让我们一起自觉行动起来保护环境吧！要知道，地球只有一个！
这学期，每周一次轮换的“红领巾志愿者”活动轮到了我们班。在一番激烈的评选后，我荣幸地被老师选为了红领巾志愿者的一员。周四下午我们被选上的十六个人在大队部进行部训。星期一，我们兴高采烈地上岗了！
当那件红马夹被我拿在手中，我的心里暗暗立誓一定要当好这个差，严格管理好每一位同学，坚决认真负责。可我当了两天，才发现这个红领巾志愿者没那么好当。每天早上六点半就要起床，赶在七点二十五到校门口，要一直站到七点五十五分才**室。还要管理那些没带红领巾、口罩的同学。不仅如此，每节课下课我们还要下楼在校园中各个地方执勤，阻止那些危险事故发生。还会有一年级的同学捡到丢失物品就会交给我们，我们便跑去大队部把东西上交给老师。大家做操时我们也从未停歇，要去检查各个班级的卫生情况，并把情况填写在表格上……总之，把我们十六个监督岗忙得不亦乐乎。
渐渐地，我也体会到了这份工作的乐趣。每次我们帮同学们找到丢失的物品看到他（她）们的笑容我们也很开心；每次我们捡起一个垃圾，校园里就干净了一分；每次我们阻止了一个危险的行为，就少了一处伤害；每次我们检查卫生把扫得不足说出来，教室里会变得一尘不染……
“红领巾志愿者”这个活动让我们又多了很多为大家服务的机会，让校园变得更美，每天看到同学们朝气蓬勃地来到学校，我们心里就乐开花！这是我第一次当志愿者，真的很过瘾！
在一次社区活动中，我经历了一次志愿者经历。
我带着满怀的好心情来到社区服务中心，对这次志愿者活动充满了期待与好奇。
走到社区服务中心门口，我轻轻地推开了那扇门。里面整整齐齐地站着我们学校的小伙伴，说不定都是来当志愿者的呢。一位阿姨说，现在，你和他们一样，要听我的命令！好！我响亮地回答，心里充满了骄傲，因为我是一名志愿者了！阿姨要我去清理书架，我用鸡毛掸子拍拍灰，呀，好脏啊。看来我只有用抹布一点一点的抹了。我的小手提着盛满水的沉甸甸的水桶，弯下腰，把抹布打湿后，认认真真的从头抹到尾。
真是累极了。
旁边的阿姨点点头，说：干得不错，进入下一项！什么，还有下一项？我这次真的感受到志愿者的辛苦了。我用袖子擦了擦脑袋上的汗，便随着阿姨的脚步来到了菜市场，她身后还跟随着一群小孩。阿姨递给我几个黑色垃圾袋、钳子和一个扫把。再看看后面的小孩，他们也拿着这样的东西。原来阿姨是要我们去菜市场捡垃圾啊。我四处看看，垃圾多得要命，可以前我都没怎么注意这些脏垃圾啊。我边看着四周，边听着阿姨的命令弯下腰拾垃圾。不一会儿，街道马上变得干净起来。大家都开始称赞起我们这个小团队。我又用袖子抹了抹汗水，特别有成就感。原来志愿者的原则，就是要先给别人快乐，别人才能给你带来快乐。
这就是我的一次志愿者经历。为人民默默奉献，不要求什么，这是志愿者的原则。
暑假的一天，天清气爽，凉风**，太阳公公也躲到云层里纳凉去了。我和阳光小队的两个好伙伴来到小区服务中心。今天，我们要当一名小小志愿者，真是令人期待！
报名后，服务中心的工作人员让我们各自分工，各自负责。于是，我们开始视察小区环境：小区里绿树成阴，鲜花盛开，空气中弥漫着花香的`气息。老爷爷老奶奶们在散步，小孩子们在玩耍嬉戏，真是一个和谐而美丽的小区。但与此情景格格不入的是，小区里随处可见扔在地上的香烟头、小纸屑，还有四处飞舞着的落叶片。我们决定拿扫把垃圾和落叶清扫干净。大家一商量完，就开始认真地清扫起来。可是，事与愿违，我们刚把一小片区域内的垃圾清扫在一块，一阵凉风吹来，垃圾们就被风吹散开去，向四处“逃窜”……怎么办呢？我们只好改变“策略”，各拿来一个塑料袋，把地上的这些垃圾一一捡起来放入塑料袋。我们大家互相鼓励，互相竞赛看谁捡得多……不一会儿，垃圾们乖乖地躺进我们的塑料袋，地上变得干净起来。这时，我们的小手已经变得黑黑、脏脏的了，我们用袖子抹了抹汗水，腿也有点儿酸了，心里却是觉得特别有成就感。
这次经历让我难以忘记，我不仅体验了志愿者工作，体会到了为他人服务的乐趣，也懂得了：爱护环境，美化家园，要从身边一点一滴的小事做起。
