记得前几天我们一家去逛公园，肚子饿得咕咕叫，中午去外面饭店吃饭。爸爸问我想吃啥，我一口气点了好几盘自己爱吃的：铁板牛肉、爆炒鱿鱼、红烧猪蹄、清蒸桂花鱼……最后还点一碗杂烩汤。不知不觉菜上齐了，摆了满满的一桌子。我狼吞虎咽地吃起来，最后还是剩了一大堆的菜。这可不能浪费，我建议把剩饭菜全部打包带回家，妈妈笑着抚摸着我的头说道：“真是个懂事的小孩子，下次吃饭记得不要点太多的菜，要学会吃多少点多少，按一人一道菜的标准就可以避免浪费。”
这不禁又让我想起在托管中心的时候，坐在我旁边吃饭的同学，每次盛饭时都是满满的一碗，经他挑肥拣瘦，菜盘一片狼藉，然后一抹嘴，剩下一大碗饭菜走人。我每次好意提醒他不能浪费，他总用不屑的口气对我说：“这些食物都是我花钱买的，想倒掉就倒掉，不用你管！”我十分无奈 ，一脸茫然。

现在，我们每天在看新闻联播的时候，会发现，每天的新闻联播中，都有关于节约粮食和人们大铺浪费的行为联播。三月份以来，我们的学校也开展了“我光盘，我光荣”行动。我国是一个人口大国，种种的浪费现象非常可怕！据统计数据显示，人均gdp在世界百位之后的*，每年在餐桌上浪费的粮食相当于2亿多人一年的口粮，价值高达2000亿元；而*尚有1.2亿人农村扶贫对象、几千万城市低保人口；同时，*是世界农产品进口大国！我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接*全国粮食总产量的十分之一。即使按保守推算，每年最少倒掉约2亿人一年的食物或口粮，可养活2.5亿至3亿人。与此同时，饥饿却仍是人类的头号杀手，全球*均每年有1千万人因饥饿丧生，每6秒就有1名儿童因饥饿而死亡。
如果每个人一天浪费一克粮食，那么全国一天就能浪费1500000000克粮食，也就是1500吨粮食，一年下来就是547500吨粮食啊！有句话说：从我做起。那么我就说：从我做起，节约粮食。

顾晨曦用清脆的声音说道：“有时我们点了太多的菜，一时半会儿吃不完，我们不能把它们白白扔进垃圾桶，而是应该把它们装入盒子中，与其它人一同分享这香气扑鼻的美食，这样既可以让自己的同伴品尝到山珍海味，又不让这些美食白白浪费。”
杨朵儿扯了扯裙子说：“我们还可以向自己的亲戚朋友宣传，告诉他们要珍惜粮食，不能糟蹋粮食，每一颗都是劳动人民在烈日下辛勤劳动的成果啊！我们还可以通过电视向更多的人知道珍惜粮食的重要性。”说完，他挪了挪凳子，坐了下去。
老师听着我们各抒己见，露出了欣慰的笑容。
光盘行动，从我做起。我们一定要珍惜每一粒粮食，并告诫身边的人不要糟蹋粮食。
新闻上说人们在餐桌上的浪费惊人，一年浪费的粮食总价竟高达2000亿元，大约是2亿人一年的口粮！
“你在外面吃饭时，有几次把食物吃干净或打包带走？”现在已经很少有人理会这种“小问题”了。他们认为饥荒的时代已经过去。我们学校食堂里，几乎每天中午都有人在抱怨：“今天烧的什么烂饭菜！一点都不好吃，不把它倒掉是不可能的！”然后硬着头皮，皱着眉毛，极其不情愿地吃上几口，就倒掉了。他们哪里知道，他们倒掉的是农民辛勤的劳动，父母的辛苦钱？我们应该采取“光盘行动”，拒绝舌尖上的浪费。
“光盘行动”，所谓“光盘”，就是吃光盘子里的食物。出去吃饭时，如有剩菜，你完全有理由对服务员说：“服务员，打包！”毕竟，打包不是什么丢面子的事。其实，少点一些菜，不就不会浪费了吗？难道，在饭店吃饭就一定要是几大瓶酒、龙虾、螃蟹吗？一定要摆谱吗？
我曾看到一桌剩菜，吃饱喝足的人们里也不理。那都是龙虾、烤鸭、牛排吶！我想：我们应该采取“光盘行动”，尽量让桌子上的“豪华剰宴”少一点，再少一点，直到消失。
提倡节约，杜绝浪费，人人有责！让我们都参入到“光盘行动”中去吧！
以前过年的时候，我家的亲朋好友聚在一起吃饭，总是喜欢点一大桌子的菜，最后还剩下很多，我曾亲眼看到过一大块牛排被可怜地遗弃在餐桌上。可今年呢，大人们点菜时不再大手大脚，剩饭剩菜少多了。这是怎么回事啊？大家都说这是响应“光盘行动”嘛。
的确，我们*人在餐厅里浪费的食物相当于两亿人一年的口粮。这真是一个惊人的数字啊！这种浪费行为不能再继续下去了。对于“光盘行动”，我举双手赞成！
瞧，我们鲁迅小学的同学们也在积极参加“光盘行动”呢。有的同学胃口小，就挑小碗的饭；有的同学胃口大，就负责把饭桶里的剩饭”一扫光”；有的同学吃得快，嘴角沾满了饭粒，便小心翼翼地一颗颗捏下来吃掉；有的同学已经把菜吃光了，可还在很努力地扒着白饭……而我的同桌呢，则四处宣传：不要留一颗饭粒，不要留一丁点菜渣，吃光喝净，吃光喝净！最好笑的是有个男生，像小狗一样，上上下下把盘子舔得干干净净。
一顿饭吃完，大家都兴高采烈地炫耀自己的盘子，谁的最光、谁的最亮，谁就最节约！不过，光靠这么一次行动可不够噢。人们都说万事开头难，其实万事善终更难，良好的*惯贵在坚持。同学们，让我们向“舌尖上的浪费”坚决说“不”！
