一、七年作文事倍功半
在国家规定的九年义务教育阶段，学生大多从三年级开始写作文，到九年级中学毕业，前后贯穿七年时间。以记叙文的写作为例，小学三、四、五、六共四个学年，八个学期，按每学期写六篇记叙文计，要写48篇;中学三个学年，六个学期，按每学期写四篇记叙文计，要写24篇。
七年时间，每个学生至少要写72篇记叙文，每篇作文用时两节课，要用144节课时;每篇作文讲评两节，又是144节课时，合计要用288节课时。
可是，就我们学生的实际作文水*来看，到初中毕业为止，除极少数佼佼者外，多数学生作文水***，有不少初中毕业生从来就没有写成一篇真正像样的、有分量的记叙文来。
写其他题材的文章也大致如此。投入和产出，我认为很不成正比，得不偿失。有时严重挫伤学生学*的积极性和做人的自信心。
究其原因，除少数就是不肯学的学生外，从学生的角度讲，许多学生到初中毕业时为止，就没有写出过一篇真正出色的、有深刻写作体验的作文来
有的学生根本就说不清怎么叫一篇好文章，写到什么程度上才叫好。
从教师角度讲，面对一两个班、五十至一百左右的学生，*时工作量就不小，作文是一篇赶着一篇写，由于时间、精力的限制，再优秀、再勤奋的教师
也不可能对每个学生次次作文、篇篇文章都去精耕细作，能把最大多数的学生照顾到，已经就很不错了!
如果我们教师把自己从精耕细作中**出来，效果又当如何呢?
修改评讲作文是作文教学的最后一个环节。现在，仍然有不少的教师采用老一套批改作文的方法，依然是学生完成写作后就由老师单独完成
没有发挥以教师为主导、学生为主体、练*为主线的作用。这样很难拓展学生的思维空间，难以提高学生的写作能力。
二、初中作文应精讲多练
如果说小学生的作文只是以认识和尝试为目的话，那么，初中生的作文就应当以“成长”和“完善”为目标。
以记人的文章为例。一般学生是从小学四年级开始，像“我的爸爸(妈妈)、我尊敬的老师、我的同学(同桌、朋友)、记我最熟悉的.一个人”等等文章
反复写过多少遍，可不少学生始终就未写出个优质品，甚至也说不清怎么写、写到什么程度才是好文章。
有的学生甚至因为一次次的不成功而灰心丧气，厌写、烦写、怕写、甚至不写，连基本的自信心都丧失掉了，学生综合素质的提高怎么不受影响呢?
假如我们打破现有的思维模式、教学模式，换一种方式呢?
(1)从闭门造车到走*生活
生活，是作文的主要源泉。要想学生不断提高写作能力，不断有创新，就必须让学生走*生活实践，让学生在生活实践中广泛地接触自然、接触社会。学生在生活实践中通过耳闻目睹、肤感体验，才能获取丰富的写作素材，才能激发学生的写作兴趣。
“巧妇难为无米之炊”，学生假如长期闭门造车，不走*生活，不在生活的实践中获取素材，学生“囊”中之“米”就会匮乏，写作的源泉就会干涸。
(2)从细讲精练到精讲多练
仔细分析我们的作文教学，我们不难发现，我们用了大量的时间作了许多的无用功。具体表现在：一单位时间内效率低下，二训练的次数太少。
陈旧的作文教学模式是老师在作文课上唱独角戏。写作指导+例文+点评的一言堂，老师讲的是口干舌燥，学生听的是昏昏欲睡，在这种情况下
何谈作文能力的提高?我认为我们的作文教学老师在作文课上精讲，尽量少占用课堂时间，把时间留给学生。在这里老师只是起到引导和指导的作用。
从量变到质变，这是事物发展的一般规律，对于初中生来说，每两周一次作文的训练，很难提高学生的写作水*。我们的作文教学可以借助日记来补充训练量。
从学生方面来讲，在老师的精心指导下，一步一步地走向成功，文章会越写越好，自信心会越来越强。这样的话，肯定能写出好文章，也一定能出精品。学生的综合素质也肯定会随之而有所提高。
三、精讲多练的操作设想
精讲精练应本着学以致用、循序渐进、集思广益、大胆创新的原则进行。
1.学以致用
现教现学，现学现用。比如作文开头指导，常见的有“开门见山”法;“名言警句”法;“背景交代”法;“导语引导”法等，一次就讲一种开头方法，用成功的范例做样板，让学生去学*，去领悟，去尝试。教师讲的十分明确，学生学的非常具体，边学边用，学用结合，立竿见影。
2.循序渐进
由浅入深，步步推进。作文教学由一种开头方法到多种开头方法;由开头到结尾;由过渡到照应;由记人到记事;由叙述到议论
由描写到抒情;由记叙文到议论文、到各类文学体裁;从教师扶着走到学生独立行走……
处理好精与泛的关系。精讲多练为主，精写为辅。精讲多练并没有占去全部作文时间，其他的时间仍然可以精写。
今日的泛写是在为明日的精练打基础;精讲多练又可以带动精写水*的提高。长此以往，必定大见成效。
3.集思广益
百花齐放，百家争鸣。
一是本校内各位教师之间的探索和交流，各个学校教师之间的探索和交流。
二是学生之间的探索和交流。同样一种开头方法，同学们会写出不同的内容、不同的水*。谁优谁劣，可共同讨论，横向比较。还可以分成小组，集体创作，发挥团体的力量。
三是整篇文章写好后的比较。开头的优劣，最后只能放到文章中去比较，从文章内容的实际的表达效果中去评判。
四是纵向与名家名篇作比较，权衡利弊得失。取百家之长成一家之文。
4.大胆创新
教贵创新、学贵创新。这种探索和创新，决不是为赶教育创新的时髦，而是本着对学生、对社会负责态度的一种探讨。
在现存教学体制基础上，我们可不可以在某些方面打破现有格式、做些大胆尝试?比如将中小学作文教学连成一体
比如给学生提供相应的发表作品的园地或刊物;学生结成文学社团;年级与年级、学校与学校的沟通与交流
组织一定规模的赛诗会、演讲比赛、有奖征文、优秀作品选编、同题作文赛等。
这样的话，学生一定会学得十分活跃、十分有兴趣。由此而产生的综合运用语文知识的能力、做事的自信心、创新精神和成功欲等
将有力地提高学生的综合素质，甚至对学生一辈子为人处世都将产生极为重要的影响。
学会倾听是对于每个人都非常重要的。学会倾听，你可以得到很多很多。当别人在说话时，学会倾听是对别人的尊重。
而在别人说的这段话中，有可能会得到很多收获，人生哲理，经典的.语言，这些都可以帮助你写作文，让文章更加富于色彩。只有学会倾听，你才会懂得尊重他人;

First of all, equipments such as electronic monitors or waning alarms should be installed on campus to prevent potential crimes. Secondly, security patrols should be arranged.
