三、利用课余时间，补充课堂不足。
课堂上并不是所有的学生都能掌握好的。所以要充分利用课余时间，及时培养学生良好的学**惯。课前多预*，课堂上要求学生注意力集中，真正听懂老师所讲的内容。课后认真完成配套练*，不懂的.地方，多向老师或成绩好的学生请教。
四、与班主任密切配合，共同教育。
在五年级的英语教学中，我要感谢班主任给我的帮助。其实她本身的工作就已经不少了，而且身体又不好。但是在抓学生的英语学*上，她还是尽心尽力。有学生不听讲或作业不做等，她会帮我教育。有了李老师的配合，我教起来轻松了许多。

初见时，在我眼中，您只是一位普通的英语老师；可后来，不知不觉，我因为您而喜爱上了英语。

当我们的英语“亲妈”（乔老师）离开，您来到我们身边，为我们教授英语，却频频遭到同学们的排斥，排斥您所教授的英语，甚至转化为排斥——你。
也许您不知道，您不知道……
其实1405班的每个学生都知道，您是为了我们好，知道您所做的都是为了我们着想。但是，同学们往往一直抱着抵触的情绪来对待您。
同学们总是一直认为：您的教学方法没有乔老师的教学方法幽默。所以，您总是在课堂上增加许多的小故事，但同学们依然不为所动，觉得课堂上仍是干燥无味。
有时候，您讲的语法或是问题听不懂的时候，也没有人去问您，反而同学私下讨论的居多。虽然，乔老师说过我们不会的也可以问他，但是，有怎会有人去问一个已经逐渐陌生的人？
不问乔老师，因为觉得他不教我们了，已经逐渐生疏。不问您，因为觉得您不是那么熟悉，甚至一心以为是您顶替了乔老师的位置。
曾经，我的组员们告诉我：“乔老师不教我们了，抛弃我们了，对于英语的学*越来越没有劲，越来越没有了热情。”当时的我，竟然无言以对，因为，我也曾有这样的想法。
每次，见到乔老师不再说老师好，代替的只是默默走开，见到您，甚至更是想绕道走。虽然，我知道并不是您顶替了乔老师的位置，您也并不需要承受同学们的抵触，可是，终究理性还是被感性打败。
听说，那一次，同学们又把您气哭了，我好想去安慰一下您，但最终，我还是没有去，我不知道该怎么面对您。又听说，您把教案都放到乔老师办公桌上了，您准备不干了，虽然有些同学在暗自感叹，但大多数还都是没心没肺的开心，他们以为，您走了，乔老师就又回来了。
后来，同学们总是被乔老师三三两两叫去谈话，每每都有我被叫去，乔老师总是说让我们体谅一下您，还说他被调走也是工作的调动，总之就是让我们带动大家，不要再抱着抵触的情绪去学*英语。
后来，因为接*期末考试，您又继续带着我们学*英语，直至现在期末考试结束。
也许，现在大多数同学，还是不能够完全理解您，但是，只要有少数同学开始理解您，大多数同学们也都会开始理解您的。
虽然以前，我没有做什么和您对着干的事情，但是也没有完全站在您这边，所以，在这里我想和您说一声对不起！
