高三这一年，对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺，虽然辛苦，但收获颇丰。在此我谈谈对复*备考的一些想法和做法。阅读理解、完形填空、书面表达三个大题在高考试卷中分值比重大，也是多数学生的薄弱环节。因此，我把它们列为高三教学的重点和难点。
一、注重技巧，突破完形填空
针对完形填空题的特点，我注重培养学生的解题技巧：
1、快读全文，整体理解全文大意。
在不看选项的情况下，快速阅读整篇文章，了解全文大意。考生要认真、重点理解句子意思，了解文章背景，理清文章内容的线索。在快速阅读过程中，不要急于动笔选择答案，要一口气读到底，遇到不懂的地方先跳过去，继续往下读，以求纵观上下文，获得对文章内容的整体理解，从而确定判断选择的基本思路，切忌看一句选一题。
2、细读短文，选择答案，上下文联系，通篇考虑。
3、在做题时，如遇到一题确实答不出，可先跳过去往下做，很可能下文中就有了上题的暗示或者信息。
4、对于有些题，不要去钻牛角尖，用常规思维去思考，不要把问题想得太复杂。
当然，要突破完形填空这个难关，我要求学生必须坚持强化训练，日积月累，认真对待，熟能生巧。
二、大量阅读，突破阅读理解
大量阅读，广泛接触各种题材、体裁的文章，是提高阅读能力的前提和基础，是保证阅读能力向质的飞跃的关键。没有足够的阅读量，就无法掌握阅读技巧，提高阅读水*。
首先，在阅读时要首先注意内容的广泛性。
其次，在阅读中，要慎重选材。选材适合学生程度，能激发学生的兴趣和阅读积极性。有些老师只考虑到扩大词汇量和迅速提高解题能力，一味偏重选生词多的文章和出难题，其结果往往挫伤了学生的积极性，这对提高能力极其不利。
另外，在大量阅读的基础上不断地总结经验教训，逐步地使同学们养成达标的阅读速度和具备娴熟的阅读技巧。
在实践中，我着力于培养学生五个方面的能力：
1、快速的浏览能力；
2、巧妙的猜词能力；
3、独立的.分析能力；
4、准确的捕捉主题句的能力；
5、合乎逻辑的判断能力。
学生掌握了这些阅读技巧，就如虎添翼，具备了较好的自学能力。即使毕业以后，在学*和工作中他们也将会受益无穷。
三、提高水*，突破书面表达
书面表达中的基础写作是*似于翻译的“写五句话”，要求学生从表达信息的角度组织文字，而且将信息嵌入英语特定的框架（即句型结构）中。它的完成有赖于坚实的语言基础知识和正确的语言表达*惯。有的学生不敢动手，有畏难情绪，表达不准确，辞不达意，文章条理不清，不*惯用英语思维。为了改变这种现象，我们在高三复*时注意了这么几个方面：
无论哪种文体的写作，都离不开基本的、常用的词、词组和句型。换句话说，有了基本的词、词组和句型，一般的交际内容就能表达了。英语教学大纲规定，学生到高三阶段时要求能掌握三千左右的常用词，掌握住这些常用词、词组和句型，基础写作就有了基本保证，也达到了大纲的要求。

2、注重学生学科能力的培养。学科能力是运用学科知识解决问题的本领，学科知识是学科能力形成、发展的前提，而网络化的知识是形成学科能力的坚实基础，因此在教学中，我注重引导学生掌握知识的内在联系。在复*过程中指导学生把主要精力放在知识之间内在的逻辑性、系统性的理解和把握上。并通过典型题的讲解，使学生举一反三，触类旁通，从而提高了教学实效，学生在各方面得到良好发展，能力得到提高。
3、在注重教法改革的同时，也十分注意对学生的辅导，我采取抓两头促中间，分层辅导的办法，因此，每年任教的班级的学生优秀率、及格率都较高。
三、教研工作方面
现代教育要求教师从简单的教书匠角色转变为高层次的导师，要适应现代教育的发展，必须与时俱进，提高自己的知识水*和业务素质。任现职以来，我不断加强学*，积极进取，取得显著的效果。
本人积极参加教育局教研室组织的教研活动，比如参加肇庆市中高中英语教师教学技能大赛、优质课评比、新课标培训班等，以提高自己的教学理论水*。
本人结合教学实践，探索适合自己实际的教学方法，总结出有自己特色的教学模式，就是“少讲、多练”，经过不断实践，效果显著。在实践的基础上，把自己的做法和经验上升为理性认识，积极撰写教学论文，20xx年的《浅谈英语*语的汉译》获高要市三等奖。
四、教育工作方面
任现职以来，班主任工作能遵循教育规律，面向全体学生，关爱学生，教书育人。在培育学生健全人格、培养学生能力、培优转差等方面成效显著。
1、帮助学生树立正确的人生观，培育健全的人格，使学生学会做人。为此坚持常规教育与专题教育相结合，建立完善的班级管理体制，构建完善的教育网络，加强与科任老师、学校政教处和家长的联系。由于加强了各方面的联系，提高了教育的针对性，能够防患于未然，提高了育人的实效。
2、培养学生的能力，使学生学会做事。在班主任工作中，注重学生自律能力、创新能力、实践能力的培养。在班级管理中，通过民主选班干，民主选先进培养学生的民主意识，选出的班干部不实行“终身制”，实行轮值制度，每半学期轮换一次，使每一位学生在两个学期内都能有机会当一次班干部。由于有意识地让学生参与到管理中来，学生在自我管理中接受教育，也培养了各方面的能力，参加校运会、文艺晚会等活动都是由学生自己组织完成。也培养了一批优秀的学生干部，如20xx年高一(3)班的陈婷同学被评为肇庆市“优秀学生干部”。
3、关心学生，注重培养尖子，使其成为学生的榜样，促进班风学风的好转。还注重行为有偏差和学有困难的学生的转化。深入学生中了解学生，用爱心去感化学生，激励学生，对待行为有偏差的学生做到晓之以理，动之以情。例如20xx年高二(5)班的黄润同学，家庭背景较为复杂，父亲病逝，母亲改嫁，姐弟两人靠伯父抚养，不幸的家庭并没有激发他的上进心，上课迟到、旷课是常事，经常旷课到游戏机室玩，学*成绩差。接手当他的班主任后，经过深入了解分析，他是由于自卑而不思进取。虽然学*成绩差，但体育成绩好，比较好动，决定让其当体育委员，组建班的篮球队。并经常对其进行理想前途教育，经过一年的努力，转变明显，高二期末考试时名列全级前50名。调入大湾镇高级中学任教后，本人继续担任班主任工作，做好学有困难学生的转化。20xx年高二(4)班的区灿荣同学，人较聪明，但个性好动，经常上学迟到，上课讲话扰乱纪律，接受帮扶任务后，我因势利导，每一周向其提一个经过努力可以达到的目标，使其重拾自信，渐渐地坏*惯改变了，成绩也提高了，期末考试名列全级前30名。
由于本人参加工作的时间还较短，经验未够丰富，今后我将继续努力学*和工作，加强教育理论学*和研究，积极进取，以更高更严格的标准要求自己，以取得更大的成绩，为教育事业再立新功。
本学期我从事高三理科7、8班的数学教学工作，在上级的教育思想及学校的教学理念指导下，认真工作、积极探索、收获甚多。现将本学期的教学工作述职如下：
一、踏实工作，落实好教学常规
每天上课前我都坚持认真备课、备学生，作为高三的第一学期，也是打基础最关键的一学期，积极参加集体听课活动，特别是教体局组织的青年教师说课大赛，还额外听了张旭东老师的政治课，从不同的学科入手打开了自己的思维，开拓了视野，虚心向有经验的老师学*，认真钻研教材，分析*几年的高考试卷。
二、抓好学生练*，优化课堂教学
因为所带班级学生基础比较薄弱，所以每节课我都注意学生基础知识的.训练，注重学生动手能力及学数学的兴趣培养。
首先，练*题要精选，题量要适度，注意题目的典型性和层次性，以适应不同层次的学生，要求学生对自己不会做的练*、做错的练*，在讲解中要用红笔记录解题过程，做好学生的错题统计对于错的较多的题目，找出错的原因。
其次，练*的讲评是高三数学教学的一个重要的环节，为了限度地发挥课堂教学的效益，课堂的讲评要科学化，注重教学的效果，不该讲的就不讲，该点拨的点到为止，该讲的内容一定要讲透。对于典型问题，要给学生足够的时间去自己做，充分暴露学生的思维过程，加强教学的针对性。多做练*，有效提高了学生的应试能力。
三、加强应试指导，培养非智力因素
充分利用每一次练*，测试的机会，培养学生的应试技巧，提高学生的得分能力，如对选择题、填空题，要注意寻求合理、简洁的解题途经，要力争“保准求快”，对解答题要规范做答，努力做到“会而对，对而全”，减少无谓失分，指导学生经常总结临场时的审题答题顺序、技巧，答题的具体方法，逐步提高自己的应试能力，帮助学生树立信心，纠正不良的答题*惯，优化答题策略，强化一些注意事项。
四、努力方向
作为一名第二轮带高三的教师，高三复*备考经验还很不足，以后还应该多向有经验的老师学*，多向书本学*，结合自己教学实践有创新的教学，不断提高自己的教育教学水*。
我叫xx，目前是xx中学高三英语教师，
我出生于xx年x月，xx年x月以优异的成绩毕业于xx大学外语系英语教育专业，同年x月被分配到xx省一级学校————x中任教高中英语，并于xx年12月获得英语中学二级教师职称，至今已三年。自从担任英语中学二级教师以来一直是满工作量，甚至是超工作量。如20xx~20xx学年度，我担任高二（7）、（8）两个班的英语教学，每周12课时；20xx~20xx学年度，我服从学校的安排，担任高二（7）、（8）、（9）三个班的英语教学，每周多达18时；20xx~20xx学年度，我担任高三（1）、（2）两个班的英语教学，每周12课时。
我在自己的工作岗位上，积极贯彻党的教育方针，以高度负责的态度对待本职工作，与身边的同事团结协作，关心爱护每一个学生，并时时处处为人师表。我还积极参加各种教研活动及高考备考活动，勇于承担每学期一次的公开课，不断加强自我学*以提高自己的教学教育水*。通过努力，无论是英语科的教学工作，还是班主任工作，我都取得了比较好的成绩，深得学校领导的高度信任、同事的赞扬以及学生的欢迎。下面我就这几年的工作进行具体总结：
一、英语科教学方面
在英语教学上，我能认真学*教学大纲，努力分析教材，并结合学生的实际情况备好每一节课，每节课的课前三分钟，我让学生轮流上讲台用英语做值日报告，给他们一个充分展示才华的小舞台，这样既锻炼了他们的胆量，同时也提高了他们的学*积极性。课堂上，我努力创造条件使学生真正成为学*的主人，让他们通过学*课文而提出疑问，然后通过小组讨论的形式得出答案，我则给他们一些必要的提示及引导。通过鼓励、赞扬等形式激发学生的英语学*兴趣，双向教学法和任务型教学法则保证了每一位学生都能参与到课堂教学活动中来。
为了扩大自己的知识面，了解最新的英语教育教学动态，我每年都订阅《21世纪报》、《英语辅导报》、《英语周报》等报刊，经常到学校图书馆阅览室阅读《中学生英语》、《英语学*》、《英语沙龙》、《英语世界》等杂志。为了提高英语教学水*，我虚心向有经验的英语高级教师梁树生、李宽请教。在他们的耐心指导下，我的业务水*有了突飞猛进的提高。
一分辛劳，一分收获。我洒下的汗水终于赢得了令人欣慰的成绩：20xx~20xx学年度，高二（7）、（8）班在全市统考中英语合格率为80。21%，优秀率为30。11%，全年级12个班中排名第二，全市排名第四；20xx~20xx学年度，高二（7）、（8）、（9）班在全市统考中英语合格率为82。08%，优秀率为41。3%，*均分、合格率均排全市第一；高三（1）、（2）班在20xx年高考中则创造了辉煌，英语合格率达84。1%，优秀率达68。1%，高三（2）班的'英语*均分、及格率更是排名年级第一，陈红燕同学则考出了810分的英语单科成绩。
二、班主任工作方面
任现职以来，我于20xx~20xx学年度担任高二（7）班的班主任，20xx~20xx学年度担任高三（2）班的班主任。在担任班主任工作期间，我十分重视德育工作，经常与学生谈心以了解他们的学*、生活、情绪等情况，并通过电访、家访等形式与学生家长配合，共同关心学生的成长。我充分利用班会课对学生进行爱国主义教育、前途理想教育，与学校、派出所配合对学生进行安全教育、法制教育等，同时发挥班团干的先锋带头作用，因此所教的班级均能形成良好的班风、学风，并多次获得校“文明班”称号，而且涌现出一批学*尖子，培养了穆小路、梁焕翔、苏红茵等获得全国中学生英语能力竞赛二、三等奖的好学生。
我从不放弃任何一个学生，相反，我时时刻刻想方设法帮助那些学*上、生活上有困难的学生。如有一次我发现一位姓黎的女生脸色很差，我几次劝她去看医生，但她都拒绝了。经过了解我得知她来自单亲家庭，生活很困难，*时舍不得乱花一分钱，即使生病了也硬撑过去，而且现在还没交学杂费。我说服了她去医院看病，原来她发烧了，如果不及时治疗可能会引发其它病症。我帮她支付了医药费。
回到学校后，我组织全班同学为她捐资，我自己则当场捐了两百元。在同学们的帮助下，小黎度过了难关，并以优异的成绩回报了我们。对于差生，我更多的是给他们以信任、鼓励，从不放弃也不鄙视他们，而且经常开导他们，为他们的学*进行精心指导。如通过组织“一帮一、结对子”学*活动，以及和其他科任教师齐抓共管，我成功转化了李锦汉、董守义等双差生，择校生黄玉燕取得了很大进步。班级成绩在全市统考中名列前茅，高中毕业会考合格率为95.2%，优秀率为40.12%。另外，我时刻用心关爱每一个学生，并真诚地和学生交朋友。因此，许多学生一有心事都乐意向我倾诉，我则给他们献计献策，我的受欢迎率均在95%以上。
三、教研及论文方面
任现职以来，我积极参加每周举行的英语科组活动，认真听课、评课，积极参加集体备课、高考备考研讨活动以及各种继续教育培训活动，勇于承担每学期一次的公开课，并得到同科组教师的一致好评。如20xx年3月12日面向全校的公开课《Satellites》采用多媒体教学，既形象又生动，极大地激发了学生的学*兴趣；20xx年4月14日面向全校的公开课《情态动词的用法》也是采用多媒体教学，对情态动词的用法进行了非常系统的归纳，而且有讲有练，学生能很好地掌握这一语法点。
为了教材改革的要求，对学生更好地实施素质教育，我一直致力于课堂教学改革。20xx~20xx学年度，我负责高二年级的英语竞赛辅导工作并取得了较好的成绩，如前面所述，穆小路、梁焕翔获得20xx年全国中学生英语能力竞赛高二年级组二等奖，苏红茵获三等奖。工作之余，我还坚持每学期认真独立完成一篇教育教学论文，并在全校进行公开交流，得到了学校领导及同事的肯定，如20xx年9月撰写的《英语课堂创新教学的尝试与思考》获得学校20xx年度论文评比一等奖，并发表于同年10月校刊；20xx年9月撰写的《浅谈高中英语教学中的学法指导》获得校20xx年度论文评比二等奖，且被收入《新兴一中20xx年论文征集》。
总之，任现职以来，在学校领导和同事的关心帮助以及自身的辛勤努力下，我得到了同事的好评、学校的认可和重用。因此，在20xx~20xx学年度的年度考核中，我被评为“称职”，20xx~20xx学年度被评为“优秀”，20xx~20xx学年度也被评为“优秀”。虽然取得了一定的成绩，但是我深知自己的经验和能力还是相当有限的。我将在今后的工作中再接再厉，继续在教师岗位上努力奋斗，学*更多更好的教学方法，进一步提高自己的业务水*，争取做一名优秀的人民教师。

在教学工作中，我虚心向有经验的老师学*，深入钻研教材，关注全国英语科教改的动态，大胆进行教改实验，因而教学水*不断提高，形成了自己“善于把握教学重点、难点，注意调动学生学*兴趣和积极性，大胆进行教改，坚持教书与育人相结合，注重教学实效”的教学风格，所教班级的成绩年年在年级名列前茅，受到了学校领导以及同事的赞赏。
一、让创新成为教学、教研的.活力与动力xxxx年至xxxx年正是中学英语科由旧教材向新教材转轨、英语教学由应试教育向素质教育转化的重大改革时期，它一方面给我的教学工作带来了前所未有的挑战，另一方面也正好给我的教学改革带来了机遇。我开展了“兴趣英语教学”。首先激发学生学*的情感，充分发挥教师感染力，上课精神抖擞，热情洋溢，使学生与教师产生心理兼容，并构建民主和谐的课堂气氛，教法灵活多变，边讲边议，议练结合，形成轻松愉快、生动活泼的课堂气氛。后来，我开展了每天安排学生上讲台进行“课前三分钟英语口语”的活动，活动的形式有一人演讲、两人对话、小品、短剧和幽默笑话等。活动的开展，收到了预想不到的效果，学生的热情高涨，课堂常常爆发出热烈的掌声。在活动的开展过程中，学生用英语的表达能力有了明显的提高，学*英语的积极性更是有了明显的提高。并在学校教学教研活动上进行经验总结，这一活动得到了各教师的认同与充分肯定。96年在中山小榄中学上的.公开课以其直观、形象、生动、注重培养学生思维、运用语言能力等优点受到了市教研员和听课老师的一致好评。98年调入南海一中后，我以更高的热情全身心地投入教学工作，明确对自己提出“老师英语素质的提高是学生英语素质提高的前提”，把新教材内容及要求与高考大纲相结合，提出了“英语教学既要扣住课本，又要跳出课本；既要抓紧课堂，又要跳出课堂”的教学模式，为此，我主要是从以下几个方面入手：
一、加强基本功训练，每学期承担一次校级或科组公开课，虚心听取他人意见和建议，不断改进和提高教学水*。
二、向备课、教研要质量，多年来我形成了一种备课前分析教材、分析学生、分析方法的研究意识，努力做到在备课中知识结构由浅入深、选材内容贴*社会生活、预期目标学以致用。
三、积极参加科组和全市英语科组织的教研活动，定期听本科组老师的公开课以及市英语教研室组织的公开课，不放过任何一个学*机会，注意以他人之长补自己之短；同科组同事共同编写了《英语早读文选》和《高中英语词汇选编》等书籍；同备课组成员协同合作查找和筛选网上资源，共同备课，做到了资源共享，智慧共享。
四、成立英语活动小组，进行与英语学科相关的课外活动：开办口语班、英语角、朗读和演讲比赛、写成语和猜谜、唱英语歌、演话剧、背单词、英语征文、参加学校一年一届的英语节，开展这些多种多样的课外活动大大地提高了学生学*英语的兴趣，也提高了学生对英语学*的认识。在*几年的高考中我校英语科的*均成绩一直遥遥领先于其它科。用学校领导的话来说：这与英语科老师*时积极和扎实开展各种英语活动是分不开的。
五、拓宽学生知识面，为了适应高考要求，开阔学生的知识视野，积极倡导学生利用图书馆的藏书、“阅读课”、“上网阅读课”等时间，自己搜索或利用老师提供的网站进行浏览阅读，丰富自己的英语知识。特别在高考报考英语专业的同学中，倡导开展“每月读两本英语课外书”的活动。
六、研究高考，每次带高三我都要认真学*《考试说明》，把握高考动态，进一步明确考试的知识范围和能力要求，参与备课组集体研究《考试说明》中的题型示例及其变化，调整复*思路，把握变化实质，充分发挥《考试说明》的信息作用。注重在英语高考复*中专题复*后必要的综合能力测试，引导学生总结归纳。突出一个“精”字，尽可能精编一些与生活实际、社会实践、可持续发展等相联系的写作题目。努力探索不同学科之间相互渗透、交叉、整合途径，培养学生的知识迁移能力和综合运用不同学科知识从不同层面、不同角度分析解决问题的能力。
本人Anna于C年毕业于D，毕业后一直在E任英语教学，20xx年来任班主任累计8年，任初三英语教学累计9年。20xx年干部年度考核被评为优秀;03-20xx年被评为“县优秀班主任”;04-20xx年度专业技术人员职称考核为优秀等次;20xx年评英语中学一级教师。

在英语教学中，本人严谨治学，勇于实践，深入钻研英语大纲和教材，制定合理的教学目标,把各种教学方法有机的结合起来,充分发挥教师的主导作用,以学生为主体,提高教学技巧,讲究教学技术,教学语言生动,严格把好语音关，注重学生实际交际能力。注重挖掘教材的趣味材料，采用愉快教学、开设英语沙龙，努力激发学生的学*兴趣。注重学法的指导，使学生不仅“学会”而且“会学”。在教学中不断总结经验，撰写教学论文，把论文的学*方法介绍给学生。本人论文有获镇奖的《英语口语探微》、获12届年会交流二等奖的《浅谈英语教学中如何激发学生学*兴趣》、有获县二等奖的《浅谈英语教学的口语培养》等。本人所教学生思想好，成绩提高快。20xx年，在全国中学生英语能力竞赛中，二(4)班学生吴俣获特等奖，二(3)班吴漫涛获一等奖，二(4)班洪晓群、吴燕玉获二等奖，吴炜峰获三等奖;02-20xx年学年度在县英语竞赛中吴燕玉、吴东升、吴雪芬等5人获一等奖;03-04学年度吴柏仪在校英语竞赛中夺魁，获一等奖的还有吴洁丽、杨刚等6人。本人在9年的初三英语教学中培养了一批又一批考上县级以上重点中学的学生，还有很多英语基础较差的学生都有了很大的进步。比如08-20xx年，初三(6)班的男尖子生学期初都有共同特点，英语科差，王斌，枫填和鹏游英语成绩都不及格;思远70多分。通过一学年的师生共同努力，王斌、思远中考的英语成绩都能够上100分层;枫填、鹏游上90分层;还有几个女生成绩也有了很大的进步，如丽珊、杰婷、少容等人。学生吴媚中考英语成绩离满分只有一分之差119分，令人鼓舞骄傲!20xx年-20xx年，学生吴桂纯英语成绩在学校测试中总是名列前茅，全镇抽考时获镇第一名;吴耿东，绍锦学期初也是英语成绩不及格，通过坐谈，鼓励，帮助其查漏补缺，中考成绩最终都上了100分层，并考上揭东一中。
一个学期又将结束。在刚刚过去的学期中，我按照学校的安排，担任高一年11、12班的英语教学工作。在本学期中，我能够兢兢业业地做好自己的本职工作，紧密的将提高教学水*与思想理论水*结合起来，努力完善自己的同时尽量为学生能力的提高提供契机，为学校的持续发展尽一分微薄的力量。
在教育思想方面，本人热爱本职工作，认真学*新的教育理论，坚决执行学校的各项规章制度。认真学*新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念。积极参加课改培训，学*了大量的理论知识。新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书，我们必须吸收并引进先进的教育观念，才能适应当今社会教育的发展。所以我不但注意从书本中汲取文化知识，更注重积极参加集体的理论学*，力争在新的形势下做一名光荣而合格的人民教师。
在教学方面，我深知，要提高教学质量，关键是上好课，保证课堂45分钟的效率。为了上好每一堂课，我做了下面的工作：
1、课前准备：备好课，由于本学期从初中教学楼搬到高中教学楼，拥有相应的多媒体设备，得以运用多媒体辅助教学，新教材又大量的要求使用多媒体设备进行直观教学，为了增大课堂教学的容量，增强课堂教学的直观性和生动性，我在备课时尽量的多的采用课件教学，让学生尽可能的多接受丰富多彩的多媒体教学，学生的反映效果比较好。
2、认真钻研教材，领会《新课程标准》，弄清楚教材的基本思想、基本概念，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能自如运用英语组织教学，知道应该利用哪些课外资料，认真开展以学生为主体的任务型教学模式。
3、了解学生原有的知识基础，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯以及在学*新知识的过程可能会遇到哪些困难，采取何种相应的预防措施。在备课组的统一安排下进行有组织的培优补差工作。
4、考虑教法和学法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，填*与学生之间信息沟的有效手段，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的双边活动。组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学语言的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，尽量减轻学生的负担。
