Many people have realized the importance of regular physical exercises. Physical exercises increase the blood circulation. It can strengthen our muscles and make our bodies strong. Physical exercises may prevent us from getting too fat and keep us healthy. Anyone who does not have a good health, can do nothing for his country.
Sports can promote international communication and understanding. It is believed that international sports may create goodwill between nations. If countries play together they will learn to live together. Understanding comes from contact. International sports give different nations a chance to get to know each other.
