心理学上有一种"瓦伦达心态"，瓦伦达是美国一个著名的高空走钢丝表演者，在一次重大的表演中，不幸失足身亡。他的妻子事后说，我知道这次一定要出事，因为他上场前总是不停地说，这次太重要了，不能失败，绝不能失败；而以前每次成功的表演，他只想着走钢丝这件事本身，而不去管这件事可能带来的一切。
后来，人们就把专心致志做事本身而不去管这件事的意义，不患得患失的心态，叫做"瓦伦达心态"。
美国斯坦福大学的一项研究也表明，人大脑里的某一图像会像实际情况那样刺激人的神经系统。比如当一个高尔夫球手击球前一再告诉自己"不要把球打进水里"时，他的的大脑里往往就会出现"球掉进水里"的情景，而结果往往事与愿违，这时间球大多都会掉进水里。
这项研究从另一方面证实了瓦伦达心态。
神秘之结
传说公元前233年冬天，马其顿亚历山大大帝进兵亚西亚。当他到达亚西亚的弗尼吉亚城，听说城里有个著名的预言：
几百年前，弗尼吉亚的戈迪亚斯王在其牛车上系了一个复杂的绳结，并宣告谁能解开它，谁就会成为亚细亚王。自此以后，每年都有很多人来看戈迪亚斯打的结。各国的武士和王子都来试解这个结，可总是连绳头都找不到，他们甚至不知从何处入手。

只见裁判“B——”的一声，比赛开始，双方的人马你不让我，我不让你，都使劲用力气往己方拉，只见红绳子一下子往左边，一下子往右边，很不稳定，在这样下去，我们的力量会耗光，于是，趁他们力气没那么大之际，马上用力往里拉，他们怎么也没想到我们会这么来得突然，于是，节节败退，溃不成军，红绳子在向我们班招手。最后，传出一片声音：“我们赢了!”
首战告捷，我们班以1:0的比分暂时胜三班。虽然三班在第一节比赛中输了给我们，但是他们并没有灰心丧气，而是总结上次失败的经验，想在第二节挽回败局。我们也准备在第二节比赛中击败三班，稳定胜局。
两班的勇士手牢牢的抓着，比赛开始!三班的手紧紧地握着，并且把身体沉下来向后倒，脚也很扎实。我们班的勇士怎么攻也攻不下，反而在第一节上用力太大，这一节的比赛中没那么大力气，所以他们就组织力量反攻，然而就轻而易举的拿下这一局。
三班把比分追成1:1，形势越来越严峻。
第三节比赛是最激动人心的时刻了，双方将做最后的准备，最后的冲刺，进行最后的较量。比赛开始，我们班拼了命的往后拉，敌班也不甘示弱，组织力量反攻，于是我们班的拉拉队员拼命地喊：“加油!加油!加油……”这给我们很大的动力，我们死抓着绳子不放，全部人都咬着牙，用尽身体里的力气，和三班一决高下，我们手握紧着绳子，脚顶脚身体往后倾斜，无论三班怎样拉，就是拉不动，并且红绳子慢慢的向我们靠拢，形势大所改变，但三班还在顽强的抵抗着，他们也是一样不放弃，但是我们并没有被困难所纠缠，而是团结一致，勇往直前。最后绳子离我们班的界限越来越*，5厘米……4厘米……3厘米……2厘米……半厘米……我们胜利了!胜利了!最后我们以2:1战胜三班，获得冠军。
人心齐，泰山移。这就是团结的力量!

“慷慨赴国难，誓死表忠心”，以自己的生命为代价来表忠心，其爱国之志，苍天可鉴！

"匈奴未灭，何以家为？"
西汉时，匈奴贵族常出兵袭扰边疆地区，边疆人民生活不得安宁。公元前123年，年仅18岁的将军霍去病率800精骑，直冲敌营，杀得匈奴人仰马翻。公元胶121年，他又两次率军西征，阵斩敌酋数名。公元前119年，他又率兵北征，长驱敌区20xx里，对匈奴进行了大清剿。霍去病在抗击匈奴、保家卫国的边疆战场上，马不卸鞍、衣不解甲地度过了戎马一生。汉武帝为表彰他的功绩，曾亲自下令为他建造一座豪华府第，但是直到建造完工，霍去病连看也没去看一眼，气概豪迈地说道："匈奴未灭，何以家为！"公元前117年，霍去病病逝，年仅24岁。为纪念他对国家和人民的贡献，汉武帝在他墓前树起一尊"马踏匈奴"的石刻，象片他为国建勋的精神。
1、金钱价值在于使用

3、大错误与小错误
日本松下公司的创始人松下幸之助以经营技巧高超，管理方法先进，被誉为“经营之神。”
后滕清一原是三洋电机公司的副董事长，后来投奔松下公司，在担任厂长时，工厂失火烧掉了。后滕清一心中十分惶恐;以为不被革职也要降级。不料松下接到后，只对他说了四个字：
“好好干吧!”
松下这样做，并不是姑息部下的过错。以往，即使只是打电话的方式不当，后滕也会受到松下严厉的斥责。这种作风可以说是松下管人的秘决。由于这次火灾发生后没有受到惩罚，后滕自然会心怀愧疚，对松下也会更加忠心效命，并以加倍的工作来回报。
松下的这种做法，巧妙地抓住了人类的心理。在犯小错误时，本人多半并不在意，因此需要严加斥责，以引起他的注意;相反犯下大错误时，傻子也知道自省，因此就不必要再去给予严厉的批评了。
4、大火烧出的奇迹
1933年，正当经济危机在美国蔓延的时候，哈理逊纺织公司因一场大火化为灰烬。3000名员工悲观地回到家里，等待着董事长宣布公司破产和失业风暴的来临。在无望而又漫长的等待中，他们终于接到了董事会的一封信：向全公司员工继续支薪1个月。

Word came that a reading festival would be held by our school and there is a need for a picture for advertisement and I am writing to give my opinion. From my perspective , I am in favor of the picture in the top right corner.
As is vividly depicted in that picture, around the table sit three kids with a couple of books in their hands, having a heated discussion about the contents and sharing their thoughts for the themes, which shows their dedication and passion for reading.
Basically, several reasons are listed for my preference. First, nothing is more attractive than a proper and realistic picture. This picture serves as an epitome of our daily reading scene in the school and it is apt to let students recall the joy and harvest while reading.
Second, this picture stands for the fun of sharing and exchanging ideas. With regard to reading, there is a saying that there are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes. After reading, bits and pieces of thoughts will appear in our mind, so it is beneficial to have a better understanding after comparing notes about what we have read.
From what is mentioned above, I, undoubtedly, approve of the picture in the top right corner. Thus, I would appreciate it if you could take my proposal into consideration and I wish this festival a complete success.

驻足于此，尽情享受这般灵魂涤荡，心灵之旅。随着脚步的轻移，渐入佳境。铺满鹅卵石的小径旁，是朵朵小花争夺路人的目光。风吹落，每一片花瓣都是一则脍炙人口的诗作。俯身下去，轻拾一片捧在掌心，贴在耳畔，我仿佛听到了徐志摩在声情并茂地朗诵着：“轻轻地我走了，正如我轻轻地来。”是的，每一朵花都拥有自己开放的理由。余老先生不正是把浓浓的乡愁写入诗中幻为乡愁之花，永不凋谢，惹人怜爱。轻轻放下花瓣，往前走，一处村庄。走*了，我见到莫言足学者正全神贯注地创作精神食粮。不为外物利诱所困扰，留下的实打实的是朴素的真诚。在灵魂的彼岸，只有文字之间碰撞的火花，用最*凡的心灵铸就了最美的灵魂。

帝见局中白子似通未通，似死非死，甚怪。思忖良久，落子于“去”位七九路。僧赞曰：“**不争小而争大，不落‘上’位落‘去’位，智也!”遂以黑子应之。帝落子于‘去’位八八路，笑曰：“朕君临天下，岂为锱铢必较之人?”僧应黑子，曰：“请恕老僧之韪，**可谓之‘智’者，而不可谓之‘慧’也。”帝曰：“何也?”对曰：“佛祖之修证法门为‘戒、定、慧’，《楞严经》云：‘摄心为戒，因戒而定，因定发慧。’**之棋，张扬有余而收敛不足，此无‘戒’也。既无‘戒’，何来‘定’，何来‘慧’?”帝不语，颇不以为然，落子‘去’位七六路。如此十余回合，‘去’位白子尽死矣。僧曰：“《法句经》云：‘胜者生怨，负者自鄙，去胜负心，无诤自安。’**以为如何?”帝曰：“喏。”
帝低首苦思，反击‘*’位**路。僧赞曰：“不入旁门，直攻要害，妙!”遂应黑子，以攻势化攻势。良久，帝不落子，僧问曰：“**何故踌躇?”帝曰：“若攻，则**路白子必死;若保，则失先手。是故踌躇。”僧曰：“何不弃此子?”对曰：“此子乃进攻关键，弃之，则攻势不存。”思忖再三，落子七四路，保子。然帝先手已失，止十余回合，‘*’位白亦尽死矣。僧曰：“经中有云：‘或有来求手足耳鼻，头目肉血，骨髓身分，菩萨摩诃萨见来求者，悉能一切欢喜施与。’此大善也!白子只求自保，此无‘善’。无‘善’，焉能胜?”
帝弃子认输。僧曰：“**非破此局之人。”帝问：“然则何人可破此局?”僧不答，反问曰：“‘生、老、病、死、爱别离、怨憎会、求不得、五阴盛’，为人生八苦。**以为，何为最苦?”帝曰：“求不得。”僧笑曰：“八苦之源，皆为人也。人有欲，则有苦;人无欲，则无功。世人求有功亦求无苦，均不得，诚不知其无‘空’也。所谓‘空’者，心中之空，人中之空，世中之空，无张无敛是为空，无胜无负亦是为空。留空于心，则明得失;留空于人，则无胜败;留空于世，则无苦有功皆可并存也。破此局之道，盖留‘空’耳!”
帝默然，有所悟。遂回宫，下旨拨款修寺。然峰巅已空，止余白雪。人寻寺，皆不得。
语文素养之养成，非一日之功，非一人之力。——题记
随着国学热的兴起，被遗忘多年的汉文化开始复兴，语文素养也渐渐进入公众视野，重新引起人们注意。

我的青春自有我的范儿，自信满满的范儿，骄傲勇敢的范儿，大胆真诚的范儿，没有人能够瞧不起你，如果你有不*凡的青春。因为你不仅理解青春的奋斗，也可以在奋斗中完成青春的使命。我的青春自有我的范儿。
当风雨淋湿梦想的翅膀，当彩虹不再映照你的脸庞，你是否也开始怀念童年无忧无虑的时光？是否也开始迷恋“不想长大”的歌声构筑的殿堂？是否也开始怀疑自己的理想而逃避成长？我会失望，但不会绝望，因为我相信每一颗种子的成熟都需要以花朵的凋零为代价，所以，我希望成长。
我希望成长，因为我相信阴云总要散。
总会在迷茫的时候走到门外，傻傻的盯着那一片天空。想起它时而晴空万里，时而阴云密布，时而艳阳高照，时而风雨交加。我希望把自己的命运交给自然，我的生活就好似头顶的天空，不管它晴也好，雨也罢，它总归要*静下来的。毕竟晴天会比雨天多。我始终相信地球是运动的，人不可能永远都处于困境中。当遇到挫折时，我就会想，生活如天空，而其实天很蓝，阴云总要散。
我希望成长，因为我有不灭的信仰。
那火热的六月伸出的渴望，是我梦寐以求的**；那深深沃土里，挣扎着十几载寒窗，是孤独中凝聚的力量；那风雨中的挺立，支撑着希望，是精钢锻造的脊梁；那熟透的金黄，浸润着芬芳，挥洒过血与泪的酝酿。不经一番寒彻骨，哪得梅花扑鼻香，这风吹雨打之后，必是破茧成蝶的辉煌。我希望成长，因为我始终有不灭的信仰。

我不是项羽，没有力拔山兮盖世的豪迈，可我愿做刘邦，面对强敌，愿为梦想一试，虽败犹荣；我不是忽必烈，没有一支无敌铁骑，我愿做文天祥，只身抗元，奋力一战，虽死犹生；我不是曹操，拥有百万劲旅，酾酒临江，雄心壮志，我原为关羽，纵败走麦城，刮骨疗毒仍从容淡定。我希望成长，因为我喜欢拼搏的力量，不言败便无败，即使败了，从头再来又何妨！

面对挫折，我总爱仰起头不听命运的话。

高三时忽，只是转瞬，乃高考夕。
迷中恐与离愁，若要把我压垮。每同学之情不同。或日嘻嘻，而在无人之夜使泪伴眠；人有终日终日者以愁挂面，暗中却睡得甚恬……若予者，没心没肺，当须记也在戏，总有一刻，一莫名之难言之恐情会悄然上心头。
与余言，高考实寒子弟变生迹者兮，虽是多生且不*。刘同有言：万物有隙，则光入处。是也，万物有隙，若完，光所驱人心之暗？
一场备了十二年之试将至，此一场战，亦一时也。十二年中有汗、涕，亦随花与掌声。但，初起时，我不知我受此填鸭式教何，但尽之于小儿中守吾之高。是也，力，我不死。当有比我更高明者见时，吾劝之一，或是二次，而吾不固。人之言曰：成之道不挤，以固者不多。寡人欲，我是也，在一之败与自非后，自去追赶之间。
为我之天始见裂痕，吾以为吾之举世皆欲坏矣，其实不然，帝但欲与我一点光，照我道路。
