　　本学期我继续担任八年纪一班和二班的英语教学。这两个班的大多数学生能基本掌握所学知识，通过前面一年半的英语学*，大多数学生已能听懂并运用所学英语去进行英语交流。这两个班的大多数学生对英语有较高的兴趣，能积极学*并参与课堂活动，英语学科成绩较好，但问题学生也有几人，学生发展参差不齐，这给教学带来不少困难。

　　三班走读班，学生总体的基础明显的参差不齐有，十来个学生根本没有学*目标，完全放弃学*，但学生的纪律总体还是不错，这样为学生的学*打下良好的基础。六班是寄读班，学生总体的学*情况较好，大部分的学生有明确的学*目标，有一定的自觉性，但学生的纪律不够好，这成了班级英语成绩的总体提高的拦路虎。还有两个班级学生整体的惰性还够好是很强，自觉性较差。

　　另外，学生在情感态度，学*策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学*英语的目的，没有真正认识到学*英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学*中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预*课后复*，学*没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

　　经过三个月以来全体班组成员的努力，在班组的操作维检工作中每一位成员基本杜绝无票作业的情况发生，有效的保证运行检修工作安全可靠的进行，运行检修技能水*也有一定提高，但也存在问题：如由于班组成员技能水*差异，目前班长与组员差异过大，无法改变能者多劳局面，遇到设备较大缺陷时，值班人员经常无法准确判断等，这些问题均有待再今后的工作中进一步通过提高技术水*和积累实践经验加以解决。

　　四、设备运行检修技术方面：

　　任专工来，根据领导安排，我主要负责电气专业技术管理工作。三个月来，在部门李部长的直接领导下，我认真开展本专业的运行管理和检修技术工作，为发电供热设备的正常运行、生产保驾护航。

　　做好电气管理工作，在此期间负责完成电气运行规程编制、电气台账正在逐步建立中、电气专业最低备品申报、电检修工器具配备管理等。电气运行班要严格按“两票三制”规定执行，坚决杜绝违章操作，巡视设备要认真仔细并做好记录。运行人员要对自己的运行设备情况心中有数，备用设备的现状基本了解。发现任何设备缺陷隐患和不安全因素及时填写“设备缺陷通知单”告知，紧急情况先处理问题后补“缺陷单”。电检班要时刻准备突发事件发生，随时有问题随时认真处理，处理问题认真仔细，做到解决一件做好一件。通过这三个月来的摸底，基本上对我厂的电气设备现状心里有数。针对配电室环境温度较高，电缆沟极易有潮气，变频器风扇工作状况又不太理想，而现场使用变频器和软启动器又是电子类产品，极易受工作环境影响而出现故障，我们对该类设备采取检查清灰，在变频器柜顶部加装轴流风机强制通风，提出设备停运不停电等措施，大大减少其故障发生。对涉及生产的重大关键设备，进行每周例行检查维护，发现问题及时处理。

　　电气专业内含运行班和检修班，涉及到运行和检修两方面的.问题。运行班让他们先熟悉设备，了解设备的基本参数和操作。在设备巡检时要能发现问题和隐性情况，倒闸操作要快速准确，在最短的时间正确完成操作。电检班学*理论常识，常见事故及处理方法。目前夜间和周末电检均无人值班，我就随时待命处理缺陷和故障，第一时间消缺确保生产。在日常的工作开展中，班组建立了处理缺陷过程及处理方式、经验交流的惯例，即通过互学、互讲、互促的方式达到大家共同提高运行和检修经验及现场处理缺陷、故障的能力。定期对电气设备运行情况进行分析总结，运行班互相交流运行经验和方法，以更好保证电气设备的安全稳定运行。每个运行班在白班下班后在，由班长带领运行员对电气设备主要参数和运行方式进行系统学*，逐步提高每个人的专业技能。对设备消缺及维保工作进行总结、及时分析设备异常原因，目前组里的周岩班长，组员栾云飞、李艳辉等同志已经可以独立处理电气设备出现的一般性缺陷与故障，为设备缺陷处理的及时性提供了有力保障。
