二、计算课如何引导学生说明算理
在教学这一课时时，也就是当讲到 10+20=30 时，你是怎样算的？当学生讲不明理时，该如何引导呢？听了好几位“前辈”的指导，让我有所悟。也就是当学生讲不出来时，千万不要限制学生的思路，一是可以利用情境图来说明理。二是可以借助小棒来帮助学生说理，明理。不要老是想着按自己的教学设计来教学，应重视课堂的生成资源，顺着学生的思维进行教学。
在巩固练*中，同样发现很多孩子虽然可以正确的算出结果，可是，当我问到“你是怎么想的”的时候，很多人都会，但是不敢表达或是表达不清楚。这就说明了这节课教师包办代替的太多了，学生说的少了，应该让学生多说。
三、细节问题
1. 在教学算法的过程中学生表述不清时，出现了教师抢话的现象，应给学生充分的思考空间，不应过分着急。
2. 本节课教学的速度还是有些慢，密度小，在练*中应该完全放开学生，让学生自由练，自己游戏，作为低年级的教师，声音应该在柔和些，语速在慢些，评价性的语言应该在丰富些。
这节课存在的问题，我会多加总结，在以后的教学中多注意这些问题，积累经验，努力加以改正，争取做好每个细节，使我的数学教学更具趣味性，实用性。
成功之处：
创设有效的数学学*情境，使情境具有“数学性”。数学一开始以“春游”的问题情境引入，激发了学生的学*兴趣，引起了学生的问题意识。
为学生提供充分的思考空间。在探索“30+40”、“70-30”的方法时，给学生充分的.自我思考、自我学*的时间，让学生自主学*，集体交流，教师只是起引导作用，让学生真正成为学*的主人。
不足之处：
1、在例题算法优化上做得不够，没有明确各种方法的优缺点，没有将最简单的方法凸显出来。
2、同桌交流不够激烈，跟*时训练不够有关，以后要多让学生讨论交流，并且要做到收放自如！
3、在一个问题出来后，留给学生思考的时间仍有点少，也没有多让学生充分说，对学困生的提问过少。
4、对学生的语言评价不够丰富，学生积极性调动得不够好。今后努力完善自己的课堂！
本节课是在学生初步认识了乘法 的意义和学*了 2-5 的乘法口诀的基础上进行教学的。本课内容 编排的目的是帮助学生加深对乘法意义的理解。 也就是当若干分 中有一份与其中一份的数量不同时，可以先用乘法求几个相同加 数的和，再加上不同的数也可以假设每份都相同，用乘法算，再减去所多部分。通过本节课的学*，要使学生体会到由于观察、 思考的角度不同，解决问题的方法也是不一样的。让学生在经历 自主探索、合作交流的过程中感受解决问题的不同方法，体验策略的多样化。学生已初步认识了乘法，学*了 2―5 的乘法口诀，感受了乘法运算的意义，并初步具有了用乘法来计算的意识。本节课我以学生为主体，运用自主探究教学模式进行教学。 基于对教材的理解，我的教学设计从以下几个方面着手算与用的结合。
1、利用主题图，小熊掰了一个玉米棒高兴的走了，小鸟提出“还剩几 个玉米棒”的问题，几只小青蛙帮小鸟解决问题。以用引算。 通过展示主题图，让学生观察共有多少个玉米棒，学生能看出每株有 3 个玉米棒，共有 4 株，并列出算式 3×4=12 个，接着用小熊掰玉米，展示玉米数 量的变化过程，问还剩多少个玉米？学生第一反应是 12-1=11 个，那么 12 是怎 么来的呢？有学生说是数出来的，有学生可以说出 3×4，列综合算式：3×4-1， 接着找几名学生说说这种方法：原来每株有 3 个，有 4 株，所以是 3×4，小熊 掰走一个，所以 3×4-1。
2、让学生观察今天的算式跟以往有什么不同，学生能说出：以前 是乘法，今天是乘加乘减，从而提出数学问题，引出本节课的主要教学内容――乘加、乘减式题，是设置主题图的用意之一，也是 本节课的第一次算用结合――以用引算。从乘加、乘减式题的得出，让学生感知算式与图意的内在联系，并通过尝试计算来印证直观认识是本节课的第二次算用结合。设计中，我充分注意了这 两次算用结合并力图体现其结合。 继而问学生，3×4-1 这个算式先算什么？3×3+2 先 算什么？在乘加乘减算式中先算什么？引导学生说出先算乘，再算加减。
3、在练*时，先让学生说说算式里先算什么，巩固计算顺序；主要通过桃子图、沙滩上的人数图让学生通过对图的观察，列出乘加乘减的算式。图式结合，以用明算理。设计中，我注重学生通过图式 结合、心里默算来探究算理这一环节，此举不仅有助于学生掌握 计算方法，更能有效地帮助学生探究和理解算理。
在本节课的教学中存在一下不足之处：
1. 在小组讨论的时候应该先让学生独立思考， 再在独立 思考的基础上，进行小组交流，全班讨论，最后引导 学生自己总结计算方法。
2. 在理解乘加乘减的意义时，引导不够准确，导致学生 不明白，说不出。
3. 在本节课提出了算法多样化，而没有优化算法。 由于时间掌握不够准确，导致后面练*没有出完。
我的改进措施:
在以后的教学中应该站在学生的角度去思考问 题。备课时要把重点内容分析透。组织好引导语言，用简练的语 言让学生明白。
教学中孩子们对于孩子们的表达没有及时的评价，与学生的交流评价过于单一，教师一味地将学生带向自己设定好的轨道而忽视了孩子自己的见解。续编故事中孩子说道：小老鼠拔呀拔、拔不动。教师给予了否定，其实我们更多的是要尊重孩子的想法。
总之，在教学的道路上需要不断地摸索着前进，只有继续脚踏实地才能一步一个脚印的前进，语文统编作文序列化研究我们一直在路上……
一年级上册第五单元的写话教学主要是了解故事内容，初步尝试续编故事。本节说话课结合课本第78页“和大人一起读”板块《拔萝卜》故事内容设计了说话教学。这个故事内容有趣，语言很有特点，故事讲到“小狗喊小猫来帮忙……”就戛然而止了，通过故事插图告诉我们小猫还请来了小老鼠帮忙，据此，教学中结合文中学*伙伴的提示：“后来怎么样了？”引导学生结合前面故事内容大胆想象故事结局，并仿照故事语言的表达方式编一遍故事的结局。
一年级孩子刚刚入学不久，为提高孩子们的学*兴趣，激发他们的表达欲望，教学首先设计了学生喜爱的儿歌来进行导入，学生边听音乐边做动作，在轻松的氛围中导入本课教学，学生结合课本读故事接着师生结合图片绘声绘色地讲述故事内容，并试着小组合作一起讲一讲故事内容，然后四人小组带头饰试着接龙表演故事，最后引导学生发现故事每环节的语言的特点，并引导孩子根据故事内容借助图片续编故事。在听故事、说故事中引导学生发现故事重复性的特地点，引导学生自主发现故事中的动词“种、拔、拉、喊”，在反复练说中借助动词掌握故事重复性的特点，并进行续编故事。当然，在整个教学环节中还要注意学生的全体参与情况及课堂的养成教育的培养。
在录课前，根据组内成员给我的建议，对教案进行了反复的调整，在试上磨课的过程中依然发现了很多细节的问题。如：四人小组交流时孩子们都喜欢某一角色或都不喜欢某一角色的问题；如在回忆故事内容时孩子们不能很好地理清谁喊谁？谁拉谁的问题等等。于是针对课堂出现的问题又进行了细节的调整。
录完课后，整体感觉本节课教学目标基本达成，学生参与度较高，但教学过程中依然出现了很多问题。
一、对于学情不够了解，全体关注度不够
首先一年级孩子识字量较少，对故事内容的认读不够扎实。其次教学中过于依赖课本，孩子的表达应该是自由的，只要说的合理都应该给予肯定。其次教学中对于全体学生的关注度不够，在四人小组练说故事及同桌合作续编故事中，教师只关注了部分学生的汇报，忽视了全体学生的达成情况。再则是教学初没有很好掌握一年级学生的性格特点，导致课堂过于活跃，导致课堂纪律稍有混乱。
二、教学环节语言简练，环节重复
教学中教师的教学语言过于啰嗦，环节的过度不够自然，在教学回顾课文内容这一环节中，引导学生理清故事思路，谁喊谁？谁拉谁？并固定“嗨哟，嗨哟，拔呀拔，拔不动”这句话。教师在学生汇报后反复强调，环节有些重复和啰嗦。在学生接龙说故事环节教师也多次重复学生的语言，导致课堂过于臃肿，不够简练。
《我的“长生果”》是一篇略读课文。教学中，我先让学生按阅读提示自读，把握主要内容，想想作者写了少年读书、作文的哪几件事《从读书中悟出了什么道理《再从书中找出感受最深的语句做批注。然后交流体会。通过让学生自读自悟，以读为主，读中思考，读中领悟，在文本中读出想象来。使学生懂得了读书与作文的关系，通过重点段的阅读，使学生明白：作文，要构思新颖，别出心裁;作文，要写真情实感，在模仿借鉴后要进行呕心沥血的创造，才能够打动人心，获得成功。
本节课，我没有讲得太多，里面的好词佳句也是让学生联系上下文自己去理解，板书也少而精。注意引导学生结合重点语段体会作者对书的情感，对阅读的热爱，把酷爱读书这种情感贯穿始终。正是作者在书里如饥似渴地汲取营养，才不断地成长起来，所以在作者回首少年时光时才感到那样的愉悦。
学生是学*的主人，在他们的课堂上，要鼓励他们热烈讨论，充分表达自己的见解，只有学生认识到自己是学*的主人时，他们才会主动地学*，自觉地学*，才不甘落后，学生做了学*的主人，学*就成了他们的需要，成了他们体验成功的活动，学*就不再是一种负担，而是一种享受。
通过本节课的学*，我发现在后来的*作练*中，学生能学以致用，*作时能够写出自己的真情实感，能写真实的事情，同时还能在打好草稿后进行认真的修改。现在，班里爱看书的同学多了，读书以形成了风气，这是一个很大的进步，我感到很欣慰。由此我认识到一篇好的课文，一节好的课，对学生来说是很重要的。
本单元教材在第三单元学*了100以内数的不进位加法、不退位减法的基础上引入*位加法和退位减法。
教学时，先让学生在具体情景中找出数学信息，从而提出数学问题并解决问题，发展学生提问题和解决问题的.能力。再而加强学生动手操作能力，探索计算的方法，因为学生第一次接触进位加法、退位减的计算，相对难度比较大，学生比较难掌握，所以教学时要加强直观材料的操作，如：小棒、计算器等演示计算的过程，帮助学生理解“满十进一”“退一当十”的进退位法则。
教具的使用能帮助学生理解算理，也能促进学*的兴趣，避免单纯地背诵计算法则，枯燥地进行操练，增加计算的思维含量，提高计算的正确率，通过学*，大部分学生掌握了进位加与退位减的计算方法，在今后需加大练*量，从而提高计算的正确率。
本单元是在学完“100以内数的加减法”的基础上，进一步学*100以内数的连加、连减、加减混合运算。本单元不仅仅是学*计算的方法和技能，还要使学生进一步体会数学与日常生活的联系，在解决实际问题的过程中，进一步体会运算的含义，发展数感，逐步形成解决问题的意识。教材设计了“套圈游戏”“乘船”“乘车”“今天我当家”四个学生熟悉的现实情境，通过这些情境，让学生在解决实际问题的活动中体验数学和理解数学，强调数学与社会的联系，同时注重培养学生的数感，注重让学生体验计算方法的多样化，注重学生估算意识的发展。培养学生的估算意识是小学数学教学的一个很重要的教学目标，今天我想就“估算”进行反思：
