Dr. Zhong Nanshan was born in October 1936 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Heis one of the famous medical scientists in the 21st century. He studied atGuangdong experimental high school in 1953 and graduated from Beijing MedicalCollege in 1960. In the first Chinese National Games, Zhong Nanshan got thechampionship of the men's 400m Hurdles and set up a National record at thattime.
In the spring of 2003,the SARS epidemic broke out in China and across theglobe. Zhong Nanshan not only led but also took an active part in the battleagainst SARS. 这一年里，药剂科在医院领导和各兄弟科室的大力支持下，依据国家、地方的相关法律法规，紧紧围绕医院的工作重点和要求，结合本部门的实际情况，按照目标责任管理模式，统筹规划，层层落实，团结协作，做出较好的成绩。现将20xx年度药剂工作情况总结如下：
一、管理方面
（一）根据十大指标、三好一满意及抗菌药物专项整治活动要求，按照卫医政20xx年11号文件精神认真履行药物与治疗学委员会职责：
1、组织修订了药剂科动态管理制度，并全面落实到位，进一步规范了我院的药事管理；
2、组织药物与治疗学委员会成员审核我院拟购入药品的合理性；分析我院药品使用情况，对不合理用药提出干预和改进措施，优化药物治疗方案。
3、与医务科和护理部一起对各临床科室所备抢救药品进行了全面的检查，综合修订了抢救药品目录，使抢救药品的储备更加合理。
4、加强了对特殊药品临床使用与管理的日常督导，使得特殊药品的管理环环相扣，对所发现的问题有记录，有分析，有措施。
5、不定期出版药品信息通讯，给临床合理用药提供参考。
（二）做好药品管理工作，确保临床用药的安全与需求
1、及时掌握各临床科室药品需求，保障药品供应。新引进药品十多种，停止长期不用及易出现不良反应药品数十个。想方设法满足临床急需药品的供应。
2、药品动态流动是医院信息化管理中的一个重要组成部分，我科积极做好新药宣传，使新购药品的用法用量适应症能让每一位医务人员了解掌握。使得药品流动有序运转。
3、严把药品采购质量关，按照药品管理法坚持做到“阳光采购”，各调剂室对上架药品质量层层验收，注重细节，尤其对药品的贮藏与效期严格把关，确保药品的安全与有效。重视药品使用各环节的质量和疗效，对药品进行严密的临床观察，及时掌握药品使用的信息反馈，为药品采购供应提供质量依据。为降低临床静脉配制中污染的机率，引进了小剂量溶媒。
二、业务方面：
（一），业务收入
1.随着医院管理的不断完善，患者的不断增加，药品供应量也大幅增长，截止20xx年11月底，门诊药房收入1169万多元、同比增长51%。病房药房收入3686万多元，同比增长64%。中药房收入2732万多元，同比增长50%。合计收入5128万多元。
2.处方调剂增长量：全年门急诊处方量共87569张，其中西药处方71819张，中药处方15750张，中药处方数占门诊处方百分比为17.9%。在今年一年**为患者煎药12659袋。极大地满足了病人的需求。充分发扬祖国传统医药在疾病治疗中的作用。
（二）业务学*
通过鼓励职工积极参加继续教育培训、利用工作闲暇加强业务学*，20xx年度个别人参加全国或省内学术交流会议。我科组织了各种讲课，以及每两周的科室业务学*。为了科室成员更好的学*与交流，我科在医务科的协助下进行了抗菌药物临床应用培训，提高了科室内部的学*氛围。对新引进药物品种开展学术讲座，使我科室成员都能积极参与。
三、临床服务方面：
（一）窗口服务
药房窗口服务作为医院服务的重要组成部分，不仅是反映医院精神面貌和文明素质的窗口，更担负着保障人民群众用药安全的重大责任。面对我院病人数量急剧增加，各个部门的工作量随之增加的形势，我们对如何优化服务流程，提高服务质量，增进医患沟通，构建和谐医患关系上做了很多工作。
门诊西药房及中药房是药剂科直接面对病人的重要窗口，如何方便病人、如何提高工作效率，是药房工作的重点。随着急诊绿色通道的开通，我科通过将急诊药房与门诊药房合并、岗位人员整合等一系列措施，保证了急诊病人24小时的药品供应，保障了急诊流程的正常运作。为避免病人在住院部及门诊部间来回奔波，我科主动将急诊病人取药的工作任务改由门诊药房承担，让急诊病人真正享受到“一条龙”服务，树立了医院的良好形象。通过完善工作流程，合理设置窗口、机动配备人员等，充分调动全体人员的积极性，齐心协力，克服困难，提高工作效率，有效改变了取药排队、取药难等现象，为病人提供了方便。
住院药房在医院领导的支持下，为配合医护人员做好优质护理服务，我科采取了药品配送工作已有一年余。在人员缺乏工作任务繁重的情况下，科室主任副主任亲自上阵帮助药房人员配送药品，鼓足了科室人员的干劲。别的科室下班了药房人员仍在配送药品。给护理人员提供了足多便利。增进了医药护理人员之间的沟通，同时也构建了和谐的医患关系。
