On Monday afternoon, we had a little fun game.

教学步骤：

然后我会把写有这些地点名称的厚卡纸放在同学的课桌上，让同学就此谈论每个公共场所的位置：in front of，next to，beside，on the night / left，between… and…，outside 等等。

初中三年的英语学*，对于所有受正规教育的学生而言，是具有决定性作用的三年。当今学生开始学外语的年龄有逐渐提前的趋势(姑且无论其优劣)，学生一般在进入初中之始已经具有一定的外语基础，但那种只能算是建立在新鲜感之上的对外语的好奇，真正开始意识到自己所学为何物的，还看初中这三年。利用初中三年充分培养对英语的兴趣，找到学*外语的感觉，对以后能自由的和各国朋友交流和顺利闯过求学路上大大小小的外语考试不无裨益。
三年说长不长，说短也不短，应如何规划方能“兴趣考试两不误”呢?笔者建议广大初中学生不宜过早准备中考，原因有三：
一、过早的准备初三下学期的中考没有意义，是因为备考的实质乃复*已学知识和研究考试技巧，因此在还没有掌握大量的英语知识之前何谈“复*”，又如何“复*”呢?所以过早的备考是徒有虚名的。
二、过早的备战中考会侵蚀甚至磨灭自己对学*英语的兴趣从而丧失很多能真正提高自身英语水*的机会。人在备考和学*中的心态是迥异的：备考的心是功利的，一心想着如何战胜试题，博取高分，其他的都变得并不重要了;而学*的心是开放的，它接受自己喜欢的知识，也因此迎来了进步的机会。常言道，考试考的好并不代表水*高。考试分高但仍是英语哑巴的学生不在少数，用大部分的学*时间备考而忽略了实际英语交际能力的锻炼，实在令人痛心!
三、过长的备考状态反而不利于考试。考试的准备时间一般以半年时间为宜，对一些不熟悉的领域的考试可以准备九个月到一年，长于这个准备时间，人就会很自然的对这门考试产生厌烦情绪和抗拒甚至逃避心理了。中考所考的英语绝非学生所陌生的，半年的复*时间是足够的。
因此，笔者建议学生从初三的寒假开始整理和归纳初中所学的英语知识。复*的时候先把知识形成知识网络，并适当了解初中英语和高中英语的差距以清晰为自己定位。在临考前三个月进行足够量的做题训练，边训练边检查自己的知识漏洞，然后充满信心的上考场。
那么学生在初中三年的前两年半时间内应如何规划自己的英语学*呢?为此笔者提出三点建议：
一、培养对英语学*之兴趣，提高实际英语应用能力。笔者遇到一些学生总是说自己对英语不感兴趣，原因是他们觉得自己不是学英语的“料”。但根据我自己的经验，我认为“天分”是在兴趣中发现的，而兴趣是可以培养的。一个人不可能在没有接触一个东西之前就知道自己在这方面“有天分”，而是因为投入了，沉迷了，再逐渐发现自己不但爱它而且能把它做好。而“兴趣”也是一个很有个性的精灵，它不会主动靠*你，只有你先亲*了它，而且是连续坚持一段时间的主动亲*，它才会慢慢地进驻你的内心，说不定到了哪天你蓦然回首，就发现你再也离不开它了。所以，如果你对英语太矜持，是无法体验“兴趣”和“乐趣”的。
提高实际英语能力，尤其应注重英语口语和听力的提高。到了初三，课程安排日益紧凑，各科复*的任务也越来越重，学生会觉得越来越难找机会练*口语。初一、初二不多学多练，更待何时?事实上，根据中考*年频繁的改革，对初中生英语水*和能力的要求已经发生巨大变化：从以往的重语法轻应用转移为重应用轻语法，即更看重初中学生实际运用英语交流和学*的能力。以20xx年中考改革为例，取消补全对话的题目而历史性的增加英语口试考核，就明显体现出题者不再满足于考生会选择运用交际英语，更要求考生能通过自己的嘴巴把话说出来，同时对初中生英语的语音语调也是很看重的。而今年的改革还包括增加阅读理解和书面表达的分值，也体现了这种倾向，因为阅读理解是考核考生了解别人观点的能力，而写作则考核考生表达自己想法的能力。相应的，今年的语法题做了大幅削减：取消补全句子(即词性转换)的题型，单项填空也从历年的*30题锐减为只有20题。中考改革的种种迹象表明，初中学生的英语能知道多少不是最重要的，能用上多少才是最重要的。
二、学*英语语言，就要学*西方文化。相信大家都难忘电影《Titanic》中令人震撼的一幕幕灾难场景。是什么造成这艘号称当时世界上最大最坚固的客轮沉入深海?是一座冰山。一座冰山之所以有如此威力撞沉Titanic，不是因为它有多高，而是在海面之下掩藏着相当于冰山水上体积4倍的冰山主体。同样的，英语之所以有如此魅力吸引无数英语爱好者终生孜孜不倦的追求探索，并非完全源于语言本身，更引人入胜的是语言外衣之下沉积数百年丰富的西方文化内涵。学英语并不仅在于学语言本身，而更需要学*西方那一套丰富多彩的文化内容。作为*人，我们当然也要了解自己的文化，然后把中西文化比较一下，就会当即发现很多有趣之处。对同一件事，西方人想问题和我们想问题有什么不同?他们有哪些生活*惯和我们不同，又有哪些相同的地方?等等。
事实已经证明，掌握更多英语国家文化的学生，在英语成绩和大小考试中表现更优越。了解了更多的文化背景，在阅读英语文段，听对话或短文和在语法题中体验语境都有非常明显的帮助。
三、*时积累更多单词，做好储备。不少学生恐惧英语的原因就是难过单词关，而影响学生表现的也往往体现在单词量上。备考的时候不是储备单词的最好时机，要真正掌握以致能运用一定量的单词是需要长期积累的，因此从初一开始就应该狠下功夫开始储备。
记忆单词和学英语一样，是没有捷径的，只能狠下功夫，但有方法可掌握。关于记忆单词的方法新东方的很多老师都已介绍很多，各种英语学*的书籍也有不少可供选择，笔者在这里不作无谓的重复。最重要的.是，要选择适合自己的背单词方法，一旦找对了方法，并形成用功的*惯，语感就会不期而至，到时记忆新单词也不再是刻意的事。
总而言之，英语学*不是一朝半夕的事情，把握好初中三年的英语学*，日后就有“潇洒学英语”的资本。笔者衷心希望所有初中学生为自己的英语打下坚实的基础，成功决战中考，考上最理想的高中。
自20xx年毕业至今，已经有五年了。回顾这五年，大多是自己摸爬滚打，凭着感觉在摸石头过河，缺乏良师的专业指引，我感觉教学上长进甚微。研究生毕业于英汉笔译专业，擅长的是文本翻译，对于教学却没有专业系统的学*。开始两年在高中教学，毫无经验带班主任，还有英语小班教育改革下的每天四节课，每天晚修忙完学生事务之后，才能开始紧张备第二天的课程，没有哪一天在凌晨前睡过觉。也是那两年，把嗓子累垮了。教学中没有专业师傅的系统指导，自己也缺少时间钻研，教学效果**，但总算学会了教态的从容与淡定。
第三年到了初中，重新适应学生与教材，熟悉学校的一切。由于学区的特殊性，学生的特殊性，管理在慢慢完善的过程中，才终于有机会更多参与区的一些英语教研活动。自来到红岭，就耳闻廖老师教学水*了得，身为教研员的她，对待工作十分严格认真；听闻她的徒弟们个个都很牛，在教学上表现突出，创举频频。我们英语组的xx就是一个典范。所以一直很向往。终于，被我逮着机会，加入了廖老师的工作室。真的感到十分荣幸，从开始培训的那天，就暗下决心，决不能辜负这等好机会，必须用心学*，让自己的教学水*与教师修养不断提高。
于是，制定了我的三年学*计划，并以此为路径，让自己一步步朝目标靠*：
第一年：虚心学*，在海量听课的过程中，取各家之长补自身之短，在实际教学中不断完善自我。
首先，积极参加每次工作室的培训，学*最先进的教学理念，跟上最前沿的学科步伐，以理念武装自己的教学思维。
其次，不放过任何一次听课与学*的机会，在教学实例中不断反思，不断借鉴，不断提高自身的教学水*。
再次，踊跃参与各层次的研讨课、公开课等，争取每个学期至少上一次公开课，让自己在不断磨课中快速成长。
最重要的，在4月份到5月份，认真高质量完成V课的制作。
当然，除了工作室的讲座等，还必须以专业教学理论来提高自己，更新自己的教学理念，因此，每个学期完成至少一本教学理论专著的阅读与反思。
第二年：理念用于实践，在实践中不断修正和提高自己的教学方法，逐渐形成高效的教学风格。
第一，将学*到的理论和优质课例为我所用，在每一次备课、上课、作业当中，应用相关理论指导，并在课堂中每日实践，精心备好每一节课，让每一节课都更高效，在课后做好反思，并争取每节一小结，每周一反思，每月在教学博客上总结教学所得。
第二，在科技发展日新月异的今天，跟上发展潮流，让信息技术为我们所用，在课堂与课外积极利用教学相关app，辅助教学，如学会娴熟地使用微课、V课等手段，让课堂更高效；在课堂上熟练使用同屏器更真实地创设情境，让学生在语境中更好地学*英语；在课后作业布置中，使用猿题库、百词斩、英语趣配音等app，让课外作业更多样更有趣……让科技为英语教学服务。
第三，在每天的教学中，有意识地注意教态，有意识地培养精炼的教学用语，不断创新教学模式，不断提高教师的个人专业素养。每日学*一点新知识，每日尝试一点新方法，每天都有一点进步。
第三年：实践上升成理论，在教学中积累个案与素材，结合所学理论，形成自己的教学论文，并参与完成至少一个课题研究。
1. 每日坚持写一点点反思，积累一点点素材，研读一点教学著作，完成至少一篇高质量的教学论文。
2. 通过三年的教学实践与反思，结合学生的表现与进步，收集数据，找准一个切入点，完成一个教学课题的研究，并争取成功结题，完成论文。
虽然很多想法可能还不够成熟，但是世上无难事，只怕有心人。今天立帖为证，在教学中，我一定会不断关注周边的信息，抓住一切机会，让自己实现目标，成为一名杠杠的`英语老师，让每一节课后更少遗憾，让自己更满意！
初中三年的英语学*，对于所有受正规教育的学生而言，是具有决定性作用的三年。当今学生开始学外语的年龄有逐渐提前的趋势(姑且无论其优劣)，学生一般在进入初中之始已经具有一定的外语基础，但那种只能算是建立在新鲜感之上的对外语的好奇，真正开始意识到自己所学为何物的，还看初中这三年。利用初中三年充分培养对英语的兴趣，找到学*外语的感觉，对以后能自由的和各国朋友交流和顺利闯过求学路上大大小小的外语考试不无裨益。
三年说长不长，说短也不短，应如何规划方能“兴趣考试两不误”呢?笔者建议广大初中学生不宜过早准备中考，原因有三：
一、过早的准备初三下学期的中考没有意义，是因为备考的实质乃复*已学知识和研究考试技巧，因此在还没有掌握大量的英语知识之前何谈“复*”，又如何“复*”呢?所以过早的备考是徒有虚名的。
二、过早的备战中考会侵蚀甚至磨灭自己对学*英语的兴趣从而丧失很多能真正提高自身英语水*的机会。人在备考和学*中的心态是迥异的：备考的心是功利的，一心想着如何战胜试题，博取高分，其他的都变得并不重要了;而学*的心是开放的，它接受自己喜欢的知识，也因此迎来了进步的机会。常言道，考试考的好并不代表水*高。考试分高但仍是英语哑巴的学生不在少数，用大部分的学*时间备考而忽略了实际英语交际能力的锻炼，实在令人痛心!
三、过长的备考状态反而不利于考试。考试的准备时间一般以半年时间为宜，对一些不熟悉的领域的考试可以准备九个月到一年，长于这个准备时间，人就会很自然的对这门考试产生厌烦情绪和抗拒甚至逃避心理了。中考所考的英语绝非学生所陌生的，半年的复*时间是足够的。
因此，笔者建议学生从初三的寒假开始整理和归纳初中所学的英语知识。复*的时候先把知识形成知识网络，并适当了解初中英语和高中英语的差距以清晰为自己定位。在临考前三个月进行足够量的做题训练，边训练边检查自己的知识漏洞，然后充满信心的上考场。
那么学生在初中三年的前两年半时间内应如何规划自己的英语学*呢?为此笔者提出三点建议：
一、培养对英语学*之兴趣，提高实际英语应用能力。笔者遇到一些学生总是说自己对英语不感兴趣，原因是他们觉得自己不是学英语的“料”。但根据我自己的经验，我认为“天分”是在兴趣中发现的，而兴趣是可以培养的。一个人不可能在没有接触一个东西之前就知道自己在这方面“有天分”，而是因为投入了，沉迷了，再逐渐发现自己不但爱它而且能把它做好。而“兴趣”也是一个很有个性的精灵，它不会主动靠*你，只有你先亲*了它，而且是连续坚持一段时间的主动亲*，它才会慢慢地进驻你的内心，说不定到了哪天你蓦然回首，就发现你再也离不开它了。所以，如果你对英语太矜持，是无法体验“兴趣”和“乐趣”的。

——初中英语教师心得3篇
本学期，我担任八(3)、八(4)两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：
一、学生的基本状况：
上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学*不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学*态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。本学期新生中，英语基础跟原来老生差不多，没有英语方面特别优秀的(均已通过口试调查)，对英语学*兴趣不浓，学*态度被动。
二、采取的措施：
1、认真学*体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。
2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。
3、抓词汇和句型学*，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。
4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。
5、抓小测验、单元测试过关，并注重复*。
三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：
1、教的方面：
深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，词汇的得分率比以前高;因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学*法”，使学生学**惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了较大的突破，*均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。
2、学的方面
一要培养学生对英语学*有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。
如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补*，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛;同事的帮助，使**劲十足;学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
现在农村中学的英语教学质量跟城市中学存在一定差距，如何稳步提高农村初中英语教学的质量，我总结了以下几点。
1、引导学生的学*兴趣。
针对学生初次接触英语时的好奇心和神秘感，教师在上初一导言课之前要认真准备，明确学*英语的社会意义和了解英语在社会发展过程中的广泛用途，使学生对英语产生浓厚的兴趣和强烈的学*愿望，为今后积极、主动地与教师配合，学好英语打下基础。
2、激发学生的学*兴趣。
在教学中，教师必须精心备课，以教材所提供的语言素材为主线，联系学生生活实际，灵活运用所学语言材料，延伸课文教学内容。及时抓住课堂“兴趣点”设立交际情景，让学生积极参与语言实践，把语言的机械操练转向意义操练，从而活跃课堂气氛。
3、保护学生的学*兴趣。
对初中学生来说，引导和激发其学*兴趣并不难，难的是如何维护已培养起来的兴趣，使其能保持浓厚的兴趣一步步地进入更高层次的学*活动。本着创设和谐宽松的语言环境和减少学生学*心理障碍这一原则，教师应充分利用课内外一切有利时机，为学生的语言*得创设条件，指导学生广泛接触英语素材(如教唱英文歌曲、朗诵英文诗歌、观看英文影片等)，开展记英语单词竞赛、出英语手抄报等活动，培养学生的学*成就感和竞争意识，以达到维护学*兴趣的目的。
英语是一门用来交流信息的语言工具。在英语教学中，教师应把书本上抽象枯燥的东西变成具体并有趣味的实践性的东西，培养学生书本知识与实践知识相结合的能力，使学生对所学知识由表面肤浅记忆变为更深入透彻、永久性的理解记忆。同时，还能提高学生的学*兴趣和对英语的反应敏感能力，使书本上的抽象知识活起来，真正成为一种交流工具。
古人说：“授人以鱼不如授人以渔。”教学的目的不是简单地向学生传授知识，而是要教给学生自主学*的本领。记单词是学好英语的前提，因此，要建立学生自主学*机制，培养他们的英语自学能力。学生只有掌握了正确的学*方法，才可以大大提高思维能力、想象能力和发现问题、解决问题的能力。
而教学方法又是形成最佳课堂气氛的重要保证。教学方法的恰当选择与发挥，是教师创造性与教育艺术性表现的主要形式。一个教师在挑选各种具体情况下的最佳教学方法的能力越强，那么他的教学技巧与技能就表现得越娴熟、越新颖，课堂气氛就越活跃，教学效果也就越显著。
初中阶段的英语学*，一方面仍在学*新的语言知识，另一方面也已进入了查漏补缺、归类总结的复*阶段。因此，我应学会做个有心人，把学校学*和自我学*，语法巩固和能力突破，学*新知识和复*旧知识有机地结合起来，不断丰富、充实自己的英语学*，以下是我学*英语的心得体会。
上课的过程包括三个主要的.环节：预*、上课和练*巩固。这三个环节构成一个完整的体系，缺一不可，都需要同学们认真去落实。预*帮助你了解教师的教学意图，使你有明确的学*目标，知道自己应做什么和怎么去做，为认真上好课打下基础。上课时应集中注意力，主动配合老师完成各项教学活动。同时要善于做笔记，有选择性地把老师教授的重点、难点都记录下来。
我们还应积极地回答问题，在口头表达中把新学的语言知识运用于实践，如小组对话、小品表演等，以加深我们的印象。做练*时应首先复*一遍所学的单词、语法，然后抛开课本、单词册和笔记，独立地完成练*，这样才能反映我们语言学*的真实掌握情况。同时，及时地批改和订正也是非常重要的。建议同学们应准备一本错题集或难题集，对所学的词汇、词性转换、时态、固定句型等都能有所积累，也使这本错题集成为自己临考前的“红宝书”。
客观地分析自己的英语能力和实际水*，从而制定出可操作、可实践的英语学*计划，对督促我们有效地提高英语成绩很有帮助。如某同学英语成绩中等，在请教过老师和分析过自己的英语试卷后，我发现自己的语法基础知识部分答题情况良好，但阅读理解和写作部分失分较多。
因此，我制定了一份英语学*的短期计划。即每天除完成老师布置的学*任务，我加强了课外阅读和英语写作的练*，力图使自己这两方面的能力有所突破。学*计划又可分为短期计划、中期计划和长期计划，它需要我们一面实践，一面及时总结和调整，记住：正确的学*计划+认真执行=梦想成真。

实*第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动;只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...
看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。
之前听去郊区农村实*回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，这是盘锦市唯一的学校，有朝中。还有朝小。因为我家就住这座城市。所以上下班很轻松，一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实*生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的`座谈会，给我们讲了实*期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实*生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有即欧小学也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。因为我是日语专业所以分配到了初一二班。还给我们分了办公桌。
上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢!这样更真实也更容易接*。今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。明天开始正式上课，今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。然后去了，初中办公室，我们都一起聊了聊。有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。就这样今天就回家，准备明天上战场。

上午的教研活动是由高老师主持的，高老师是英语教研组组长，在会上作了发言。会上，肯定了鲁巷中学英语组在全区的成绩，同时也对学校面临的挑战进行了分析，要求老师们再接再厉。另外，学校每年有主办英语优质课比赛，要求老师们也积极报名参加。在我们其中的一位实*生动听的英文歌声中会议结束了。
下午的教师节表彰大会是全校老师都参加，我们实*生也受邀参加。出*大会的领导有洪山区*、洪山区教育局领导、鲁巷中学校长等领导。会议的主要内容有两个：一是表彰上年度优秀教师，二是祝全体老师教师节快乐。
作为一名实*生，首先很感谢学校对我们的重视，自己也深受会议的精神所鼓舞。
实*日记(三) 9月12日 星期一
不知不觉已经实*了一个星期了，自己已经*惯了每天的实*工作。
每天早上7：20我会到班，督促同学们及时交作业、做清洁，7：40早自*开始我才会回到自己的办公室。我会了解每天的英语课程安排，每天下第一节课我会主动去周老师办公室帮忙批改作业，他们的英语作业主要有字帖、抄写、听写、学练优和英语试卷。我主要是负责字帖、抄写本和学练优作业的批改，同时也会和周老师对学生作业存在的问题进行交流。周老师每天早上都会对前一天所学的内容进行听写，听写不过关的学生中午会被留学，要求学生错的单词每个抄写20遍句子每个抄写5遍然后中午放学找我和周老师重新默写，错的写对了才去吃饭。虽然留学不好，但是可以体会到周老师对学生的高要求。
周老师工作做得很细，每项学*安排都有一张对应的表格。听写、背诵、考试成绩都有相对应的表格，详细地记录了学生的分数和完成情况并根据这些表格及时指导学生改正、提高。
每天的第八节课后放学时间是学生们最激动地时刻，都迫不及待的想回家，教室乱哄哄，周老师总会来到教室提醒学生各科作业，安排好值日最后放学。
实*日记(四) 9月14日 星期三
今天的英语课分别是第二节和第六节，周老师的安排是第二节讲新课“starter unit 3 what color is it? ”和第六节复*“starter unit 1-3 ”。
根据课本首先代入了What color is it? — It’s，将不同颜色的单词red、yellow、green、blue、black、white、grey、pink、orange、purple代换练*。注重对单词发音规则的理解，引导学生准确发音。第二步听录音，跟读录音。第二部分是对英语字母S—Z的学*。听课小结：不断在课堂上发现学生的不良*惯，及时纠正，注意学生发音嘴型，发现学生发音错误要正确地进行引导，鼓励学生不仅在课堂上还是生活中都要大胆、大声说英语，注重课本知识在实际生活中的应用。

Now we get education in the school.We learn plenty of knowledges in our curriculum.One of the subjects I like best is the com*r course.

这里我想提出一些怎样学好英语的几点建议：
对一些初学英语的学生来说，学英语比登山还难。他们的话把学英语比作一项艰苦的劳动了，其实不然，如果你喜欢英语并掌握了学英语的方法和技巧，你就会把学英语当一种乐趣。
练好基本功是学好英语的必要条件，没有扎实的英语基础，就谈不上继续学*，更谈不上有所成就。要想基本功扎实，必须全神贯注地认真听讲,上好每一节课，提高课堂效率，脚踏实地、一步一个脚印地，做到以下“五到”：
一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，一刻也不能懈怠，大脑要始终处于积极状态，思维要活跃、思路要开阔，心随老师走，听懂每一句话，抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点，多联想、多思考，做到心领神会。
二、“手到”。学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不忘，记忆本身就是不断与遗忘作斗争的过程。常言说，“好脑筋不如烂笔头”。老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，可是过了一段时间，就会忘记，所以，做好笔记很有必要。英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书的空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复*巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识
的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的.语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。听见听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以帮助记忆；理解领会老师提出的问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。
四、“眼到”。在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、绘图、教具展示等。大脑里形成的视觉信息和听觉信息相结合，印象就会更加深刻。
五、“口到”。英语是一门语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。尤其是早读课，起始年级时,学生对英语课有新鲜感,积极性比较高,早读课是“书声琅琅”。逐渐地,到了高年级,他们就只用眼看、手写。早读课都快变成“鸦雀无声”的书写自*课了。同学们只是用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。这样下去直接影响着早读的效果,也就不能有效地促进英语的学*、巩固和提高。这也是部分学生掉队、放弃学*英语的关键环节,
同学们讨厌背书有以下正当理由：第一、课文很难背；第二，背完就忘；第三、总是没时间背；第四、背完对考试帮助不大。这些理由都是充分的！然而这些问题都是由于没有良好的学*方式和*惯造成的。在*学*语言最好的、最先进的方法就是多读：第一，书读百遍，其意自见。第二，熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟。第三，读书破万卷，下笔如有神。我相信，大家都知道这些名言，但是没有几个人能做到！所以，成功的人永远是少数！
为什么完形填空难、阅读难、作文难，就是因为你从来没有语感！语感就等于文章朗读和背诵的遍数！大量背诵文章能提高你的语感，一段时间积累下来，你不再需要专门去记忆单词、语法规则，考试时自然势如破竹，又快又好！而且背诵文章让写作流畅起来，你能脱口而出大量的文章，就能随手写出漂亮的文章，口头能力和笔头能力是相互促进、相得益彰的。大量地背诵短小实用的文章是提高英语写作水*的捷径！
所以，要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；课堂上要勇跃回答老师提问、积极参与同学间讨论和辩论，课下对不清楚的问题及时提出，要克服害羞
心理，不耻下问。对学过的课文要多读、勤读、苦读，一些精典文章最好能背得滚爪烂熟。除了对课本中的范文要细读精读之外，还要多看些适合中学生的课外读物，既可增长知识，又能开阔视野，也可以提高阅读水*。
学*英语，无论如何，勤奋是不可少的，它是一个日积月累的渐进过程，是没有任何捷径可走的，也没有所谓“速成”的灵丹妙方。任何成功的获得都要靠自己的努力，要勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业、一步一个脚印地学*，端正态度，认真对待学*中的挫折和失败。失败并不可怕，可怕的是对自己丧失信心而一蹶不振。对考试的失败，冷静分析，认真思考，只要对胜利充满信心，善于总结经验教训，不断努力，不断追求，胜利一定是属于你们的。
从现在开始，给自己订个计划和目标。每天强制性进行，养成学*英语的*惯。如果一个人的自觉性不够，可以找一个学*伙伴相互监督、共同进步。
