两年前，我从xx英语教育院校毕业，踌躇满志地从大学校门里走出来，满怀信心地踏进了这满是孩子们的天堂。在我开始接任四年级二班的英语教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把课上好，当我真正走上工作岗位，走上四二班教室的讲台时，面对一个个鲜活可爱的面孔，面对一双双求知的眼睛，我总是一次次默默的告诉自己，要努力，要加油，要成为深受学生欢迎的好老师。
有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是*凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。
时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。
今天，我是一名小学英语教师，爱我的学生，我会像母亲一样无私和不求索取；爱我的学生，我会像手足一样把心和他们贴得更*；爱我的学生，我会像朋友一样与他们风雨同舟；爱我的学生，我会不溺爱不袒护，在他们跌倒时，鼓励他们勇敢的站起来！我相信“人民教师”这光荣而神圣的称谓，它总能让我拥有无穷的力量。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《责任与使命》。
花的责任是散发芬芳，鸟的责任是飞扬歌声，树的责任是营造绿荫。生活中的每一个人，也都有自己的所应该承担的责任。给人责任，也就给了信任和真诚，有了责任，也就成就了尊严和使命。
十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学*新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。
还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学*打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学*的现状，因为这是我——一个*凡的小学英语教师的使命。

1、单词、课文是英语最基础的部分，每个同学都需要能够熟练的背诵，背，并不是一个一个字母硬塞入脑袋里，有时一个单词是由几个单词组成的，我比较推荐用音标来记单词，通过每个单词的音标音节就可以理解快速的背单词、课文，并且只要你记得这个单词，即使忘了，再给音标一样能写出单词，所以背单词、课文，只要理解有方法。有时强记也是需要的，那时背单词、课文对你来说再也不是一件头疼的事。
2、每天坚持听磁带是锻炼听力的最有效的方法。一般的英语试卷，听力占20%，是很大的分数，所以想考高分的话，听力必须保证满分。听磁带时要仔细听，一个一个单词的听，能清楚的听到每一个单词组成的句子，如果有含糊不清的，不要只想着跳过，应该重复地听，直到听清为止。我们可以在老师上新课前提前预*，预*新课文并且听课文磁带，这样老师讲新课时，你就可以清楚的知道，每一个单词每个句子在哪里，在讲什么，听课效率肯定会提高很多，尤其对一些在英语方面不是很优秀同学来说，这是很有帮助。
其次就是听课了，上课时，一定要全身心的投入到课堂中， 老师讲的每个语法都要理解并且运用得当，练*是对一天学*的巩固，必须要认认真真写，不会写的不要抄，实在想不出来，就去问问同学，同学也不会，就去询问老师，千万不要只抄一个答案，这是没有任何意义。下次碰到一样题型的题还是一样不会做，所以一定要认真听讲，理解每一个语法，不仅要知道答案，要“知其然！知其所以然”。
总的来讲英语就靠背、听、练认真听课，理解语法，踏踏实实，一步一个脚印，英语其实并没有那么难。

大家好!今天我将上公开课的一些成长经历来谈谈课改对我的一些影响和教育。我演讲的题目是《在课改的阳光下，我一路走来》
为了每一位学生的发展，是《基础教育课程改革纲要》的基本精神，是课改的灵魂，是新课程的核心理念。作为一名语文教师，回顾我与课改共同成长的历程，有艰辛与挫折，也有欢笑与成功。课改让我学会了正视自我，反思自我，实践自我。
刚接触课改时，我只是一心想着把课堂还给学生，让学生多读。于是在讲《春雨》这一课时，我整节课都是让学生读：自由读、指名读、老师领读、齐读、分男女生读等等，一节课是读了许多但是学生没有进一步思考，没有提升。当天这节课是一节非常失败的课，也是我成长道路中的一个零起点。
课后，我一边反思一边学*课改精神，一边听取别的老师给我提出的批评意见，我开始认真地研究教材，注意课堂教学与学生生活的联系，注意把握本年段的教学目标，把握本学期的教学总目标，在讲《尊严》这一课时，我在整堂课的设计中紧紧围绕课文中心，突出“联系上下文理解词语”训练重点，而且学生在课堂上能够大胆发表自己的看法和想法。这节课收到了大家的好评。
但是，我知道我还差的很多，不能停止自己前进的脚步，我又一次拿起了课改，拿起了新课程，同时仔细阅读有关课改的文章、杂志，不放过任何一个对教材的分析处理。于是我在拿到教材之后总是先自己读，通过读来分析哪些知识是学生一学就会的，哪些知识是需要老师引导的，哪些知识是需要拓展延伸的。在此基础上，我设计了《台湾的蝴蝶谷》这一课，这节课上，充分调动了学生已有的知识经验，激发起了学生的积极性。学生们用自己积累的成语来形容蝴蝶谷的美丽，通过自己的发现总结出了总分的段落结构，好像学生的全部细胞都被激发了起来。由于是借班上课，课后孩子们都说要是每天都能这样上课就好了。
此时的我越来越有信心了，我开始向一些名师学*，我要创新，我要走出一条属于自己的路。其中我选择了窦老师做我是老师，我从网上找到他的视频、博客，来看来读，我发现她的主题教学以及桑超越就像给课改思想插上了一对有力的翅膀，在我的脑海中飞翔。于是我在设计《九寨沟》时我广泛地收集资料，不仅仅局限在课本上，我让我的课堂有《五彩池》链接，与《西游记》的美景链接，让孩子们在文字中感受美，在图像证实美。这节课真正做到了，让课本变厚。
可以说现在的课改精神已经是深入我心了，但是我发现我可以学*窦老师的课堂设计但是学不到她那激情四溢的教学语言，于是我又选择了薛法根老师作为我的语言老师，薛老师的那种沉稳特别和我相似，我也特别喜欢他对学生的那种“润物细无声”的评价方法。我在设计《江南春》时，我大胆地用三年级的学生来学四年级的课，我抓住三年级学生的特点，充分利用课文中的图片，放手让学生理解，让学生提问，让学生互相讨论，我诚心诚意地倾听学生的心声，及时对课堂进行调控，学生们学得兴致勃勃，我教的激情飞扬。这节课让我体会到了课堂教学原来如此美妙。
在课改的阳光下，我一路走来，我将继续走下去，走出一条属于自己的教学之路。

通过反思期中考试的错误，我发现一个很重要的部分：基础知识。
基础知识是作文、选择、完形等题的重要组成部分，也就是说，基础知识不扎实，各种题都有可能失分，而这种失分是最令人遗憾与痛心的。上个学期的英语期中考试，当我拿到成绩时，我发现许许多多的错误不是在阅读和完形上，而是在一些不经意的小细节上。这种小细节只要多加一个字母就可以写对、只要多看一眼就能发现。但在考试中，做完试卷后，自己检查是很难发现的。后来我发现自己步入了一个误区，对基础知识重视不够。基础知识是最简单的但也是最重要的。
许多人面对这个问题时总是用不认真、不仔细来解释，但这不是根源。前面提到，即使去检查也不一定能查出来，而且还会浪费一些思考偏难题的时间。因此，一次做对是关键。但怎样才能一次做对呢？首先，要重视熟练。古人说熟能生巧，只有多做练*才能做到熟练，心中挂一个警钟，一遇到这种题小心就能避免出错。经常做练*，看到这些题就能不假思索写出正确答案，这样就比我们草草做完，回头花大量时间去检查要好的多。
当然，英语学*并不只是这么一点，同时需我们多进行一些词汇量的扩展。课外阅读是一个很好的方法。我们手中的空中英语教室就是一个很好的选择。遇到不懂的单词多查，多问。扩充我们的词汇库。

在我很小还在呀呀学语的时侯，妈妈就开始引导我看事物图片，认英语单词。上一年级，妈妈为我购买了学英语丛书等资料，并陪我一起看单词，学句子。从三年级起学校开设英语课，老师也开始给我们教授英语，妈妈精挑细选地给我买了与教材配套的英语光碟。由于以前我对英语的痴迷，这时我学英语更如鱼得水，喜不自胜。上四年级，我的英语已经有了较好的基础，为了继续发展，我每晚都要读一遍英语课文和做一些英语资料，因为妈妈经常告诫我说反复练*，熟能生巧。现在，我已上五年级了，英语老师说我对英语有特异的敏感性，不但发音标准，而且语速流畅，对单词和句型的掌握熟练，运用自如。因此，每次质量检测时我的成绩都会在全年级名列前茅……可以说，上五年级的我，已经能用流利的英语进行滔滔不绝地演讲了。

三针对我校学生实际，分析学情，尤其对英语学困生分析了成因：
1对英语不感兴趣2错误归因：一些学生在英语学*过程中遇到困难或失败时，错误地把原因归结于自己的能力，认为自己不是学*英语的材料，因此放弃尝试和应有的努力，听之任之。3元认知欠缺：有的学生学*无目标，随意性大；课上被动地听课，等待老师布置作业；遇到问题时，不懂采用任何补救措施，这些都是元认知的表现，也是造成学业不良的重要原因。
转化学困生的具体措施：
1.培养兴趣，正面激励
困扰英语学困生的'最根本原因是兴趣和信心的问题。所以，我们在转化英语学困生的时侯，关键要找到他的兴趣点，激发他的兴趣，使他具有学*英语的内在动力。
2.确立目标，激发动机
指导学生根据自己的学*基础和认知水*确立学期目标。这个目标不能定的太高，必须是经过努力可以达到的，并使他们认识到这个目标的最终实现需要以完成每天的学*任务为基础。这些短期目标是学困生日常学*的动力，可以防止他们三天打鱼两天晒网。
3.指导策略，树立信心

Recently watching American TV Dramas has become more and more popular with youth in our country. There are various kinds of reasons. Generally speaking, TV Dramas are suitable for the psychology of youth. The network technology will be developed as well at the same time. What’s more, it can make our spoken English well. Every coin has two sides, but it shows off a humanism, and spreads bad influences such as violence, etc.
I think the positive influences are more important than negative ones.
First of all, a number of American TV Dramas express duty, family, freedom, justice and love concept. It’s useful to develop youth’s recessive education. Next, it can broaden our eyes and knowledge and make us know what is different from home and abroad. With this method, we can know the western society. 首先感谢各位领导老师对我的信任和支持，给我这个机会参加竞聘演讲。
20xx年我毕业于北华大学外语学院师范英语专业，四年的大学学*让我掌握了扎实的语言功底。作为年轻教师，我从不敢懈怠，坚持利用业余时间学*，提高自身业务水*。通过一年的教学工作，我的教学业务水*得到了很大的提升。今天，我竞聘的是高二年级理科英语教师，之所以竞聘这个岗位，基于以下三点原因：

三针对我校学生实际，分析学情，尤其对英语学困生分析了成因：
1对英语不感兴趣2错误归因：一些学生在英语学*过程中遇到困难或失败时，错误地把原因归结于自己的能力，认为自己不是学*英语的材料，因此放弃尝试和应有的努力，听之任之。3元认知欠缺：有的学生学*无目标，随意性大；课上被动地听课，等待老师布置作业；遇到问题时，不懂采用任何补救措施，这些都是元认知的表现，也是造成学业不良的重要原因。
转化学困生的具体措施：
1.培养兴趣，正面激励
困扰英语学困生的最根本原因是兴趣和信心的问题。所以，我们在转化英语学困生的时侯，关键要找到他的兴趣点，激发他的兴趣，使他具有学*英语的内在动力。
2.确立目标，激发动机
指导学生根据自己的学*基础和认知水*确立学期目标。这个目标不能定的太高，必须是经过努力可以达到的，并使他们认识到这个目标的最终实现需要以完成每天的学*任务为基础。这些短期目标是学困生日常学*的动力，可以防止他们三天打鱼两天晒网。
3.指导策略，树立信心

过年的时候，爸爸给我买了一只小仓鼠，它可爱极了。你瞧！它全身的毛雪白雪白的，好像裹着一件白色的貂皮大衣，摸上去温暖又柔软。小仓鼠的头上面圆下面尖，有两只三角形的耳朵竖在头顶上，真有点耳听八方的意思呢，一双水汪汪的小眼睛像两颗黑色的玻璃球，炯炯有神。小鼻子上有几根细长的胡须，尖嘴猴腮的小嘴巴里面布满了无数颗锋利的牙齿，咬着铁杆“吱吱吱”地响。它尾巴短，身体小巧，胖嘟嘟的真像一个小绒球。

第一，我想解决在座家长的一个困惑。
我相信，大多数家长都已看到过前段时间出台的英语考试改革政策，而昨天也正式出台政策就是20xx年英语将正式退出新高考。那在这，各位就不禁要问，英语还有用吗？还有必要学吗？而我的回答是肯定的，当然不是因为我是英语老师，我才这样说。首先，大家可以看到现在是个国际化的社会，在当今社会，与外界的交流，最广泛运用的官方语言依然是英语，在各种国际大会时用的最多的还是英语。像我们的，在5日出访埃塞俄比亚时，与当地就是直接用英语交谈的。而我也相信，各位家长还是希望自己的孩子以后能走出去，看看更广阔的世界，而这时，懂得一门通用的语言是显得尤其重要的。不说以后孩子为了更好的分数，为了更好的学校而学英语，就为自己个人的发展，学*英语也就相当于学*了一门技能。其次，现在大学里很多专业都还是要求英语基础的，甚至有些科目直接是英文版的。孩子的专业影响以后孩子的就业，如果你的孩子选择的专业就是这样的一门需要英语的专业，现在这个时候，你还会对他说，英语不用考了，学了没用的话吗？再次，我讲一件真事。这个五一假，我一个在银行工作的姨妈来三亚玩，期间，她谈起前段时间错失了个很好的机会。原来香港的东亚银行的长沙分行里，有个职位她极有可能进去，但唯一令人遗憾的是她不懂英语。言语之间，不无失落。
在这呢，我也就是想告诉各位家长，在这样的困惑面前，作为家长的我们应该对英语持一个什么样的态度，因为你的看法会在很大程度上影响孩子的观点。如果你都不重视，孩子就更不会重视了。不管怎样，学*知识不会有错，也许这个知识还会成为影响你孩子以后事业的一项技能。
第二，我想给大家念个故事，也许有些家长曾经看到过这个故事，但请允许我在这用几分钟再念念这个故事。
有位母亲第一次被儿子所在的幼儿园请去开家长会，幼儿园的老师对母亲说 ：“你的儿子有多动症，在板凳上连三分钟都坐不了，你最好带他去医院看一看。
回家的路上，儿子问母亲老师都说了些什么？母亲鼻子一酸，差点流下泪来。因为全班30位小朋友，惟有自己的儿子表现最差；惟有对自己的儿子老师表现出不屑。然而，她还是这样告诉了自己的儿子：“老师表扬你了，说宝宝原来在板凳上坐不了一分钟，现在能坐三分钟了。其他的妈妈都非常羡慕妈妈了，因为只有宝宝进步了。”
那天晚上，儿子破天荒地吃了两碗米饭，并且没有让大人喂。
儿子上小学了。母亲再次去参加学校召开的家长会。老师对母亲说“全班50名同学，这次数学考试，你儿子排名49名，我们怀疑你儿子智力是不是有些障碍，你最好带他去医院查一查。”
回去的路上，母亲流下了泪水。然而，当她回到家里，十分亲切的对坐在桌前的儿子说：“老师对你充满信心。老师说了，你并不是个笨孩子，只要能细心些，你一定会超过你的同桌，这次你的同桌排在第21名。”
说这话时，她发现儿子暗淡的眼神一下子充满了光，沮丧的脸也一下子舒展开来。她甚至发现，儿子温顺得让她吃惊，好象长大了许多。第二天一早上学时，儿子走得比*时都要早。
孩子上了初中，学校又一次召开家长会。她坐在儿子的座位上，等着老师点她儿子的名字，因为每次家长会，她儿子的名字总是在差生的行列中被点到。然而，这次却出乎她的预料，直到会议结束，都没听到。母亲反倒有些不*惯。临散会，母亲去问老师，老师告诉她：“按你儿子现在的成绩，考重点中学还不太把握。”
母亲怀着欣喜的心情走出校门，此时她发现儿子在等她，路上她扶着儿子的肩膀，心理有一种说不出的甜蜜。她告诉儿子：“班主任对你非常满意，老师说了，只要你努力，很有希望考上重点高中。”
儿子高中毕业的那年。那是第一批大学录取通知书下达的日子，学校打来电话让儿子到学校去一趟，母亲此时有一种预感，儿子有可能被清华大学录取了，因为在报考时，她给儿子说过，她相信自己的儿子有能力考取这所学校。
儿子从学校回来了，把一封印有清华大学招生办公室的特快专递交到她的手里之后，突然转身跑到自己的房间里大哭起来。边哭边说：“妈妈，我一直都知道，其实我并不是一个非常聪明的孩子，是您这些年来始终的鼓励”
这时，母亲悲喜交加，再也按捺不住十几年来凝聚在心中的泪水，任它打湿在手中的.信封上。
通过这个故事，我想各位家长也能明白我的意思，就是对孩子要进行赏识教育，不要用全世界孩子的优点去比孩子身上的缺点，多鼓励鼓励孩子，并且真正花心思在孩子身上。有很多家长会说，一直都忙，没时间管。这我们能理解，但孩子是你的，不是学校的，作为老师我们一定会尽职尽责地教育孩子，而家长也是孩子的第一教师。有调查证明，作为父母的我们只要每天有15分钟的时间是完完全全陪着孩子的，这个孩子的成长也会不一样的。这个陪是指父母在这15分钟时间里不做任何与孩子的无关的事，比如坐在孩子身边玩手机，看电脑等，这也是不行的。同时，在陪伴孩子时，多夸夸孩子，但也不要为了夸孩子而夸孩子，太容易得到的东西往往不会让人懂得珍惜。
第三，我建议各位家长，多多培养孩子的阅读*惯。前段时间，我们接受了一个来自北京的教育专家的培训，他说他没有手机，也不让孩子接触任何什么Ipad、Iphone等电子产品。不过，在这样一个信息化的时代，不让孩子接触这些，确实有些难做到，但是我们可以在另一方面多多培养孩子的其他*惯。读书能修身养性，我们可以陪着孩子一起读。阅读，对一个人的影响不是一时的，而是一生的。在这呢，英语就有个阅读要求，而这个读，是读出声的。就是每周的必须要完成的作业，家长也许都知道，每周学生回去要到家长那将所学过的课文从头至尾读一遍给家长听。在这呢，我希望家长不要忽视这十几分钟，即使你听不懂也希望你能耐心听孩子读完。这不仅是对所学知识的巩固，也是锻炼孩子的口头表达能力。毕竟英语是门语言，要说出来才行。

能听懂他人比较纯正的英语，不仅是英语考试的需要，也是同学们未来步入社会，施展才能所必需的技能。我们*时的听力训练不仅仅是在训练你的英语听力，其实它也是一种语感培养，充足的英语听力训练同时也会极大的有助于提高学*者的口语能力。鉴于同学们不可能自己抽出多少时间去听英语歌曲、看英文电影或者直接用英语与人口头交流，那么，充分利用好本年级统一的听力训练时间就显得尤其重要。在听力训练中，既要学会抓关键词，也要学会听懂完整的句子；既要学会听懂不同语音语调对语意的影响，也要学会听懂有失去爆破和连读现象的句子。有难度的听力训练试题最好是能在过了一段时间后，等到忘记得差不多时，有再听一次的机会。所以在做听力训练试题时，我建议同学们一律用铅笔做记号，对完答案、看完录音文字材料后再把铅笔痕迹察掉。
英语的口头表达能力虽然不是我们考试的必备能力，但它却是同学们将来所需要的最重要的，最实用的英语技能。一口流利的英语是每一个英语学*者所梦想达到的理想水*。重视口语能力的训练不仅对未来有重要意义，对提高同学们高中阶段的英语水*也有非常重要的意义。说英语就是运用英语。语言能力和语言知识，同许多其它能力和知识一样，只有通过运用，并且经常运用才会真正地学到手，学到家。英语是一门语言。语言是听出来的，是经过不断模仿后才能说出来的。高中生的英语口语能力要求，除了一般日常交际应答以外，还应该具备能连续表达含五个以上的句子。练就一口流畅的英语口语需要同学们抓住三个机会：一是课堂上老师为同学们提供的开口机会。二是课前演讲或者值日报告的机会。三是早读是个好机会。早读不应该总是停留在背单词、背课文这样的简单劳动中。单词不是用来背诵的。朗读单词的目的是要把单词的发音读准，并且能上口，读起来不勉强，不绕口。课文也不是用来背诵的。熟读课文是为了加深理解，巩固词汇知识和语法知识。既然口语能力那么重要，同学们不妨把背诵或者复述课文当成是口语表达或者演讲的准备呢？换句话说，把课文材料准备得再熟悉不过以后，来一次演讲展示，那且不美哉！真正的高英语水*绝不是看书看出来的，也不是做*题能做出来的，更不是听老师讲课能听出来的。早读期间通过不断模仿，放声吼叫，反复实践，你一定能快速提高自己的口语表达能力。
英语短文阅读的重要性不仅表现在高中英语考试中它的份量最大，而且还表现在英语短文是英语词汇知识和语法知识的载体方面。词汇量的扩大、词汇知识的丰富和句子表达的多样性光靠死记硬背是无法也不可能实现的。扩大词汇量、丰富自己的词汇知识和地道完美的表达自己只有依靠优良的阅读*惯。教材课文是精读材料，需要同学们读熟读透，直至能开口娓娓道来为止。课外阅读又叫泛读。高中英语新课标教材对高中前八个模块的`学*有一个要求：课外阅读要完成30万单词的阅读量。也就是说：同学们需要每天有500到700个单词量的阅读。课外阅读也是运用语言的一种必不可少的形式。课外阅读不能停留在完成几道阅读理解试题或者完形填空试题。关键在尽量弄懂文章中的每一句话含义、长难句的结构。留意你还不很熟悉的词汇、词汇知识和语法知识。还要去认真体会不同的英语句子在表达上的精确性。千万不要在一些你还不认识的，拼写怪诞，发音困难的生僻词汇上浪费时间和精力。
阅读能力，除词汇量大小以外，还包含阅读速度、长难句理解、和把握主题大意的能力。要会快速阅读，同学们必须学会一些阅读的技能：如：skimming(跳读)、scanning(扫读)和digesting(研读)。Skimming和scanning就是根据阅读任务在文中查找相关信息。Digesting主要是用来理解长难句、把握主题大意和作者意图以及猜测词义的技术。不仅要研读长难句结构，也还需要研读逻辑关系。
流畅的短文表达能力在很大程度上依赖于你的词汇量、词汇知识和句法知识。它们的积累在于*时的听、说和读的活动。写作表达能力中，你的英语句式的结构思维能力或者英语*惯思维能力会对表达能力有重要影响。这就需要同学们*时养成一个良好*惯：那就是总是试图用英语来表达出你眼睛所看到的，耳朵能听到的，身体能感受到的和你思想能想到的。除此之外，一篇优秀的短文还少不了三个要素：即结构，内容和语言。
一片结构完美的英文短文，尤其是说明文和议论文，往往有一个比较完优美的，诱人深入阅读的开头语。主题句是可从开头语中自然而然过度而来。你所程述的观点，一般都要用事实做论证，或者用具体方式方法来支持。巧妙的结论句往往能使文章锦上添花。
内容需要真实，合乎情理，能让人信服。文中不要有与主题无关的内容。
语言要尽可能是地道的，去汉语化的英语。要经常套用自己在阅读中、在课堂上学来句子结构去表达自己。要敢于尝试用比较复杂的句子结构和比较高级的词汇来使文章进一步美化。
听所读写四大技能并不是各自孤立的，也是相互作用和相互制约的。如果*时，只注重某一项技能的学*和训练，那是不可能成为一位真正的英语强手的。
任何一门学科都需要踏实的学*作风。外语也不例外。学外语的实主要表现在以下几个方面：
一、落实词汇、词汇知识和特殊句式的积累。落实词汇和词汇知识并不是反复背记词汇表中的单词。落实词汇、词汇知识以及特殊句式的最好办法是先探究后运用。一个词汇在经过七到八次在不同时间和不同的语境中运用后，它就是你的了。词汇知识和特殊句式也是一样。写作是运用，造句是运用，阅读，倾听和与他人用英语交流也是运用。借助词典进行造句练*，在造句中运用新学的词汇不失为一种行之有效的简单易行的方式。
二、落实课外阅读。每天坚持花半小时阅读一两篇短文。一要真正读懂。二要留意词汇运用。
三、落实早自*精读。每次有硬指标，死任务。
四、落实课内课外书面作业。简单的完成老师布置的作业量并不是落实。书面作业质的落实必须是在真正懂了、记住了的基础上又快又好的独立的、闭卷式的完成书面作业。对发现的漏洞和缺陷要采取补救措施。
五、落实自主探究的学*能力培养。学*中缺乏自主探究，不善于利用团队合作和与老师沟通是很多高中生在学*中存在的一种普遍想象。老师不是保姆，老师不可能把英语的词汇知识和英语的四大能力烹制成一道道佳肴后，一口一口地喂进学生的口中。老师的探究代替不了学生的探究。学*能力的培养主要是探究能力的培养。学会了探究，你才会在知识的大海中畅游。学会了探究，你才会成为终身学*者。英语学科的探究应该表现在对某一特定词汇在文中、在句中的用法和含义的探究，对长难句结构和含义的探究，对相关知识关联的探究，对作者意图、主题大意的探究，当然也包含对学法的探究。要探究知识，要有工具（词典以及各种手册等）的帮助，更要有团队的合作，还要有老师的帮助。团队合作可以让你取他人之长补自己之短，还可以集思广益，产生思想火花。常与老师沟通是可以使你更容易发现前进的方向，少走弯路。
总而言之，英语学*需要同学们从听说读写四大技能方面养成良好的学**惯，坚持语言知识积累、精读、泛读、课内课外作业和自主探究五个方面的脚踏实地地勤奋努力，就能够比较轻松地完成高中英语的学*，为自己将来的远大理想奠定坚实的外语基础。
