  因此,我们从小就要养成一个好*惯,养成良好的*惯,才能有我们美好灿烂的明天。那么,我们如何养成一个好*惯呢?作为一名学生,首先,要从小事做起,从我做起。大家听过这样一个故事:战国时,有一个叫陈番的年轻人,从小立志要为国家做出巨大的贡献,但他却从来不屑于将屋子打扫一下,每天只知道读书。一天,一个朋友来看望他,见屋子脏乱不堪,便问他为什么不打扫一下。他答道:“大丈夫志在扫天下。区区一间小屋,能算什么?”朋友反问:“一屋不扫,何以扫天下?”顿时,他哑口无言。从此,陈番下决心从小事做起,最后,果然成就了一番大事业!

  曾国藩是清代的名臣,一生勤奋好学,以“勤”、“恒”两字来激励自己,教育子侄,谓“百种弊病,皆从懒生,懒则事事松弛。”他抓住一切读书机会,死前一日犹手不释卷,还给自己定了十二条规则。

  他读书日课有程,持之以恒,博求约守,不拘门户,久而久之就形成了一种*惯。因为有了这种良好的读书*惯,所以使他得以博闻强记,学富五车,成为清代以文人而封武侯的第一人。

  从上述例子可以看出,良好的*惯,是为人、做事成功的基础。

  俗话说“江山易改,禀性难移”,也充分说明了*惯的重要性。“差不多”先生的故事可谓家喻户晓,他一生的理念就是“差不多”。

  有一次他没能赶上吃饭,他就对自己说:“吃饭和不吃饭不是差不多吗?”没搭上火车也对自己说:“乘火车和走路不是差不多吗?”甚至他咽气的那一刻,他还对周围的人说:“活着和死了也不是差不多吗?”这还不能够说明坏*惯的影响之大吗?正因为这些坏*惯如鬼魅般缠绕着你,影响你的生活,影响着你的成功。

  成功和失败都源于你所养成的*惯。

  既然*惯如此重要,那么如何养成良好的*惯呢?有一位禅师,带领一帮弟子来到一片草地上。他问弟子们,怎么可以除掉草地上的杂草。弟子们想了各种办法,拔、铲、挖等等。但禅师说,这都不是最佳办法。因为“野火烧不尽,春风吹又生”。

  什么才是最好的办法呢?禅师说:明年那么就知道了。到了第二年,弟子们再回来发现,这片草地长出了成片的粮食,再也看不见原来的杂草。弟子们才明白最好的办法原来是在草地上种粮食。

  这就是禅师的智慧------用粮食根除杂草。我们在培养*惯时,是否可以从禅师那里领悟借鉴呢!好*惯多了,坏*惯自然就少了。

  *惯的养成并非一朝一夕之事,而要改正某种不良*惯,也常常需要一段时间。根据专家的研究发现,21天以上的重复会形成*惯,90天的重复会形成稳定的*惯。所以一个观念如果被自己验证了21次以上,它一定会成为你的信念。好*惯的培养是要从一点一滴做起,从现在做起,生活中随手捡起洒落的纸屑杂物、不随手丢弃垃圾、学*上认真仔细的做好作业、每天坚持背诵英语单词并持之以恒,我们定会看见这些*惯带给我们的好处:干净整洁的环境,日新月异的成绩,老师和家长欣慰的笑脸。

  可是一进门,就有点让我大失所望。在一间不大的屋子里摆着两台电视机,很多小记者正在认真的体验着,不时传来阵阵欢呼声。“就在这里,怎么体验?”我心里半信半疑。按照要求,今天主要体验三个项目,分别是:打乒乓球、打网球和滑雪。

  不一会儿,就轮到我了。先是体验打乒乓球,“这可是我的强项。”我暗自高兴,因为暑假的时候我就学过,这个我肯定能赢。先是我发球,我把球高高抛起,然后使劲一打,就把球发过去了,还没等我反应过来,球又被打了回来,我没接住。1比0,我先输了一分。在接下来的比赛中,虽然我左推右挡,但最后还是输掉了这一局。

  the 2006-2007 regular season of nba will start soon.as the center of houston rockets,the proud of our chinese,yao ming is becoming more and more dominant in nba,the first clabasketball league has came to much more highlighted.especilly in china,all the chinese basketball fans see the rockets as their hometeam.i'm the super fan of it.and of course,fan of yao.

  several days ago,yao twisted his ankle in the match vs orlanto magic.it really depressed me as the unending injuries had haunted the rockets for the last whole season.i am so happy to know later that yao is alright and will be healthy enough to face the challenges of new season.he is always performing like a gentleman no matter in the match or in daily life.i think he is a perfect delegate of china to the whole world.

  Lacking the exercise awareness,students of the university have been detruded the physical activity into the dustbin.

  Today, scientists have confirmed the relationship between the physical activity and health with overwhelming evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to die early, or to experience major illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

  Not only do our body gets benefit from the exercise,but also the mind can get exercise.Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that lead a person to feel peaceful and happy. Exercise can help people sleep better ,and give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal. Exercising can help you look better, too. People who exercise burn calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping our body at a healthy weight. When we exercise, we burn food calories as fuel. If we eats more calories than we burn, the body stores them away as fat.

  We must pay attention to exercise so that we can maintain a healthy body.In order to stay away from fat and diseases,we should realize the importance of exercise and try our best to do.

  Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength.In collective sports like basketball,volleyball,or football,we will learn the importance of cooperation.While taking part in sports game,we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit.Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work.However,as the saying goes,"there are two sides to everything",and sports is without exception.We may hurt other players or ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities.What's more,excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

  My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically.It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people.So long as we are carefully enough,sports can do us nothing but good.
