一、活动背景：
生日派对策划书
当我们某些建工干部生日的时候或生日提前的一定时间里，为了祝福与交流而展开的。
二、活动目的：
1、让过生的人感受到我们建工的温暖，同时增加我们干部之间的友情，提高合作效率。
2、有效地进行工作经验的交流，让各位干部在轻松愉快的环境中进行学*。
3、培养干部的语言组织能力、交际能力，锻炼各位的胆识与魄力!
三、活动准备：
1、确定好时间地点以便及时地通知。
2、预算经费并向各干部收集一定的经费(除过生的人外)。

设计意图：
今年是我们大四班孩子们在幼儿园度过的最后一年，家长们都想给孩子们的幼儿园生活，留下一段难忘的回忆，对每个孩子的生日大家也显得尤为重视，越来越多家长选择给孩子在幼儿园里过生日。孩子在生日前几天就在宣传自己的生日，并和大家一起策划，生日那天能收到好朋友的礼物会令孩子欣喜不已;家长们送来了蛋糕、还附上了父母寄语;作为老师，我们也想出了各种办法给孩子惊喜。
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》社会领域中提出：“引导幼儿参加游戏和其他各种活动，体验和同伴共处的乐趣;加强师生之间、同伴之间的交往，培养幼儿对人亲*、友爱的态度，教给必要的交往技能，学会和睦相处。”依据这一指导思想，“我在幼儿园过生日”主题系列活动开始了，让孩子分享体验同伴的快乐，增进孩子之间的友好团结意识，深深地感受老师、小朋友和爸爸妈妈的关心祝福，学会感恩，这次活动对孩子的社会性情感、个性和认知的发展都有积极意义，同时为孩子的幼儿园生活画上更灿烂的色彩，为孩子和家长留下更美好的回忆。

3.大家一起唱歌、跳舞，表演节目为“小寿星”祝福。
4.教师请幼儿按顺序在自制签名卡上用自己喜欢的彩笔写下自己的名字，作为最珍贵的礼物送给小朋友。
5.教师朗读家长信件、贺卡，请幼儿观看有关父母养育孩子的录像，感受父母的辛劳。
6.过生日的时候有这么的人关心你，你心里有什么感觉啊?我们的成长离不开我们的父母，爸爸妈妈为我们付出了哪些啊?
7.教师小结：孩子的生日就是妈妈的受难日，为了孩子的成长，父母辛辛苦苦付出，所以我们要在过生日的时候来感谢我们的父母。
8.点燃生日蜡烛，过生日小朋友许愿、吹蜡烛，让我们把这开心一刻永远保留下来吧!师生拍照留念。
9.过生日的小朋友为大家发送生日蛋糕，大家一起分享生日的快乐。

活动反思：
每个月班里都会有过生日的小朋友，每当他们快到生日的那几天，他们总会主动告诉老师和小朋友，当问到他们过生日最高兴的事时，大部分孩子都会说“喜欢吃生日蛋糕，喜欢接受生日礼物”，但是多数幼儿对过生日的意义并不是很了解。
自从我班开展“我在幼儿园过生日”活动以来，一年里已有10多名幼儿先后在班上过生日。每次过生日的场面都热闹非凡。孩子们一起为过生日的孩子唱歌跳舞，一首首动听的音乐沁人心脾;一句句祝福的话让人感动至深;一份份精美的礼物让人心花怒放;一个个绚丽的签名卡让人爱不释手;一块块甜蜜的蛋糕让人口甜心也甜。
每次主题活动前，我们都会组织幼儿进行讨论，听听孩子们对生日想法和需要，找到孩子所需要的，找到我们应该给予的，找到活动所蕴含的价值。为孩子留出最大的空间，让孩子大胆发挥想象力和创造力，让孩子主动去关心自己的生日活动，让孩子真正成为活动的主人。
我们的.主题活动探索式、连续性的进行，内容不断丰富完善，形式也日趋多样，由围绕生日的谈话、讨论发展到手工、绘画、分工合作、家园合作等等，孩子们体验到了什么叫关心、什么叫礼貌、什么叫文明交往，促进了孩子的语言表达能力的发展，促进了孩子关心他人、与人分享的快乐情感，促进了孩子文明交往行为的形成。帮助孩子从关注自己的狭隘视角中走出来，使幼儿开始关注家人、同伴等，鼓励他们在表现自己独特个性的同时，激起他们关注和了解别人的愿望。
主题活动中，我们充分发挥家长的作用，活动前和过生日小朋友的家长联系好，让他们写一封信给孩子(信中可以写他们成长中有趣的事或是家长对他们的期望)，贺卡中爸爸、妈妈的祝福以及养育孩子的录像等，家长的配合和支持保证了活动的顺利进行，也使孩子对活动感到亲切、自然。特别是航航妈妈在信中讲述怀孕时身体的变化及生产时的感受，这一内容最吸引孩子，也激发了孩子的情感，孩子们深深地感受到妈妈怀孕的辛苦，体会到父母对自己的爱，认识生日对自己成长的意义，孩子在生日的烛光中学*感恩。所以我觉得活动对孩子的社会性情感、个性和认知的发展都有积极意义。
整个活动为幼儿打开了一扇了解社会的窗口，也架设了一座幼儿社会交往的桥梁，从而有效地促进了幼儿的整体发展。

车子上路了，瞧，贺子寒就像一位车手似的招呼大家：“你们坐好了。”然后对我说：“咱们俩一起蹬，尽量加快速度。”说着，我们弓起背越蹬越快。在贺子寒这个冒牌车手的带领下，我们把车子骑到了小路上，这不，要拐弯了，贺子寒没有把握好方向，将我们带到沟里去了。小姨生气地说：“你看把他能成啥样子了！”贺子寒还不罢休，继续骑行。一个小时过去了，该把自行车还回去了，其他人下了车，我们把自行车送了回去。
我看见有游艇在河边停着，就嚷嚷着要坐游艇，妈妈让我们三个孩子去坐游艇。我们坐在了最靠边的座位上，这样，就可以感受到水溅在身上的滋味了。坐好后，游艇慢慢地离开了岸边，一开始游艇开得很慢，后来越来越快，身后的水掀起了几尺高的浪花，一下子溅到了我的脸上，我兴奋地叫道：“哇，好凉快啊！”十分钟过后，我们回到了岸上。

吃着自己亲手做的、香喷喷的比萨，真是特别美味。吃饱喝足，拍着圆滚滚的肚皮，大家踱着方步走向二楼KTV。伴随着一首动感十足的江南style，同学们疯狂地边唱边跳，太high了。可是高兴了不多久，男、女生就开始了“话筒抢夺赛”，十三个人抢三个话筒，差点没打起来，最后还是男生显示了自己的宽宏大量，把场地让给了女生。接下来就是“场地轮流赛”了，男生唱罢女生唱，这回总算天下太*了。
吱，KTV的门开了，蛋糕店的叔叔送来了一个大大的生日蛋糕。关上灯，点上蜡烛，生日歌在耳畔缓缓响起。闭上眼睛，许下心愿，正想吹灭蜡烛，却不知哪儿吹来一阵怪风，还没待我张嘴，蜡烛已经灭了。“周子捷，祝你生日快乐！”祝福声响成一片。

我的好朋友同学要过生日了，这个彩色的小“**”已经在班级疯传了好几周了，大蛋糕已经订好了，据说是在上海市的一家大蛋糕店专门定做的，酒店已经订好座了，据说是在青浦的一家豪华酒店。总之越传越离奇，把大伙儿都馋的口水在嘴边打转转……

“今天是彭雨晴同学的十岁生日，所以邀请你们一起来欢乐欢乐，因为十岁的生日是最为重要的。十岁的生日标志着她已经长大了。”雨晴的妈妈带着感情讲完了欢迎词。彭雨晴自己弹了一首热情奔放的钢琴曲，还有一位同学用笛子吹了一首生日快乐歌，随后在钢琴、笛子等乐器的伴奏下，我们一起用中英文合唱了“生日快乐歌”，蜡烛随之熄灭，灯光瞬间照亮房间，照亮我们一群天真烂漫的小朋友们，一个漂亮的大蛋糕很快被分到每个小盘子里，太可惜了，不知道蛋糕师傅花了多少功夫才做成的这样一件精美的艺术品瞬间就化为乌有。
大家吃足了，过瘾了，就开始相互追逐着，给对方的脸上涂抹蛋糕，大家的脸上五颜六色，那样子真是开心极了，当然被蛋糕化妆的最美丽动人的主角自然是彭雨晴同学了……
随后我们只顾了玩，大家疯狂地相互追逐，在酒店里捉起迷藏来，玩得天翻地覆，不亦乐乎，把随后端上来的一桌大餐早已忘到脑后。只听到阿姨不断的在包间门口吆喝：“快来吃啊!菜都凉了……”
