“宪法是国家根本大法”，是的行为准则。列宁说：“宪法者，**之构成法，人民之保证书也。”既然宪法是“人民之保证书”，规定了人民之基本权利和义务，系基本之维护手段，当然有宣传教育和学*之必要。设立宪法日，开展宪法宣传教育意义不言自明。
只是，宪法怎么宣传、怎么教育呢？如果说“全国法制宣传日”还可以进行非常丰富的宣传教育活动，那么宪法宣传教育可能要困难得多，有的时方搞起中小学“宪法晨读活动”，“我为法治代言”主题公众开放日活动等，这肯定是不会有多大效果的。为什么这样讲？因为一者，中国的宪法历史较短，没有太多历史可讲；二者，宪法没有案例可言，枯燥的条文缺乏案例来解读。纯粹就文字说文字、照本宣科，必然让人了无兴趣，左耳进右耳出，宣传教育的效果也可想而知。

宪法有着很大的作用，它与我们每一个家庭、是每一个个体，都有千丝万缕着关系，还是我们的亲戚呢。这位宪法亲戚，她可厉害了，我们中华母亲都要听她的。宪法，她规定了国家的政治、经济、文化、社会、生活等方面的发展方向，让他们都乖乖地听话，不让他们肆意妄为，嚣张跋扈。宪法会给祖**亲画上一条又长又复杂的线，至于里面那一条条细腻的小线就是我们的民法、刑法等等。同时，宪法还很具有宣传作用，它在一定程度上能提高公民的思想意识，特别是公民意识和法律意识，因为它特别有影响力，每一个家庭、每一个公民、每一个团体都必须以宪法为根本的活动准则。
在这个纷繁的世界，宪法会保护我们，让那些想打倒我们的人更加艰难。所以，我们应该让它更加强大，而不是变得没有人去遵守宪法。
我们已经了解了宪法，那我们现在应该怎么办?该怎么做呢?第一，我们应该读一读与宪法相关的书，深刻了解下这方面的知识。那么这时，就会有人说:“宪法这么难理解的东西，我们应该要到高中才学呢，现在没关系，不用了解它，就算现在不了解也没有关系呀，反正对我又没有什么影响。”但是我不知道你们有没有了解过，很多国外的小朋友，他们在小学的时候就已经学*法律，他们对法律的认识和学*，已经远远超出了我们。如果我们现在不努把力，可能以后就会被淘汰掉。那时你再去学，可就晚了。所以我们应该从现在开始，学***，了解宪法，让它成为我们每个人心中不可抹掉的记忆，刻在我们心中。

最后一点也是最最重要的一点。我们一定要把我国的宪法发扬光大，让每一位公民都知道它的存在，好好推广它、珍惜它。

李笑来先生说过：你以前明明是活在那样的世界里，有一天，当那你明白一些道理之后，你活在这样的世界里。并且，从此以后你再也回不到原来那个世界。这不是自谦，更不是自嗨，是现实生活的真实存在。
但总有一个挥之不去的困惑，不知怎么回事。现在的状况是，越努力，感觉和别人的差距越大。越努力，自己越焦虑不安。总在怀疑，是不是自己的方向有什么问题，还是方法上出错了，总感觉一直在努力，却一直在退步?
不止我一个人存在这样的困惑，身边的很多朋友像我一样，都或多或少都在经历这样的痛苦。有几个朋友和我探讨，“以前写文章，浏览量轻轻松松过百，写了一年多，没想到，浏览量不仅没增加，反而比以前更少了。是不是我退步了?”
就在上个星期，在公司的大会上，我再次发言。一个月前发言感觉良好，而第二次发言，200多字，我结结巴巴，竟然五六处出错，我异常郁闷。怎么回事?按理说艺高人胆大。每天一篇文章，朗读都快小半年了，怎么越发不行了?是自己的思维跟不上了，还是练*的不够?
有一种紧迫感，始终伴随着自己。越努力，越挫败。仿佛进入到一个怪圈，任凭自己怎么努力，都在原地踏步。如何破局?如何走出当前的困境?是我，也是大多数渴望成长人共同的话题。这段时间，反反复复，我一直在思考这个问题。这个问题想不明白，这个坎迈不过去，容易很快丧失斗志。
2 的学*不是为了完成运动量，学*的目的是要持续做自己做不好的事情。
科学家把学*分成三个区域，舒适区、学*区，恐慌区。想要有所突破，必须进入学*区。当然难度不应过大，难度控制在16%，应该是个恰当的分值。这有点像摘苹果，一伸手就能拿到，不过是重复性动作，而跳一跳能够着的练*，才会更有趣味。
用自己的现在和别人的现在比，其实你已经输在起点上了。山外有山，人外有人，人和人因为环境、受教育的程度、每个人后天的素养、个人的天分，都各不相同。一旦陷入这种比较的俗套，就会觉得，自己所有的付出，毫无起色，甚至不值得一提。也就是用别人的成功，灭自己的威风。
即使要比，也用未来的自己和现在的别人作比较。当然你还得保证别人停留在现在不懂才行。这种想法往往不切实际，最好的方法是自我比较。用昨天你和今天的你做比较，用明天的你和今天的你做比较，只有当你看到自己的变化，收到自己的反馈，你才会充满信心，继续走下去。
感觉自己没有进步，反而退步的根本原因，是练*的次数不够。想想从开始真正学*到现在用了多长时间?无论从时间的付出上，还是其他资源的投入上，远远不够。李笑来每写一本书，都是畅销书。我们只看到他赚钱，却不知道，他用了十年的'时间，每天三千多字，刻意打磨自己的写作能力，才变成今天的样子。
林清玄从三年级开始，每天写500字左右，中学每天写1000字左右，大学每天写3000字，上班后，每天写4000多字。他死后，他写的书堆起来，高过他本人。村上春树每天都会写10页稿纸，约4000多字，他每天跑步10公里，所以他成了全世界的高产作家和加马拉松最多的长跑者。
仔细琢磨，问题都是明摆的事儿。无论是学*、读书和写作，都是长期持续的事情。延迟满足，适当的推迟快乐，才是走向成熟的标志。甚至，我们眼中看到的许多东西，包括对自己的认识，都带有片面性。一个人的成长有大有小，只要坚持，肯定会有所收获。就像oo7创始人覃杰说的：天下没有白走的路，每一步都算数。
适当的焦虑，甚至适当的紧迫感，又有什么不好?至少它让我们始终绷紧危机这根弦。成长这个事儿，有时可以模仿，有时可以比较，但更多的时候，要根据自己的实际情况，设定适合自己的方法。
3 前几天听《游戏，让学*更成瘾》这本音频书，突发奇想。如果把游戏思维，或者游戏套路引入学*，是否能达到事半功倍的效果?很多时候，我们学*兴趣不高，按部就班，循规蹈矩，没有创新。是因为没有反馈和奖励，把学*当成了一种形式主义。
最好的方式是，保留你的好奇心，把每次进入新领域的学*，当成一种奇幻之旅。并且在完成每一项任务，解决每一道难题后，都要适度的奖励自己。即使整个剧场没有一个观众，也要学会为自己鼓掌，为自己赋能。甚至要盲目相信自己，你已经走出很远，别让自己停下就行。
据说拿破仑亲率军队作战时，同是一支军队的战斗力，便会增强一倍。原来，军队的战斗力在很大程度上基于士兵们对统帅的敬仰和信心。如果拿破仑在率领军队越过阿尔卑斯山的时候，只是坐着说：“这件事太困难了。”毫无疑问，拿破仑的军队永远不会越过那座高山。拿破仑的自信和坚强，使他统帅的每个士兵增加了战斗力。所以，无论做什么事，坚定不移的自信力，都是达到成功所必需的和最重要的因素。

为了克服消极、否定的态度，我们应该试着采取积极、肯定的态度。如果自认为不行，身边的事也抛下不管，情况就会渐渐变得如自己所想的一样。缺乏自信时，我们更应该给自己打气。一个人如果不对自己失望，别人也会对他抱有信心。
别总是抱怨自己怀才不遇，工资太少，先去想想怎么提高自己的能力，怎样让老板赏识吧。
*段时间，已经不止听到一个人对我抱怨：“公司给我这么点钱，我就干这么点事，凭什么多干，他又不给我涨工资。”我忍不住小声嘀咕：如果我是老板，我也不会重用你。反观，也难怪这些人做了一两年仍然原地踏步，先别说涨工资，哪怕你就是再干上十年，估计老板也不会给你涨，说不定哪天碰到经济不景气，就把你裁了，不是没可能的。

On the junk a man stands amidships beating a drum incessantlyto guide their efforts, and they pull with all their strength, like men possessed, bent double; and sometimes in the extremity of their travail they crawl on the ground, on all fours, like the beasts of the field. They strain, strain fiercely, against the pitiless might of the stream. The leader goes up and down the line and when he sees one who is not putting all his will into the task he brings down his split bamboo on the naked back. Each one must do his utmost or the labour of all is vain. And still they sing a vehement, eager chant, the chant of the turbulent waters. I do not know how words can describe what there is in it of effort. It serves to express the straining heart, the breaking muscles, and at the same time the indomitable spirit of man which overcomes the pitiless force of nature. Though the rope may part and the great junk swing back, in the end the rapid will be passed; and at the close of the weary day there is the hearty meal...

But the most agonising song is the song of the coolies who bring the great bales from the junk up the steep steps to the town wall. Up and down they go, endlessly, and endless as their toil rises theirrhythmic cry. He, aw,ah,on. They are barefoot and naked to the waist. The sweat pours down their faces and their song is a groan of pain. It is a sigh of despair. It is heart rending. It is hardly human. It is the cry of souls in infinite distress, only just musical, and that last note is the ultimate sob of humanity. Life is too hard, too cruel, and this is the final despairing protest. That is the song of the river.

Now the trumpet summons us again, not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need; not as a call to battle, though embattled we are; but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle, year in and year out, “rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation”, a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease, and war itself.
Can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance, North and South, East and West, that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? Will you join in that historic effort?
In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility. I welcome it. I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it. And the glow from that fire can truly light the world.
And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.
My fellow citizens of the world, ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.
Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us here the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth, God’s work must truly be our own.

Each spring brings a new blossom of wildflowers in the ditches along the highway I travel daily to work. There is one particular blue flower that has always caught my eyes. I've noticed that it blooms only in the morning hours, the afternoon sun is too warm for it. Every day for approximately two weeks, I see those beautiful flowers. This spring, I started a wildflower garden in our yard. I can look out of the kitchen window while doing the dishes and see the flowers. I've often thought that those lovely blue flowers from the ditches would look great in that bed alongside other wildflowers. Everyday I drove past the flowers thinking, “I'll stop on my way home and dig them.”
“Gee, I don't want to get my good clothes dirty...” Whatever the reason, I never stopped to dig them. My husband even gave me a folding shovel one year for my trunk to be used for that expressed purpose. One day on my way home from work, I was saddened to see that the highway department had mowed the ditches and the pretty blue flowers were gone. I thought to myself, “Way to go, you waited too long. You should have done it when you first saw them blooming this spring.” A week ago we were shocked and saddened to learn that my oldest sister-in-law has a terminal brain tumor. She is 20 years older than my husband and unfortunately, because of age and distance, we haven’t been as close as we all would have liked. I couldn’t help but see the connection between the pretty blue flowers and the relationship between my husband's sister and us. I do believe that God has given us some time left to plant some wonderful memories that will bloom every year for us. And yes, if I see the blue flowers again, you can bet I'll stop and transplant them to my wildflower garden.

泰戈尔有这样的经典名句：当你为错过太阳而哭泣的时候，你也要再错过群星了。
青春年华，或许会因为不谙世事，因为被浮华所诱惑，让一些机会失之交臂，让大好的时光白白流失，让生活过得遍地狼藉。但人生的路上，若是因为缺憾、失望和后悔而驻足不前，生命的终点，也许只有徒唤奈何。
所以，不管何时何地，不管人生走到哪一个阶段，都务必珍惜眼前。
岁月从不等人，不对哪一个人给予特别的照顾，一切，都必须自我负责，自我调整。一年一岁，又一年又一年地老去。但只要清醒，就必须认真活着。正如作家三毛所说：“我来不及认真地年轻，待明白过来时，只能选择认真地老去。”认真二字多么难得，认真对待自己的生命，认真对待身边所爱之人，认真对待自己要经历的事。认真过好每一天，从日出到日落，从起床到躺下，从睁眼到闭眼，认真在每一天里折腾，明知道最后的结果是*凡，也要努力，也要争取。当你懂得认真，学会认真的时候，你的生命也就能摇曳出色彩。
所以，年长一岁又何妨，认真老去吧!
也许是受网络有关碎片化学*内容的影响，也许是为了逃离对手机的依赖，自己慢慢喜欢上了看书，而且看书的内容也并不固定。其实，看书是从大学的时候才慢慢开始的，当时喜欢看一些励志类书籍。一直以来，我并不是一个知道该怎么选择书籍的人，并不知道该看什么书，有的时候看什么书完全出于兴趣，有种天马行空的感觉。对于书，我还没有到如痴如醉的地步，最多只能算得上喜欢。对于选书，我认为适合自己的才是最好的。
我很庆幸，我们身处在现在这么一个便利的时代。如果你想找回传统的感觉，你可以看纸质书;如果你想携带方便存储多随时阅读，你可以看电子书;如果以上两者你都不想看又想学*知识，现在有很多APP如喜马拉雅、十点读书等有主播帮你读书，你还可以听书。真可以说，知识无处不在，就看你想不想学。看书，我更偏爱纸质书，个人感觉这才会让我找回读书的感觉。当然现在电子书也很多，也更加便宜，有很多还是免费，但看电子书可能就会不自觉地去看网页或者看视频。以前，自己看书都是偶尔听到广播或者报纸在推荐哪本书，我才会去买来看。但后来随着网络越来越普及，自己看网络信息的时间越来越多，放下手机却发现自己和仿佛什么都没看一样。我又慢慢地回归纸质图书，网络充斥着各类的信息，在接触的一些推荐书籍信息感觉功利性太强，慢慢地也不是太信任。后来选书时，喜欢上了畅销书和社科类书籍，感觉很通俗易懂，有些书甚至有一种一次想看完的感觉，这也许是畅销书畅销的原因之一吧。在一次与朋友聊天时，朋友推荐了某网络*台，书籍、电影等各类推荐信息都有，据说评价还比较中肯。以后购书时，我都会把该*台对书籍的评价作为重要的参考，以便决定自己该看什么书。
毕竟，身处在现在的我们精力是有限的而图书对我们来说几乎是无限的，我们已经不可能阅尽天下图书，所以只能选择好书来读，开阔自己的视野。在以后的购书历程中，我依据排行榜的高低来选择自己想看的书，当然也看到了一些好书，但也感觉有些书并不像评价的那样对自己有很大的影响和触动，当然并不是说这些书不是好书，我想应该是自己的阅历和文学水*还达不到，不能领会作品所要表达的内涵。就好像武侠小说《天龙八部》里面的一个片段，虚竹成为灵鹫宫宫主后到密室修炼神秘武学壁画，而服侍他的婢女在得到虚竹的许可后修炼壁画上的武功时，但由于自身的武学根基和内力不足反而使自己受伤。阅读是一项爱好，乐趣在于能够使人在认识世界的同时放松自己，追逐自己的兴趣去了解想知道的内容，增加人生的宽度和厚度。
在人类社会的历史长河中，我们沉淀了很多的优秀著作，它们都是经过前人精心打磨保存至今的经典，是前人思想的精华，我们通过阅读前人的著作才能够站在巨人的肩膀上看得更远，走得更远。当然，这些经典著作并不一定适合每个人去阅读，一本书的价值在于，它让阅读的人愉悦了身心，提升了自己对某项事业或事物的兴趣，向社会传递了正能量，这样的书就应该是一本好书。阅读是一项爱好，一个兴趣，每个人选择不会完全相同，但我相信只有适合自己的才是最好的。
一支小小的粉笔，三尺神圣的讲台，她用教鞭涂抹着青春的色彩，用无悔点染着人生的梦想。她就是值得我骄傲的扎根农村的小雷，一株大山深处朴实、洁白的野百合花，散发着沁人心脾的芬芳。
她，出生在昭君故里一个偏远的小山村，师范毕业后，以优异的成绩被录用并分配到火石岭小学任教。从那时起，她就暗下决心，一定要为家乡的教育事业贡献一份力量，要为渴求知识的农村孩子架设通往梦想的桥梁。
学校在大山之中，海拔高，属于高寒山区，生活条件艰苦，刚去时有些苦闷和消沉，许多同学从武汉、宜昌打来电话，劝她下海。她的内心有过犹豫和矛盾，凭她的教学水*和敬业精神，去山外应聘任何一家私立学校，可获得丰厚的待遇，而一双双天真无邪.渴求知识的山里孩子的眼睛，使她毅然割舍下那份来自山外的诱惑，继续耕耘在家乡。
她说：“我是山里人，是家乡父老培养我上了师范学校，报答家乡是一个教师的天职和良知。”她说到了，也做到了。这就是深山百合的个性。
两年后，因工作业绩突出，调往更为偏远的需要她的榛子岭小学，无怨无悔，潜心育人，取得了成果丰硕。
在学校，她把无私的爱全部给了学生，有一千个学生，就有一千种爱，面对性格迥异的学生，即使爱如潮水，也要化作涓涓细流而精心浇灌。
家住青龙村的学生胡某长期患有低血糖病，每次发病，脸色苍白，昏迷不醒，特别吓人，发病时间也不固定，有时在上课时间，有时在深更半夜。一次，刚下晚间活动，胡又发病了，一头栽倒在地，不醒人事。当时，窗外一片漆黑，电闪雷鸣，暴雨如注，一看病情危急，她抱起来就往医院跑，等到她和另一位照亮的老师一路小跑，跌跌撞撞来到乡卫生院时，早被暴雨和汗水淋得全身湿透。经过全力抢救，学生终于脱离危险。跑上跑下交药费，拿针药，当忙完这一切后，山村的雄鸡已经啼鸣。
有一回吃午饭，她发现刘某一个人躲在操场的角落——坐在坎边上默默啜泣，她问他为什么不去吃饭，刘说：“我没有钱了，爸爸出远门打工没寄钱回来。”望着这个可怜的孩子，她禁不住哽咽起来，流着泪说：“你怎么不早说，有老师在就不会让你饿肚子。”说完便拉着怏兮兮的刘来到食堂，含泪给他买了三十元钱的饭票。从此，她更加关注刘的成长，没有文具，她给他买，没有资料，她给他搜集。高山的冬天寒风刺骨，天寒地冻，看他衣服穿得特别单薄，甚至脚上连袜子也没有穿，就给他买衣服、鞋子、袜子，就这样，从2003年二年级开始，她一直资助到刘小学毕业……
2006年的冬天，在校住读生刘某和同学发生了矛盾，一气之下跑出了校园。晚上查寝时发现刘不在，校园里没找到人，家里由于大山里信号差，电话也联系不上，拿起手电往刘家赶。那晚，大雪纷飞，气温达到零下20多度。她一边走一边呼喊，待她翻山越岭，在迷茫的风雪之中两个多钟头走了十多里山路赶到刘云的家中时，她早已成了一个雪人。发现刘并没有回家，来不及喘一口气，连忙和刘的父母沿着上学的路去找，在森林边找到刘时，他已被冻得说不出话来，而此时已是凌晨一点。她心疼地说：“天寒地冻，这样冷。我喊你时，你怎么不答应?你知道老师和你爸妈多着急啊!”刘结结巴巴地说：“老师，我怕你责怪我，我不敢答应，都是我的错。”刘的父母连忙道歉。她*静地说：“孩子没有错，都是我们的工作没有做好。现在什么也不要说了，赶快回家烧火煮姜汤让他喝，别让他感冒了。”这一夜，她耐心地做刘的思想工作，使他认识了自己的错误，消除了误解。第二天高高兴兴跟她回到了学校。
学生是她的真爱，教室是她的乐园。为了上好每一节课，为了那一双双渴求知识的眼睛，她不耻下问，经常在办公室向老教师讨教，经常和青年教师切磋教法。她钟爱情感教学法，规定自己没有被课文感动的，绝不传授给学生，她的很多教案是在感动的泪水中写出来的，为此上课时，她的声情并茂，真情流露的演讲，令许多听过她课的同行深深钦佩与折服。由于她孜孜不倦地努力，她所带的毕业班语文在全县调研考试中各项指标均居同类学校榜首，在全县优质课竞赛中获得一等奖，在跨市交流的示范课展示中得到专家一致好评。她利用休息时间撰写的《不应忽视的单元导读》等文章在《湖北教育》《三峡商报》等报刊发表。辛勤努力，取得了很多的荣誉，2009年被教育部授予“优秀教师”荣誉称号。
这个扎根在昭君故里大山之中的乡村教师，像一株山中吐露幽香的野百合花，散发出独特的芬芳。
一路走来，她用心血和汗水，以无私的博爱与情怀，不辞辛苦，殚精竭虑，为山区的教育事业铺红迭翠，着色添彩，谱写了一曲曲催人奋进的赞歌。
在我教过的众多学生中，从事阳光下最崇高的教育事业的不是很多，所以我时常回忆小雷的故事。每每想起，总是那样自豪，总是那么温馨。
历史上所有伟大的成就都是由于战胜了看起来是不可能的。
青春会有破茧成蝶。蝶舞惊艳，但，青春路上也布满了荆棘，沉重的现实使你的生活更加凄凉。落日在暮色的苍茫中隐去，你身后渐渐拖长了背影，黑暗渐渐吞噬着白昼。青春的残酷已经使你遍体鳞伤，你是该相信自己？是该执着？还是该放弃？

缘起不灭
我执迷不悟地将天空的缩影藏匿在瞳孔里，为的是看见神话中住在云朵里的神灵。有人笑我痴，翻来许多励志散文让我咀嚼，想要彻底粉碎我意识中的宿命感，虽然这样只是徒劳。
我不知道是否有来生.因为不知道，所以我好奇.
我没有超凡的洞察力和悟性，更无法想象像佛洛依德一样释梦，将今生来世淡若指间云烟。人终看不穿前世，也窥不破来生。毕竟除今生来世外，其它不可掌控。
海豚
我爱长流的东西，比如海。
还没有源头，没有尽头，覆盖一切，沉没一切。海有着倾国倾城的*静，却又充溢着汹涌的暗涛。
我毫不避讳地说，我和海一样，我们都有着勿忘我的*乎透明而澄清的色彩，都埋葬着炙热而汹涌的感情。不同的是，海可以将狂怒发泄于报复上，而我不能。我只是一个纤细微小的生命，只能无奈的延续蓝色的，波澜不惊的生涯。
但我是一只快乐的海豚。我在水中得以*衡，得以融化，与水交融，这是我一生中得以满足的愿望。
我在水中翩跹，漫不经心的吟出梦呓一般的音律，似乎在喃喃着古老的诗。看着海水漫无声息地从头顶流过，将我淹没，我的脸上，流淌着似水无痕的忧伤。
我坚信，谁都不会永远蛰伏于潮起潮落的交替中。当我从海中跃起的那一刻，时光凝固，一切皆为永恒，溅起的水花如同碎金。这是我拥抱太阳的方式。
