As teamwork is increasingly important in modern society，everyone should train his ability to cooperate with others.
Todays society is no longer a self-sufficient one，but one in which all the people depend on each other for existence.Only for existence，not to mention the pursuit and obtainment of happiness，one cant do without the ability to work harmoniously with others.In the highly developed society today，one can almost accomplish nothing without joint efforts.Every loaf of bread，every article of clothes，every house or apartment，every means of transportation is the product of cooperative efforts.We play with other children in kindergartens;we study with our classmates at schools;and we will work with our fellow workers or colleagues in factories or companies. What we have got through teamwork is not only self-improvement，personal success but also the satisfaction at both our devotion to common causes and the sense of collective honor.
To meet the needs of both personal improvement and the sophisticated society，we should learn to cooperate with each other and adjust to each other.Only in this way can we achieve successes and satisfy ourselves as well as the society.
"Experience is the best teacher," people say. Indeed, the most important, and sometimes the hardest, lessons we learn in life come from our participation in situations.

The first snow came.How beautiful it was,falling so silently all day long,all night long,on the mountains,on the meadows,on the roofs of the living,on the graves of the dead!All white save the river,that marked its course by a winding black line across the landscape; and the leafless trees,that against the leaden sky now revealed more fully the wonderful beauty and intricacies of their branches.What silence,too,came with the snow,and what seclusion!Every sound was muffled,every noise changed to something soft and musical.No more tramping hoofs,no more rattling wheels!Only the chiming of the sleigh-bells,beating as swift and merrily as the hearts of children.

Today,in the morning,the mother opened the curtain,ah,the earth covered a layer of snow white quilt,this day is snow? Of course it is!My sister and I heard that it was snowing and rushed out to play.My sister and I wanted to make a big snowball.So we remembered the snowball's largest game.
In a short time,we all stacked up their respective snowballs.Compared with the other ones,our elder sister's snowball is the biggest.I feel all right.It's a win or lose game.It doesn't matter.It's fun.After the meal,our family returned to the grandmother's house,and grandpa granny gave us a lot of photos of the snow scenery.It was really beautiful and I had a great time today.
Snow,everyone feels very cold,but I don't think so.I think snow is a symbol of purity.It's white and clean.But it can only stand the cold test,but it can't stand the warm influence.Nevertheless,I still like it,like the scene of heavy snow flying,like the white snow falling on the ground,the sun shining,as if to lay a layer of silver carpet on the earth,beautiful,and good friends to see the snow,beautiful,alone to see the snowflake falling,beautiful,all in all I just love snow.I think the snowmen are full of life.I love snow so much.How about you?
