Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could live the life he wanted. I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.

Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could live the life he wanted. I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.
It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. The most valuable thing for people is life, and doctors are those who help us fetch our treasures when we are losing them. I hope to be such a kind of people to help others when they are in danger.

在我的暑假生活中，我很忙，在我爸妈的压制下，我不得不完成他们给我布置每天的任务，还要每天为他们做家务，当然，我也可以从中获得一些报酬。有一次，我下午看电视，可能是因为这个节目太好看了，我就一直看到了下午五点多，我想将错就错，又看到了下午六点多，那时，我的作业只做了将*五分之一，到了我爸爸回来，看到我只写了这一点作业，然且还每拖地，所以我就倒霉了，除了今天的报酬没有，还要罚钱，还要补写作业，我一直到晚上十二点，我才补完了作业去洗澡睡觉。

这堂公开课我要上的是高一英语下册module 45unit13lesson4y以及后面communication workshop的词汇部分，我打算用一个课时完成教学任务，包括单词的读音，拼写，用法，固定搭配，重点短语以及例句的使用。
词汇是英语学*的基础，我们普通班的同学读不懂句子，做不好题目，大多数时候是不知道单词的意思，不了解一些固定搭配。

作为一名初登讲台的教师，我想每一位新教师此时应该和我一样已经上了自己作为教师的第一堂公开课了，而这第一次公开课对于我来说是终身难忘的，现在想想仍能感受到当时无比激动和紧张的心情。下面我就谈一下对这堂公开课的教学反思：
首先，我所讲述的内容是人教版高中英语必修一“Unit4Earthquake”。上课前，我原来预备了reading，既TheNightTheEarthDidn’tSleep这一课的教学设计，但在制作课件过程中，发现我不知不觉已导入很多课外内容，如：地球上的灾难，去年发生的汶川大地震，地震的前兆等等，而这些内容与本课息息相关，密不可分。在介绍地球上的灾难时，我准备了各种灾难的图片，以便让学生对灾难有直观地了解，从学生的反应看，他们都这些图片都是非常感兴趣的，都能够第一时间说出灾难的名称，但是却出现了一个问题，学生们都很难用英语来表达这些图片，所以就出现了大家张口说不出的现象。针对这个问题，我觉得应该对学生们的表达多进行引导，比如可以引导学生用已学过的单词来描述这个灾难，这样可以锻炼学生积极动脑思考的能力。
其次，在展开地震这个话题之前，我是通过一张地震的图片来导入的，引出来的话题就是去年发生在我国的`汶川大地震，这部分内容我是让学生去搜集资料，然后给时间他们进行表演和展示，目的是把课堂交给学生，给他们一片天空，还他们一份自信。而他们也完成得非常出色，带我们穿越时空回到汶川地震发生之时，通过简短的视频和图片来回忆地震的全过程，在短时间内让全班同学内心都产生了强烈的共鸣。展示过程中同学们没有矫揉造作，显得颇为自信，也游刃有余，出色之处，不是换来同学们的热烈掌声，我想这掌声对他们参与者来说更是珍贵了，他们更在乎同学的评价。
另外，在阅读完唐山大地震后，要求学生们根据课文内容完成cloze练*。由原来的个人独立完成和做完后找个别学生从头到尾读出答案的传统型的做法，改为让学生以pairwork形式去完成cloze。更突出了新教材的合作性学*的理念。新教材强调的是充分发挥学生自主学*的精神，改变过去学生被动学*的局面。因为这堂课上的学生有较强的自学能力，所以要求他们课前必须自学课文中出现的生词，并能默写出来，（一般教学大多要求学生在老师教完之后才听写）并且熟练掌握课文内容。我感觉采用提前预*的方法，对于学生适应高中阶段突然扩大的庞大的生词量是有一定的帮助。自己感觉比较满意的是Pre—reading部分对发言学生的选派方式的设计能让各个不同层次的学生，无论他们成绩好坏，人人都有机会参与小组讨论以及有展现才能的机会。有时候在不经意间就会出现叫你大吃一惊的课堂行为，如果你镇定自若，处变不惊，不仅会化险为夷，而且还会产生意想不到的效果。当我们进行到一道想象题，“假如发生了地震，你只能拿一种东西，你会拿什么？同学们的发言五花八门，有的说钱，有的说手机，有的说什么都不带，保命要紧这时有一名同学站起来，“如果发生了地震，我无论如何要带上我的弟弟，因为*时一向都是我照顾他”哦，这是一个不错的选择，她的回答超出了自我，上升了一个层次，我何不趁此机会炒作一下？于是，我在做总结时加了一句：“假如发生地震，你准备带一样东西，这时，你看到了奶奶，你如果带走了奶奶，你便不能带走任何其他东西了，你还会带她吗？”同学们的回答斩钉截铁：“会！”接下去问为什么？同学们便七嘴八舌开始说起来其实，我在无意间已落实了我的德育目标，一个人在危难之际，不仅要关心自己，更要关心别人，对于亲密无间的家人，更要如此。
本节公开课也有一些遗憾的地方有待改进，比如有些练*的难度偏大，没有很好地引导学生如何通过原文来找相关的答案，一堂课下来内容安排得过多过满，学生难以吸收过量的知识。还有就是在话题句子翻译的过程中，我仅仅采用了口头提问的方式并且预先提示了重点短语和句型，这一做法不能很好地反馈学生的实际操作情况，局限了学生的思维。如果能够让两个学生直接在黑板上板书，再针对学生写出的句子进行讲解，适当地引导，效果会更好。另外，所选句子数量较多，如果能够精简到5至6个则更好。
总之，本节课我基本上能够结合所教学生的实际，在以话题为主线索的新课标理念指导下，注重语言的实际综合运用，以课本为蓝本，通过加入汶川地震的信息，贴*生活，紧跟时事热点话题，充分体现出语言的实用性。在教学过程中我能较好地运用现代教育信息技术与高中英语课堂教学相结合，比较合理地使用多媒体课件，扩大了教学容量，提高了课堂教学效率，有效地完成了本课的教学目标。我以问题为线索，采用“任务驱动”的方法，以学生为中心搜集、整理、设计、反馈教学内容，着力培养学生的自主学*能力，让学生在学*中体验成功和快乐。在这一过程中，通过小组互动，学生的合作意识加强了，主体精神得到了培养和锻炼，学生由“被动”地学转变为“主动”地学，形成了积极的学*态度，促进了学生语言实际运用能力的提高。教学是一门艺术，教无定法，适合你的学生实际的就是最好的。只要我们*时多做有心人，加强理论学*，在新课程理念的指导下多思考，多实践，我们的教学水*就能逐渐提高。

一、理性看待公开课
当前对公开课的定位有点错位和异化，在一些教育行政领导和教师眼里，英语公开课是“面子工程”，它所代表的是一个学校，甚至是一个地区的英语整体教学水*，容不得有半点差错。
对于上课教师来说，公开课是一个崭露头角、获得关注、赢得荣誉的好机会。于是就有个别上课教师想借公开课一鸣惊人，毕其功于一役，成为“一课成名天下知”的教育明星。
在这种背景下，公开课已不是教师个人的教学或教研行为，而是一场经过反复演练、精雕细琢的“样板戏”，凝聚了当地专家、教学同行的集体智慧，体现着学校和当地行政领导的教育意志，教师和学生早被沦落为逢场作戏的演员。但是，作为青年英语教师，我们要对公开课要有客观理性的认知。
1、正确定位，凸出研究意识。
虽然教育界对五花八门、精心包装的公开课提出强烈质疑，褒贬不一，但是有一点是肯定的，那就是公开课作为评价和提高教师教学基本功的一个高效*台，在相当长的一段时间内都是无法替代的，很多青年教师正是汲取着公开课的营养，迅速成长起来的。
公开课具有展示和研究的双重性质，既可以用来赛课评奖，展示教师的课堂教学水*，也可作为一种研讨方式，用以同行之间切磋教学技艺，后者更有利于青年教师的专业化成长。
那种过分强调公开课的展示选拔性质的风气和做法，肯定会诱导和强化教师的外在动机，是造成公开课形式化、表演化和作秀的重要原因。我们要认识到，公开课的主要功能是探讨教学规律，研究教学方法，推广教学经验，提升教学质量。
青年英语教师要争取多上研讨课，强化对课堂的研究意识，彰显个性探索;另外一方面，也呼吁公开课的主办部门要淡化评估职能，不要把公开的课堂作为优秀教师选拔赛的舞台，作为考察教学的唯一依据，否则公开课就会流于形式，背离课堂教学研究的本身价值。
2、求真务实，体现教学本色。
公开课应该是教师*时教学智慧的一种凝练和提炼，而当前的公开课要么太注重包装，胭脂味太浓;要么过于追求尽善尽美，教学环节做到滴水不漏，其中的一些中看不中用的“花拳绣腿”，很难被移植到日常教学实践中去。
因此，教师在进行教学设计时，要注重公开课与*时课的关联，以自己的*时教学经验和能力为基础。如果公开课设计与*时的教学差异太大，超出自己的能力范围，上课教师也是很难“表演”到位的。因此，青年英语教师要树立“只有注重*时教学智慧和经验的积累，才能上好公开课”的观念。
一节好课应该具有原生态的特征。真实的课，就应该有缺憾，课堂教学中最突出的问题就是没有问题。只有正视问题，才能回归到教学的本真。唯有真实，课堂教学研究才能得出科学可信的结论。
3、积极主动，珍惜开课机会。
一项调查显示[1]，教龄(1—3年)与教龄(4—6年)上过公开课的人数要远远少于教龄(7—2019年)和教龄(19—30年)的教师。青年教师上公开课机会不多的原因主要有两个：
其一、让某位教师上公开课，是学校对他的一种认可。经验丰富、教学效果好的老教师往往会获得更多机会，而年轻教师上公开课的机会就相对较少。
其二、“只许成功，不许失败”，这条关于公开课评价标准的潜规则，让不少青年老师担心上课失败而给自己和学校蒙羞，从而对公开课望而却步。
如果把公开课的主要功能定位于展示，让经验丰富的教师上公开课自然是合清合理的。但考虑到公开课具有更为重要的研究功能，则应该给年轻教师更多的锻炼机会。因为年轻教师正处于探索和尝新阶段，具有更强的发展动机，上公开课对于他们的专业发展起步更为重要。
名师的公开课要偏重它的示范、宣传和学*功能，而年轻教师的公开课则重在研讨和促进其专业发展。建议公开课主办单位要合理设置这两类公开课，并适当向年轻教师倾斜。另外，青年英语教师也要不怕苦不拍累，积极主动承担公开课，不论公开课的级别是高是低，都要高质量高标准完成开课任务，绝不推诿。
二、做好课前的备课工作
时间紧，任务重，寝食难安是所有老师在公开课之前的共同感受。对于开课经验鲜少的青年教师来说，更是一个严峻的考验。我们要学会冷静思考，有条不紊的安排好公开课之前的各项准备工作，大致有以下几个方面：
1、调节情绪，保持适度焦虑。
因为要把自己暴露在公众视线中，所以在面对公开课任务时，很多教师都会表现出不同程度的焦虑，如紧张、忧虑、恐惧、犹豫等。这是一种自然反应状态，是教师自律性和责任心的表现。
每个人面临重要任务时，都会有焦虑、恐惧的情绪出现，它源自个体正常、成熟的自我意识。心理学研究表明，适度的焦虑可以有助于上课教师保持适度兴奋度，提高注意力和反应速度，激发身体潜能，从而更好地完成教学活动。
当然，焦虑也不能过度，否则，带来的只是恐惧害怕、心烦意乱和士气低落。焦虑就像是一根橡皮筋，如果拉得太紧，它会断掉;如果拉得不够紧，张力又得不到最大限度的发挥。要做好公开课的准备工作，我们就要学会找到*衡点，保持适度焦虑。
2、独辟蹊径，选准新切入点。
当前，公开课的授课内容有点固化，大部分老师都喜欢开设课文阅读教学的课型;教学方法也老套，千人一面，不外乎让学生略读和扫读，回答几个问题，做一些TrueorFalse的练*，没有新的突破。
如果有机会自选上课内容，我建议青年英语教师可以大胆尝试，去探索一些无人问津的教学内容。例如，在我市课堂教学改革经验交流活动中，一位青年老师敢为人先，选择了无人问津的课文语言知识作为教学内容。通常情况下，老师都会回避语言知识，原因是这种课型一般都以讲解和机械操练为主，很难突出学生的主体作用，课堂气氛易显得沉闷。
但是，这节公开课由于教学内容选择大胆和教学设计新颖，而出奇制胜。本堂课中所采用的语言知识语境化教学方式，受到听课专家和老师的一致好评，以至于在本次活动过后，该上课老师还多次受邀到其他中学展示。应该说，这节课有着巨大的研究价值，同一个石头激起千层浪，激起我市英语教师对语言知识教学的的积极思考和激烈辩论。
学校或教研单位在安排公开课的教学内容时，要统筹兼顾，做到有系统性和延续性。例如，苏州市现在提倡一种单元系列公开课，即把某个单元的教学内容分成多个课时，分别由不同的老师来授课，这些课受同一个话题所统领，前后之间互相衔接，较好的呈现了单元教学的全貌和不同课时之间的关联性，这种系列公开课非常有利于青年教师的专业化成长。
3、彰显个性，汲取集体智慧。
公开课，一定要有值得“公开”的内容，要有上课教师的独立思考，有让人眼前一亮的原创思想，不能是*时课堂的简单重复或再现。教师也不能逢场作戏，只会演绎现成的“教案剧本”。
教师在备课时，最好自己先独立思考，再去参考网络资源，或听取集体备课的意见。在整合资源和征求意见时，要懂得取舍，最漂亮的未必就是最好的，要挑选最适合自己教学风格的。否则，就容易出现以下三种大煞风景的失败课型。
一是，“撞衫课”。在同题异构观摩课活动中，常有一些上课老师的教学步骤存在雷同，甚至连图片和问题都一模一样。本来是相同的课题，由不同的老师从不同角度来解读，结果变成“同题同构”，弄得听课教师一片哗然，不知道是谁抄袭谁的。课后一问才得知，他们参照了同一个网络资源。道理很简单，你能轻易找的资源，别人也可以不费力气的搜索到。
二是，“杂烩课”。在一些不恰当的集体备课中，年青教师由于人微言轻，言论主张不受到重视，被晾在一边;到底采取什么样的教学设计，全部由资深教师说了算，你一言我一语，拼凑而成。这些主意单个看都很漂亮，但是它们之间没有统一的灵魂主宰，无论怎么看都别扭。这就好比用多个女明星最美的五官，拼凑成一张脸，那么这张脸不但不漂亮，而且多半不协调。这种集体备课方式不可取，它扼杀了执教者的个性与创造性，执教者早就沦为一个照本宣科的传声筒。
三是，“模仿秀”。有的上课老师采取“拿来主义”，对照着名师现成的经典课堂案例，一笔一划的学着做。但是，由于上课教师的教学风格与名师的教案不相吻合，看起来像一个本来适合休闲穿茄克衫的人，结果穿上了一件笔挺的西装，那么怪异。或者由于上课教师个人能力有限，无法驾驭如此高深的教案，看起来好似一个小子，穿着尺码大一号的衣服，那么别扭。
4、挖掘资源，精心制作设计
对于一个教学主题，我们常能搜集到一大堆相关资料。这就需要上课教师独具慧眼，筛选出最切题的材料，删繁就简，必要时，甚至要忍痛割爱。“课堂不是筐，什么东西都往里面装。”我们要明白这一点，否则会造成材料堆积，学生得到的只是视觉和听觉上的狂轰滥炸，一节课目不暇接，看得眼花缭乱，却丧失了思考的空间和时间。
面对不同的教学内容和课程资源，我们要学会量体裁衣，设置与之相匹配的教学活动：有些材料适合于讨论分析，有的适合角色扮演，有的适合观看影视作品，有的适合于欣赏感悟。所选择的教学活动还要符合上课班级学生的特点，有的班级善于表演，有的班级乐于思辨，这些都是上课教师要考虑的因素。活动设计要追求有效性，切忌为活动而活动。
制作课件时，我们要追求一种简洁、典雅、明快的风格，力求注意以下几点：⑴不盲目追求高级软件，用ppt制作的课件就完全可以满足公开课的需求;⑵但求有效实用，过于花哨的课件会分散学生的注意力，而忽略教学内容;⑶课件流程要顺畅，便于操作，不要做得，颠三倒四，一会儿往前翻，一会往后翻，影响教学的流畅性;⑷课件背景和文字要选择反差较大的颜色，最好选定一两种颜色，不要赤橙黄绿青蓝紫一齐上，引起视觉疲劳;⑸一节课上使用课件的时间不宜过长，不要把教学的全部过程和教学内容一字不漏的打在PPT上，把上课变成“看电影”。

公开课，要不要打磨?答案是肯定的，关键是要看怎么个磨法。如果把一堂课当作研究课题，采取多种形式，应用科学方法，使课越磨越新，成为高水*的精品课，这种科研式的磨又有什么不好呢?
其实，公开课的打磨过程，就是教师自身发展与再提高的过程。经常性的打磨，能更好地促进上课教师与研讨人员的专业发展，使他们能听到多方面的建设性意见，来修正自己的教学行为和设计。我们要对“打磨”二字有正确的辩证性理解，要反思两个问题：打磨什么?怎么打磨?
首先，上课教师要明白，需要打磨的是教师本身和教学设计，而不是去“磨”学生，更不是上课老师与上课班级进行的课前“彩排”。相反，上课教师是通过打磨，对教材处理、板书设计、语言表达、课堂驾驭等方面有一个大概的预期和了解，必要时对教案做一些微调。
