如果人人多一点文明，遵守交规，看到绿灯闪烁时，要迈出自己的脚步时想一想，自己有什么重要的事情？它是否比自己的生命还重要？如此就不会贸然前行了。
公交车上，车内已经标明禁止吸烟，可仍然有人为了满足自己而吸烟，让整个车厢内充满烟味儿，其他乘客不得不捂着鼻孔或用嘴呼息或探出窗外迎接刺骨的寒风。人们用鄙视的目光投向吸烟者，但他们毫不顾忌其他乘客的感受，仍怡自然自得地翘着二朗腿吸着烟，让周围的人苦不堪言。直到公交司机举着喇叭喊话，他才不情愿地灭了烟。在公交车上吸烟，不仅有损其他乘客的健康，更会更带来安全隐患。
如果人人多一点文明，顾及他人感受，注重社会公德，即使有人想吸烟，看到车内的标语、看看周围的乘客，再告诉自己：“吸烟不仅是浪费钱财，更会损害自己和他人的健康。”我想，车厢内将不会有人吸烟，那只伸向烟盒的和打火机的手一定会主动收回来，车厢内再也不会乌烟瘴气，而是变得温暖、舒畅。

不文明现象也不都是存在于报纸上，我就亲耳所听、亲眼所见过这样的现象。我在香港迪士尼游玩时，发现到那儿去的游客普遍素质较高。从鸟儿敢上餐桌去吃面包渣可以看出。那些鸟儿欢快地在人群中梭，一点也不惧。
就在这样一派和谐的场景下，有个男孩，不好好吃饭，他爸爸“鼓励”他说：“你快点好好吃，吃饱了爸爸捉只小鸟给你玩。”那小男孩看来是个注重“兵贵神速”的家伙，十分麻利地吃完午餐。而他的爸爸竟然真的残忍地捏住了最靠*他们的那只小鸟儿，不顾鸟儿玩命的挣扎、撕心裂肺的尖叫。我感觉我都要爆炸了。
当然，文明也是随处可见的。暑假里我们参加假日小队活动，一起去公园里打扫卫生。这时，有一只小狗跑过来，在草地上方便后，大摇大摆地就走了，主人没有现身。大家你看看我，我看看你，都有点嫌脏。我向来是个天不怕，地不怕的人，拿起从社区借来的扫帚、畚箕，三下五除二地将狗便便“卷”进垃圾桶。看着干净的草地，我开心地笑了，我为环保作贡献啦！

暑假的一天，我写完作业到楼下玩，听到一阵稀稀疏疏的竹叶声，我悄悄**的走上前去，向前偷偷地望去。只见两个小孩在门口，一手拿着塑料袋，一手拿着剪刀，在竹子旁不时向前面张望，宁一个小孩手拿剪刀向竹子剪去，咔嚓一声，竹子断了。我心里不由一惊，啊竹子你疼吗。一小根竹子悠悠扬扬的飘了下去，手拿塑料袋的小朋友快速度得把竹子捡了起来。他们又开始了，突然有保安来了，他们都入迷了，不知道已经有人看到了他们的所作所为，可惜那保安却视而不见，堂而皇之地走了。虽然我在他们眼中肯定十分渺小，但不能让他们都肆无忌惮的剪着，我再也忍无可忍，站了出去义正言辞道请不要伤害植物。他们竟然被我的话镇住了，灰溜溜的逃跑了。
虽然，我上前制止了这个不文明的行为，但是，由于没有及时制止，让竹子血肉模糊，伤痛交加。我百感交集，内心非常悔恨，我觉得如果每一个人都能早一点的制止不良行为，那么心中的那片美好的天空就会*在眼前。一切不再模模糊糊，隐隐约约。
我记得有一次，我在书上看了这么一个小故事：有一个五岁的小孩，有一天他在阳台上吃饭，将剩饭从楼上倒了下去，结果小孩不但被大人揍了一顿屁股，而且还被罚下楼去把剩饭打扫干净。后来这个小孩长大**后，却养成了讲文明爱卫生的好*惯：在街上行走，他总是把吃后剩下的果皮渣屑之类用纸巾或食品袋包装好，有时甚至索性放入自己的口袋，等看到垃圾桶了再扔进去。
这个故事虽然很*常，但是其意义不言自明，它明确地告诫人们：凡事要从源头抓起，育人要从小时候教起。这个故事还告诉我们：无论是城市居民，还是在校学生，在城市建设上，都要有家园意识，都要像经营自己的家园一样来构建我们的城市，都要像爱护自己的眼睛一样来爱护我们的城市。
作为中山市的一名大学生我也有责任去爱护自己的城市让她变的更文明，有责任在世人面前展现中山人的良好形象，更有责任发扬中山人"团结、爱国、求实、创新"的精神。

关于文明，以前似乎从未认真思考过，只是偶尔看到了一句佛语，开始让自己浮想联翩。在我的印象当中里，更多呈现的可能是另一个很飘渺的词语价值。无论是对待学*、生活，还是确立自己的人生憧憬，文明的概念都是那样的模糊。
记得曾经看过一篇《*文明》的文章，刊发在一期已经记不得名字的杂志上，引来很多我身边人的的争论。文明的概念应该很广泛吧，每个国家乃至每一个人都会有自己的文明观点。也许，在我们看来相当文明的一些举动，随着现代社会的发展进步，已经显得不那么文明了，我们是否考虑过可以放弃一些也许源自我们祖先积淀的*惯呢？与现代文明的发展拉*距离？可能这只是一个话题，距离它的实现还遥遥无期吧~
*是一个拥有悠久文明历史的国家，的确是的。作为华夏儿女，我们是不是应该去传承或者发扬呢？然而曾几何时，我们的文明却走到了一个令人尴尬的境界，使每一个有着黄皮肤黑眼睛的人汗颜。在墨尔本，随着华人的踪迹所至，这里的许多公共场所都给华人提供了特殊的“待遇”，如郊区的公共厕所外面都是英文男女标示，里面却只有汉语的提示“请勿随地大小便！”在韩国，许多公寓、写字楼的电梯口烟筒、垃圾箱上都贴着汉语的提示“请勿随地吐痰”；在巴黎、伦敦的许多公众场所都有“请勿大声喧哗！”的汉文标示……难道全世界只有华人不讲礼貌、不讲卫生吗？怎么就没有其他语言的提示？
对于这样的一个结果，我无话可说。可以说，我已经说不出话了。
就拿自己来说，我曾经认真思考过自己的人生价值。我的假设是：*有960万*方公里的土地，如果有960万人，每人都能以自己的努力在一*方公里的土地上实现现代化，*的现代化不就实现了吗？如果*有14亿人口，那么140个人里面有10个树立了这样的理想，而且有1个人能够为这个理想终生努力并最终实现的话，*的现代化进程，不过2030年的时间而已。今天看来，真的是有些幼稚了。理想化的价值观在现实的“文明”面前面临着挑战。
但是，我只能这么说。因为，我想我自己也做不到文明的标准。那么是肯定的，倘若每个人都不讲文明，可想而知：以后的路该有多难过。冷漠与自私，胆小而惧怕，麻木甚至不仁，是一个民族、一个国家最大的悲哀！
最*，我们学校举行了“创建文明城我是小主人”活动，所以我一直都很留意身边发生的事，有一件事令我难忘。
一天，我和妈妈吃完了晚饭，在小区门口散步。突然，只听“呼”的一声，一辆红色的摩托车从我们身边窜了过去。只见那个开摩托车的人边开车边听歌，嘴里还在哼唱着。妈妈说：“现在的年轻人真是的，开车开那么快干嘛，出了事怎么办？”
话音刚落地，只听“砰”的一声，原来从十字路口开出一辆白色面包车和摩托车相撞了。不一会儿，出事现场被围的水泄不通，围观的人一直在讨论摩托车驾驶员，说他不爱护生命等等，因此摩托车驾驶员很愤怒，也对围观人群骂骂咧咧，从他的口音中我可以听出他并不是常州人本地人。过了一会儿，交警来了，交警对摩托车驾驶员说：“请出示你的驾照。”“我掉……掉在家里了。”摩托车驾驶员结结巴巴地说，刚才骂人的胆一下子没了。接着，交警测了一下摩托车驾驶员结果是不是酒后驾车，结果他是醉酒驾车。“请你跟我们走一趟吧！”交警对摩托车驾驶员说。摩托车驾驶员低着头走出围观人群的包围圈，和交警一起上了警车。随着警车的离去，围观人群也都散开了。可妈妈却说：“
早知如此，何必当初啊！”我说：“就是嘛。”
这件事我一直铭记在心里，是它促使我要做文明人文明事。
你们在大骂粗话的时候，你们在拳脚相加的时候有没有想过文明这两个字？你们可曾听到文明的呼唤？
那天是学校的演讲比赛。瞧，那三尺讲台上坐着一位位领导，一位位评委，站着一位位选手，他们是班级的精英，他们是学校的精英，他们是时代的精英。他们自信却不自负，他们活泼却不疯狂，他们胆大却不妄为。他们在讲述着文明，他们在展现着文明，他们在传播着文明，他们在呼唤着文明。随着社会经济的发展，人们生活水*的提高，文明早已被人们远远地抛在了脑后，甩得一干二净。正如一句话所说“现代人们鼓起来的是钱袋子，降下来的是文明指数。”可是，没有文明，我们将如何创建和谐校园，更不要说创建和谐社会了。难道我们想看见校园中垃圾满地，同学间挥拳相向，吵架、骂人如同家常便饭。不，我们不想，我们渴望文明，我们期待和谐。同学们，文明、和谐校园的创建需要我们大家的共同努力。

文明像一朵花，伴随着我们，如果失去了这朵花，他的人生无论有多成功，到头来还是失败的。
可是，现在社会中，已经有很多人没有这朵文明之花了。我就举一个小小的例。那是在一次乘公交车的时候，当时我是站着的。我的前面有一个二十三、四岁样子的女孩子。只见她穿着时尚：上身穿一件皮草大衣，下身穿一件当时最流行的紫色豹纹裤；脚上穿着一双膝皮靴；手上拎着一只名牌皮包，头发烫成了**浪；还染成了橘红色的；耳朵上还有一对大耳环；她装容精致，长的`也很漂亮。
可是，接下来的一切却让我打破了对她的好印象。 车停下来了，一位年迈的老奶奶带着孙子上了车，车子人很多，老奶奶说了一句：“姑娘，能让我坐下吗？”只听那位姑娘说：“不行，人这么多，站着多挤呀！”听到这句话，我顿时跌入了谷底，我真没想到，这样美丽的姑娘竟没有道德，没有文明。
后来还是有一位小伙子给老奶奶让了座。
看到车上这一幕，我顿时想到了很多很多。文明是什么，为什么现在的很多人都没有了文明了呢？就连像我们这样的学生，有些人都失去了文明。这不学校的车棚里都是大家的车子，但是有些同学却放别人车胎气，骑着别人的车子为所欲为，骑完了就一扔。当有人叫他别弄了，他也不听，反倒骂脏话，你说，这些人还有文明吗？已经没有了。
做一个有文明有素质的人真的很难吗？所以这个社会多么需要大家做文明人，干文明事，别让不文明这顶黑帽子顶在我们头上，要把它丢掉，让文明之风吹遍神州。
文明，这对人人都熟悉的字眼，他因何而流传呢？我认为文明是种温暖，文明更是出于对人对事的一种开怀的心理。由古至今，文明就是礼让、宽容和体恤的代名词。
孔子说的“已所不欲，勿施于人”更是点出了文明的主旨。也许生活中我们并不难发现“勿施于人”的例子，公车内年轻人为老年人让座，因为他们知道站着是辛苦的，为了不让老年人受累，他们选择自己站着；地面上的一张纸屑，轻轻的弯腰也不无诠释着“勿施于人”。可见，“己所不欲，勿施于人”是用自己的心推及别人的心，自己不愿意别人如何对待自己，自己也不要那样对待别人。
孔子的这种“己所不欲，勿施于人”，处处为别人着想的道德情怀，从*古代就流传开来了。*战国时期，梁国和楚国是相邻的两个国家，两国的城门外都种了西瓜。梁国的农夫十分勤劳，每天都给瓜苗浇水、施肥和除虫；而楚国的那个农夫则对瓜田疏于打理，整天躲在棚里纳凉偷懒。西瓜收获的季节到了，楚国那个懒惰的农夫瞧见邻国的瓜秧十分茁壮，而自己种出来的瓜秧瘦黄矮小，于是起了坏心。一天夜里，他偷偷到梁国的瓜田里偷了最大最好的西瓜，而后又将西瓜地践踏，把瓜苗连根拔起。而他这些行为，被躲在瓜棚的梁国农夫一一看在眼里。梁国农夫虽很气愤，却没有马上站出来指责楚国的农夫，而是禀告了梁国国君，并建议国君把楚国的西瓜地也破坏掉。国君听后，并没有生气，思考了片刻，说：“楚国的农夫确实很过分，可是我们明明也不希望他这样对我们的，如今，却要用相同的方法对待他们吗？这可行不通。”农夫顿时明白了，这正是“已所不欲，勿施于人”的道理啊！梁国农夫不但没有报复楚国，而且他还每夜偷偷给楚国的瓜地浇水施肥，楚国的瓜秧长得一天比一天好。这些举动后来被楚国农夫发现了，他大为感动，并开始后悔自己当初的行为。于是他去跟楚国国君上报了这件事情。明白了事情原委的国君对这位农夫进行了惩罚，并且让他送了一批西瓜给梁国赔罪。从此，两国成为邻邦好友，两国的居民们也文明地交往。这一太*的景象，完全是因为梁国的谅解，以及“己所不欲，勿施于人”这种高尚情操。
我相信，把一个好的*惯推广，会带动和延伸更多美好的传统文化，对我们身边的人，乃至整个社会都是一种和谐的润滑剂。让大家都从身边的小事做起，你会发现施比受更快乐，施与别人快乐，施与别人关怀，那即是文明。

Every university offers numerous kinds of activities to enrich students’ extracurricular life. As one of the young college students, I have benefited a lot from all of these well-organized activities, but the one impressing me most is the debate competition which I took part in last year.

My College Life How time flies! It has been two years since I came to XXX College. In the two years, many things have happened. I also meet a lot of friends here. Two years is not too long for man's life. But the two years I lived on campus has changed me a lot. For example, from the day I was born to the day I went to school, I had never left home alone for a long time and do housework by myself. How to deal with my roommates and classmates? These questions were all difficult for me to work out at that time. Today I get on well with them and do everything in life calmly. But all these changes were not easy for me. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I meet a lot of good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. When they need help, I will do everything I can to help those who helped me before. I'll have another two years in college,which I will treasure with my friends. Everything in college will be my great memory in my life for ever.

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aimed at making our campus a safe place to stay on. I considered this as indeed a good practice, which will make us aware that safety should come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. When we are doing sports, we should attach importance to the safety and avoid being hurt.
Furthermore, when we get into trouble with our classmates, we should remain calm and avoid any form of fighting, which may only bring suffering and pain to us mentally and physically.
As far as I’m concerned, I feel all the students and teachers should work hard and creatively to keep the “Safe Campus” activity in mind. Besides, we are supposed to
