  俗话说"打铁还需自身硬"。在教育改革迅猛发展的形势下,要想做一名跟上时代步伐的优秀教师,首先应转变观念,勇于探索,敢于创新。要努力掌握广博的科学文化知识,精深的学科知识,系统的语言知识,并能准确把握高考动向。在日常教学中,积极参加"听、评课","研讨课"、"优质课"等教学活动,逐渐完善自己的教学模式,创造出既适合自己又适合学生的高质、高效课堂。同时,要充分了解学情,做到"以学定教",让课堂真正体现"学为主体,教为主导"的教学思想,真正实现让学生"在思中学"、"在学中思",从而提高课堂效率,达到教学目标。

  "高效课堂"并非要求我们去单纯地追求一种教学模式,而是要求我们向课堂45分钟要效率、要质量,这就需要我们具体做到:

  首先,要精心设计学案,充分备课,做好课前准备。教师在明确教学目标,掌握学情的基础上精心设计学案,并体现"学为主体,教为主导,疑为主轴,练为主线"的思想,做到步骤清晰,重点突出,实用性强。让学生依据学案做好课前"自主学*,合作探究",让学案真正发挥"学案导学,先学后教"的作用。

  此外,运用多种教学法,全力打造"高效课堂"。一堂好的英语课应目标明确,思路清晰,环节齐全,重点突出,讲练结合,能充分调动学生思维的积极性和创造性,激发学生的学*兴趣和求知欲,不断增强学生学*英语的动力,以培养学生听、说、读、写等基本语言技能为目的,立足于基础知识,让英语课堂活跃、高效起来。而这与老师的教学方法和技巧息息相关。俗话说:"教学有法,但教无定法",英语教学的方式应多样性、丰富性,做到"一法为主,多法配合"灵活运用各种教学手段,要充分发挥直观教具,电化设备和多媒体的作用,来辅助英语教学。

  有效地设置情境,进行"情景教学",让学生身临其境,体验英语学*的乐趣。当然,在课堂上,教师必须做到精讲精练,讲练结合;知识以旧带新,互相渗透;语言精炼,启发到位。力避"以讲代思"、"以讲代练",在重点内容知识的构建中,在解决问题基本策略的形成过程中,要多引导学生主动参与思考与表达,及时反馈与调控,提高讲的"针对性"与练的"有效性"。教师还应规范课堂用语,给学生创造一个良好的英语氛围,并鼓励学生勇于表达,形成英语思维。

  三、针对学生特点,进行学法指导

  "方法"是辛勤铸就成功的桥梁,是学*制胜的"法宝"。有效的学*方法能使学生达到"事半功倍"的效果。因此,针对学生,尤其是高三学生的学*特点,进行科学方法的引导,显得尤为重要。古语云"予人以鱼,惠其一时;授之以渔,惠其一世"。在课堂教学中,我们应鼓励学生敢于质疑,勤于思考,善于总结,勇于实践,变"学会"为"会学"。

  例如:对高三学生阅读理解专项进行方法引导。英语阅读理解的题型可大致分为:细节题,猜意题,推断题和主旨大意题等四大类型,每种题型都有各自的做题方法。我们应引导学生学会举一反三,触类旁通,而不是就题论题。比如在讲解"主旨大意题"时,可以引导学生去找文中的主题句或是主题段。一般而言,主题句多位于首段或尾段,但有时也会用首段作"引子",二段点题。但若全文找不到合适的主体段,我们可以先找出每段的主题句,将其合起来,便得出全文主题。当然这种题目也受文章体裁的影响,若遇到"新闻报道"类文章,主题一定位于首段的导语中。当学生了解了这些做题方法后,自然会提高效率,减少弯路。

  如果说课堂是个"大舞台",那么老师就是舞台上的导演,学生则是这个舞台上的真正表演者。在素质教育的改革浪潮中,在英语教学面临任务重,时间紧,学生基础层次分明,学*能力各异的情况下,我们每位英语教师都应立足实际,不断学*,不断探索,不断实践,不断总结,研究新思路,接受新理念,扎实工作,持之以恒,努力让学生在自己的"舞台上",绽放最美的舞姿!

  这堂课的目标达成总体还是不错的,比如让学生快速阅读发现本文的文体;让学生根据语境来理解新单词;在学完后学生可以用新词汇有效输出。 但是这堂课在我看来可能有以下几点可以改进。首先提问的方式可以改变一下,比如问题可以设计地不要那么细,可能会固定住学生的思维,与改变学生阅读学*方式可能不吻合。其次,板书归纳地不到位,概括性不够强。

  本校的高中英语教学倡导导学案教学模式,以学*自主学*为基础,在课上进一步学*巩固及反馈。带着学*以学为中心的教学模式,我听完了整堂课,并与学生做了交流。

  本堂课大多数的教学活动都是由学生自主完成,但被上课教师控制地较多,学生自由发挥的机会较少。如教师在做点评时,可以让学生来点评,自己补充。

  今天我听了陈文新老师的一节英语课,根据听课情况我作了如下评析:

  一、优点:

  1.教师能够把新课改的教学理念运用到教学中,精心设计了本节课,无论是新课的引入、重难点的把握、教学方法,还是整个教学过程的布局能够凸现学生的主体地位与教师的主导作用。为了激发学生的学*兴趣引入课题采用英语歌曲和积极的师生问候。

  2.教学过程流场。教师重视了课外知识的拓展。能利用学生已有的知识储备(以前学过的知识)来进行教学;能结合实际及时从网络上收集信息,教师能抓住课堂教学中师生互动即时产生的资源。体现民主的师生关系。但激励、调控、评价没有跟上,这是教学气氛的直接原因。教师不仅要评价,也要让学生参与评价。

  3.能通过创设活动,情景引导学生参与课堂教学;能让学生利用English充分发表自己的见解,训练学生思维及口语能力;能利用多媒体直观教学,对课堂教学起到很好的辅助作用。

  二、不足之处:

  1.教材中的活动知识内容可在适当的时候加入教学中,给学有余力的学生学*发展的机会。

  2.教学过程中可根据学生具体情况,来安排教学任务,如一部分学生完成较好、较快、可以帮助其他学生完成,整体效果会更好。教师教学中需要充分发挥教师的激情,去激发、唤醒学生浓厚的学*兴趣。教学过程中可根据学生完成任务的情况改变学*方法,一部分学生完成较好,可以和其他学生一起互相帮助合作、探究完成,整体效果会更好。

  今天下午第一节听了xx老师在多媒体教室上的英语课Harry potter,我的评课如下:

  一、从教学目标上分析

  1、xx老师这节课目标非常明确。即要求学生对课文进行较好的理解,训练学生的略读,查读和跳读能力,找出每段的主题句,并做好相应的阅读题和判断题,在学完本文之后,激发学生对人生和命运的感悟,启发学生面对困难时要坚定信念,勇敢面对,最终克服困难。

  从教学目标制订来看:能从知识、能力、思想情感等几个方面来把握,体现阅读课的特点;能以新课程的大纲为指导,体现新教材特点。

  2、从目标达成来看:课堂上能较快地接触重点内容,重点内容的教学时间得到保证,阅读技能得到巩固和强化。注重学生主体性的发挥,从提问到练*到讨论,都能把“以学生为本”的教学思想贯穿课堂始终。

  二、从处理教材上分析

  xx老师对该节课知识内容的传授较准确,在教材处理和教法选择方面突出了重点,突破了难点。

  这次我听了xxx老师的一节公开课,结合所听的课及和其他老师的交流,谈一点我的个人看法。不当之处,望予以指正。

  一.值得推介的几点。

  1.导入部分新颖自然,易让学生接受。课堂教学的导入,是教师在新的教学内容或活动开始时引导学生进入学*的行为方式。导入是课堂教学的一个有机组成部分,是实际教学的前奏,起着“引子”的作用。组织好一堂课的开端,可以抓住学生,控制课堂,促进学生积极思维的作用。本课教师没有以传统的教学方法引出今天所讲的主题,而是以当前的世界热点问题展开热身和讨论活动来导入整堂课,从而引出单元的主题----WORKING LAND。

  2.教学思路清晰,活动形式多样。对于高中英语的阅读课来讲阅读内容的落实是一个比较困难的环节,除了阅读内容的设计还牵涉到一个过程控制的问题。在这方面,郑老师充分利用了的课后的阅读后活动,如判断,回答大意等多种形式。在阅读开始前,让学生在一定的时间里完成一项阅读任务,在一定程度上能避免一些无效阅读。

  3.教师对教学充满热情,积极调动课堂气氛。课堂气氛是通过师生间的相互作用和同学间的相互影响而表现出来的一种群体心理状态。建立和谐的人际关系是优化课堂气氛的重要条件之一。郑老师在这一点上做得很好。

  4.注意培养学生的阅读能力。在基础的语言形式训练上提升交际品位,为学生创设丰富的语言环境,让学生产生交际的愿望和机会,使交际具有实际内容和实际意义。

  二.值得探讨之处。

  1.导入的题目设得过大,在一定程度上使课堂的阅读时间显得局促,不妨直接把引入缩小,变成与FARMING相关的问题,诸如ARE YOU FROM A FARMER’S FAMILY?WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WORKING THE LAND?等等。

  2.时间的分配上显得不够科学。
